there is air con in the main living space, there is internet, a bbq and out door paved area down stairs. there are no direct neighbours. we are 15 mins from both Toowoomba and Gatton. I would prefer someone who is working, prepared to help with the cleaning. the rent includes all amenities, how ever if they increase too much I may have to re-evaluate this.
