What'd up fellow Melbournians ✌. My name is Tom or Thomas whichever you prefer. I've recently moved to the lovely, lively, fun, exciting, restless city of Melbourne in March last year (approx. 11 months ago). I am a graduate of a double in construction management and economics with honours from UNISA (Adelaide) and have recently landed myself a full-time (8am-5pm Mon-Fri) Assistant Project Manager gig in Hawthorn East. I have been living with 2 female housemates in Hawthorn, Victoria for 11 months now. But alas it is time for me to move onto somewhere new. I'm a kind, friendly, sociable, active, out going, easy to get along with, respectful, caring dude who works full time, plays volleyball and likes to ride his fixie whenever possible. I am clean and don't like mess or clutter. I don't smoke but don't mind if you do. I am very hospitable and flexible/considerate of others whenever possible. I am happy to do house dinners if that's your thing. I tend to lead a busy life with F/T work and sporting commitments so cook for myself most nights. I will most likely be out and about from Friday onwards and home during weeknights. I am always good for rent and expenses and have never missed a payment. I am currently paying $210/week, $912/month in rent alone (not including bills, water, gas, electricity etc). And am NOT on the lease or bond authority, so can move quickly (but am more than happy to provide proof of past rent, bond and expenses payments etc). What I'm looking for: - An Unfurnished Room - Budget of around $210/week - Need to move out at the end of March. - **Parking is a must** - Somewhere close to the city and my work (Hawthorn East). - One, two, three or four bedroom houses/apartments or a grannyflat. - I do not require a nice view. - I'm pet friendly and LGBT is fine too. If you have any questions please let me know via PM 😊. Thanks!
I'm a happy, clean and quiet person with a positive outlook on life, I enjoy my own space but also love weekend get-togethers over a glass of wine. After 3 months away, I'm about to return from an internship at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark and I'm looking for a nice place near Melbourne, preferably close to public transport. I'll be able to move in after the 12th of March. I study environmental science part-time at Deakin University (starting my honours in June) and work part-time at a pharmacy. I've been house sharing for 4 years and completely understand the respect required for a happy and warm home. I do own white goods (fridge, washer, dryer) and a couch, but if your place is already equipped then I can leave these in storage and only bring my bedroom furniture. Please message me if you have any questions at all, I will be back in Australia in March and I'm happy to meet up for a coffee or house inspections after the 12th. Thanks for reading my profile :)
Totally chill person, Just got into Deakin University, need a place to stay for a year or more under the budget with some nice similar age and mindset people.
I am 20 years old, Australian, male. I'm currently looking for a place around the Hawthorn area as I will be studying at Swinburne. I like music, Movies, Sport especially AFL and Cricket and games mostly Nintendo and Playstation. I like socialising and will spend a lot of time seeing my mates. I look forward to meeting you and hope you'll accept me into your home.
I'm a school teacher, highly responsible, neat but not obsessive. I like running, reading, enjoy an occasional social glass of wine. I'm gay but not that you'd notice much. I love a friendly chat but not a party animal; love a quiet place to relax in after a busy day wrangling the school kids. :) Moving date totally flexible.

I'm a 25 year-old working in Mordialloc and currently looking for a long-term stay in a share house in the inner north of Melbourne. When I'm not working I'm a keen cyclist and cricketer, podcast listener and pub trivia maniac. I've lived in sharehouses for the last five years across a couple of different countries, so I'm housebroken, reasonably tidy and cool with pets, especially silly cats and lazy dogs. I'm happy to keep to myself most of the time, but if you're living in a more social house then I can dig it.
I am a 29 year old female, laid back, clean, adventurous and like the outdoors. I don't like to party hard but like a drink every now and then. I work full time so would only be around in evenings and on weekends. I have a beautiful friendly cat named Harriet who I would like to take with me. She mainly spends her days outdoors but sleep inside at night. She is super clean, doesn't smell and is completely toilet trained.
I have lived in share houses for many years and wouldn't have it any other way - I love community, and the people I've lived with tend to become great friends. Traits I value in myself and others include being considerate, open and kind communication, and taking care of all the usual sharehouse duties with grace! A bit about me - I'm 33 with a few creative bones in my body (background in theatre and visual art), and a passion for complimentary health (Naturopathy graduate, working as a Kinesiologist one day per week), and avid nature lover/camper/hiker, and also work the 9-5 x four days per week in local government. I'm rather busy and tend to fill my days and evenings, but I see building a strong relationship with my housemates as a high priority and love the periodic 'family dinner', and of course regular spontaneous cups of tea/vino and chats. Rachel :)
Laid back, friendly, clean and tidy. I just moved to Melbourne from Brisbane and grew up in small towns and on a farm before that. I Love film, games and am aspiring to work in digital animation and effects.
I'm looking for a place for my bestfriend and i. we're ready to move in as soon as april 10th, and we're hoping to find a stable place so the longer the lease, the better. hope to hear from you soon :)
Soooo I'm Kate, previously a Bendigonian but have just landed myself a job in North Richmond so looking for anything in that general area that means I don't have to waste hours of my day driving in traffic. Its hard to write any of these things without sounding like everyone else. But I think its universally agreed upon that Brunch is the best thing ever!!! Im a fairly relaxed human being, I love a good laugh, I like getting out and attempting to exercise my backside, enjoy a sneaky beverage now and again. Im also keen on down time and want to feel comfortable in my own home. I have shared with my best friend for the last couple of years so definitely looking for someone I get along with to have a chat about our days every now and again and hopefully become friends but happy to have down time and do our own thing. Ohh and Im neat and tidy of course. If I sound like someone you might be able to tolerate sharing a home with send me a message :)
I'm kind & caring, very understanding & open minded. I'm a social person so I don't mind the occasional hang outs in the house with housemates but also like my space. I enjoy watching movies & good t.v. shows. I enjoy going out to social events & eat out with friends quiet often. I work quiet a bit, I'm a support worker/carer, my job is great but very exhausting so I do sleep a lot! I'm also studying at Swinburne uni (last year). I'm quiet busy so i like to unwind & relax when I get home. You can find out more about me when we chat. But overall I'm easy going. Thanks 😬😁
Hi everyone! My names Laura, nearly 25 years old and I'm currently looking for a room in a house that has a friendly and homely environment. I'm all about positivity and have a relaxed happy approach to my day to day life. Recently kicked off my nursing career and excited to enjoy a little bit of work life balance after studying way too hard for too long! I love exploring places I've never been and relaxing with a fun loving group of people in my down time. I'm respectful of personal space but at the same time enjoy great company when I'm at home. I'm ready for a new experience, a new home and living with some fun, like minded and chilled out people :)
Hey there! I'm Kristel, 23, looking for a place on the east side. Been living in shared accommodation for over 6 years, pay bills on time, can respect people's privacy, but can enjoy a wine or two together every now and then :) I work full time in a customer service role in the city. I travel, I read, bit of a foodie, can bake, enjoy eating out, but I usually stay in and cook most of the time. I watch Criminal Minds reruns, with a side of SBS. And I gym (ish). Keen to look for a place to call home. I'm also interested in team-ups somewhere within the inner city suburbs, or anything on the lilydale/belgrave line (city to nunwading) I come with my own furniture, a washing machine, and a whisk. Look forward to hearing from you! Kristel
Dedicated fashion student moving to Melbourne from Queensland. I'm studying at Billy Blue College this year and would love to find a humble, welcoming place to live. I like to keep my space neat and organised so I can be inspired and productive when I'm working. I love to be sociable and forming positive relationships with my flat mates is an important priority to me. I'm an easygoing girl to be around and enjoy yoga and meditation, exploring the forest, sifting through vintage stores, attending exhibitions, and finding new vegan spots around the city. I have always been on time and organised with paying rent etc, and like cleanliness, peacefulness and consideration for others. To share with people who have similar values would be wonderful! If you have any questions for me feel free to ask :)
Hey! I'm a 24 yo bloke working full-time as a carpenter as well as building up my own business, and I do a fair bit of volunteer time in the entertainment industry. I've been out of home for a few years now, done the share house thing for a bit, I'm normally pretty considerate. I'm a bit of a workaholic, so I like having my own space to crash, but I'm totally up for social times as well. I have a cat, he's an adorable 5yo ginger short hair, very affectionate! As far as I know good with other cats but not sure about dogs. I'm looking for some humans to share a house. Non-smokers preferred, but ok as long as you smoke outside. Pets ok, if you're keen shoot me a message and we can go from there! Also looking at joining someone else's share house if possible. Looking to move pretty much as soon as I can, and looking for long-term like at least 12 months, but I'm easy. Any other questions let me know!
Country girl from a little place in Northern Victoria called Echuca, quit my job as a press photographer and moved to Melbourne 16 months ago to have a bit of fun. I'm a kids fitness coach so I'm very approachable and easy to get along with, i love my fitness, and when I'm not running around with kids I'm running a retail store. Currently studying my second degree, not afraid to have a few drinks, and I'm a great laugh.
Hi Guys My name is Pat. I moved from Sydney to Melbourne in 2014 to pursue academic and career goals. I would describe myself as ambitious yet laidback. Preferred social setting is definitely a café/restaurant, although I do enjoy a sneaky night out once in a while. I currently work split shift 5.00am - 8.00 and 3.00pm - 7.00pm with school in between so I'm normally the first out of the house and first to bed but enjoy to socialise and share a meal. Also fairly clean, like to keep things tidy but by no means a neat freak. If you would like to no more please do not hesitate to ask. Look forward to meeting you Pat
