Hi I'm AJ. I am a chef who's about to move to Sydney very soon and I'm looking for a nice and a comfortable room. I'm a very chill and laidback person. I have lots of interest. I love the outdoors, a good coffee and a book, I love spending time in the gym and I'm a hobbyist photographer.
Heya, I'm 23 from NZ looking to move to the Cronulla area beginning of Dec. I work in travel and am fairly social and since i'm moving countries I'm looking for a flat that can double as some new friends too! I'm always up for a wine and cheese night but also do like my personal space and doing my own thing so something in between would be good.
I have just rented this cosy apartment only 1 min walk from Sutherland train station. 30min train to the city Spacious double bedroom, would easily fit a queen or king bed. Rent is $195pw + bills split equally. Supermarket, shops, cafes and public transport within walking distance. Place is pretty much furnished, but happy for you to bring your own furniture too. I think the place could use more love
The property has a beautiful native garden and it’s huge, like your own botanical garden. The house is open plan and very spacious, all modern fittings and high end furniture. Gas fire for the winter and huge entertainment deck for the summer. Air con in the main room and fans in the bedroom, two on the back deck and dining room. Furnished guest room available for friends. Carport, carpeted storage room and garden shed for further storage.
I’m polite, friendly and easygoing. I grew up in the country, am clean, tidy and considerate. I work full time in a job that I love, and enjoy a glass of bubbly after work to wind down. Looking for somewhere that is not a party house and to share a place with great people. Happy to answer any questions you may have :)
Very clean, relaxed, mindful of others, animal lover & cat mama, responsible, pays monthly in advance, great references, great friends who don't annoy or party at mine as I prefer my place as a refuge, can't cook except simple stuff but can clean like a fiend n happy to share shopping if you like or do our own thing if you prefer, not fussed. Love the beach life n the shire so am def wanting to stay around here long term. Hope to find my new housemate soon 😊👍🏼

Hi, I am looking for a short term rental whilst I am looking to purchase a new home in the shire min term 2 months and would like to rental on a monthly term there after. Don't rely on the flatmate suggestions here! It's matching me with places that don't allow pets - I NEED PET FRIENDLY. Hi I am a single, clean, fairly quiet, Australian male. I work 2 IT jobs: 1 full-time and the other I work from home outside business hours (it is quiet work). I'm looking to live with fellow Australians that genuinely want to get to know me and socialise sometimes, but can understand that I am an introvert that sometimes needs time alone. However I am hoping to find some great people that make me feel comfortable so that I would want to chat with them every day. I think the key is sharing common interests. My main interests are fitness, video/board/arcade games, hiking, trivia, science-fiction, the 90's (I'm Gen Y) IT, tennis, table tennis, badminton. So if we have some of these in common we should make good housemates. Of course I'm open to being shown other things. The 2 main things I need are: 1) Cat-friendly. I need a home for 2 indoor cats. This is negotiable to 1 if you already have a cat - I have 1 and plan to get another in the future, unless you already have one. 2) Quiet, peaceful and has privacy. A quiet street, not an arterial road. No hearing people through walls, no dogs barking constantly, very quiet after 10pm, quiet neighbours and no loud aircraft/train/traffic/ noise. Also important: * The room needs to be at least queen bed size . * Respectful, considerate, sensible Australians * Must be non-smokers. * Available long-term - at least 1 year - to avoid the hassles of moving again. * I may need space somewhere for my own fridge/freezer unless yours is huge/has plenty of space (mainly freezer). Or we could negotiate on sharing certain foods to reduce space. *Fast, unlimited internet . * If you have a dog it needs to be quiet and well-behaved/won't jump me. Needs to tolerate cats or be an outside/separate area dog. My budget is including bills and internet. No extra charges. Ideally I want to live in the Shire or North Shore/beaches but will consider other areas. A house is preferred.
