Hello, Me and my partner are looking for a place with good internet and enough space to set up a desk(a gaming house would be preferred). One of us is a student working and the other works full time also. We are sociable and friendly and looking to find some awesome roommates.
The house is fully furnished, although you're welcome to bring your own furniture if you want. There are 2 rooms available: The master bedroom with a double bed, a set of drawers, a bookcase, bedside tables, and a decent sized walk-in robe. The smaller bedroom with a single bed, a desk, a chair, a set of drawers, a mirror, and a small inbuilt wardrobe. We have central-ducted air conditioning, although I try not to use it too often. We have 2 fridges, which is handy for having multiple people staying in the house, as sharehouse fridges can be a nightmare. We also have a large backyard, with a nice table that is good for entertaining. There are also lemon trees hanging over the fence, so you have more or less an unlimited supply. We have the NBN here, and after a hell of a lot of time spent hassling NBN we now have a stable connection with around 25-40Mbps download speed. We have a garage with an automatic door and clicker, which one of us will have access to. For everyone else, we will need to park on the grass out the front. Our landlord is quite nice and comes around from time to time to fix things if they break and he also mows the lawn. Bills are typically just under $200 per month and we will all split that evenly. Pets are possibly ok, but they will 100% not be allowed inside the house. I have allergies and don't want to deal with that, plus it makes it much easier to keep the place clean. I'm also open to having a couple move into the master bedroom and then leaving the second bedroom vacant. However, in that case, we would each have to pay a little bit more rent.
I'm Lily, I am a 17-year-old student at John Forrest Secondary College. I am looking to move out and become independent from my parents. I am looking for a sharehouse as the majority of my friends aren't old enough or don't have the resources. I love to clean the house and I am a capable cook.
3 large double bedrooms, 1 sitting room, 1 bathroom, large kitchen/dining area, separate laundry, outside alfresco area with traditional BBQ. 506 square metres. Quiet street. Rear lane access. This smart 1908 brick and tile cottage has high ceilings, has been beautifully refreshed and renovated and has a lovely feel. This home would suit a young professional couple who enjoy a touch of self-sufficiency when growing their own produce. A front veranda with new bullnose awnings looks onto an easy-care front garden, a quiet tree-lined road, and a piece of Water Corporation land beyond, which adds to the feeling of openness and space. The house has been renovated and freshly painted throughout. The hall, sitting room and bedrooms have polished jarrah floorboards. The new stove unit has a gas cooktop with an electric oven. The kitchen is light and airy and looks onto the back garden and outside entertaining area. The property boasts a productive lemon, fig and olive tree plus several healthy grape vines. The vegetable garden, previously worked by keen gardeners, is very fertile and currently mulched with pea straw and ready to be planted. There is plenty of room to compost or to introduce a worm farm, or not. A garden shed is available for tool storage with a work bench for those who like to tinker. Large back garden gates open onto the rear lane access and plenty of space for on street parking. Dudley Street is quiet and in a great Midland location close to all amenities. Only a short walk to the river and very convenient to Gilbert’s and all other Midland facilities, it is also within walking distance to Midland Station.
The house is newly built with four bedrooms, two bathrooms & full ducted reverse air conditioning in Eden Hill. There is plenty of space in the kitchen, and you will have your own sections in both the fridge and the pantry. Kitchen appliances & utensils is available for everyone's use. The bedroom is spacious (3.0m x 2.70m) and has a firm queen size mattress, bed, huge built in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables & lamp. The living room is open plan and there is a 4K 56 inch TV available for everyone to use. TV comes with a Netflix subscription. Unlimited NBN Internet. Speed download 25 Mbps. There is plenty of parking available on the street. Very close to Bus Stop & Train Station Public Transport. Stop Number: 15745 Bus Number: 955 to Morley Bus Station & Bassendean Train Station. 13km away from the City 16 minute drive to Edith Cowan College 14 minute drive to Perth Airport 6 minute drive to Morley 6 minutes by Bus to Bassendean Train Station 1 minute walk to the bus stop 1 minute drive to the nearest IGA Close to Park & Lake Bills ------------------------------------------------ Power, gas, water and internet bills are included in the rent. Washing machine, laundry liquid, toilet paper & washing detergent is provided. Food and bathroom consumables are not included in the rent and you will have to provide your own. Payment will be 1 week in advance rent plus 4 weeks bond up front & a contract will be signed before key hand over. The room is $160 a week for a single person $200 a week for couples. Please be aware that in the summer & winter months because of the billing prices for the fully ducted air conditioning the rent will be increased to a extra $15 per week. ------------------------------------------------ What we expect from housemates ------------------------------------------------ Your room will be your own personal private space, so what you do in there is up to you. We generally prefer clean individuals, however as the room is your own personal space, it doesn't matter if it's messy as long as there is no damage done to the room. Our only real expectation is that you are polite, that you pay on time and that you clean up after yourself (ie. don't leave dishes in sink for too long).
It is close to the airport, 2 min walk to train station (East Guildford stop on Midland line), and the Swan Valley. It’s a no through road so hardly any traffic except for neighbours who like to keep an eye on the street for everyone. Our neighbours are all unique and everyone knows each other. Shaded backyard is nice and front veranda we have completely renovated and garden looks lovely.
Hey, I'm an architect working in a local government and i love being outdoors and being active. I'm a gym guy, but not the type to eat half a cup of broccoli 5 almonds and chicken breast every meal. I'm looking for a pretty chilled place, don't mind mingling and having a brew with people however, just not after a party pad. I'll be moving without much to add, but i'm pretty handy and would be happy to help build or fix things where i can. Love a good coffee too by the way
Hi I’m Trinity I’m 16 years old looking for someone to move out with as I am becoming independent from my parents. I love to cook and enjoy talking. I am currently looking for a new job and am receiving youth allowance.
