Hey, I'm Kiara :) I'm studying Criminology at Adelaide Uni this year and am a dance teacher, waitress, makeup artist and free-lance portrait artist! I'm a pretty fun and chatty person but also like my own down time. I love to help out around the house, and am admittedly not a great cook but I can try hahahaha I'm looking to move out of home anytime from now but also can't afford to pay a whole lot so I'm testing out my luck on here :)
Students and Nurses welcome Fully renovated Large bedrooms with renovated 3 way bathroom. Safe and secure property with bus stop to cbd and Marion shopping centre only a 1 min walk. Ducted heating and cooling with ceiling fans also
$125 per week plus; Electricity and water bills halved quarterly and unlimited internet available for an additional $30 per month. Smaller sized bedroom available in a two bedroom unit, bedroom is not furnished but the remainder of the unit is. Located in a quiet group of four units, bus stop at the end of the road (300m), close to the city and also to Flinders University. No off street parking available. I am a 27 year old female, own the unit, work full time, study and also look after my horses before/after work so am not always at home and would prefer someone who doesn't have a lot of visitors and isn't overly noisy due to the smaller size of the unit and older neighbours. Hi, my name is Sean, I'm 42 years old Australian (born here) student and work part time moving to full time soon. Quiet housemate, like a clean environment. Am a tradie so can turn my hand to fix pretty much anything. Like home cooking, and interesting conversation. Enjoy a social drink, non smoker and anti drugs. like my own space and time, am comfortable in my own skin and do not need to live in someone's pocket. Friends say I am a positive person to be around. Hope this might gel with what your looking for in a housemate!! Thanks for reading and have a GREAT DAY!! Sean.
I'm a student at Flinders university. I'm from near Goolwa so driving to uni each day is really frustrating, hence why I'm trying to find a place in Adelaide to live. Easy going. I have a lovable and affectionate cat that lives in and outside, and I'd love to be able to keep him with me rather than having to leave him at my mum's place. Looking to rent with probably 2 other people somewhere between Flinders Bedford Park and the CBD as I have classes at both campuses.
I'm from Texas, and I'm coming over on a working holiday to stay with my partner in the city for a few months. I'm a waiter and bartender, and I try to travel a lot in my spare time. I'm a pretty indoorsy person, but I do enjoy going out every now and then. I'm looking for somewhere where my partner and I can live while she finishes up her honours at Adelaide University. She is a busy person who will spend a lot of time at university or working. We're not picky or difficult to live with, we keep a clean house and can cook pretty well. We are easy going and happy to keep to ourselves or be social with the flat either way.
a shared beautiful house .safe and secure place. student friendly environment housemates are all international students all rooms are fully furnished with own bathroom and toilet unlimited internet and local phone calls all inclusive walking distance to bus stop going to cbd close to shopping malls really accessible all new appliances room have own flat tv bar fridge study table and office chair fully aircondition heater all windows have roller shed protection
I am kind and down to earth person, who values my privacy and space and will do the same to others, but I also like hanging out and having a drink while chatting or watching tv. I don't smoke or do drugs and I've lived overseas for three and a half years. I will be working locally in the disability sector. If there's anything else you'd like to know, just send me a message 😊
Young quiet couple into health and fitness. Both of us are neat and tidy
Well travelled and enjoy meeting new people. Lived in share houses in London for 3 years so appreciate and respect other peoples space. I like a clean place but I'm not OCD about it. If you have pets that's cool. I enjoy going out but also nights in.
Looking for a place for my cat and i. I'm a full time Engineering student at Flinders and part owner of a cider company down in Tasmania. In my free time i'm usually playing video games or working on my computer. Besides that i like making things, booze, woodcarving, embroidery, that sort of thing.
Hey, I'm a History student at Flinders, and act in plays in my spare time - I end up keeping myself quite busy, so will most likely not spend a whole lot of time at home. I'm quite an easygoing friendly person who likes to be upfront and straightforward about things. My youth allowance has been enough for me to afford renting where I have been for the last year, and I plan to pick up more children's entertainment work coming into this year. I'm looking for a new house to stay at, ideally on the g10 line, but am quite flexible about most things.
I work in the public libraries sector and am planning to do further study this year. I love animals and enjoy volunteering in my spare time. Recently I bought a book on veggie gardening as I’m hoping to get back into that this year. I’m not a party animal and like a peaceful, clean and quiet home, with someone respectful who doesn’t mind having a meal together every now and again. A place where pets are allowed would be great, as would a vegan-friendly household 🌱
Huge guesthouse, entirely separate to the main dwelling, with an amazing pool and garden setting which feels more like a resort. Home gym available for those interested. Air con, laundry, and fully furnished ready for use. Just bring yourself! Access to guest house is by side gate. Dog lovers only! We have a beautiful French bulldog x staffy who is very friendly! 15 min drive to CBD, 20 mins to Adelaide University or 10 mins to Flinders University. Excellent bus and train access within only a couple of minutes walking. 15 minutes drive to Beach or 5 minutes to the hills. Lovely leafy suburb with numerous shopping precincts within walking distance. Surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. My wife and I live on the property in main dwelling with our 6 month old son. I work 830am to 5pm Monday to Friday, as does my wife, so we are rarely around and don't use the pool much at all! Happy to rent entire guesthouse to 1 person for $400/week plus electricity and water bills or $500/week for 2 people plus bills.
My move date is pretty flexiable, I'm looking for a February move in date. I am a full time independent student, just finished off year 12 at the Australian Science and Mathematics School. I've just been accepted into media and communications at Flinders Uni for 2019, which is pretty exciting! I am looking for somewhere clean, relatively cheap with nice flatmates. I am pretty sociable, I enjoy studying, hanging out with friends and reading, and I am generally clean (will do my share of house duties). I look forward to talking with you! :)
Hi ...I am looking for room between Glenelg and good wood. I am student horticulture at TAFE and Brazilian. I am Very clean and organized. Add me on the Instagram for talk if u want. Thanks
Hi all, I am moving interstate from Victoria to begin my medicine degree at Flinders. Classes begin in mid-to-late February but I would like to tee up a place before that, ideally by the start of Feb. Previous to medicine I was a FIFO worker in the mining industry, flying out of Victoria. I will not be working during my medicine degree but have sufficient savings and Austudy as an income (I can provide proof of savings on request). I am quiet, clean, domesticated and passed my partying days. I will be very busy with study, training Jiu Jitsu and visiting my partner who will have her own place. I am well-travelled, speak a second language and am open to other cultures, age groups and ways of thinking. I am looking for a quiet, clean, honest and kind people to share with. Hit me up if this sounds good to you.
we are a fun couple. Not party people anymore. we are clear, tidy, social. We work for a dive centre. Our visa ends in June so than we have to leave australia.
Just looking for a place due to my lease ending. I'm friendly and easy going. I work as a chef in the hills so I can cook some damn good food. I also have a fish (has a small 8L tank) that I would need to be able to live with me.
We are an an open minded couple who likes traveling, friendly and respectful of other people's space. We previously lived in Shanghai, Brisbane and now Adelaide for Jonathan to do his masters studies (Master of Social Work). We are looking for a clean place we can call home. We are tidy and neat should you need details of our previous renting let us know

Hey I'm studying 2nd year commerce at Flinders uni while working part time during mornings. I'm really easy going and love animals so it's absolutely fine if there's pet at the place. Just looking for a medium-sized private room with air con if possible. I'm open to share the house with other flatmates =)
What’s great? Living with me! I cook a lot and at 30 still don’t know how to do it for one 🤦🏼♀️ I do have two cats, but they’re scared of everything so you’ll barely see them until they get used to you. Room can be furnished if required, short term rentals are ok, and if you’d prefer to pay one amount including bills then it would be $180. Although the room is a bit small, there’s another slightly larger room next to it which you could also use - bed would fit in either, your choice!
