I recently moved to South Australia from Victoria. I'm hoping to live near Norwood where I work, otherwise Adelaide or near the Klemzig or Paradise interchanges. Pets are great but I don't have any of my own - If you have a dog I would love to walk and play with it (and hug it forever!) if that's okay! I love gardens, parks and the bush but it's also fine if the property doesn't have outdoor space. I'm not a huge cook, so if you love to cook for hours or if you're particular about your kitchen or have diet or religious restrictions I won't be in your way. However, I do love to bake some goodies to share regularly! :) I like to keep things clean, so a dishwasher in a shared house would be lovely, but not essential at all. A non-shared bathroom or en-suite would be fantastic. I'm happy to share it with visitors to the house. I love experiencing and sharing all kinds of media and art: movies, books, tv, art, music etc. I'm a computer science programmer by trade, and maybe.. occasionally... just sometimes... I'm a total geek :) I'm an occasional social drinker, but am happy to respect an alcohol free house. I love to kick back with a movie or netflix followed by a drink and a chat! I'm open minded and love it when others share their perspectives and experiences. When I'm in the middle of a fun or engaging discussion, meeting new people, or geeking out over a shared love, I'm quite lively and talkative, but I'm an introvert at heart who also loves to read or draw for hours on end, so if you're a private person that's cool too :) I'm looking for a completely non-smoking house indoors, but where it's okay to smoke outside occasionally. I have quit all but a few a day when stressed, but can't stand the smell! I'm currently staying with family, so I can move any time. I don't have a required length of stay but at least more than 3 months would be great, and I am happy to commit to a longer duration like a year if required. I hope this gives you a good idea of who I am and what I'm looking for and I look forward to hearing from you, Cheers! I hope to meet you soon!
Here you will find a peaceful home with an abundance of colour. It is filled with beautiful things including plants and is surrounded by the garden all the way around it including a veggie patch and a rose garden. There are two living areas so plenty of room if you want some privacy or space to relax and the bathroom is quite large. There is gas heating and a/c throughout for summer and the home is fully secure and safe. The room has a wardrobe, mirror if you choose and full block out gorgeous new curtains. It's close to public transport and only a four minute walk from the Paradise interchange which means you're then only ten minutes from CBD or 5 minutes to Tea Tree Plaza shopping centre going the other way. Dernancourt is a very safe area with some great eating spots nearby including Vietnamese, Italian (Anthony's Cuccina) and Lebanese.
The property is beautifully presented with an ambient and modern feel. With plenty of outdoor and indoor living space and good views. 5min drive to the O'Bahn interchange, and literally less than a minute walk to a bus stop on Lower North East Rd. Minutes within many amenities including schools, parks, plazas, cafes, restaurants and approx. 5min drive to TTP mall. The house provides off street parking and will take approximately 15-20mins drive to the CBD. The house is fully furnished, with free wifi and rent is inclusive of water usage. However, there will be split bills for electricity usage. I am a very clean and mature self-employed male. The other male housemates are very clean and chilled, and also rather quiet who tend to keep to themselves. However, a beer/meal will still be shared once in a while. We would prefer to find like minded housemates, extremely tidy and not afraid to do basic house duties. Also as I am allergic to fur, the house is not pet friendly. No smokers. No couples please.
A delighful, tidy property with modern kitchen, located in a quiet area with private backyard and barbeque. Bus stop is located at the front of the house, 5 minutes drive to ARC campbelltown fitness centre and campbelltown library. House is fully furnished with three bedrooms. Your room is fully furnished with a very comfortable single bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom will be used as as a study room and a guest room. The house has 2 bathooms with one of them has a great size shower.
20 minutes by bus to city centre. If you're new to Adelaide I'll help you get settled. Currently 2 house mates, both guys. One works at a cafe, the other at a factory. Inside the house has been recently renovated with new bathroom (gas temperature controlled hot water) and new kitchen. The house has washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, etc. The room (3.0x3.m) has single bed, and desk. The rent is $150 per week for singles which includes all electricity/gas/water.
Private room in spacious clean home with all bills and Wifi included. Enjoy Torrens River Linear Park at the end of our quiet street for pleasant walks, runs, rides, feeding ducks or just relaxing. Share with friendly, positive, tidy, clean, healthy and compassionate housemates. I'm Vegan but you don't need to be. Vegans and vegetarians more than welcome. Couples welcome for an additional $50/week fee. Your room includes furniture, double bed, robe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp, desk, full length mirror, Venetian blinds, black out blinds, electric blanket and bookshelves. Our home includes unlimited Wi-fi internet, R/C aircon, 60" HD TV for movie nights or video games (rarely watch TV), pool table. Dishwasher, remineralized RO filtered water, Vitamix, food dehydrator, juicer, combined washing machine/dryer. Veggie garden space, shed space for bikes or your extra things. Full 88 key digital piano you can play all hours with headphones. Small pets may be OK. We have a small pet door from laundry to enclosed backyard. Sorry no medium or large dogs. If you're friendly, considerate, tidy and always immediately clean up after your self then all this can be yours to enjoy for $165 a week. All bills and Wi-fi included. Please message me to arrange a time to see the room. Look forward to meeting you soon ! Jeff
Hello! My name is Tiarna and I'm a 24 year-old theatre-loving makeup artist with a keen interest in writing. I have a fun, bubbly, cheeky personality and love a glass of wine on a Friday night with whoever's up for it. To be able to have housemates that would help make it a great, positive environment would be wonderful. To have somewhere that feels like a home is my goal. I hope I'm fun to live with. I love having a chat, but I can keep to myself when need be.

I've been living in a share house for the past 3 years, currently have my own business. I am going to be caring for a family friend from NZ who has a dog, he's unfortunately being force out of home by his father. Intend to stay for 12 months while we look for a place of our own. My lease ends in November so I will need to move either just before or on the 26th of November. I'm a very clean person and always pay my rent, I like to play games in my down time I like to socialise. I mainly stay within my own area and keep to myself at first but I tend to become more social once I get to know people.
I am respectful and responsible. I come from Kenya, and an international student in Adelaide. Moreover, I possess a like-able character and happy soul to be around with. Preferably all bills inclusive in rent .
Hi, I am looking for a place for my partner and I to stay long term. I am a 29 year old female and my partner is a male 34 years old. We both work full time, we are very friendly, easy going reliable people. Ideally we would like a place to rent for just the two of us but we are open to sharing with 1other person preferably a female over 40's. If someone has a granny flat that is also something we would be interested in.
Hi ! I'm an apprentice in hydrogeology and I would be working at hope valley water treatment plant during 9 weeks. I love to travel, to discover new cultures and to make friends! Oh, and I'm french by the way (but no worries I have good temper). I also love music (I am learning lyric art) and cinema. I do sports when I am motivated (squash, running, and swimming). To finish, I don't have a facebook account ('cause I prefer to spend my free time reading or watching some movies) but you can find me on Linkedin if you want. Cheers !
I'm a 29 year old who is currently working full-time. I'm a quite individual who keeps to herself. I'm an early riser and early settler. I like to spend my downtime relaxing by watching movies, reading, cleaning, cooking or finding other things to occupy my time. I'm happy to have a chat, play board games, etc. I don't drink alcohol or smoke. I don't have any pets and I'm very allergic to cats (sorry - they're cute tho!) I am looking for a mature and independent person/people to live with. I would also be interested in meeting like-minded people for a team-up. I'm pretty flexible on suburbs to live in. As I am comfortable doing 40 minute drives to work in the city, I'm happy to live further out of the city to fit within budgets.
I'm a fairly relaxed person Iooking for a relaxed place to stay at that isn't too far from work. I'm fairly quiet and conscientious. I'm not really a party animal but I'm friendly and I don't mind visitors and the occasional crazy night. I'm into gardening, so if there's any land you don't mind me doing a bit of work on, I'd love the opportunity to throw in some herbs and vegetables. I'm also (slowly) learning to speak Spanish. I'm also into movies, reading and hiking. I'm currently sticking out my job as a "bread merchandiser" until I get my long service leave in September. After that I'd like to head back to University at some point to resume my studies. I currently don't have any pets but I love cats and dogs. Anyway, I'm looking forward to meeting you and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
I'm a really outgoing guy I like to meet new people and go on adventures. I moved to Melbourne in January but I'd like to come back to Adelaide now. I've been living on my own since I was 17 and have matured and learnt a lot about living alone. I would consider myself a neat and responsible person. I'm doing cert 4 in IT at tafe and would like to do UNI when it's finished. I am currently on centrelink but I am actively looking for employment. At the moment my rent is $250 weekly which is too much and I'd like somewhere around 150-175. I'm a very social person and I'm usually always up for a chat. I like to go out with my friends and I see my family very frequently. I have a small kitten named Daisy as well, happy to move in with pets but it's also possible for my parents to take care of my cat. Hit me up I'd love to arrange a place to move into! =) Not fuss'd on where it is but I'd like it to be in the metropolitan area.
Hi, I am a graduating student that is looking for a place ASAP. I do clean after myself, look after myself, and is respectful to others. I am looking for full-time employment, but will not try to be lazing about all time.
This property is brand new with a magnificent kitchen, built in robes and modern fixtures and fittings. Work is still being done to the Garden and when complete the property will be perfect. There is also a gas BBQ outside. Athelstone has a lot of great features for nature lovers with walks up to Black Hill and Morialta Conservation Park close by. There is a convenient IGA, bakery, chemist, and 24 hr gym and service station at the Athelstone shopping center just an 800m walk up the road from home. Continental Deli, Chinese, fish and chip takeaway also just up the street. Public transport within 30 m of the front door goes to Paradise Interchange and the trip to the City is 35 min or 20-25 min by car. There are two living areas and a large open space family room and dining area off the kitchen. Happy to rearrange space to suit prospective housemates that have furniture. Internet included in rent. Utility costs shared with others. Outside smoking only. The room available is the main bedroom and it has a double ensuite, toilet, walk-in robe and built-in robes, queen sized bed and side tables. Quiet, uncluttered environment in a fully furnished two bedroom unit, to share with one other. Polished floors throughout for easy cleaning. Room available is small/medium-sized, measuring 3m x 2.6m. Not furnished. R/C air-con, gas cooking and hot water, dishwasher, small private back yard with lawn and veg/herb garden. Full size bath and bathroom. Friendly, considerate landlord. Recently signed lease for another year. Close to regular public transport, shops, library, gyms, O'bahn and Linear Park walking trail. Not far from Morialta Conservation Park. Indoor swimming pool nearby. Covered, off-street, allocated carport adjacent to the unit. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed here, due to Strata rule. Cats wouldn't work as one of mine is intolerant to other cats. Possibly other responsibly cared for pets could be negotiated. While I do not currently have internet set up, I'd be willing to look into this with a new housemate. The room is currently unfurnished, but for the right person/people I would do my best to get it nicely furnished. I do care about making sure you're as happy and as comfortable as possible while living here. It would be your home too. The rent is listed as $146, bills additional. Bill payments would be divided equally between us as they arrive. For shorter stays a higher but inclusive amount could be negotiated. This isn't a party house. Having a friend or two over for dinner is fine, or a family member visit you. Alcohol, smoking and drugs are not really welcome here. Although a glass of wine every now and then would be no drama.
Hi, I'm looking for share accommodation close to the city, I'm 51, very responsible, easy going, non smoker, professionally employed in real estate. I have a maltese dog (11) and my own home in the country, so we would only be there Wednesday to Friday each week for my daughter to attend Uni SA. Thanks!
Hello all! My name is Madison but friends call me Maddy. I'm 21, a student at Adelaide University and I work casual in retail. I'm a very compassionate, understanding person who loves getting to know people. That being said, I enjoy my alone time and respect when others need the same. I am looking for a room in a house with other likeminded people. I'm not fussy about the house, just as long as it's somewhere I can relax and keep my things I will be very happy!
