This beautiful bungalow home is in an ideal location and has recently undergone some extensive internal renovations, including polished floors throughout, recent paint job and a brand new IKEA kitchen. The home also contains 3 large bedrooms - all with ceiling fans, a living room containing an a/c and gas log fire, a dining room and separate small study room. It also includes a neat original 70’s bathroom and seperate laundry room. However, the house isn’t without its flaws. The rear yard is pretty average as I have put more of a focus on the internal renovations. If you can get past this, I’m sure you’ll love the place. Located on a quiet street, within close proximity to public transport, cafes, shops and universities.
Hi there! I have a large room available in a fully renovated unit for rent. Room is much more spacious than my capacity to take photos implies - soz. The unit is a small home with a garden, it's very cute and quiet, everything is new inside. The location is great, multiple shops nearby as well as several convenient bus stops (on Goodwood road, on Winston and Edward avenues). The room comes unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished (fridge, washing machine, oven, all kitchen appliances etc). The rent includes the internet, and water. Electricity is split. Have a look at the pictures :) .
Dear home owner My name is Sonia and i am currently studying nursing at Flinders University. I am looking for a nice modern room that i can stay in. I work as an Assistant in Nursing i am a reliable, respectful and loyal individual. Please allow me into your home. Kind regards Sonia
A clean & spacious house less than 10km from the Adelaide CBD, Flinders Uni & Med Centre, as well as the beach, this place is really well situated for bike riding as transport, or accessing one of the two bus routes at either end of the street. The house is also close to shopping, cafes, restaurants, take away shops & parks. The house itself is pretty much furnished, inc. TV & A/C in the living room, and the kitchen is pretty well stocked with all the basic necessities, including fridge. Any additions are welcome, provided they can fit. There is a washing machine in the house already & unlimited broadband internet is available but not included in the rent. The room is large (3.9m x 3.3m), not including the space that the built in robe & dresser (with mirror) take up. However, this is still big enough for a queen bed with floor space. A fully furnished room is negotiable upon inquiry. The yard is large with plenty of room to hang out in or even grow veggies if you want. Help with maintenance is appreciated but not expected. The only house rules are: pay bills on time; don't be wasteful; and clean up after yourself.
Hey! I'm Tom, I'm a 26 year old and study English and history at uni, I'm out of the house doing uni related things most days. I love reading, music and film, I'm out with friends a lot but don't drink much, and am quite open to new things and new people. On weekends I'm equally as comfortable in town, at the beach or relaxing at home.
Hi, My name's Amy and I'm currently trying to find a place to move into as I study at Flinders University and live down near Goolwa. I’m 23, studying International Studies and I volunteer a lot in Adelaide which is difficult to do with where I’m based at the moment. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful. I like to have the occasional drink, chat, and sometimes share a meal. I also don't smoke. I have an 8yo desexed and microchipped male cat. He’s an absolute darling and likes to spend time inside and outside. And if he’s inside he’s usually sleeping. He does love a good cuddle though and he has a beautiful personality. I'm hoping to find somewhere somewhat close to Flinders University but with good public transport into the CBD. But at the same time I'm quite flexible as I would like to be moved in somewhere quite soon. I'm looking for an existing place or a team up. If you think I'd be a great fit for you, please message me! And if for some reason Flatmates won't let you message me on here you can find me on Facebook with my name, Amy Sonia Hueppauff Thanks, Amy LGBTQIA+ friendly
I’m easy-going person but not a party animal. I love reading, watching movies, having out friends all around things but I also need me time in the room.
I'm pretty easy going and happy to socialize with house mates but also appreciate my own space. I keep things clean and tidy and (sadly) love vacuuming! :) I love finding upcycling projects to do and any DIY arts and crafts. I'm looking for a sensible house to be a part of as my partying days are well and truly behind me! This doesn't rule out drinking wine and eating delicious food at home with friends/housemates though! :)
Hi, I'm James. I'm pretty easy going, happy to socialise but also happy to keep to myself. I'm pretty neat and always happy to help out around the house. I spend most of my time at work during the week and on weekends it tends to vary from lounging on the couch to heading out for a surf or a hike somewhere.

We are three twenty-somethings looking for a new housemate to share our large yet cosy bungalow in the leafy green suburb of Colonel Light Gardens. The available bedroom measures 3.9m x 3.7 and has a large west facing window. Apart from the available room, our house is fully furnished. We share a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry and a big backyard. Colonel Light Gardens is a beautiful area and we’re situated very close to cafes, shops, public transport, parks etc. The room will be available in mid May.
Hello everybody, my name is Chris and I come from Greece. I came at beautiful Adelaide 9 months ago, I study a "Diploma Of Information Technology Networking" and I work at the same time. I am an easygoing person, very respectful and thoughtful person, always willing to help when it is needed. I would like to find a house that I could call it "my home" ideally and not just a room to spend all my life there. Of course everybody also needs its privacy. I could tell a lot, but I would prefer to meet ourselves face to face and have a chat with a coffee, why not? My hobby? If I could find some available time -haha- I like to swim, play guitar and basketball :) I hope that I 'll find the ideal place here :) I could live in anybody area or suburb if I find the suitable place for me so don't hesitate to contact with me if there is some interest. Ideally my weekly budget would be at 140-170 aud per week but I could give more if I find something special :)
Welcome to Miki. I enjoy good music, good times, and good people. I currently work for Levi's Strauss & Co as a representative for the company as my weekday job and DJ to crowds of people on weekends. Depending on your music taste you may have heard me on Adelaide's Fresh 92.7 - I've been with the station for almost 5 years presenting and DJing on air week in, week out. I like to think of myself as highly organised, ambitious, and optimistic person (low key OCD on keeping things clean and tidy as well). I'm a huge gym enthusiast and love living a balanced lifestyle by going to as many music events & festivals as possible - it's a fun time. Overall I'm honestly just looking for positive, like-minded people I can live with. If this sounds like you're kind of special sauce recipe then feel free to throw me a message for a chat :)
I live in Brisbane at the moment but I'm moving back to Adelaide to start studying midyear at UniSA. I love my sports, I used to play basketball at South Adelaide and footy at Kenilworth and I'm a huge Western Bulldogs fan but can always get behind the crows. I love coffee and I have the biggest sweet tooth. I also love to have a drink (don't hold it against me but I love the Woolshed) but I also love a chill night at home. I'm preferably looking to live with other students but I am pretty flexible. Feel free to message me if you want to know anything else :)
I’m looking for a friendly and cheap yard/garden/shed to park a caravan and live at with my cool child. I’m a very friendly person, interested in different humans but also respect everyone’s own space.
Hi my names Ash! I just moved back to Adelaide after spending the last 12+ months in Newcastle for work. I’m a friendly guy who enjoys socialising on weekends but also doesn’t mind just chilling out at home. I’ve lived in a number of share houses with males, females, students and professionals. So I understand respecting other people’s space and things and can keep things tidy. I’m flexible and easy going with everything so feel free to drop me a line.
Hello! I'm an accountant by profession (I swear I'm not boring), also an amateur cook and couch potato by choice. Life's twists and turns have brought me to Adelaide from Singapore through Canberra, and I love having new experiences (occasionally through a screen tho, travelling is expensive tbh). I plan on staying in Adelaide for the foreseeable future, and am looking to move in early next year. :)
I'm Clarisse , an agronomic french student ! I will be doing an internship for 4 months ! I'm looking for a room in a sharehouse near the university of Adelaide, Waite Campus from mid- april to Mid-august ! I 'm easy going, I love outdoor sport in nature ( run, slackline, climbing...)!
Looking for a room to rent for myself and Alaskan Malamute, Maia. Currently in a share-house. I’m clean, respectful person. Working in childcare so have police clearance. I work Mon-Fri. My dog is very well mannered and behaved and gets on well with other dogs. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends but a lot of my time is consumed by my dog when I’m not at work. We go on walks regularly and hit love spending time together. I do enjoy a cheeky wine or beer after a long day at work. I’m very easy going and always down for a chat!

Hi, I’m looking for a room in a share house preferably around $150 a week. I’m currently doing Medical Sciences in Uni SA. I ask I work in Marion so somewhere in between the city and Marion would be great. I am moving out in the end of May. So, anything available by 31st May. I am very clean and friendly person. Our going and always up for a chat. If I’m a share house, would definitely prefer girls or a couple. Houses with no pets would be ideal. I’m either at uni or at work during the day but mostly home at nights. Should be able to have my partner over sometimes. If you’re looking for someone similar to my Description please contact me. Cheers
Im currently actively looking for work and looking for a place to call home close to my family. I am easy to get along with and enjoy helping others where I can. I'm honest and reliable and an animal lover although I don't have any pets.
Hey there, my names Shannon and I am 20 years old! Currently studying nursing at The University of Adelaide & working as a manager at Chatime! I am a super happy and bubbly person! I am really looking for somewhere in between the city and Dover gardens so it will be easy to travel to my job/work.
Hey, I’m Rachel, I’m looking to relocate to a new house. I’m searching for a room that could work in an already established house or one or two quality humans that might be interested in teaming to get a place. I love meeting new people and am very social, although incredibly adaptable with different personalities and very respectful of others space and time. I work full-time as a BDM which involves a fair amount of travel and can be really busy/long days at times, so I enjoy just coming home and winding down. I also like to stay fit and train early morning 5-6 days a week - which means I generally go to bed around 9/9:30 Sunday - Thursday (sounds totally boring I know) I do try make up for it on the weekends by catching up with friends and I also enjoy a night out for a good food drinks and a boogie from time to time. I would love to live in a house with others who like to make a clean yet comfortable space, and don’t mind having a chat from time to time.
What’s great? Living with me! I cook a lot and at 30 still don’t know how to do it for one 🤦🏼♀️ I do have two cats, but they’re scared of everything so you’ll barely see them until they get used to you. Room can be furnished if required, short term rentals are ok, and if you’d prefer to pay one amount including bills then it would be $180. Although the room is a bit small, there’s another slightly larger room next to it which you could also use - bed would fit in either, your choice!
Centrally located with great public transport to Flinders or The City. Plenty of good local shops and amenities. Quiet, safe, friendly suburb with great neighbours, off street parking, a spacious sunny back garden with a large pool. Unlimited fast NBN, Netflix, dishwasher etc.
A young couple looking for a nice, quiet place to live. We both study - I'm in my final year of nursing, my partner is studying teaching. We both work around our studies and like to stay active and spend most nights in watching Netflix. Not party-goers but enjoy being social :)
Hi! My name is Katie and in 29 years old. I work full time just outside of the city and I am looking for a place to live not to far from. I am also looking for a place that considers pets. I consider myself a quite, friendly and non-judgemental person. I love being social and catching up with my friend for dinner, drinks, gigs or shows - whatever Adelaide has to offer! I also enjoy a good Netflix binge. As a flatmate, I am clean, respectful of others belonging and believe in open communication about any issues that may arise as things do. The type of flatmates I am looking for are also friendly and respectful. Although I might be a bit shy at first, I would love flatmates that I can have a chat with over a drink or watch a movie with, however, who would still respect my privacy and my 'me time' after a hard day at work when I need to just unwind in my room. Lastly, I have 2 adorbs pet rats names Amy and Willow (Buffy fans would get that :) ). I do understand that no everyone sees rats as cute and cuddly as I do. However, if you are worried about things like smell, let me assure you, rats are actually quite clean animals and as long as the cage clean, they don't smell. I will also keep them outside, except in times of extreme weather. I don't allow them to 'run around the house' as they can easily eat something they shouldn't. Please contact me should you have a property close to the city and feel I might be a good flatmate match for you :)
