Hi everyone, I've just recently moved to Melbourne from Queensland so I'm looking for a room somewhere close to Camberwell/Hawthorn. I've been in share houses before and haven't had the best experiences from the other people not being clean and unreliable with payments. I'm tidy, bit of a nanna, enjoy having a bit of a chat maybe a glass of wine to chill out after a hectic day, but I'll be at Crossfit before I come home for the afternoon. If someone wants to find a place they are happy to come home to and reckon they'll gel well with me and help me get to know Melbourne then let me know! :)
Large, luxurious, very well built house (basically a mansion). Large bedrooms. Huge lounge room with large TV, sound system, unlimited internet. Dining room, shared sun room / storage space. 2 toilets & bathrooms. Balcony with BBQ. Garage with extra secure storage. Nice old growth gardens, very low maintenance. Oh, and a Spa! House kept very clean and tidy and in good maintenance. Our house mate had to move out unexpectedly. She will be moved out by then end of this week, so the room will be available from 26th November Off-street or on-street parking available. 2 minute walk to trams to and from the city along Whitehorse Rd. Post office and cafes (and a few random shops) walking distance, or a short tram/drive to Woolworths in Balwyn. Room details: Good sized bedroom, suits queen sized bed with a desk very comfortably. Room has its own separate entrance from the balcony. Nice views out to the garden from the large windows. Blinds and curtains which block out the light fully if required. LOTS of built in shelving as well as small cupboard and set of drawers. No built in wardrobe in this room, but good sized 3 door standalone wardrobe provided.

Ideally i'd just love to find a space that feel's right for me & you. Im very independent & enjoy doing my own thing. Hi my name is Elise. I am currently working and going back to study next year to finish my Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice. I am looking for a place closer to my current work and future University placement and job opportunities. I like an equal amount of quiet time and socialising. I am friendly, easy-going and hard-working. Will need to move into a new place by the 23rd of December. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Hi, I am a very easy going person. I have completed cert 2 in hospitality, so I can chef up a great meal, and I always clean up afterwards. I have studies theatre arts and I am a stand up comedian, so fun to be around. I am 6" 10 inches, so handy to have around to reach high objects. Interests are basketball (obviously), comedy, enjoying good food, and my work. I'm from Ballarat originally, but moved to Melbourne for school and want to stay and continue working. That's me....Isaac
Located right next the the tram stop along Whitehorse Road providing easy access to the City and also to Box Hill. In addition, it has got a lovely cafe on the ground floor serving some of the best latte, matcha latte and also soft shell crab croissant.
This is a gorgeous house with freshly polished floor boards, freshly painted walls, and plenty of cupboard space. It features three bedrooms and one bathroom, but there is an extra toilet (which no doubt will come in super handy). It has a decent sized laundry with an awesome linen cupboard. The living/dining area is huge and will definitely be the heart of the house. A deck also comes off of the dining area and would be a great spot to catch some rays. There is an air conditioner as well as ducted heating so we are set for whatever the Melbourne weather throws at us! The one room that is available (the room at the end of the hall way) would comfortably fit a queen bed, and comes equipped with a built in robe. For students there probably isn't room for a desk, however there is a little nook in another part of the house that would be perfect for a study. We haven't yet moved in so the house is currently unfinished, however we do have a few bits and bobs from our old place. The bedroom itself will be fully unfurnished though. Unfortunately we don't have many photos of the place, but we did manage to grab a video of the whole house so just shoot us a message if you'd like to see that 😊
Hi, I'm Christopher. I just got back from traveling Europe and India and I'm looking for a nice place to share with some cool, likeminded people. I'm a graduate of film school and a full time barista at the moment but I'm really into doing film, photography, music, sculpture, you name it. I love the potential for a nice quiet tea with my housemates at the end of the day and maybe the odd loud music session while doing the dishes. I'm a relaxed person and easygoing person just looking for that chill lifestyle.
My name is Marina and I'm an easy going 22 year old girl. I am currently looking for long term accomidation in a private room. I am very considerate of others and their privacy and I will always pay my rent on time. I like to go out most weekends and have the occasional drink, but I'm also quite a home cat and like to have a nice quiet night in. I love gaming, movies, music, drawing and spending time with my friends, these are most of my hobbies. I do smoke but not heavily and only outside so I dont bother anyone. I love to cook and I'm happy to cook for myself and others on most days. I do have a car and will be looking for some sort of on street parking. Im also always willing and happy to help with cleaning up the house when required. So, if you think I'd be a good fit for your house please give me a call, as I'm looking to move by the end of September :)

I am happy to share the household as I like to keep the house clean and tidy, I'm looking for the liked -mind housemate who likes clean and tidy. Hi, I'm Georgia :) I am 19 years old and am a full-time student looking for accomodation at an affordable price. I study at Deakin (Burwood), and am currently looking for a casual job here in Melbourne (I have one back in Tassie that I work at when I am back for holidays). I dance a few nights of the week also. I am from Tasmania and moved to Melbourne at the start of 2016 for university. I am studying Exercise and Sport Science and will be in my third year in 2017. I will be heading back to Tassie soon for the Christmas/summer break, but will be back mid February and am flexible as to when I can move from my current place (in Eltham). Looking for a place in between Deakin (Burwood) and the city. Not too far from either. Loved living in Abbotsford earlier in the year, and will look at surrounding suburbs.

Hi, We are a Danish couple moving to Melbourne in February 2017. Anne is going to study culture studies at Deakin University in Burwood, and Anders is going to work meanwhile, hopefully in is field of area which is physiotherapy. We are both very social and adventurous people, and at the same time good at keeping a house clean. We really hope some good-hearted people are able to help us find a room. We are really looking forward to live in Melbourne until June! Best regards Anders and Anne
I'm from China, 33 years old, I will move to Melbourne in December. I like playing badminton, singing, travelling and shopping. I'm friendly and can get along well with most of people.
I'm a social person but do prefer my own space. I come with two loving cats that are my little companions. I have a busy working week and like to chill on my days off. In the evenings I like to watch a little TV or movie. I have one grandchild and often see him on the weekends.
Hello all. My name is Shankar, and I am looking for a room in a real home. Originally from India, I recently moved to this city from Sydney. I'm 27, male and work full-time in IT. I love soccer, movies and TV shows. I'm friendly, tidy and reliable. Having lived in shared accommodations before, I understand how the game works(Things like keeping the common areas clean and cleaning up after myself in the kitchen, etc). I'm always up for a chat, drink or two, sharing stuff etc. But I also like to retreat into my room at times, and know that the others desire the same as well. Honestly, I prefer a home where the people are friendly and relaxed, as I've had some amazing housemates in the past. I'm not much of a cook, but intend to learn it ( I promise I won't turn the place upside down :) ). I am available to move-in asap. Also, furnished rooms would be at the top of my list, as I don't have any furniture with me at the moment. I Look forward to hearing from you. Feel free to text me on my number, and I'll reply as quickly as possible.
I am a friendly, respectful and tidy person who is a Health Promotion Officer. I respect each others space and down time. I love a good tv series and enjoy baking! I am not a party animal but do enjoy socialising.
I'm 24 and currently employed full-time in the construction sector as a civil engineer. I am currently living in Doncaster but would prefer the company of roommates. I consider myself quite outgoing, easy to get along with and very sociable. I am well mannered and like to keep things neat and organised. My ideal room mates would be people of similar age who would rather classify each other as friends and share a couple of drinks every now and then as opposed to those who just shut themselves away in their rooms. In my spare time I love to both play guitar (but promise I won't make noise) and binge watch whatever TV series I'm hooked on at the time. I have had experience living in share houses before so I am familiar with what is expected. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
Hi! I will be moving to Melbourne early next year to start a full time job. I'm a reasonably neat person with terribly average cooking skills. I'm pretty easy going and love to try new things. Would love to find a friendly household with some flatmates who can help me settle in to Melbourne.
I am a female entrepreneur currently taking a sabbatical from work to focus on health and wellness. Ideally looking for a vegan or vegetarian household to live in. I am non-smoking, non-drinking but always smiling :) Prefer friendly, social, communicative and relaxed households with shared duties for keeping the home clean. I love people but also need company that knows when to give some space. The area where I am looking in is flexible as long as it's within a comfortable travel distance to Melbourne CBD, I love the leafy relaxed feel Surrey Hills (especially anything around nature). Thank you for considering having me in your home!

Hi, Abit about me, I'm a HR professional and work full-time. After work I like to go the gym and hang out with friends. Looking for easy going housemates :) I'm friendly and chatty however love to spend time on my own as well.
I'm a 25 year-old working in Mordialloc and currently looking for a long-term stay in a share house in the inner north of Melbourne. When I'm not working I'm a keen cyclist and cricketer, podcast listener and pub trivia maniac. I've lived in sharehouses for the last five years across a couple of different countries, so I'm housebroken, reasonably tidy and cool with pets, especially silly cats and lazy dogs. I'm happy to keep to myself most of the time, but if you're living in a more social house then I can dig it.
Hi Everyone, I am from melbourne and currently working full time in the CBD area. I’m social, considerate, tidy and have lived in share houses for the last 4yrs, so I’m keen to hang out, but I also know when space is required. I love the idea of living with others who are friendly and would be interested in sharing cooking or sitting down for dinner when free. When I’m not working, I enjoy playing guitar, cooking and dinner parties with occasional glass of wine. Get in touch if you think I’d be a good match for your household ☺
