Hi everyone, My housemate is going back to his home country, so I have a spare room to rent out. It's close to all the amenities, Camberwell junction, Kew junction, Burke Rd, Glenferrie Rd and Whitehorse Rd shopping strips, so you have a great selection of cafe/restaurants or ubereats/deliveroo takeaways. Anytime fitness and Good life gyms are also just 15mins walk away. Nearby transportation would be: 72 tram: 1min walk 109 tram: 10min walk Camberwell station: 15min walk or 3 tram stops Bus 624: 15min walk There are also on-street parkings available. Your room has a double bed, BIR, small chest of drawers, TV and a big window facing north so you won't get a direct sunlight. All the utilities (power, gas, water, internet) will be shared. There is no strict house rules but I like my living space to be neat and tidy, so it would be highly appreciated if you clean up after yourself and don't mind doing house chores in alternate. And this is a non-smoking apartment, but we could hangout and drink occasionally if you are up for it. About you: I prefer a flatmate, who is independent, reliable, clean, considerate and pays rent on time. Looking forward to meet you soon.
Spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in an ideal spot just off the corner of Burke and Barkers Road in Kew. Quiet little street with plenty of on-street car parking as well as one off-street park in a garage. It hosts two roomy bedrooms, of which the larger of the two is vacant. The flat also contains an ample-sized bathroom with a seperate powder room, air-conditioning and gas-stovetops. Apartment is fully furnished, besides the vacant bedroom of course. Rent is $215 per week. Utilities and internet bills are shared evenly. About you - you’re an easy going housemate who is looking for a place where you can chat to your housemate and hang out every now and again but who also respects the need for privacy and gets that we all need to do our own thing. You do your fair share around the apartment to maintain it and look after the place. Basically, you’re friendly and considerate and we will get along!
Hello! My name is Millicent and I am moving to Melbourne from Hobart on June 19th to study Psychology at Deakin University, which I am very excited about. I am looking for a room to rent in a beautiful clean home that is close to Uni because I will be travelling there most days to attend classes and study full time. I will be getting a casual or part time job to supplement my income. When I am at home, I like to relax, cook healthy meals which I love to share, and sometimes I like to play music for ambiance. Each day I clean up after myself and I naturally keep spaces tidy. Good hygiene, personal organisation and welcoming environments are important to me. I am kind, considerate and respectful. On the weekend I enjoy going out for coffee, going to art exhibitions, seeing live music and visiting friends and loved ones. Feel free to contact me if you think I will fit in your home :)
