I tend to keep to myself, i don't make a habbit of annoying other people, i just need a room for a snooze. I work full time Monday to Friday as a Machine Operator, i like to go out camping, hiking, on roadtrips and enjoy a beer or 2, or just sleeping in and watching Youtube videos. I also enjoy going to the Gym and learning Japanese. Thank you for reading my Bio :)
Hello there. I am a full-time nursing student and piano teacher urgently looking for a large room or preferably two for myself and daughter who is two years old. We sleep together and she is an easy-going and lovely child. I pay all my rent and bills on time and and am a quiet and clean person. I hope to be graduating mid next year and then plan to work full-time as an EN while studying for RN. My daughter is also quiet and she goes to daycare and babysitter fulltime while I work and study. I drive and am very well accustomed to house matters. I don't do drama or play games either and am very easy to get along with. I have a grand piano as well which I only play during daytime hours if I am home. I am looking for $800 to $1000 per month and can pay a month's rent and bond in advance. Suburbs of preference would be Wheelers Hill, Dandenong, Mulgrave, but will consider other places in South East. I have no pets and am non-smoking, non-drinking, non-partying single mum just quietly trying to live and establish her life. I also enjoy conversations and company and can share a meal and drink. Thanks in advance. :)

Hello future flat mates! WE HAVE ONE DOUBLE BEDROOM LEFT: "MR MEN ROOM". $140 PW. (See photos above and detailed description below) My name is Emma Gillespie, and I am a 23 year old backpacker from Scotland currently travelling Australia on my gap year! I am currently managing this property on behalf of my partner Matt, and we are looking for new flat mates to welcome into the house! Moving in with strangers can be a little daunting, so here is a little bit.. ABOUT US :) (the manager, Emma, and landlord, Matt.) Matt and I first met in 2013 when we were volunteering in Ghana, Africa. I was working in the orphanage and Matt was teaching in a local impoverished primary school. From there, we became great friends and always kept in touch despite being from opposite sides of the world (I, Scotland. He, Australia). We met up again in summer 2014 when I was working in a camp in West Virginia and Matt was travelling around the USA. Then, after graduating in June 2016, I commenced my gap year which took me over to Australia, and I now I am managing this property! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for mature, responsible, full-time employed individuals between 25-35, either males or females, and couples are welcome also. Our house is pretty big (5 bedroomed, 3 bath, huge living/ kitchen area with separate living room) and is very spacious, hence why we are renting out the spare rooms! We have 3 large double bedrooms, and a smaller single bedroom - all the details can be seen below. All of the rooms are spacious, and can comfortably fit couples, or single individuals. Both couples, and single people are both very welcome. All the furniture in the room can be rearranged to your preference when you arrive, so you can really make it your home! Ideally, you will have a car (for ease of transport for themselves due to location, see below). Smoking and drugs are also not tolerated or welcomed, as we have a non-smoking / drug house mates currently. So we want to keep the peace! Hope you understand! Bedroom 1: “I have a Dream”. TAKEN Inspired by Disney’s, ‘Tangled’, I decide to paint the romantic ‘lantern release’ over the castle theme on the wall, so sorry again boys, this room is a bit girly too! Although, our last tenant was a boy in this room haha, so it can't be too 'girly'! It is one of the smaller rooms off the kitchen-living area, but it is extremely cute and cosy. It is currently set for a couple, with 2 single beds pushed together, but we can separate the beds for you also. This room has a built in wardrobe, and comes with a bed, bedside lamp and bedside table. The bathroom for this room is down the hallway, with a separate toilet and shower room, which you will have to share with 2 of our current housemates (a male and female). Cost for this room SINGLE PERSON: $135.00 per week COUPLES: $230.00 per week. (excludes bills, no internet. Internet can be arranged for $25 per month) Bedroom 2: “Adventure is out there” TAKEN. Matt let me have complete creative freedom with this room, so as a major Disney fan, I painted a quote from Pixar’s ‘Up’ on the pink wall (sorry boys!). This room is very large. We have 2 single beds in there currently (you can pull them together for a couple / take one bed out for single person. We’ll make arrangements accordingly). This room has a full length mirror, walk in wardrobe and your own en-suite bathroom. I can vouch for this room as it has a soft spot in my heart! Cost for this room SINGLE PERSON $150.00 per week COUPLES: $260.00 per week. (excludes bills, no internet) Bedroom 3: “Mr. Men” AVAILABLE This room is the only 'boyish room', (as I haven't had a chance to paint it!) with blue walls and Mr. Men curtains. It is the largest of the 3 rooms, located at the very back of the house, ideal for privacy. This room comes with a single bed (2 single beds can be arranged) and chest of drawers, and you will have to share a bathroom / separate toilet room with bedroom 3. You are welcome to bring your own bed and furniture to this room as there is plenty of space! We can arrange all of those details later on. Cost for this room SINGLE PERSON: $140.00 per week COUPLES: $200.00 per week. (excludes bills, no internet, but internet can be arranged for an additional $25 per month) In total, we have 4 rooms for rent and are looking to fill our last room. OUR LOCATION Obviously, this is a very important one as this is a big decider when looking for somewhere to live. Our location is quiet but lovely, and we are nestled in a very safe, cosy area of Dandenong North. If you have a car, that would be ideal for you to get around as we are a wee bit out the way - but don’t panic if you don’t. There are busses and there is always Uber as an option to take you to the train. From our house, we are a 10 minute drive to the train station, where it takes 40 minutes to get into Flinders Street, the heart of Melbourne city. We are roughly about half an hours drive to St Kilda, the thriving beach side backpacker hotspot, and there are beaches and small towns (Sandringham, Moridalloc beach) all within 25 minutes drive. Despite being a little bit out of the city, it is actually nice to live in a relaxed community street knowing that the hustle and bustle city is a short drive, or train journey away! MINIMUM LENGHT OF STAY. Our minimum length of stay required is 3 months, although, we are looking for someone long term. It would be great to know how long you were hoping to stay for, so including that in your message would be very helpful! So, if you are open-minded, fun, chilled out like-minded people, we would love to hear from you! If you have any questions at all, or would like to arrange a viewing, please do not hesitate to contact me. If you could please include the following in your message to me, that would be much appreciated: - Age -Nationality -Intended Length of stay - Do you have transport? - Are you employed? - CONTACT NUMBER / EMAIL (very important so I can easily contact you!) If you do not include these details, I will likely not respond (due to lack of information.) Looking forward to hearing from you, Emma and Matt
I'm a respectable, quiet and clean teenager. All though I'm young I've very mature for my age. I will respect you and your house rules as I was brought up in a very respectable household. I love being about to be around and getting to know other people. I'm a funny and good vibe to have around. I'm very understanding and considerate. I don't have many friends but the ones I do are really close and like to visit and check up on me frequently if that isn't a problem. I also study hairdressing in tafe in Berwick currently.
I'm dependable, trustworthy, a little quirky, and honest (although it might take a little while for me to fully open up to people). I'm a quiet person in general but I'm also friendly and will become more talkative and excitable once I've gotten used to the people I'm around. I'll admit in my personal spaces I can be a small bit messy but otherwise I consider myself to be clean and organised. I'm willing to negotiate and compromise and would rather talk problems out than argue. My hobbies include reading, watching Netflix and anime, and a whole lot of drawing and painting, as well as playing console, computer and tabletop games. Also, and I'm not entirely sure how relevant this is, but i really love Japanese culture and language and so i can read and speak beginner-intermediate Japanese. Well, that pretty much covers it without giving an entire life story, ahaha. Please consider me!

Off-street parking is a must (on lawn/in a driveway is fine). Would prefer to share with females, especially if sharing a bathroom. I'm great with babies, kids and dogs. No smokers please

Hi I am looking for a matured lady who is looking for a room. I got a private room in my apartment. Looking for a friendly lady who could help me to look after my daughter 2 hours a day. I would only charge $100 if you can help me with that.
Hi, I'm Aleks! I'm looking for a safe place to call home long-term where every housemate lives responsibly and is friendly. I need a furnished room with rent + bills up to $190 a week. I work full-time in Braeside, so I would prefer my home to be within 30 mins drive from the workplace. In my free time I cook, do some fitness, go for a walk, read. I am planning to finally start exploring Melbourne and surroundings as I have recently bought a car :-). If you are up to exploring too, then I will be happy to take you with me! I'm tidy and responsible and respect other people privacy. I do not smoke and am not planning to :-) I promise to keep the place tidy and well-maintained :-) Thank you. p.s. I will be happy to provide references since I have a solid share-house living experience.
We are a young professional Chinese couple, both working full time. We have an indoor cat Ally, whom is toilet trained. We are respectful and tidy tenants whom are happy to share the house chores. Looking to move in asap and stay min 3-6 months
Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you won't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park, Rick and Morty, or stand ups like George Carlin, Russel Peters or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke, or do drugs, besides the occasional drink. My limit is $200pw including bills and internet connection. I've been saving for a house for about 2 years now, so paying rent will not be an issue. I'm a Libertarian, so I hold personal responsibility over forcing others to pay for ones lack of responsibility, poor life choices or just outright laziness, therefore I will not be teaming up with people who rely on centrelink / tax payers money or child support. The only exception being disabled people and army veterans. Anyway please contact me if you want to team up, have a spare room, or have any questions.
We are a married couple from India, will be reaching Melbourne on March 14th. as new PR immigrants. Looking to share an accommodation with any India family. Private room/private bathroom/ sharing kitchen/furnished room etc
I'm a final year medical student looking for short term accommodation in the South East between 9th March-21st April. I will be going overseas for 6 weeks then returning for the remainder of the year when I will need accommodation again. A bit convoluted, but if the right place comes up I might stay in one for the whole time and pay dead rent rather than move around. I will be at placement full time but when I am home I tend to be either cooking, studying or chilling out on my computer. I'm neat and clean with a friendly, easygoing personality, up for a chat but respectful of your space. Looking forward to meeting you!

Hi there! I am a 24-year-old postgrad student at Monash University. I work part-time and like spending most of my time at school. I am an easy going and friendly. I am a clean and tidy person. I know how to respect someone else's personal space and expect the same in return.
Hi I am Ken, a veterinarian recently moved to Melbourne from Brisbane. I am very easy-going, super clean and tidy, not much of a partier but I love adventures and travel a lot whenever I get the chance. Settling in the city and looking for a place to share or housemate to live with. In terms of what it is like living with me, I work between 8-6 Mon-Fri with occasional weekend shifts. I would like to share with preferably someone who is working or studying full-time. It would be nice to have someone to be friends with and share our time as well as privacy if preferred. In my down time I like to play badminton, gym, hike, visit museums esp natural history/science, beach or, a make a nice cup of tea at home!
A bit about us BELINDA Currently searching for full time work but have a fortnightly income, also have my own business doing pet sitting. MATT Currently looking for full time work, has a fortnightly income also. Smoker, smokes outdoors or off the property as respect to non smokers. Ideally we'd like somewhere long term, but we can do short term. Our budget is $300 a week including bills, if rent doesn't include bills our weekly rent will depend on how much bills come to. That would be between the two of us, not each. We're quiet but like to be social too. Like having communal dinners and such, but respect peoples privacy and wishes. Neat and tidy, happy to help with household chores, inside and outside. Will come with all bedroom furniture (except a bed base so if a queen bed base is available we'd happily take it) and a couple of things for the kitchen too. If you have a room that you think would suit us then please let me know!
Friendly and approachable, likes to make new friends but also enjoys her own privacy to study, read a book or watch a movie. Incredibly neat and clean (like seriously I will clean) and likes to cook.
