Neat and tidy couple and both of us are into full time work-my work profile being a Marketing executive and my wife's being a Practice Manager. Free for weekends chats and fun and also respect quiet time. Pays rent on time as have been doing for past 4 years. Need a house to share with. My spouse is easy going and my little pumpkin(daughter) is 4 years old, quiet and well behaved darling. We have a car so would be needing a garage too. Overall, we are very easy going and respect other's privacy and space.
Hi there. My name is Cynthia. I am 21 years old, studying hairdressing and am looking for shared accommodation in the western suburbs. I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors with friends, and furthering my studies. I will also from time to time need to work from home braiding hair for a small client base. I am friendly, tidy, and organised and look forward to hearing from you.
Hi, I am looking to team up with one person to rent a house in Deer park or Derrimut. I work full time at Deer Park. I am easy going, responsible and value driven. I would like to share with like minded people and preferably a student or working full time. If you are interested, please let me know. Thanks, Joe
Quiet and respectful. I work Thursday-Sundays and then spend time back in Bendigo most Monday-Wednesday's, so I'm generally not around that much. I'm looking at finding a place in the western suburbs for the next 3 months. My girlfriend is currently overseas for uni until the end of July, so we will probably look at finding somewhere to stay in Melbourne after that (but could look at renting longer as a couple if that was preferred by the host).
Only letting one room for one person for a property of 4 bedroom house in Deer park. the house is very clean and quiet which allows tenants to relax after long day of work. 3 minutes drive to the train station, 20 minutes to CBD. IGA is 7 minutes walking distance while Derrimut shopping center is 5 minutes drive. GYM and other amenities are close by. The property has Internet, centralized air-condition, spacious living area and excellent backyard.
> Furnished room for rent in 4 Bedroom home close to brimbank shopping centre and public transport, 12-20 min walk or 3-5 min drive to train station, 17-30 min to city by train > 3 Coles and 2 IGA nearby > All Bills included > Unlimited internet > Gay Friendly
Unlimited internet, huge TV. Lovely quiet neighbours, close to everything. Your room is at the rear of house, overlooking garden and shaded by grapevine and climbing rose, bathroom is next to it, very private. Separate walk in shower room, separate toilet, separate bath/vanity room so I suppose thats three rooms for bathroom facility! Built-in wardrobes. Room is carpeted. Has ceiling fan and ducted heating. New kitchen put in this year, new bathroom last year. More pics to come! Also lovely backyard, outdoor bbq area, quiet deadend street that ends in parkland. Enormous grapevine that shades in summer and produces more yummy grapes than we can eat! Sunroom for storing stuff you don't want to store in your bedroom. Currently a sharehouse with one other quiet and awesome person plus me also quiet, we are 40ish, professional, enjoy intellectual conversation, and also theres RARA the cat <3 Smoking outside only. Quiet house in quiet street, 1 min walk to bus, 3 min walk shops, restaurants, doctors, 15 min walk to train. Parks and river 30 second walk away Employed, students, Shift workers n keepers of odd, owl-ish hours most welcome (cos we do too)
Recently graduated in electrical and electronic from Swinburne Uni. Continuing my part time job in the catering business until I find a professional engineering career that suits me. Paying rent on time isn't an issue. With my lease at UniLodge over, I'm willing to relocate. I like to think of myself as an ordinary INFJ wanting to realize great dreams. Currently educating myself the realm of entrepreneurship and hoping to have my own start up one day. While I appreciate privacy, I also feel housemates are a 'family', away from family. In my last 4 or so years of living in shared accommodations, I've made sincere friendships which I truly value. I wish to continue doing so. Plus, I find animals adorable so if there's a pet at home, it'll find a good company. And oh, I don't leave my dishes go stray. : ) I have a thing for modern aptmnts/units and I'm not much fussy about the suburb tbh. Happy for anything in between 30km radius from Melbourne I guess.
Very clean respectful guy easy to get along with i work full-time night shift so im looking for somewhere that is fairly quiet during the day so i can sleep.I am a smoker(outside only) social drinker,no drugs and i have children who live with their mother's that i see every now n then..I don't mind helping around the house cooking, cleaning so on..
I am just browsing at the moment. I do not have a set move out date but will be looking for someone to move out with around June. I would like to find someone who also is looking at renting a home in the western suburbs and we can move in together. I thought I might start getting to know people who also want/need a room mate. I would like to get to know someone before I move in with them rather than renting a room so I am not put in any awkward or unwanted situations or left with nowhere to live. I work in fast food part time and baby sit one day a week, I am hoping to transfer into childcare as a career soon. I would like to live in a place were we can give it our own personality. I like to play table top games (I am horrible at video games) and love to binge a good tv show. As far as living goes I usually have a pretty messy room but I like to keep the rest of the house tidy. I like to look after the planet as much as I can so I do make a conscious effort to recycle and turn off power when it isn't in use, In saying that 'you do you'. I currently live with my brother who can't sleep without the TV on.
From the Yarra valley, work in hospitality in cbd Melbourne, great person to get along with, for fun I like to go camping, fishing, 4x4, motorbike riding, hanging out with family and friends, play netball and basketball as a sport
Hey I'm Tabitha, I'm 21 and recently unemployed (currently looking for new work). Now I do have a stable income, so no need to worry about me being unable to pay rent, etc. I am looking for a great group of people to live with, in a fun and friendly environment. I like to think I'm a pretty clean and easy going person. I'm all about respecting people's space and cleaning up after myself, so no, you won't have to worry about stray dishes. I like to keep to myself mostly, unless you coax me out of my bedroom with Netflix and sugary snacks. I do enjoy football, so if you go for North Melbourne we will get along great, and if not, we can work on that! While a little shy, I do enjoy some friendly company and having a few drinks. I'm also a bit of a geek and love watching questionably "good" movies and reading a cliched YA book. 😊 Anyways, I hope to hear from y'all soon!
Hello potential future housemate! My name is Malcolm, I'm a 29 year old male who works full-time in Derrimut and has been renting in Caroline Springs. I'm looking to move out by the end of June. Melton is my preferred location, but I am willing to go as close to the city as Footscray if need be. I'd prefer to start a new share house with someone, but if ya think you've got a room that fits then hit me up! I'm pretty quiet except for when I'm playing Bass guitar, but that's usually at my friend/guitarist's house. We're just starting to gig again which is awesome! I'm definitely not a clean freak but I'm not a pig either. I also have an 8 year old Kelpie who is still fairly active and likes to sleep inside at night. I have a king size bed and some of my own furniture. I also have a fridge and a washing machine which I'm happy to share and my rent budget is $180 plus bills. My move date is 25 June cuz that's when my current lease ends. But I'm definitely willing to pay out my current housemate to move out earlier. I hope to hear from ya soon! Thanks for reading :)
We are a nice and happy couple. We love to communicate with people. We are neat and clean people. We love to clean our house.
I'm a private hard working family orientated person, who is looking to get a room in a shared house. I work night shift so I sleep all day, my idea of having fun is going to see a good movie, going for dinner or spending quality time with my extended family. I pride myself in taking good care of myself and my room and living areas.
Hey hey! I'm 22 years old and a first year nursing/midwifery student looking to move somewhere closer to uni in St Albans. I'm really easy going and tidy, love a good conversation but also don't mind keeping to myself at times as well. I also try to keep up a fairly healthy lifestyle, however, nothing beats watching several episodes of a good TV show in one sitting too!
I'm a 29 year old female. I am working full time and I will studying full time also in a couple of months. I enjoy coming home and relaxing after work and watching some TV.
