I am a PhD candidate of geography at the university while working as a tutor and lecturer. Unfortunately I did not arrive in Australia by birth but I've been here for nearly a decade. Formally did sub-letting and Airbnb few years ago so I am a respectful tenant as well as observant to house rule. At this stage, I am quite busying with my teaching and research. I am looking for a friendly place to stay for at least 3 months. Longer term preferable if we get along well. I am a healthy eater, non-smoker, social drinker, theatre buff, never used drug in my life, open-minded but with my own principles.

I have just returned to Australia after several months travelling Asia and Europe, and I have just moved to Sydney from Adelaide to study arboriculture. I am looking for a fun and friendly sharehouse around Eastwood. I am polite, tidy, and sociable. I love nature, gardening, cooking, hiking, hanging out and watching some films or listening to vinyls. I am respectful of space and privacy but I am also usually up for a chat and a casual beer or glass of wine. I look forward to meeting some like minded folk and exploring what Sydney can offer.
I'm a Malaysian who studies in MQ for year two degree this year. I'm currently in Malaysia for holiday, I will be back to Sydney at the end of February. I'm hoping that I'm able to find a nice and friendly place to stay nearby. It will be best if it's fully furnished with bills included in rent. I like to watch Korean drama which is why wifi is a must for me hahah and I like to go for a jog sometimes. Also, don't mind me to have one or two friends over sometimes (no party, just chills) as sometimes I will head to their places for stay over too. I like to keep my things clean and tidy. Which is why I would prefer having own bathroom but I'm okay to share with another person. I'm a quite lazy person when it comes to cooking, so I always make something easy like pasta, congee or maybe bake once in awhile only. And I super adore dogs! :)
Hi, I am a 23 Year old professional who is going back to work in Rhodes after doing a graduate rotation interstate! I love to have a chat with my room mates but also do enjoy some privacy. I work a standard 9-5 job and enjoy going out every once in a while :)
I am Chaitanya and I am 24 years old. I am from New Delhi, India. I'm pretty tidy, amicable and agreeable, I will be studying Management at Macquarie University and would be looking for a property within a close proximity, say Marsfield or even Epping or Ryde. I like to socialize with people. My favorite pastime is watching football (Soccer) or movies. Iwould be looking to move in quite soon.
Friendly, very empathetic, clean, organized, quiet, private, lived with others long enough to know what it takes to keep the peace. Work in IT and frequently travel overseas for work. Would love to have a pet dog someday. Into Japanese culture so I do not wear foot wear at home. Love cooking that is simple, neat and small. Have a car that needs to be driven more. Traveled and lived abroad in a few countries before.
A large double furnished room is available in house. You will have your own room yourself. A quiet superb location only a 5 -10 minute stroll to West Ryde station, library, shopping centre. Independent, self sufficient and clean. I don’t like to get in any bodies way, I’m a very understanding person and get that everyone needs their space. I’m a busy full time worker and student of a weekend and am very driven towards succeeding. I hold a very professional state of mind, but can have a laugh. I’m looking to move closer to work, as my commute is extremely long everyday working in Chatswood current living out west. I’m looking for an easy, clean accomodation with possibility of car covered parking, also abit of room to store some stuff also. So a spacious room would be desirable, with own bathroom. Also somewhere to keep my bicycle as I love riding!
willing to pay more. Easy going, organised, quiet but don’t mind socialising, usually out on weekends and training during the week, have some furniture,
Hi we are Josh and Tina, We are hard working professionals, friendly, tidy and respectable. Josh works in I.T and I work as a colour consultant. We have two beautiful dogs that we walk everyday after work. They're not destructive or aggressive, they get along well with other pets and each other, they are very well house trained but mostly stay outside anyway. Other than spending time with our dogs I like to do art, bake and play board games. Josh likes to exercise, relax and fix cars, bikes and electronics on the side. Even though we enjoy getting to know our housemates over a few drinks, meals or even Netflix we are respectable of other peoples space and always clean up after ourselves. Please give us a message or call asap as we are looking to move straight away as commuting is killing us!
Im a single 26 year old female. I work full time. Im a clean, quiet respectful person. I like my own time but always up for a chat or drink with housemates at home. I love to go see my friends and family and love watching movies and a good Tv show.
Hi, I'm currently living in Melbourne but am relocating to Sydney to work full-time at a job I commence in April. I'm looking to move and get settled in prior to starting my job - so ideally I'm looking to move in March. I'm largely a people person. I'm respectful of those around me. I enjoy being socially and also my own time. In my spare time I enjoy: - Going to the gym, - Going for a run (rarely), - Watching a movie or light reading - I sometimes cook I enjoy the occasional drink, going out into the city and socialising with new people. In terms of length of stay I'm looking more long term, rather than short term.
