I moved into my new home at the end of April. It is a brand new built home. It is a 22sq home. It is two storey. Downstairs there is the lounge, dining, kitchen, study, laundry and powder room. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (main bedroom with ensuite), a main bathroom (which will belong to my future flatmate) a separate toilet and a study nook. The bedroom is carpeted and has a built in wardrobe. You can choose between 2 rooms (one has one large window, the other has one large window on one wall and one high, skinny, long window on another.) Landscaping will be done over time. The garage is a double garage, there is only room for 1 car, as the other half is storage. There is driveway parking available or street parking. Hey im Ash. Im a 20 year old tradie who works mostly week days with occasional work weekends. Im organised, clean, know how too cook and easy to get along with. I go to the gym most weekdays or in my free time and i also like to sit back with a frothie and watch a footy game.
Im an awesome cook, im good with tools-a miss wannabe fix-it!, im a bit of a bloke in the sense that i like to do the mowing, happy to do garbage, maintenance type jobs..im fairly quiet and keep to myself but it would be nice to share a meal or watch a game once in a while. Im wanting to get back into fitness so a positive gym buddy would be great. My most important thing that governs any decision i make is my dog. He is big, very big purebred rottweiler! Super friendly, great guard dog, he is still a baby..16months..and has to be allowed inside. He is toilet trained..stays on his mat..but just love's being included. I can only live with people who will accept him as a housemate too and will respect and be kind to him. If u have no experience with dogs or are scared of them its not a situation i would consider. He loves to play ..can get a little rough but he's young and still learning..currently teaching him to close doors behind him! So its a package deal. he is all i have left ..i will not get rid of him for anything.

This townhouse is only a few years old and still in great condition. Premium location to shops, parks and public transport and also a brand new park nearby. Casey Fields is just down the road as well. You will have your own private bathroom (Shower only, no tub unfortunately. There is on-street parking available as well as a shared carport which can be sorted out between us. High-speed Wifi Washing machine available but no dryer. There is a clothesline outside as well. All kitchen appliances are available which include: gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and a fairly big fridge. Aside from the spare/available bedroom, my place is fully furnished. You would have to provide your own bed. I also have no objections if you would like to add anything else, provided we can make it work and fit. Also, at the request of the landlord, pets will not be allowed. The biggest concern for me is that I care for my 3yr. old daughter. She stays with me a few nights per week, but it is mainly on the weekends. It is absolutely necessary for any potential applicant to accept this fact. A good temperament with children is valuable to me as her happiness and comfort will not be compromised. She is a great child. For that reason, bills and perhaps rent, may be negotiable. Otherwise, the goal is to make you as comfortable as possible.
