Need somewhere to stay while I look for a place in Ballarat. Am not a party person or a night clubber. Haven't mastered the art of the selfie. Favourite bands are Radiohead, Mumford & Sons and Editors. Used to like The Killers a lot but have gone a bit off them recently. Going to Glastonbury is on my bucket list. Keen on upcycling. I own an ex-taxi and an ex-racehorse. Like to keep to myself but am definitely not anti-social. Favourite author is Jane Austen. Currently looking for a job and after I relocate, I will also be looking into further studying. Cheers.
I'm 20 turning 21 this year. I don't smoke, and am not a big drinker but I'm happy to have some wine every now and then. I work a minimum of 20 hours a week and I study full time. I have a really cute and lazy indoor cat who would be moving with me. I'm neat, clean and tidy. I also have bedroom furniture already
I’m a quiet person who’s kept to herself, and am currently looking for full or part time work in Ballarat.. So would be moving in when i do have employment. I currently live too far away to travel everyday so living closer to where work is, would be amazing! I’m simply just looking for one room to rent, i have all my bedroom furnishings, and am all set!
We have three rooms available and are looking for three guys or girls in need of a comfortable, furnished, well-located place to call home for ideally 6 to 12 months or ongoing. The home is in a newer area on the Sebastopol/Delacombe border, midway between Delacombe Town Centre and Albert St shops. 5 minute drive to Sturt St, and an easy drive to the uni campuses, hospitals, etc. The house is fully furnished but there is space enough for you to bring items to make yourself feel at home. The house is comfortable and fully equipped; it has central heating and carpeted bedrooms (good for Ballarat’s notorious winter), and aircon and ceiling fans for when the warmer days return. Separate lounge room and a separate kitchen and meals room make it easier to find a quiet spot in the house. Kitchen has a Dishlex dishwasher and a gas cooktop. Covered outdoor patio and even some herb and veggie garden beds for time outdoors. The garage has room for two cars and a further two off-street, plus ample street parking in the area. Outdoor security cameras keep the home safe and solar panels make electricity bills very cheap. The three rooms we have available are: 1 - Master bedroom with walk-in-robe and ensuite, furnished with a Queen bed and side tables. $200/week 2 - Rear bedroom, which is also furnished with a Queen Bed and side tables. $180/week 3 - Third bedroom, furnished with a Double bed and side tables. $170/week. The rent includes internet and house maintenance (weekly cleaning and garden maintenance). Water, gas and electricity bills are shared fairly. Sorry, but indoor smokers and pets are not allowed.
My house is a 5min drive to the centre of town and there is also a bus stop near by. My house is walking distance to shops and doctors. The bed room is quite large and comes with a queen size bed and side tables (if you want). There is also a built in wardrobe with hanging and shelving space. Please ask me any questions you may have.
Property is in between a woolies, Coles and Aldi with heaps of shops nearby and a 7 min drive to DTC where there’s a bigger woolies and a Kmart and cinema. 10 minutes to the station and about 10 minutes drive to the uni but the bus around the corner will get you there in about 20
I’m a 17 year old student working part time at a restaurant, also studying at fed college 3-4 days a week, very friendly and responsible, like keeping to myself mostly but always down for a chat here and there. Looking for a nice quiet room where I can focus on my studies. Very reliable and will always pay bills on time

Hi all! My Boyfriend and I are looking to get a house as soon as we can. We would like to share with another person to help reduce rent costs as all the areas we wish to rent (walking/riding distance to the hospital where Dan works) are a little out of our budget. Ideally we would like to get a 3 br house with 2 bathrooms and off street parking. We will be picking up our newest family member (a cute bordoodle pup) on the 13th April, so we will also be searching for a place with an enclosed yard. I am currently studying a dental assisting course and will be getting some placement after the pup has settled in. As mentioned above, Dan works at the hospital on a full time basis with some on-call. We are looking for an easy going person who likes dogs and doesn't smoke. Dan enjoys the football and would appreciate having someone to watch the games with. If you would like to team up to find a place just shoot us a message!

We offer a home not just a flat where we welcome and show kindness, respect to you.It is a quiet home generally as both of us are studying but do enjoy a good chat and perhaphs a shared meal from time to time.

I’m clean/tidy, easy going, friendly and always up for a chat but of course respect your privacy and quiet/alone time and hope you would respect mine.
