Hi everyone, Moving interstate in late November. I'm hoping to have nothing but my bed, car and my 6 month old cat Trevor (fully house trained and pretty cool) I've been in share houses before and haven't had the best experiences from the other people. I'm tidy, go to sleep early, enjoy a wine and a chat after work, but I'll be at the gym or at Crossfit before I come home for the afternoon. If someone wants to find a place they are happy to come home to and reckon they'll gel well with me and help me get to know Melbourne then let me know! :)
Hey Im Matt, I'm a tidy person always like to keep my place clean, I like to cook, love to go out with mates for a quiet drink. Love sport and hitting the gym. I keep pretty quiet on week days as I am up early, weekends little more chilled. I just sold my house so looking for somewhere to live in the next month or so. Open to either renting a room (needs to be unfurnished) or meeting up with someone who would want to look for a rental. I also have a dog named Kobe so I need somewhere pet friendly/ small yard or courtyard.
Great location - lots of cafes, gyms and local strip shopping Trams 109 and 48 15 minutes by car to the city and/or 5 minutes to Camberwell Easily accessibly and paring available onsite and on street Clean and friendly home House is furnished (not bedroom on offer) Unlimited internet ($30 a month) Netflix ($6 a month) Great neighbours
Room for rent in quiet townhouse block! We recently took lease of this apartment which has been freshly carpeted and painted. It features modern layout and appliances. It's located back from Burke Road within a secure block. The apartment is over 2 levels, has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. 2 living areas, private courtyard, laundry and built in robes in all 3 spacious bedrooms. We have gas heating, security system, intercoms installed throughout the house and unlimited ADSL. The apartment is close to the Camberwell dining and shopping strip whilst being far enough away to be in a relaxed environment. The well serviced Camberwell train station is 1.5km down the road. The route 72 stops outside and the 109 is 300 metres away. Swinburne Uni is a pleasant half hour walk through quiet streets or a quick drive. We're still equipping the house with a few appliances but most is already provided.
This is a large older style Unit off Sackville Street...possibly Kew's finest tree lined street. Massive storage space, bedrooms separated by large L-shaped hallway, modern appliances, secure no through street, 109 and 72 trams at the door. Separate lounge and dining rooms make entertainment a breeze.
This is a recently renovated property with new Kitchen and bathroom. Room has built in wardrobes with mirror sliding doors. Washer and dryer in bathroom. Close to tram along Burke Rd and 12min walk to Camberwell Station. Coles service station across the road for last minute groceries. The lounge contains my boxes from moving which have yet to be unpacked so not a lot of room until cleared.
It's an awesome house, massive backyard, big rooms, big lounge room with big TV, lots of kitchen space, close to camberwell junction/ train station and train line on Bourke Rd, we have good internet, and two big fridges, large cupboard space. I Enjoy living here. Looking for someone under 30. Send me a text message if your interested.

I am an Internation Indian student studying about to study in Deakin University from october 2016. I am kind hearted, audicious and helpful. I don't smoke at all but i do eat meat. I love to listen to music and for my free time i love exploring the city and enjoying the food. I would be buying a car for travelling so there should be a parking storage.
I'm a respectful, easy-going person looking for a home with the same environment. I work full-time in hospitality and study part-time at Monash University, and if I have some spare time I tend to spend it reading or having a chat over a coffee or wine :-)
My name is Marina and I'm an easy going 22 year old girl. I am currently looking for long term accomidation in a private room. I am very considerate of others and their privacy and I will always pay my rent on time. I like to go out most weekends and have the occasional drink, but I'm also quite a home cat and like to have a nice quiet night in. I love gaming, movies, music, drawing and spending time with my friends, these are most of my hobbies. I do smoke but not heavily and only outside so I dont bother anyone. I love to cook and I'm happy to cook for myself and others on most days. I do have a car and will be looking for some sort of on street parking. Im also always willing and happy to help with cleaning up the house when required. So, if you think I'd be a good fit for your house please give me a call, as I'm looking to move by the end of September :)

Hi, I'm Christopher. I just got back from traveling Europe and India and I'm looking for a nice place to share with some cool, likeminded people. I'm a graduate of film school and a full time barista at the moment but I'm really into doing film, photography, music, sculpture, you name it. I love the potential for a nice quiet tea with my housemates at the end of the day and maybe the odd loud music session while doing the dishes. I'm a relaxed person and easygoing person just looking for that chill lifestyle.
I will be at uni most days of the week and when I'm not I'll be studying and relaxing at home and would like a quiet, comfortable environment in which I can do that, preferably only one other roommate. Originally from Sydney I like to go out exploring what Melbourne has to offer including bushwalking and the beach. I have a car so would prefer if parking was close to where I'll be living. I consider myself pretty clean, quiet and independent and would like that in a roommate. My partner would stay over 1-2 nights a week, he is also quiet and we would be out together most of the time, I will compensate you for these days on which it happens. Happy to look after myself for food/supplies shopping but split bills with roommate. If you can't tell I'm an honest and upfront person :) Thank you
I'm a fun bubbly person who loves chatting, playing games watching movies or tv shows and loves reading books. I'm currently a student i'm studying my cert 3 in aged care and soon will hopefully be working in the industry which means early mornings. i'm originally from Western Australia more recently i've lived in cann river, kew, heidelberg and melton. i also have a fish tank and i am gay and a pagan
Moving Date can be arrange as soon as possible!!!!!! I am a very chill and laid back person, also don't mind a lot of things at home since I used to live in other share houses and I do know about the own privacy for everyone. Always clean up the common area and happy to share meals and the house spends (Toilet paper, kitchenware, and etc.) I am a smoker but I never smoke inside the house, and I only smoke outside the house since I do respect others. I do smoke but it doesn't mean i do drugs. I can't tolerate any drugs at home. I love animal, so anyhome with pets I am happy to live with. (I don't have a pet though) I work full time at a cafe as the head barista in Kew, so I work 5-6 days a week. So if you like a quiet moment at home during the night then I am the one because I'll be dead in my room and cuddle my blanket. I am originally from Taiwan, but I have been living in Melbourne for almost 10 years. And I like watching movies, listening music, hanging out with friends, having good coffee, have a glass of wine occasionally, and also love to have great food!! I hope I can hear back from the enquires I have sent as soon as possible, thanks for reading!! :) Thanks guys! Regards, Vanessa
I am a friendly, respectful and tidy person who is a Health Promotion Officer. I respect each others space and down time. I love a good tv series and enjoy baking! I am not a party animal but do enjoy socialising.
Hey! Im a 26 year old male working full-time in hospitality management, super friendly and easy to get along with! Love travel and snowboarding and also love to try new restaurants and cafes as often as possible! Im clean and organised and would love housemates that I can hang out with as well as live with. Let me know if I'd suit your house! :)
I'm a social person but do prefer my own space. I come with two loving cats that are my little companions. I have a busy working week and like to chill on my days off. In the evenings I like to watch a little TV or movie. I have one grandchild and often see him on the weekends.
Hi, I am looking for some amazing housemates in an already established share house or team up that love having a glass of wine or two together at times. I am super relaxed and open to new adventures. I have lived in share houses in both Melbourne and London so understand the rules of sharing a property respectfully with others. I work as a receptionist and nanny and am a local Melbourne girl, message me if you would like to know any other further info :)
I'm quiet, clean and love keeping fit and listening to music. I really should learn to play an instrument one of these days... Professionally I work in IT as a development team lead so I can get pretty nerdy at times. And fix tech stuff :p
I work at a gym at a gym so I'm pretty active. Work a lot so only ever at home nights and weekends unless Im out doing something. Prefer to live with a non-smoker. If you're looking for a personal trainer Im happy to pay in rent PT sessions also ;)
I am a very easy going, fun, loving student! :) I have a great record of paying rents for past 2 years and even though I am a student, my parents will cover my rent so no need to worry that I don't have a full time job. Some questions to answer for me :) 1. How neat or messy are you? I am clean when I am in the public area like lounge, kitchen, etc but can be messy in my room! 2. What time you like to go to bed? Around 11.30 to 12? But always different on weekends since I love going out. 3. What time you like to be up in the morning? Depends on my schedule but usually around 8.30 to 9. 4. Do you like to listen to music when you do work? I love music but I would always use my earphones. 5. How each of you feel about having friends in the room? I don't mind at all. You are living + paying the property and I believe it is up to you. Also, I think you would feel the same for me too. 6. Will girlfriend/boyfriend or etc be allowed to spend the night? Of course - plus tinder dates are ok for me too :D 7. How hot or cold do you like the room? I like it hot just because my feet are always cold. But usually I will use the electric blanket so no need to worry too much.
We are Jenalle and Sou, two full-time PhD students, 25 and 26, looking for an awesome housemate to join us! As we are both grad students (PhD is actually more like a job) we are pretty busy but also tend to have flexible schedules/work into the wee hours of the morning. An ideal housemate would be female, employed full-time/graduate student, around 24-30, housetrained (previous rental experience!), respectful of shared spaces/noise levels/visitors etc., independent, but also willing to share a wine/two/three occasionally. While we enjoy a good time and going out, we definitely aren't a party house. We also come with a pet rabbit called Harley. He is a house bunny but lives in my (Jenalle's) room so shouldn't be an issue to anyone else.
I am a young professional who is seeking a room at a house somewhere in the eastern suburbs. I consider myself to be a quiet, independent person who is easy to live with. I like to keep active during the week and play various sports on the weekends, but I still like some downtime to relax and have a beer or two. If you feel as if I am the right fit for your household please don't hesitate to contact me. Hope to speak soon!
Hi! I'm Shana, 23. I'm currently a student at La Trobe University, studying veterinary bioscience. I'm at uni most weekdays and I work weekends. I play netball twice a week as well. Although I do get pretty busy during the uni semester, I love to socialise and have a good time whenever I'm free, especially on weekends I'm a relaxed and easy going person. I'd love to live in a place with like minded people who would be down for a chat or the occasional drink. I'd like to consider myself as a pretty tidy person, and I'm respectful of other people's space too.
