My job has just moved to Rydalmere, I'm looking to find some place close to there to cut down on my commute. An ideal room would have space for a double bed and a desk, with an attached ensuite or private bathroom. An ideal house is clean and friendly with clean and friendly housemates. Also somewhere I can put my car. I like to occasionally cook and to have a chat over dinner but aside from that I'll be keeping mostly to myself. References from current and previous housemates/landlords on request can be provided on request. Flexible with move in date. I can move in any time on or after the 20th of January.
Hi :) I am an environmental law student at Macquarie University, with one year of study left. I am kind, friendly and outgoing, love getting to know new people, am respectful of others' space, and live a good balance of work, study and relaxation. I also work part time, and have just come back from a semester exchange in Copenhagen, Denmark. Looking for clean, friendly and reliable people to live with for the year!
Hi everyone, first and probably most important, all your bils, internet, and a few common items (toilet paper, washing powders, fabric softerner, paper towel are included in your weekly rent (how good is that) we a nice sized room in the house available, the room is currenlty furnished with a single bed, side table, desk and lamp. the house is rather large with two living rooms, a back balcony and even a pretty awesome bunker style entertainment room downstairs the house is located near west ryde train station, shopping centre and quite a lot of eateries (including maccas) street parking is ample with no parking restrictions (a rare occasion in sydney these days) if you would like to come check out the place please dont hesitate to contact me to arrange an inspection thanks
You will be sharing this renovated, cozy and clean house with housemates mainly in 30s who are working in professional fields and also some are students. House is approx 10 mins walk to West Ryde station, the Woolies and Coles supermarkets, library, shops, McDonald's, etc. The bedroom ($150 per week per person, to be shared by two people) is perfect for couples, clean and good size. Near to the city: 25 mins from West Ryde station to Central station by train (10 mins walk to West Ryde station) Near to Macquarie University, the Ryde Tape - 5 mins by car Near to Parramatta, Eastwood, Strathfield - 15 mins by car
8 mins' bus away from Eastwood Station Chatswood, Macquarie Park, Macquarie Uni, Carlingford, and Parramatta: If you work you these areas, my house would really suit you. There is 545 bus stop right in front of the house. You don't have to walk, not even for 1 minute, and the frequent bus which comes every 15 minutes will take you to your workplace. Epping, Denistone, West Ryde, Meadowbank, Rhodes, Strathfield all the way to city: If you work in these areas, the transport from my house is very convenient too. 545 comes every 15 minutes, which means you can go pretty much anytime you want. It only takes 8 minutes to get to Eastwood station. If you give it a chance, you will realise this is even more convenient than a house which is within walkable distance to a station. After getting to Eastwood station, there are frequent trains that can get you to those areas. All house mates here are quiet mature full time professionals with stable schedule. If you want some quiet alone time after work, my place would be your best choice.
I'm quiet and to myself, very accommodating and easy to get along with. Clean, reliable, friendly. I'm studying at Macquarie University, and work for the campus magazine so I'll be at uni or work most days. If I'm not busy, I'm a homebody, so will be curled up in bed with a cup of tea and a book. I'm vegetarian and cook a lot, always happy to cook for others.
I'm a tidy motivated individual that will be working full time in the city central. I am currently applying for rentals through meadow bank, Concord, North Strathfield and surrounding areas. I am looking for three bedroom places, seeking two other people to move in with me. I am looking for tidy and respectful people to live with. Preferably professional and like-minded. -move date will be around the end of this month and beginning of February. If you'd think we would be a match send me a message :)
21 years old Malaysian studying in Macquarie for degree. Currently in Malaysia for holiday, I will be back to Sydney at the end of February so I'm hoping I'm able to find a nice and friendly place to stay nearby there. It will be best if its fully furnished with bills included in rent. I like to watch Korean drama which is why wifi is a must for me hahah and I go for a jog sometimes. I like to keep my things clean and tidy. I'm a lazy person when it comes to cooking, so I always make something easy like pasta, congee or maybe bake once in awhile only. I super adore dogs! <3
Currently working in hospitality in the city so i have a varied schedule so im out of the house quite abit, and when im home though, im clean and respect the spaces in the house and easy to get along with anyone. Im planning on adopting a dog in the new place so the location has to be pet friendly.
Hi there, Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a 22 year old moving to Australia as a Masters Student in the second/third week of Junuary 2018. I will be studying in the City and hence would prefer a place close to public transport (preferably a train station or a bus stop with direct buses to the City). Although I love to socialise, I am looking for the place I live at to be a space for some downtime. I do plan to work part time and will spend most of my time on weekends with a really good friend of mine who lives in the Ryde area so you might not see me around much. I am a big foodie, love to write and am tidy :) Looking to share either a house or an apartment with easy going, tidy and like minded people. Any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me :) Cheers, Prerna
Hi, I'm Kallista. I just finished the HSC last year, and am moving out of home to study at Macquarie university. I'm always respectful and friendly, and like to keep my room neat and tidy. I love playing sports (especially soccer), listening to music, and exploring new places (I love to travel!). I look forward to meeting you :)
Hey! My name is Karina, and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Science at Sydney University, working part time at Macquarie. I hope to move back to Sydney at the end of Jan- Feb, and would love to join an existing share house, or start up a new one in proximity to the station and the city. I love bush walking, the beach, exploring new parts of the city, and photography. I am pretty laid back, quiet, and am able to appreciate others space in houseshares. In saying this, I am quite social and enjoy going out (or staying in!) with house mates. Please don't hesitate to message me if you are interesting in starting a new house share!
I am easygoing, and I'd love to socialize with people. I am passionate about movies and have a knack for technologies and startups. I am working full-time and looking for a private room in a share house with great flatmates who do not trun the house into the party house. I pay rent and bills on time and love to live with families or group of people who keeping everything neat and tidy. Homestay / home stay with nice family without the need for providing me a food is also an option which I am thinking of it.
Hi, I'm James. I was born and raised in Melbourne and have just graduated from Monash University. I'm very easy going and is always up for a chat, but will also respect your space. I enjoy playing computer games, watching movies and cooking. My gf is from Melbourne and will be visiting me every fortnight/month, so I'd like housemates who don't mind that. (She is very friendly and bubbly!). ~Please only message me if this is okay.
Very chill and clean, I keep my things organized. I'm very sociable, I like to talk and to have a good relationship with those I live with. I'm studying Patisserie at TAFE Meadowbank and I work part-time as an Apprentice Pastry Chef.

I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional who travels for business, and relocated from Perth to Sydney due to work commitments 6 months ago. Except for dinner parties, I'm not into house parties. I'm looking for share accommodation for initially 4 months and longer if the place is suitable, with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender. I don't mind living with pets but prefer cats.. prefer room furnished maximum of $450 including any outgoings. I would like something in any of the surrounding areas of North Rocks, North Mead, Parramatta, North Parramatta Carlingford, Epping, Rhodes, West Ryde, Sydney Olympic Park. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking. In addition to other activities, I enjoy going to the markets, eating out on weekends and the movies.
Hello there, I'm Tina, 33 and currently looking for room in a friendly and comfortable environment. I am easy going, mostly keep to my own, clean, quiet and responsible. I am not much of a party animal but I do enjoy hanging out with friends when I get the chance. I usually work in retail but I have taken 2 months off to re energize myself after a year of total burn out. (UPDATE: I NOW HAVE A P/T JOB) I am now actively looking for a new job (though I assure you I have enough savings to pay rent) and will be studying at Macquarie Uni as of February, so I need a new place that will be more centralized. I am a bit of a geek, I enjoy gaming on my PS4 and am quiet the movie buff. I also enjoy creating special effects makeup, reading and learning new skills. I am of Greek background so I could probably cook up a delicious Greek dish if you wish, too! I am looking for a private room, as long as there is a desk, a bed and a wardrobe I'll be happy. No preference in a specific gender household, as long as you are cool with having a laugh once in a while. I prefer a place close to transport also as I do not drive. If I sound like someone you'd like to have around, then message me! :) T.
I'm easy going, neat and tidy and don't mind helping out around the house with chores and repairs. I'm a full time student studying engineering whilst working 4 days a week so I barely spend anytime at home. I like to hang out and have a chat but respect personal space and privacy. I'm an active person who likes to be on the go and outdoors whenever possible. I find I can get along with a wide range of people and am quick to adapt to a new environment.
Hi potential housemates! I will be moving to Sydney in February. I'm a medical professional so I work a lot, but I'd love to get involved in the social side of the house as much as I can :) if there's not that much of a social aspect to the house that's ok too - I do already have some friends in Sydney. I'm VERY clean and tidy, but not so bothered by other people's mess (within reason of course). I come with an adorable young toy poodle puppy called Luna - but please don't discount us as housemates because of the dog thing! She's tiny, doesn't shed hair, hypoallergenic, extremely well-trained (housetrained and obedience), quiet, used to apartment living and gets on well with other animals (not to mention she will bring you so much joy!) I also love cooking and am happy to participate in any shared meals or just share my leftovers with you. If you have any questions at all, please contact me - I'd love to hear from you. Cheers!
I am a professional working in CBD. I am a vegetarian and love to travel during weekends. I am a foodie and love to explore various cuisine.
Recently finished my MBA from Macquarie University and currently employed with Macquarie University. Have been living in Cremorne for the past two years. I am a huge TV show fan, love plants, cooking, reading and boardgames. Will always be up for a Netflix marathon/pizza and some Catan. Am very clean and tidy and always clean up after myself. Non smoker.
I'm looking for someone similar to my age, lifestyle - I am a white collar middle management city yuppie with my office based in the CBD, I wake up around 5-6am to run and go to bed quite early most days. I train to work, prep my own meals, dont smoke or drink, and like to keep the place quiet, clean and in order. Most of my off hours I spend reading, researching at home, music, sometimes exercising or the occasional catch up with friends.
I am very clean,I work from 11am - 8pm so I would hardly be home during the week but don't mind chilling during the weekend. I'm easy going , easy to live with & I'm very honest. Looking preferably in and around Lidcombe close to work but I'm not fussed.
