Looking to team up females (current residence is going up for sale). Also open to getting a lease together for a new place if we are suited. My intentions are long term, not looking to move around. I work full time in the CBD. Quiet, clean, respectful, I occasionally go out for drinks/dinner on the weekends, gym, and travel to Queensland a few times a year to visit family. I'm easy going and upfront, not fussed with politics, as long as you have respect for me as I will for you I'm happy. If you think we would be a good match or I would fit well into your household please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you, Bianca
I'm a single parent moving to Melbourne end of Sept and looking for a short term accomodation till i find suitable suburb / school to bring my 9yr old boy along. I work full time for an MNC and work from home - hence would like a quiet house with good high speed internet connectivity. I'm comfortable socializing but prefer my own privacy and space too - love to explore and go for long walks etc.
My name is Jamie. I work in retail. I am looking for a clean, considerate and quiet housemate to share my place here in Canterbury. The space is quite large and would suit someone who likes his or her own space as well as shared spaces. I have bedrooms that are furnished with a basic bed but I am happy for you to provide your own bedroom furniture. The place is 10 mins walk to 109 trams and Canterbury station. Available now. Any questions SMS me thanks!
The villa unit is located in Kew, near tram 72 and 109. Easy to go to the city, Camberwell Junction, or Box Hil via public transport. 8 minutes bicycle ride to Swinburne University Hawthorn campus. Mountain Grove is a quiet no-thru road, and plenty of on-street parking is available. A park nearby with basketball facilities, it is good for casual sports. The unit features a separate toilet, a laundry room with a washer and a dryer, and a backyard. It is fully furnished with TPG unlimited internet. Unfortunately, there is no dish washer in the premises. Amenities in the unit should be taken good care of, and we will take turns to clean up the communal space every week. Sorry, no pets, no party, no smoking. Bills are AUD25 a week, including internet, gas, water, and electricity.
Hey everyone, I’m looking to team up with one or two people to establish a new house with (open to to existing places too, flexible with length of stay/suburbs/move date). :) I don't really mind who you are or what things you like doing, the only traits i'm really looking for are people who are laidback, open-minded and considerate of personal boundaries like privacy and comfort zones- if we get along well, nothing else is a concern for me. ...and punctuality with rent/housekeeping, but I suppose that's a given. 😌 I'd like to establish a cosy home atmosphere where everyone can feel genuinely "at home" and not just staying somewhere, and where there's no constant pressure to socialize but the opportunity is always there- it'd be great to live with people who can give you space but also have a good chat with. I love doing things that involve film, TV/Netflix, games and outings such as live music events- and especially love it when there's other people to do it with, so flatmates who'd like to do those things are a bonus. If those things aren't really your cup of tea, i'm also open to new things and don't really drag people into my personal hobbies anyway. I don't care if you're alternative, sporty, artsy, introvert or extrovert, it's all totally fine- anyone that's kind and open-minded is good in my books. :) If you think we might get along, send me a message so we can chat- and possibly make plans if we do get along well. :) (Oh, if you're worried about my age and capacity for living independently- i've already adjusted to adult life so i'm fine in that regard. Not a big spender.)
We're returning from living in Switzerland in February 2018 - looking for a place that could become available around then. Dylan is a social worker originally from Adelaide and Ezgi is studying a Masters in Construction Management at Melbourne Uni. We're both pretty easy going - enjoy our own space, but also enjoy a casual drink. Dylan loves cooking and we love good food. We enjoy travelling, weekends away camping and both volunteer as Scout leaders in our spare time. By the way, the dog in the picture isn't ours!

Looking to 'teamup' and find a place in Surrey Hills, Mont Albert, Camberwell or Hawthorn. Hi! I'm Mitch. I'm looking for a relatively longer arrangement. 6-12 months or longer. I'm single, non smoker, and have no pets. I work 9-5 for a small private health insurance company. My interests outside of work include seeing live music, enjoying a beverage or two with friends and family. I spend a fair few weekends hanging out with my family in country Vic too. I keep my living spaces clean and tidy. I'm happy cooking my own meals or sharing meals with people. I do sometimes go for the convenience of eating out or getting lite and easy delivered weekly. I'm really sociable but also like my own space. I'm all about home being free of confrontation and stress. I've lived in a really big apartment for 5 years, so I'd like to live in a similar place. Somewhere new/renovated and clean with lots of light and lots of space. Looking for 2 or 3 bedroom apartments/houses/townhouses. I don't have a preference as to living with males or females. I'm also open to getting together a group of 2 or 3, and looking at some apartments/houses/townhouses. Send me a message if you're interested! Cheers, Mitch :)

I love music and arts in general. Also happy to share meals and have some booze once in a while, but I need peace and privacy to keep my mind (and heart) focused on my career projects. I've been gigging with a few bands in the northern suburbs, I'm clean, tidy, reliable, and respectful! Shall we give it bash?

I like cooking, chilling out watching TV and on the rare occasion, a glass of wine (...or 2). I like to sit around for a bit of a chat and I'm trying to get fit (that's a work in progress that seems to take forever).
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a 2 bedroom unit just for myself (No share). If anyone out there has a unit/granny flat they are looking to rent out, please let me know. I have my own furniture so it needs to be unfurnished. I'm not fussy about the location. Just as long as it isn't too far away from Donvale. Drop me a line and I'll come down for a look. Much Thanks, Linda
