I am relocating to rural Victoria in mid April and would like to house-share so that I can meet new people and have someone to chat with at the end of the day, but I also respect other's space and privacy. I have house-shared for the past 6 years in Melbourne and I am a very considerate, clean and friendly housemate. I am a full-time worker (Monday-Friday) and I enjoy quiet nights at home through the week either relaxing, reading or cooking. On weekends I'm keen to get out and explore the surrounding towns (Daylesford/Kyneton/Trentham etc) once I have moved there. I'm flexible on the length of stay - ideally I would like it to be at least 2-3 months, but if it all works out well then I would love to stay longer (around 9-12 months). I do not smoke, party or have any pets. I also don't have any furniture at the moment, so a furnished house and bedroom would be perfect. If you have any questions or know of a room available in Daylesford or in a town nearby, please send me a message. Thank you.
I work full time at an OSCH program with my sister Milla who I’m currently looking to move out with. We both study in our off time from work to further our current job skills! We are looking to live out due to needing more space from our big 6 person family! We are both clean and tidy people who enjoy others company as well as much needed alone time. We are looking for 1 or 2 people who are reliable and can take care of their own space and responsibilities.
ALoha, I am looking for a place that feels and i can call home. i love cooking, sharing meals occasionally, potlucks, binging a really great tv show, being outdoors, hiking, snowboarding and i love yoga. I teach yoga, i am a registered nurse working part time and studying Chinese Medicine close to full time. I am from Bendigo, but I spent the most part of my 20's living O.S. I feel I am very respectful and clean..my soul likes plants and miniamilism in a house as well as positive and happy vibes.
Hi! I’m looking to move to castlemaine area or surrounding suburbs Very active lifestyle, I love surfing, snowboarding, little skateboarding and basketball. Also love running and any other form of exercise. Originally from Melbourne and very much looking forward to making the move out to beautiful Castlemaine for a bit of peace and quiet! I’m a paramedic which means I’ll be doing shiftwork but night shifts finish at 7am so I won’t be coming in at crazy hours waking people up! I have a super relaxed, laid back personality and think I’m Preety easy to get along with :) If you have anything suitable and want to reach me, please message me on 0401388329 :)
The Townhouse is only 3 years old. It's a low maintenance property that's super close to everything you need. The house has ducted heating and cooling, unlimited Wifi, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living consisting of the lounge room, dining room and kitchen, a laundry, one carport space, a small front and back yard, and there's plenty of on street parking available. We have a big fridge and oven, along with all other amenities you would expect a home to have. Our house mate will have their own bedroom and bathroom, and could potentially use the carport depending on the size of their car.
The house, built in 1960, sits amongst 5 acres of Australian flora and fauna, and is only 6 km to the town centre of Daylesford. This 1960 shack has a minimal 1960's style decor with modern comforts. Surrounded by a forest of trees and an orchestra of birds, the house is simple and peaceful. The kitchen and living room is open plan with a wood heater and floor to ceiling windows. Lots of space for dining, study and relaxing. The bedroom is fully furnished with dresser, bedside table and double bed. Separate equipped laundry. Bathroom with shower over bath and separate toilet. External storage shed with workbench and wood shed. Unlimited wifi & rain water tank. Split system air con. *no smokers please.
The second bedroom is occupied by a local man. It's a beautiful rural property a couple of minutes out of Kyneton township. The landlord also lives at the same address in another house. There is lots of space and it's nice and quite, there are always kangaroos in the backyard and lovely views (especially from the bedroom). The rooms are spacious, the house is fully furnished. There is a washing machine and dryer, and well appointed kitchen. Although the internet is not connected NBN is available. If a couple were to move in the room would be $200 with utility bills included.
This sweet cottage offers 3 interior rooms (the 4th being my room). There is a large kitchen with open fireplace, dishwasher and dining setting. The bedroom has a super comfortable double bed with robe, bedside tables, a massive 2 person spa with views overlooking Doctor's Gully, and a 2.5 seater sofa. The modern bathroom is fully renovated with good water pressure and heated towel rails. Unlimited wifi, netflix etcetera. This location is prime, with the infamous Hepburn Bathhouse across the road. Close to the award winning Frank and Connie's Kitchen, as well as the Hepburn General Store for great coffee anytime. A sweet 5 minute car or bus journey to Daylesford town centre for the mainstream stores. Outside, the back private back deck is perfect for morning coffee with the kookaburra's and watching the sun set. *strictly no smoking

Located close to Castlemaine yet nestled amongst the beauty of the bush this place really is the best of both worlds. Just down the road from expedition pass for summer swims, bush walks on the back door step. The studio has both an air conditioner and a gas heater. Other perks include super fast NBN.
