It’s actually a 2 bedroom unit on tramline to City that I’m now offering the second bedroom, in sharing with myself ...(it could turn into longer term if agreeable) It’s a popular leafy area of Melb and I’m hoping to find someone with short term plans for an introduction to Melbourne For a few months Air con. Split system/heating Short walk to shops and picture theatre Can probably throw in use of my car occasionally for day trips. Just a thought I’ve got bikes sporting balls , 3 sets of standard men’s golf clubs (for free use) to help an active visit (relatively local to a couple of golf coarses if of interest) Please be aware I’m home quiet a bit. But will be trying to exercise etc and be in and out with activities in during to summer months evenings. (Length of stay) I feel it will suit a traveller or introduction to Melb for a 25 to 55 year old single I also have a girlfriend/partner that stays over on weekend from time to time ..... I’m at her place occasionally on weekends
i study at swinburne in hawthorn, i also work 2 jobs so im pretty busy. i am clean keep to myself a bit, pretty chill. but would like to live with someone who wouldnt mind going out together every now and then, and someone who is like minded :)

Hello I am seeking to move in with health conscious, positive individuals who are open communicators, respect a quiet, tidy, clean home with no pets. I work as a nurse Mon-Fri and teach Yoga on the weekends. I enjoy reading, cycling, snorkeling in summer, meditating, and practicing yoga. Furniture/stuff: I have two mountain bikes, a bike rack, riding gear, camping gear, snorkeling gear, a library, a microwave, a kettle, and will need somewhere secure to store it, like a garage or shed which will need to be locked. Quirks and Perks: -I prefer if shoes were not worn inside the house. -I like to wake up to a clean kitchen, so it would be appreciated if dishes were done before bed. -I'm conscious about our environment and prefer to use environmentally friendly household cleaners. -I favour a rotating weekly cleaning roster, as its only fair to share the household cleaning. -I do not tolerate drugs or smoking. Move in date is flexible, as I would like to give my current house mates 4 weeks notice. My Budget: $160/week or $200/week inc Bills. Please contact me with any questions Have an amazing day 😊
I'm a 39 yr old American expat, have a 13 yr old jack russell cross, and have a 3 yr old floofy cat. My dog is getting quite elderly and lays around most of the time and my cat is a young cuddler who is quite shy until she gets to know you. Like a tidy home with other chilled out adults where we don't have to spend time together but a shared meal/drinks is awesome (I love to cook btw). My budget is including bills/week. I spend most of my time studying at Swinburne, reading, arting, going to the gym and whatever sport is on that I enjoy. I like playing board games, PS4, and all sorts of co-op goofyness. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly, mostly vegetarian - chicken eater here and there out of medical necessity, eco-friendly, don't smoke, enjoy a drink here and there but not a 'drinker', ex-military, extremely chill human being. I've recently divorced so looking for a stable environment. I'm looking for space enough for my queen bed, computer desk, cat and dog - the rest I can figure out. I can come with a small fridge, dryer, and probably a washing machine. I have a full set of kitchen equipment and vacuum as well. I take public transport pretty much everywhere so that nearby would be great and only ride an ebike. I don't care if I live with men, women, or anywhere on the spectrum of gender as long as they are decent human beings.
I’m clean quiet an keep to myself work full time an long hours, I play sports I’m also happy to help out around the house doing chores
I work full time, I pay bills on time, I have furniture if needed, I like AFL and Surfing also other sports. Im easygoing and take initiative in doing things such as cleaning up. I’m looking forward to see what’s on offer, I’m looking to move in ASAP
I am a Brazilian 23-Year-Old man, just graduated in Business Management. I´m going to Australia to undertake an internship program for 6 months. I like sightseeing and going to new restaurants and bars.
I am easy going, friendly. I clean up after myself and enjoy a chat. Originally from Ireland and have been living Melbourne two years now. Looking for a nice place with awesome people
This place features a large living area, separate dining area and separate laundry space. It is less than 10 min walk from Auburn Station or Camberwell Station and 20-25 min from the city by train. Lots of dinner spots as well along Burwood Rd and Glenferrie Rd (St Cloud, Santoni etc). It's a bright place with lots of natural light looking out to neighbourhood trees. There is undercover off street parking downstairs for each tenant. There is a $198 tenant transfer fee if approved by the owner. Available ASAP.

Hi! Me and my roommate Kat are looking for someone to fill the 3rd room in our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse in Northcote. There is also a beautiful puppy called Felix, so you have to be comfortable with dogs. The house overlooks a park and it’s a very quiet, chill neighbourhood. The room is unfurnished and large enough for a double bed, desk, bookcase and clothes rack. It has its own ensuite and heater. No built ins unfortunately. There is 1 off-street car park. Most of the house has been furnished by Kat – washing machine, fridge, TV, table, etc. There’s a bus stop 1 minute away. It is a 14 minute walk to Fairfield Station and a 17 minute walk to High Street/the 86 tram line. Rent is $230 not including bills, bond is $1166. We split everything 3 ways. Ideally you will want to go on the lease with us eventually, although we can be flexible for a month or two if you would rather see how things go. You must be queer friendly and okay with dogs.

The location is perfect - central to Melbourne's best food and entertainment! NBN speeds available, Cherry Tree Bar across the road and potential parking permit available too 🤟 Got chromecast setup in the lounge room, that's usually got spotify, youtube or kayo running 24/7 haha Courtyard needs a cleanup but is getting more and more use for summer! It's a 3 bedroom currently shared by myself and a couple but the other single is heading north to do her farm work for 3-4 months so while I'm open to anyone / any length of time, you'll get preference if you're looking for a 3-4 month timeframe.
