Fully furnished double bedroom in a cute 1920’s bungalow with shared bathroom, laundry, sunroom and large backyard. Dulwich is on the eastern edge of the Adelaide parklands, so it’s a perfect base if you’re working/studying in Magill, Norwood or the city. The house is a short walk to bus stop, cafes and a local grocer that is open until 9pm! IMPORTANT: housemate must love animals.
I’m a considerate, respectful and responsible housemate. I’m into good food & wine, working full time as a somm, making wine, reading books & watching Ru Paul in my spare time. Looking for considerate housemates who are eco conscious, lovely and chilled out, happy to do their own thing but not opposed to the occasional cuppa tea or glass of wine
HI guys! I'm looking for a house that can be a home for all housemates. I'd love if we could all get along, have a glass of wine together and relax. Would be wonderful if we could have some small gatherings, not looking for a big party house, just a house where people are warm and friendly to one another. I work full time in health administration, so am usually gone between 9-5 on weekdays. When not at work or chilling at home I like to go out to bars, movies, and take day trips to explore this beautiful state.
I am a young software dev from Canberra moving to Adelaide for an exciting job opportunity. I would like to meet some easy-going flatmates that can also help me get adjusted to living in a new city. I generally keep to myself but that doesn't mean I don't love going out or having a bit of banter. My interests include gym, hip-hop, video games and martial arts.
I am originally from Brisbane but have just returned from two years of working/travelling/living in Europe/UK. I will be working for the Adelaide Fringe on a 5 month contract! I love to meet new people and hear there stories, having some drinks with friends, a bit of Mary J, travelling and exploring, see live music and much more. I also love to cook and I consider myself tidy and clean(having an Italian mamma!). I would like to live in a social household as I don’t know many people in Adelaide but I also love my own time :~}
I'm an active and social person with a zest for living, engage in regular sports and love the water, nature & the outdoors. I like to live a healthy lifestyle while still enjoying good food & the occasional drink. I appreciate all sorts of music & the arts. I'm Tidy, Reliable, Clean & Try to be considerate of others. I respect peoples space, possessions & individuality. I'm a non smoker although I accept not everyone is. I work from home a bit, but on the road as well as I'm a Project Manager. Having a car I would prefer off street parking if possible I'm fairly handy if need be to fix things. As far as furnishings go I'm very flexible. Looking forward to saying hi given the opportunity and seeing if we are a good "Flatmates" fit. I'd like to find a place where the housemates have a good relationship and the house is an enjoyable place to come home to.
Hi! My partner and I are looking for a place to live, preferably on the south or east side of the city. Ryan (26) is a full time arborist so he won't be home a lot during the day. Rinske (29), is working as a nanny and a housekeeper (so very good at cleaning ;) ) at the moment but from next year on she's going to study again (social work). We are social but quiet people, so we are always in for a chat, but you don't have to be afraid of us partying all the time. We're tidy and naturally we'll do our fair share of cleaning.
I'm 24, work part time and will be starting a PhD next year at Flinders. Looking for somewhere that's not too far (within a 25 min drive if possible) but can be flexible for the right place. Happy to team up and take out a new lease too. I'm friendly and easy to get along with. happy to socialise but very much value my own space. I've lived in share houses for 5+ years so I'm very independent, tidy and respectful of others being around.
I am a 27 year old PhD student, sessional academic teacher, and freelance research assistant across Social Sciences. It's kind of my job to think deeply about the world and I love a good conversation on pretty much any topic. My work is quite stressful as I am nearly finished my PhD so I'm looking for a house that feels like a home, is clean and tidy, and as stress free as possible. I've lived in various sharehouses for almost 10 years. I understand how to share spaces and am a very respectful, non-judgemental person. I would expect the same from my housemates. I'm a fan of low key socialising (especially with wine), binge watching bad TV and movies, soaking up sun, and yoga. I love to travel. I'm a very socially conscious kind of person and I try to be as eco-conscious as I can. A house with people of similar values who try to minimise waste and properly dispose of household waste would suit me really well. I eat primarily plant-based too but I don't mind living with carnivores. I currently live with two very big dogs and I love them dearly. If you have pets, especially dogs, I really want to live with you. I also have two comfy couches that I can bring along or get rid of.
Work full-time in health. Some of my interests include photography, writing, and more recently trying my hand at stand-up comedy. Looking for a clean and tidy place with like-minded others who like a balance between interaction and 'me' time.
Hi! I am a student looking for a place to live for a few months. I am going on exchange from Canada to University of South Australia starting February 2020, until July 2020. I am from Toronto and I study Medical Sciences at Brock University. I am going into my 3rd year of undergraduate studies! I love outdoor activities, exercise and creating healthy meals and recipes. I am clean quiet and very respectful, and I look forward to new adventures in Australia! Shoot me a message if your place has a room available for the 5 months!
This is a great location, 1.5km from Norwood Parade and 4 km from the city. 10 minute bus ride, bus stop just down the road. A fantastic spot for uni students or anyone working in the city. This is a solid house, cosy inside, big windows, quiet, with a big garden and lots of birds. Shady surroundings. Bills are included in the rent. Walking distance to Coles, Aldi, Foodland, multiple grocery stores and restaurants from around the world - Korean, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Middle Eastern, Mexican. This is an environmentally aware household - we recycle almost everything, are careful with water and I provide green household cleaning products. It's the way of the future.
