Im pretty quiet and laid back. I work as a concreter so when i get home every day around 4pm i love to chill, eat dinner, watch some TV then im in bed quite early. I love animals. Im very tidy and for some reason love doing the dishes lol. I love sleeping in on weekends and dont go out much. I dislike drama and annoying people. I only have bedroom furniture, barely any crockery/pots/cutlery etc. so a fully fitted out place with a vacant bedroom is ideal. Would prefer to stay in a place for at least 12 months but thats negotiable. Im responsible with my money and can pay bills/rent on time and i expect the same from my housemates. Peace

It is a beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse and one bedroom is available now. We are easy going to live with, only basic rules apply like cleaning kitchen & bathroom after use etc. We prefer someone who is considerate so everyone here can live comfortably:) **There are 3 whippets living together. Hope you like dogs :) **Utility bills will be split equally.
i'm a quiet natured bloke who values my peace and privacy and that of those whom I live with. Looking for a quiet peaceful place to call home, willing to share with another or alternatively find another to co-lease with. Location isn't too too important but would prefer to reside close to family ties so anywhere in the western suburbs would suit. I offer excellent references and rental history, would suit someone seeking the longer term situation.
Very friendly and respectful couple, we enjoy communicating with people and having a good time but we also want privacy as well. We are easy to get along with. Working part - time and studying full time during the week.
I am easy to live with as long as everyone pulls there own weight. I am always cleaning, cooperative and am currently looking for work. I am also looking into starting to study again I have one pet and she is a 13 month old cat
Hello potential future housemate! My name is Malcolm, I'm a 29 year old male who works full-time in Derrimut and has been renting in Caroline Springs. I'm looking to move out by the end of June. Melton is my preferred location, but I am willing to go as close to the city as Footscray if need be. I'd prefer to start a new share house with someone, but if ya think you've got a room that fits then hit me up! I'm pretty quiet except for when I'm playing Bass guitar, but that's usually at my friend/guitarist's house. We're just starting to gig again which is awesome! I'm definitely not a clean freak but I'm not a pig either. I also have an 8 year old Kelpie who is still fairly active and likes to sleep inside at night. I have a king size bed and some of my own furniture. I also have a fridge and a washing machine which I'm happy to share and my rent budget is $180 plus bills. My move date is 25 June cuz that's when my current lease ends. But I'm definitely willing to pay out my current housemate to move out earlier. I hope to hear from ya soon! Thanks for reading :)

whats goin on!? I'm a young 34 year old lad from NZ moving back to Melbourne Mid to late June. Already have employment to get into pretty much straight away when I arrive. I also have a job coming up in Sydney in the very near future (fifo sort of) so I'm either looking for somewhere temporary until I get the call, or if the house is an awesome environment and the price is right continuing the tenancy and fly back on my time off.... I'm single, no kids, an electrician by trade, social drinker, outside smoker, yo yo dieter, sociable, and looking for a place to not only put a roof over my head but to make some new friends too! So feel free to flick me a message if you think I'd be a good fit for your pad! 🤙 Will need parking available
The house has solar panel to reduced the electricity bill, big backyard with low maintenance garden. has two toilets and driveway parking for 3 cars. Near new kitchen and fully renovated house. ducted heating and evaporate cooling. Quiet neighbourhood with bus stop just around the corner. Walking distance to Deer Park shops and St Peter Channel catholic school. if you have a green thumb, you can start your own veggie garden at the back
ROOM IS AVAILABLE NOW Welcome to Sunshine, the outer city western suburb. Groceries, takeaway food, post office, public transport and petrol stations, police station, magistrates court are only a short trip away. There is plenty of families and senior citizens and a few hipsters. So there is 1 to 2 rooms available, one bigger that the other, one has more light, rent is charged at $550 per calendar month - $650 per calendar month, bond is the same as one months rent, plus bills, this includes gas, electricity, water and internet, this is split evenly between us. The wifi cost is $60 per month, this is split evenly for all to pay. All rooms fit a double bed. Its 10 mins walking distance to Ardeer train station (Vline train) or a 10 minute drive to Sunshine train station (Metro train), bike path to Sunshine station, takes about 15 minutes. Melbourne CBD is about 20 minutes away depending of the mode of transport. The main shopping and dinning precinct is 15 minute by bike and about the same by car, Sunshine has no parking meters, winning! We have a big back yard, a big front yard, I am slowly building up the vegie patch (yeah right), fruit trees (2 in total), herbs and some flowers (weeds). Most of the house has floorboards and very attractive lino. The house has lot of furniture such as couches, dinning table, TV and all the house hold appliances and white goods such as a washing machine 3.5 star energy rating and the fridge has a 4 star energy rating (what!). The bedrooms are not furnished, apart from a wardrobe in each room. House does not really need anymore furniture, but a wide screen TV is welcome! Also a couch is welcome also, but not essential. There is a lot of space in the back yard to spread out a picnic blanket, yoga mat or sit on the outdoor furniture and talk about how good suburban life is. Michael and Bec live here at the moment. We are not a couple, we are in our early 30s, we work hard and I also study, therefore we like to relax and unwind at home where possible. We are open minded and enjoy laughing. Therefore there isn't room in this place for prejudice or selfishness. We communicate openly, share a meal together occasionally and have a chat most days. We like to live with respectful adults and take care of the house and keep it clean. Many hands make light work. We all like a clean house, we generally chill out during the week and get early nights and like to do some fun stuff over the weekend or lay around the house.
