Am looking for a nice somewhat quiet flat or sharehouse. I am a friendly, easy going, honest, respectful guy who cleans up after himself. I enjoy been in nature and going to the beach also enjoy camping and basically anything outdoors Having written that i also enjoy my movies and down time. I am a vegetarian/Pescetarian i do enjoy my food and cooking. If you have anything or know of anything then please let me know. Thank you!
I am very quiet and private. I work at INCAT and I currently work shift work 4.30pm to 12.30. I sleep during the day until early afternoon. I love to cook and grow vegetables and herbs. I enjoy working out. I do smoke, constantly trying to give up. I always smoke outside, use an ashtray and very respectful of non smokers and non smoking areas.
The property has recently been renovated with lime washed polished floors , modern lighting, new windows ,a brand new bathroom and a big timber deck (which is almost finished.) Its beautifullly sunny all day, facing north with mountain and water views on top of a reserve. The house is surrounded by gardens and lawns with an auto watering system ( low maintenance) and has a big sun terrace off of the sunroom/lounge space: this is in addition to the seperate kitchen and deck area . (so plenty of private space to hang out ) . 2 of the bedrooms are huge with enought room for a study desk, kind bed and seating. we are 5 m walk to waterfront reserves , jetties and local shops with the bus stop 2 minutes walk. 8 min drive to centre of town ,5 min to Glenorchy and 10 to Mona.
I love to cook and to chill out. I work 2 jobs 1 ft and 1 casual so paying bills wouldnt be a problem. Im clean and neat person who respects other peoples privacy and belongings..thanks for taking time to read my ad and i hope to hear from you 😁
Hi, I'm Keira a 20 year old uni student studying Marine and Antarctic science. I'm a super friendly easy going person, who likes to socialise but also likes time to myself. I'm a tidy and respectful tenant and I don't smoke. I'm currently back staying with family in devonport until I find a place to rent in the hobart area. I'm a very adventurous person and always am out doing things in the outdoors or spending time with friends. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have to give you more of an idea of who I am.
We are fun, outgoing young ladies but also very trustworthy. We pull our weight and always try to improve our everyday lives as to why we are looking for a home. We are easy to get along with and are adjustable to just about anything. We are not employed but are still applying and searching for jobs.

I'm very friendly and love people, love a good cook-up and chilling out too! Can talk about almost anything, but leave you alone when you need quiet too ;) I'll be needing plenty of alone time as a fast-track nursing student anyway. I am a disabilty support worker, non-smoker, neat and tidy around the home. I have a gorgeous 6yr old labrador I either can bring with me or leave with my folks if you can't have her, but trust me, you'd be missing out ;)
I will be relocating to Hobart for my masters course at UTAS, I will be looking for part time work while studying my master of science. I enjoy bush walking, bike riding, film photography (i develop my own black and white photographs) reading and cooking. I also enjoy mycology (fungi) and enjoy foraging and the identification of different specimens. Prior to my masters, i lived and worked in Sydney as a Senior Scientific Laboratory Technician in a private school. I'm an independent person, clean and reliable who enjoys alone time who is also up for a chat and potentially cooking and sharing a meal together. I also may or may not have a cat (Female, litter trained, desexed, 10 years old), who may be coming with me.
Hello! I'm a ceramicist with a very sweet cat named Paquita. I'm hoping to find a friendly home for us to live. Would love somewhere with a garden and lots of natural light. I'm tidy and considerate of others and hope to share with like-minded people. My favourite things are watching films, reading, music and of course making pots.

We’re not party animals and don’t have the friends to consider house parties 😂 My partner wiki is NZ and loves his food! And to cook for anyone who’s willing to try his food.
I'm an student/part-time worker looking for adventure. I come from a small city/large town on an island called Victoria. Not Victoria, Australia but Victoria, Canada. I clean up after myself, I wash my own dishes, hell I'll even vacuum and clean the washrooms if I have time because I kinda like doing that stuff. I'm looking to room for at least 4 months in Melbourne. I have 6ish years restaurant experience at 3 different places, and all the stupid drunk stories I can't remember until I get drunk and remember said stupid stories. Cheers, heres to good times.

My current lease ends on Xmas day of all days. I’m looking for a room to rent in the greater hobart area. Working full time. 28 years old. I’m a clean and organised person and would like to live with other respectful people. I’m an outgoing person who enjoys the outdoors. Looking forward to making the most of summer over the weekends and getting away. Any other questions, please ask.
We are fun-loving easy going, couple who love to travel. We love food and music. We are friendly and welcoming and super organized. All in all, very easy breezy to live with.
Hello! We are an easy-going couple looking for similar people to live with. We like movies, food, books and are both fairly busy with work and study. We've lived in sharehouses before and are happy to mingle but also enjoy our own space. We're good at being clean and considerate too! Currently living with family, so flexible with moving dates.
Hey all! Mixing things up with a lifestyle change. Coming down from the great ocean road to work and live in the great city of Hobart after running a very busy bicycle shop for a few years. I have an entire house setup to bring so best suited to setting up a new share house for 2 to 3 people. (fridge suits 2 honestly) I'm not the loudest person but enjoy going out to dinner from time to time or weekend breakfasts if you want to hang out. Won't have many visitors either. I ride my bikes and drive quiet abit, happy to do share meals too, I'm happy with nearly all cuisine types (just not Maccas!). Happy to share bathroom if required, I am used to living with women more so than guys, but happy either way. Happy to forego the master bedroom, would like to use garage though! Happy to get Wi-Fi if wanted but not overly phased. Split bills. No food allergies. If you have a dog that's a bonus! Things of interest: waterfalls, coffee, drives, beach, breakfasts, naps.
