The house is in a central location of Melton, close to bus stops with three buses on route to Melton train station. Wood Grove Shopping Centre is only a 15 minute walk, and ALDI being only a few minutes away, as well as Tasman Meats. Melton is only 35 mins drive from the City and an hour by public transport (bus 15 min + train 45min) I am looking for someone clean and tidy who cleans up after themselves, keeps the kitchen and their rooms clean. Someone who pays rent on time, is reliable and responsible. Rent is 40 dollor per night , 180 perweek , rent is to be paid every 2 weeks, with 2 weeks in advance and $500as bond. Smoking is not permitted inside the house and if you smoke outside a container or ashtray will need to be used You must switch off all power when you leave your room, as wasted electricity will incur larger bills amd can be avoided. I'm a night owl but I'm not a party animal. Netflix and a glass of wine over partying any day!
