I work 9 till 5, Monday to Friday. I manage approx 28 staff in a printing company. I love fishing and Netflix or just chilling and enjoying some peace and quiet after a hard days work. I also enjoy to let my hair down occasionally but not too often. I’m a father of three beautiful daughters who are all young women now. 21, 19, 17 and I spend a fair bit of time with them. I have been living in a shared house for the past 18 months but the owner is selling to a developer, so I need to find a place before April 12th. I don’t drive drive and I rely on public transport or my bike.
Hi, my name is Hayley, I am currently a nurse working at Dandenong hospital. This year I will be working partime and studying my masters at Monash Clayton Uni. I am bubbly and fun to be around (I think haha). I love movies, board game nights and beach runs!! :)
Hi there! I have a full time job in sales, have been living with family and looking to be in my own space for a bit. I’m easy going and anyone that knows me will tell you that, and always have an interest in generally anything. You’ll have no regrets having me under your roof :)
I love to connect with you if you like to talk anything but superficial stuff. I am a very ambitious person and keep myself extremely busy. I love it clean but also peaceful and mostly quiet at home. But its nice if we can share dinner from time to time and just relax.
I work full time, leaving early and returning early in the afternoon. Despite this I try my best not to disturb my potential flatmates as I understand they work too. I read books and watch documentaries for fun and I also enjoy going down to the beach. I'm looking for a spare room or a team up with others to find a place.
Easy going, quiet and neat. Am merchandiser and my wife is a pre-primary teacher. We are looking for a house with a decent back yard, because I have a lot of bonsai and need space for them.

The room is a bottom floor of flats and there are solid brick walls. It is quite quiet. I work 9 to 5 and don't play music or watch TV inside the flat. It would suit a quiet person perhaps a student and I have a rule of no noise after 930pm with no music or phone calls. It iThe kitchen has normal stuff, microwave and electric oven and stove. It is spacious enough for you and myself to cook at the same time. I would cook together if I found the right person, I follow a fairly low carb diet plan. The bathroom and laudrey are one and clean and big enough. There is washing machine with about 9 months warranty and dryer that operates perfectly as well as outdoor clothes line. I often use the lounge for drying clothes inside which you could do aswell. I keep the house quite clean and vacuum once or twice a week. The carpets have been recently shampooed. There are never animals inside the house so there is no hair or other things like that around the place. There is no desk in the room but If you are student and need a one and let me know. I will go out and buy one, you can have that in contract. The bond is $250. As listed the rent is $140 per week. This is charged once per month in advance, $606 payable every 25. When you move the rent would be about $19 times the days until the 25th. For example if you moved in on the 5th the first rent payment would be 25 - 5 which is 20 then 20 x $19 = $380 so the full payment as you moved in would be $380 + $250 = $630. When you move out the $250 will be paid back to you assuming the are no issues. The bills are water, electricity and gas. I will should you all the bills as payment is required and the are turning out to be total about $150 per month. So the total costs if for example you moved in on the 5th would $630 the day you moved in, $606 plus about $150 on the 25th and every 25th after then you are paid back $250 when you move out. The old other cost is internet but that is optional. The location is 5 minutes walk to Coles, 2 minutes walk to a bus, 15 minutes walk to central Dandenong and the train.

My name is Daniel very chilled person. On time with rent, clean up after myself. Social time is with family, friends and girlfriend. I’m always out and social drinker.
I am a shy and quiet professional. I work full time as a customer support officer at a small company and I also work casual at Coles all around the South East. During my spare time I like to hang out with my family and friends or simply just trying to get some rest. I do like to enjoy a drink on special occasions. I moved to Australia from New Zealand 7years ago, I've been living in a sharehouse in Carrum Downs for the last 4years. I'm looking for a place thats closer to work.
Both private and enjoy our outings. We are clean couple and tend do our own thing with others around us. We visit our family and friends and travel a lot.
Friendly housemate/s + a dog. Ideally you'll be somewhere between 25-55, but really that's just a guide. You must have reliable income to pay rent. Our home is a spacious, utterly gorgeous, period house. It has a large kitchen for living out all your Master Chef dreams, with a fan forced oven, dishwasher and a darling, light-filled dining nook. The polished boards throughout will make you feel like you're living in an inner city suburb. Although there is only one bathroom, it is clean and fresh, with a bath, shower and an art deco mirror. (The toilet is separate, so someone showering never gets in the way of that). It's a quarter acre block surrounded by gardens. Do you have dreams of laying in the hammock, reading a books, in the dappled light of a Jacaranda tree, with the heady scent of roses? *Sigh, I should become a romance novelist*. Well you can do that here. But romance has two-sides, Baxter does leave 'land mines' on the lawn, which I pick up weekly.....beware bare feet.... The bedroom is light-filled, large, with polished boards, and is huge approximately 4m x 4m. Qualities wanted in housemate: A real home with human connection You will be someone that is looking for a home, not just somewhere to sleep. You want the people you live with to feel like family or friend group. You believe in developing positive connections with those you live with. You're likely to be seen in the communal areas, such as the kitchen and lounge, unless you're having some quiet time. We're people that like to interact when we feel like it, but also understand each other's need for privacy. Sometimes we share a communal meal, and sometimes 'sofalise' whilst watching a movie. (*Sofalise - to be on the internet, whilst hanging around people in person). Animals You're the sort of person that sees animals as ‘part of the family’, you're happy for them to be around and enjoy them. Baxter sleeps outside during warmer weather, or in the back room in colder weather, he potters around the house if people are home, he lives outside during the day. If you have pets, they may be considered. Baxter is definitely dog friendly, and he mostly seems fine with cats. Care about sustainability You will be the sort of person who values being aware of resource use in the home. Normal things like turning off lights if you're not in a room or turning off appliances that aren't being use, or throwing your banana in the compost or worm farm and paper in the recycling is something you are happy to do. Other: $180 p/w (includes water/gas/electricity/internet) + bond $600 Bond and first fortnight's rent due upon move-in day (ie. $600 + $360) ---------------------- Furniture - room can be un-furnished or furnished, whatever your preference is ---------------------- Exclusions: * no everyday-drinkers/everyday-drug-users (social/occasional is fine) * must have a reliable income/financial source to pay rent * must be able to speak and understand English enough to have reasonable conversations When you message us: When you send your first message, please include a bit of an intro to yourself: - Age - What job your have, how long you've been there, typical working hours - Why you're moving - Anything else of relevance
Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you won't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park, Rick and Morty, or stand ups like George Carlin, Russel Peters or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke, or do drugs, besides the occasional drink. My limit is $200pw including bills and internet connection. I've been saving for a house for about 2 years now, so paying rent will not be an issue. I'm a Libertarian, so I hold personal responsibility over forcing others to pay for ones lack of responsibility, poor life choices or just outright laziness, therefore I will not be teaming up with people who rely on centrelink / tax payers money or child support. The only exception being disabled people and army veterans. Anyway please contact me if you want to team up, have a spare room, or have any questions.
