I am an easy going straightforward guy and like to make new friends
I'm a second year Law student at the University of Adelaide. I like my own space so I'm generally pretty quiet around the house, but I'm always up for random chats and watching movies. I'm relatively tidy, very respectful of other people's space, and I like to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Hey, My names Guy and I work full-time in real estate and also run an online business. I am currently living with my brother but looking to re-locate in the next few months. I would prefer to rent somewhere in the eastern suburbs close to the city or in the city and also to share with one other person (Preferably female but I'm open to more housemates depending on house size and layout). I have many interests including health and fitness, gym, reading, hiking, cooking, travelling etc. I have lived in Adelaide my whole life and have a small group of good friends. I occasionally like to entertain and like a relaxed, chilled environment. I am very clean, mindful and easy-going. I believe in open and honest communication in a share house. It's always great when you can become friends too. I am looking for someone who likes to be social and also respectful of each others privacy. *The dog in the picture is not mine and I have no pets but I would like to get a dog if possible (although it's not a deal breaker). I do love all animals but am allergic to cats.
I'm a health professional recently moved back to Adelaide from the Gold Coast after 10 years away. I love food and wine, lazy lunches and getting out in nature (I'm a country kid). Looking to share with reasonably social friendly people who like a laugh.
I'm very into my music and and film, have settled down a bit these days and need 8 hours sleep before work so I'm not loud at night :P. I'm tidy and clean specifically in communal areas but not annoyingly so! I used to be a teacher but now I work in sales. I'm looking for somewhere to stay for an indefinite period, as circumstances have changed I need to move out of my current house ASAP but I may be looking to find my own place in the longer term, depending on how things go!
Commercial cookery student, looking for a place to rent, preferably somewhere in Payheham, Norwood, Dulwich or Unley area. Looking for a furnished room, no bond if possible. I am clean and tidy, respectful and although I like my privacy, don`t mind occasional chat. Non smoker, part time working in a cafe, hoping to move to a restaurant working environment soon. I love animals, so if you have some, not a problem at all (I don`t have any though). Not a party person, pretty quiet, interested in hiking, gym, beach, healthy food, reading, watching movies, shopping...Hoping to find a nice, comfortable place to live.
Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat freak, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. Since I may be travelling at time, you might not even notice my presence.
Hi, I'm studying Health Science at the University of Adelaide, and work a couple of jobs. I'm super busy and rarely home, but I'm nice :)
Spacious double bedroom with large built in robe in 2 bedroom fully renovated stylish property - available to rent in prestigious suburb of Rose Park only 1km from the city, and next door to trendy suburbs Dulwich and Norwood. The neat unit is set back from the road in a small group on Grant Avenue with solid brick walls and beautiful floating floors throughout aside from the bedrooms which have new carpet. Bathroom is modern; tiled from floor to ceiling and there is a small separate laundry area. The sleek kitchen has new appliances and storage in a hidden cupboard and butler's pantry. Approx. 10 min walk to Dulwich shops/bakery/Dulwich IGA and 20 min walk to shops and cafes on The Parade, Norwood. Within walking and easy cycling distance to the CBD, otherwise only about 10 mins by bus with plenty of transport links in the area with bus stops very close on Grant Ave/Fullarton Rd (144) and nearby Kensington Road with frequent buses 141 and 142. Also conveniently located right opposite Victoria Park which is a beautiful outdoor space with popular fitness running tracks! The place is furnished other than the bedroom available (there may be room for you to bring some small furniture items if required). Sharing with a friendly professional 30s female looking for the right fit with a likeminded person preferably also a young working professional. It would suit someone who wants a cosmopolitan lifestyle living close to the city and popular Norwood area but at the same time just away from town in a safe and leafy suburb. Someone considerate & respectful, clean and neat (most important), who has interests outside of work but still able to share the space with occasional chats, drinks or meals together. Rent is $170 pw, and bond is $680. Bills are shared equally in half (gas/electricity, water and internet). Available now. Females preferred, no couples and non-smokers please. Sorry no pets. If interested, please get in touch via SMS/email with a bit about yourself, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks, Selene
I would say I am a laid back and down to earth person with a strong passion for technology and the arts. I am well versed in flatmate living arrangements and I consider myself to be very courteous and generous. I work in Computer Science and Audio Technology, I also study part-time to further my keen interests and my career. I am always on a quest for knowledge and yearn to learn something new every day :)
Easy going, conscious guy, love meditation, personal development, photography, nutritious cooking, beach action, just got back into cricket and passed L1 Salsa! Started new business in Jan so focused on building that atm. Been known to have a cheeky beverage and a boogie on the weekends!
*Looking for start of 2017* 26 year old Aussie, full time student at the University of Adelaide for my 2nd degree - studying Geography, Economics, Sociology and Music. I work part time at various different locations, but always in the Monday to Friday bracket. In my spare time I like to go hiking locally, but in my breaks I will often travel. I also DJ as a form of relaxation - you might have heard me on Fresh92.7, or god forbid, spotted me in town. I tend to keep to myself a lot within a share house environment during the week, as I get super focused on uni work, so I can have the weekend to unwind. On the weekends you probably wouldn't see me too much either, as I have a list longer than my arm of things to do and people to see. But someone who wouldn't be offended by (and preferably joining) me polishing off a carton of beer every now and then would be appreciated.
Hey I'm Adeline, I'm 16 years old and I'm currently in year 11. I'm real easy going, i'll respect you and your home. I like socialising but love to be by myself too, so I won't be all up in your grill. I know 16 is really young but i'm independent and reliable as I hate letting people down. I'm organised and not too messy and i love a bit of banter. I have a cat called Whiskas, (lame i know) I adore him with all my heart so that's my main issue here, finding accommodation for him and I.
I'm a 25-year-old PhD student, I'm Belgian, but I've been living in the UK for the last 1,5 year. For my PhD I have to work 2 years at the University of Adelaide, so I'm looking for somewhere to live! I'm looking for a room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, preferably. My hobbies are reading (a lot), everything SFF, sports and blogging.
I'm a young at heart 28 yo girl who has just stopped studying and is looking for a job with more hours than my current one. My current housemates say I'm pretty easy to live with! I definitely keep the house tidy (although my room is perhaps a little different). I like some lively banter and to play a bit of poker/chess/other card games, or to maybe watch some TV together. I need to move because the owners of the current place decided they would prefer to lease to a family than have a split contract to three housemates who may individually come and go, which I suppose is fair enough.
Hi ! I am an international student, currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering at The University of Adelaide. Although of Indian descent, I grew up in Qatar from the age of 5 (I still reside there with my family) and would probably call it my home. I enjoy meeting new people, getting to know them better and hanging out with them almost anywhere: be it at a restaurant or hiking. If you would rather yearn for some quiet time, a bit more privacy at home, or in essence if you need a quieter flat mate, I would gladly oblige to be so. I have lived out of home for the last 5 years, so I am well experienced in living in a professional manner. I am responsible, tidy, able to seamlessly and quietly adapt to any rules/requirements in the environment. Usually I would be out at the Uni for the majority of the day subject to workloads. Weekends I tend to stay indoors although occasionally I would do a bit of exploring the city. I wouldnt mind any pets around the house. In fact, I would be glad to make new furry friends :P If left to myself, while assuming studies dont eat up my time, I would probably be reading up on military aviation, watching classical movies from the 40's to 90's (an addict at that), following cricket, Federer (he is tennis for me :P), playing COD and Falcon 4.0, reading a bit of history or listening to some of the best, western classical music has to offer. I am looking to move into a new place sometime by the end of November Please dont hesitate to contact me if interested in having me as your housemate. Looking forward to great times together !
Hi, I'm a pretty easygoing housemate and looking to find a place sharing with one or more people. I'm open to moving into an existing household or teaming up with someone who wants to rent a property together. A bit about me, I like to have a friendly relationship with my housemates but I'll respect boundaries. I like to keep a clean house and enjoy gardening. I don't have a problem with pets (don't have any myself), although it can be hard to find places that will accept them. Either way, I'm quite open to meeting people around my age (late twenties to mid-late thirties) to share with. Feel free to get in touch.
I have just finished uni and started working. I am clean and easy to get along with. There must be mutual respect for each other. I have been house sharing for 5 years now, and i have never had any bad experiences. I enjoy relaxing over food and getting out on the weekends.
I'm a 28 year old professional (speech path) looking for somewhere to live. I enjoy being outdoors and being able to see trees from the house is a must. I play roller derby, ride my bike and hike on the weekends but I also love some time on the couch with some Netflix.
We are a longer term couple who met in Adelaide but grew our relationship living in Africa as I collected my PhD data. We are clean and enjoy being out and about exploring and being active.
What's great about living in this property? I live just a 33 minute walk from Rundle Mall, and a 17 minute walk from South Terrace. Most of the furniture is already supplied, like a TV, a fridge, a washing machine etc. A minute walk from two supermarkets - the critically acclaimed Frewville Foodland and the Arkaba shopping centre. Everything's right at your door! You would be walking distance from a Sip n' Save, a BWS, and a Cellarbrations, if you like alcohol and like most young people, I know we do. There's a gorgeous cat, of whom I have allergies to (hence why I'm giving up this amazing apartment), owned by the gorgeous landlord (DISCLAIMER - doesn't own the place - rent just goes through her) aka my roommate. Air conditioning, we have that. 2 weeks rent has to be paid upfront, via bank transfer to my landlord's bank account (you'll meet her before you move in so you can sort things out with her if you like the place enough) or if she prefers cash, she'll tell you. My landlord, aka my roommate is a incredibly hard working, independent individual, but seeming as she's a young adult and henceforth a cool landlord - I get along with her so well. But I know her, and I know that she'll be looking for someone that is incredibly considerate and does their own thing, independently - also someone she can get along with, she has a very likable personality!
MY make-up MO is investing in good skincare, which means when it comes to my everyday look I’m all about no-makeup makeup, so I love products like BB, CC creams and serum-infused foundations that work to improve my skin as I wear them.

Hi guys! I'm almost finished with my teaching degree (just a few weeks to go and I'll be qualified) and work in a pharmacy on weekends. I've been renting for a year and a half now and am looking to move out of my current place into somewhere bigger and with less drama. I'm 23, friendly, bit of a nerd but also very sociable. I appreciate a bit of downtime and the need for privacy but am also more than happy to share a few glasses of wine over dinner and chat or play a few board games/video games. I like to think I'm clean in common areas (just don't look in my room >_< the floordrobe is very real) and love cooking. Hobbies of mine include: anime, netflix, games, cultures, languages, playing piano (it's electric with headphones), *trying* to keep fit, going for walks, swimming and hanging out with friends. I tend to be out of the house most of the time as I keep busy with work, uni, family and friends. I'm an animal lover but tend to be allergic to a lot of cats =( Please let me know if you think you have something that'd suit me!
Hi, I have just started working a grad job in the city, working at the District Courts. This means my hours are 8:30 to around 6:00pm (sometimes later). I am tidy and respectful when living with other people. I like my own space but also like drinking red wine with friends. Other interests include travelling, music festivals, movies.
I'm currently working in IT in the heart of the city full time and am looking to move into one of the Eastern suburbs from the Hills. I'm friendly and looking for people who are easy going, and enjoy either hanging out or having their own space. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Full-time student at Adelaide University. Looking to share a place in the city, or somewhere close to the city, with clean, tidy and responsible person. *Prefer to share a place with one person only* I am currently sharing an apartment at the East End and have few of my own furniture that I will be bringing with me when I move out of this place (queen bed, bedside tables, desk, bookcase, rugs, dresser, washing machine, coffee table, Tv, Tv table and some kitchen appliances). So I would prefer a place where I can fit my furniture in, or ideally a person who I can team up with to share an apartment. I am into health, fitness and anything active as well as art related. I enjoy cooking, playing tennis, working out and socialising in my spare time.
My names Jess, im 30 years old & working full time Mon-Fri 9-5 as a mental health support worker. I am currently living in Largs Bay right near the beach. I am looking for a room to move into ASAP in a share house with fellow easy going, down to earth & friendly housemates. I also have a beautiful dog - a 4 year old Golden Retriever so I need to find a home where he would be welcomed as part of the family :) I am rarely home during the week except to sleep - I keep myself busy with work & gym & walking my dog. I like a wine on a Friday night to unwind. Hope to hear from you soon.
I'm a cheerful, full time worker who has house shared in the past. I understand the need to respect both your property and space. I am friendly and polite. I enjoy both nights in watching movies and nights out socialising. Please don't hesitate to drop me a line and say hey (:
Hey, Brad here - I'm about to come back over to Adelaide to work for the Summer at a local radio station. I'm 25 years old, love the round-ball football, getting out and exploring, and am about to launch into the startup scene. I've signed on a short-term contract in Adelaide which runs out in mid-March, so I'm essentially looking for a place to park myself for the next 6 months, with a view to staying in Adelaide permanently if a full-time position comes up. Would love you to get in touch if you have something close to the city or the beach, as they would be the ideal locations I'd be looking to live in. An apartment or townhouse in ,or close to, town would be preferable. Also, I won't be bringing any furniture to Adelaide, so a furnished room would be even more desirable. Cheers!
