I am looking for a room for the next 6 months / potentially on going from the start of August or early September. I am making the big move from Ballarat. I have recently brought a house with acreage last year that I was renovating with my ex partner, however due to some exciting new changes, I am on the lookout for a new place to call home in the big city. I am usually pretty quiet, I don't watch a lot of TV unless it is as interesting as stranger things or is a doco on animals / crazy world stuff, I love to cook, go to the gym and chill out listening to music. I am an ex pole dance instructor so i will potentially be out a bit getting back into it. I am also wanting to start up MMA/Boxing, so it would be cool to live with someone who might also be into these things. I usually am out and about over weekends unless the weather is cold! I start a full time job in the city at the beginning of August and will be potentially looking for weekend work just to keep myself busy, so I won't be around 24/7. I would like to live with someone/people who are mature but also aren't against having fun and are willing to eat any baked goods i make.... :) I do have a cat I would love to bring with me, but I understand if it isn't a possibility. - I need parking for my lil car - I need to be nearby PT, I'm moving from Ballarat so I am not good at getting myself around without a car (lol!) - At this stage I am not interested in starting something up, as I would like to go into somewhere that has all the amenities i need. - Happy to pay rent just under 300 ONLY if bills/internet/parking is included If you would like to know more or have a room available please send me a message. LG xxx
I moved to Melbourne a few months ago after graduating from UniSa (adelaide) and found myself a job here. At the moment i am currently at an air bnb flat in the cbd, but i will need to move soon! Looking to live in a chill share house somewhere not tooo far from the city, with housemates who are social and don't spent most of their time in their rooms. Since i work full time i wont be around the house much during the day time but when i am at home I like to socialize with my housemates, share a meal or a drink and maintain a family type vibe! I am very respectful of peoples privacy, clean and willing to do my share of house work, love traveling, movies & music (Techno mostly)!

Hi. My name is April. I come from Taiwan and I've travelled to 30 cities in 10 countries by myself so I understood how to respect every landlord and the house rules. All the Airbnb landlords gave me good reviews. I am a easygoing, quiet and respectful person. I am going to study PTE in Melbourne 3-4 weeks from August. 16 then fly to study "Child care" in Hobart, Tasmania so I need a tidy and quiet place to stay . I usually study in state library in the morning then go to gym in the afternoon. I love yoga , yummy food, travel and good coffees. My bf he live in Melbourne as well so we will cook together sometimes but we don't party at home. We enjoy a lot the bars and restaurants in Melbourne. Hello Everyone, I am looking for someone to accommodate my place for few months as I am moving to another city for a short project. About the apartment - It is a beautiful 1 bedroom unit having brilliant views of the Port Melbourne. The property is in the middle of the city next to the Southern cross station. It is a fully secured residence with restricted lift access and this makes it a pleasant and safe place to live. Perfect for couples, small families, friends and students, the place is close to all the main office areas and main universities with free tram stop right outside the building. A perfect location to enjoy the city life in Melbourne. About the building - Few years old construction this building has amazing pool, hot water spa, sauna and gym. It is close to all major grocery stores like Coles, Woolworth Metro etc. Not to forget there are plenty of food corners, cafes and fine dines nearby. With places like docklands, river walk, south wharf, casino and king street night life at walking distance, the location is simply fabulous. You can access direct trams to Parliament, Swanson street, St Kilda and other tourist spot outside the apartment. Rent - $580 per week Bond - 4 weeks Internet - $60 for unlimited 100 MBPS plan. Kindly contact me if you are interested. Thanks.
Hi there, A little about myself. Super busy with work so hardly home. Friendly, relaxed and loves to clean. Very respectful of others space. Looking for similar down to earth people to live with. Really looking for a room with an en-suite or own bathroom. Thanks :)
I’m looking to move into the Southbank/Docklands area; however it’s negotiable as my only real concern is living near a tram stop that can take me into the city. I essentially want to live as close as I can to avoid running a car (to avoid growing up). ABOUT ME: I am 20 years old and I enjoy basketball, poker, music and Netflix. Generally speaking I’m an introvert but that doesn’t deter me from getting out and about every now and then. For work I am a bartender and I’m thinking about studying next year but unsure of what to study. 3 pros of living with me: 1. I’m legitimately clean and tidy with the exception of my bedroom. I just… look; I don’t know what to tell you. 2. I respect privacy. Living with a stranger is unsettling and the last thing either of us wants is someone sticking their nose in our stuff. 3. I’m a heavy sleeper. Come home drunk, whack the TV on and cook a midnight snack. I don’t give a shit, you WONT wake me.
I'm generally a pretty chill guy that likes to keep a house in order. I like to keep to myself at home most days, but I'm usually down for some conversation and casual drinking. I'm an exchange student here in Melbourne until the end of November, and I'm looking to make make this experience even better by living close to the city so I can take in all the sights and sounds firsthand. I can do inspections starting on July 8 so feel free to contact me if I seem like a good fit.
Hey team, Originally from New Zealand, working full time and playing sport as well. Clean, tidy and respectful of others. Looking for a fun sociable flat to meet new people as well. Work normal hours in the city and like to keep busy on weekends too. Let me know if you have any further questions. Jeremy
Description of the home - I was the first person to occupy the apartment since it was built a few years ago so it is clean and new. - 2 bedrooms are separated by the living room and kitchen. - 2 balconies, one in your room and one in living room. - There is a Pool, Spa, Gym, Yoga room and Sauna just up the elevator. - The city views are just beautiful especially at sunset and sunrise. - The trams that run along Collins St (12, 48, 109, 11) are below the building and the Bourke St (96) Tram and Southern Cross Train Station are just across the road. - There is a bin shoot to make life easy. - There are two heaters/air-con in the living room areas. - The building staff are really friendly if your ever in need of anything. - This place is incredibly convenient and chill. - I've been here for 3 years and absolutely love it. - Super secure with swipe card access The bedroom I will be renting has a balcony and double mirrored-wardrobe. Furnished with a double bed and desk.

I am an Architect and aiming to pursue my postgraduate course in Urban Design. As a person, I am pretty friendly and love to explore and travel. I am looking forward to renting a good house with friendly flatmates. I am a studious yet fun at the same time. I am organized, respectful and hygienic so I would take an extra effort to keep my room and the kitchen clean and tidy from my side. I am a mid level manager with a state government authority who transitioned to Melbourne last year. I am looking at an initial couple of months with potential to extend if we get along. I am currently living in Southbank and need to move as my flatmates partner has moved in and they need the space. I am looking to stay close to the central CBD area. When I am not working I am studying for a PhD, I try to stay in shape. I am not a partier, or smoker, I am neat and tidy and quiet.
Quiet couple looking for an apartment in docklands :) Ideally we'd love a nice room with a view private bathroom + carspot. It's something we'd like but not essential as we are flexible in this regard. $350 - 500 p/w is our budget. Lastly we'd love to share an apartment with some nice flatmates! :) We are looking forward to hearing from you
A 31-year-old male from India. Moved here about 2 years ago and stay in the city with my wife. But now she has got a job in Sydney so we are leaving our current flat. You won't find me at home most of the time, because I stay late in the office. P.S In case you are wondering, I like to keep my room clean and tidy :)
