I work full time in Government, I like to fill my time being active, going for hikes, scuba diving, going to the gym etc. I'm a fairly neat person, who will do their fair share in keeping the place looking nice and clean. I'm vegan, but won't push my beliefs on others and I'm pretty laid back about most things. Would prefer a non smoking environment but not fussed.
Hi! My name is Laura. I'm moving from Sydney to Adelaide to start a new job and am looking for 6 months accommodation. I'm an easy going person with a good sense of humour, who is quiet and appreciates personal space. I am a gamer and would spend most of my spare time playing xbox and watching movies. I am a clean and tidy person, that cleans up their own mess. I enjoy meeting new people and as I'm moving to a new city would be happy to be part of a household that hosts casual dinners with friends or a party now and then. I'm also all in for quiet nights in! My partner still lives in Sydney and would come over for a visit once a month. He is a friendly and laid back person, that respects personal space and considerate of others. I look forward to hearing from you and certainly hope I can be a part of your home!
I have a passion for brunch, good bookshops and in my spare time, I love going to gigs and seeing my favourite bands live. I'm currently studying Politics and History at the University of Adelaide and also work at Coles in a permanent position. I'm an easy-going, organised, tidy and relatively quiet (but still willing to have a good time) person, I love to cook and appreciate chocolate a little more than I should. I'm looking for a place somewhere near the city so it's convenient for uni, that is bright and that I look forward to coming home to.
Hey... Me and my other friends are looking for a house preferably with 2-3 bedrooms in the areas which are closer to the uoa as we all are students at the university of Adelaide. We are 2-3 people so we looking for an entire property or sharedroom with the reasonable rent. Thanks !!!
I’m from WA and landed in this fine state last year via UK, Spain, Italy & Melbourne. I’m a sommelier and I make a bit of fun juice for L’uva Wines I’m fun yet considerate Extrovert who likes downtime Clean but not anal retentive I love to cook, drink/make wine and I love to chill out in nature or in the backyard, crack a tinnie and have a good yarn. I’m looking for clean, considerate, consistent, lovely housemates who are open minded and upfront communicators. Let me know if you’re free for a catch up/beer and we can have fun ascertaining if we are the kind of housemates dreams are made of!
Emma is a (newly graduated) full-time high school teacher and Chelsea is a first year university student studying early childhood education at Flinders University. We both met through a rental property three months ago and got along because of our easy going and fun-loving personalities. We are both friendly and approachable people who love to cook, watch netlix and have a gin or two on the weekends. We are looking for someone who will keep communal spaces clean and would like someone that we can have a chat with after work (and share a wine with if that's what floats your boat). We are easy to get along with and love meeting new people, and both moved here from the country after high school. We are currently looking to move out of our rental in Stepney within the next two weeks so really need to start applying for places. We are hoping to stay within the Eastern suburbs if possible :) Please message us if you have any questions!
hello future house mates, im coming to Adelaide for the first time and hoping to settle in for the long term. After a few years of travel and living abroad i think i figured out what i want to do with my life, and i have decided to go to art school. in an attempt to not go broke i will spend as much spare time as possible on side hustles and part time gigs. although i may not be much of a home body i would still love to find a house full of people that are keen on the usual shared meal. As for what i offer, bulk budget meal ideas, carpentry/handyman repair skills, friendly conversation and of course weekly rent :)
Working part-time while I do a Masters at Adelaide Uni so things are pretty low key at the moment. Like to keep active by running and riding. You'll probably find me in the kitchen most nights, happy to swap cooking duties if it suits. Looking for a place with my own bathroom preferably and to share with one other person, 2 max.
Hi all im a professional business owner, im busy a lot of the time. I stick to myself when im busy but im very social when im free. I like going to the river skiing and boarding when I can. I'm a software engineer, generally pretty quiet and tidy. I have a stable job, so will be regular with rent, bills etc. I like to keep fit through cycling, running, and gym. Like anyone, I like to be able to keep my private space, but open to sharing meals, drinks and friends.
Hey! My name is Zoë and I just finished my Indonesian and Asian Studies Arts degree at Uni Adelaide so at the moment I work as a bartender but I am currently looking for a full-time job in my field! I am looking to move out of my current share house to live with some new people :). I'm always down to hang out with a beer and have a good time on my days off and I can equally enjoy a quiet night in on the couch. I'm looking for house mate/s that are fun and social but can be responsible when it comes to taking care of the place. I'm very responsible when it comes to keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. Though I am a very social person, I respect and value personal space and can live harmoniously with many different types of people as I have in the past. Thanks :) Zoë

Hi my name is Vikki and I am looking for a long term, relaxed, friendly, comfortable place to call home. I am currently applying for work in hospitality and I will be applying for TAFE from April when the course opens and hope to start that as soon as possible. In the meantime i have a stable Centrelink income and plenty of independent living experience so i will have no problems paying rent on time :) I'm easy going, open minded and respectful of others. I take great pride in my home and am very happy to do my share of the chores/housework. I am a little on the quiet side but that doesn't mean i am not friendly! I love to cook and am happy to share a meal and good chat. I have an adorable de-sexed, wormed and micro chipped moggy 1 yo cat. He is well trained and has a lot of love to give once he gets to know you. I believe i am a great pet owner and take full responsibility and pride for my cat. I am looking to live with others under 25 (not fussed on gender) but must love animals. I am looking for a furnished room preferably with bills included. In exchange i offer you a great housemate (with an adorable pet) who is reliable, responsible and easy to get along with. Thanks for taking the time to read this, I look forward to hearing from you :) Vikki
Hi, I’m Elouise. I’m 28, work as a manager at a chocolate shop and have a Pet Photography Business as well. I’m a happy, quiet person who is kept busy with my work. I love to sit and have a glass of wine and a chat but happy to chill and watch Netflix or do work in my room. I’m looking for a clean and tidy place with a mature housemate and somewhere I can possibly bring clients every now and then to view their photos after a session ( this won’t be very often) and if not I can do the meetings at a cafe. I’m clean and tidy and respect people’s personal space. I sometimes work night shifts and sometimes during the day. I am not much of a party person and prefer to have a few glasses of wine at home or a wine bar rather than go out to clubs/pubs.
My name is Louise, I'm a veterinary student from Ghent University, Belgium. I'm looking for a place to stay during my 4 week internship at The Parade Norwood Veterinary Clinic. I speak Dutch and English and a bit French. I love fitness, athletics and ofcourse animals.
Hi! I'm a music theatre student at Adelaide Uni so my days are mostly taken up being at uni. For the 2nd and 3rd year of it, I will mostly likely be out of the house a lot and won't come home late because of rehearsals. Which is why I'm looking for a house situated near North Terrace. Also, I tend to practice singing, dancing, acting and guitar so I hope you won't mind the noise. I am introverted so I'm most likely to just stay in my room out of everyone's way. However, I'll come out every so often to have a chat with you. I am into video games, movies and Netflix. Because of the contact hours of my degree, I am unable to find a stable casual/part-time work for now and only relying on Centrelink money. Hence why I'd need a cheap place to rent which includes all utilities in the payment. (Max budget includes water, gas, electricity, internet. I know that's a stretch but I'm currently paying 135$ for rent including everything except food. It's just that the location is too far from uni). Once I find the job I will be able to increase payments depending on the hours. I'm a transmale (FtM), currently transitioning. LGBTQ+ friendly
I’m very bubbly outgoing! Love cooking, fitness, outdoors, dinners at home and out. Don’t mind a vino or 2. Quite laidback and respectful of surroundings and people’s space. If you are down to earth and positive your my sort of people!
Two nice, clean , modern rooms available in quiet location. We have a beautiful garden and stunning undercover pergola. Room facing north. Easy access to shopping centres and Glenunga International High School , close to public transport and near the city .Reverse cycle aircon. Would suit a student or a quiet flatmate. Internet available.Rent all inclusive of all bills. Close to many facilities.
I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Education (Secondary) at Adelaide University. I am quite a large Science Fiction fan and am currently a member of the Australian Dalek Builders' Union. I spend a lot of time Volunteering with various organisations and am a bit of a PC gamer. I am Gay so "LGBT+ Accepted" is vital. Looking for a place with a few easy going people, who enjoy hanging out, but also value privacy. Don't want to have to worry about paying bills on time so bills included is ideal. Firm maximum including bills at $150pw. I do not currently own a car so parking space is not necessary. that being said im looking for a place with easy access to North Terrace for Uni. Looking for a place with people who are up for a new friend, down for Midnight chats about anything and everything, and who just wanna have some fun. Currently unemployed but looking for an SSO gig asap and estimating 3 months to save up enough to live off (and time to get a job) my estimated move in date is 8th of July. If the long description hasn't already scared you off, please send me a message! :D
I am soul focused, heart centered and interested in taking care of my health. I enjoy an active lifestyle and seek adventure. I am interested in alternative therapies and have a hippie style about me. I love healing with crystals and am deeply connected to source. I honor myself and those around me with no judgement and loads of love.
Hi all! I’m looking for a place to stay in- preferrably long term. I'm a happy hungry human. Working professional, keen to hangout and chill but I also know we all have those leave me alone moments. Very tidy and clean. I get around with a pushbike and like keeping active, but occasionally you’ll also find me in my room just watching kdramas or playing my guitar, or trying to study. I’ll be starting my medicine degree hopefully in the next year or so. I’m respectful of people’s privacy and would like the same from my housemate too. I’m pretty easy to get along with. I can either be a friend or can keep the tenancy relationship fully professional. Fully furnished room. Utilities (electricity, water, wifi, gas.) Laundry. Close to groceries. Clean housemates.
I am from Istanbul. I traveled more than 30 and lived in 4 countries. I like nature, discovering new places and experiencing different cultures. I am into fitness, yoga and meditation as well as hanging out and partying sometimes. Its all about balance;) I have lived in shared houses and also on my own so I am clean, tidy and respectful in terms of my flatmates' privacy and also I know how to take care of a house.
Looking for a short term/sublet situation in April, doing a short unpaid chef internship in the city at Orana and some work at Tasting Australia food fest. Would be looking at staying 2-3 weeks. Can cook real good, loves to share. Easy going and coffee/casual bev enthusiast, but will probably be busy most of the time so out of your hair. Clean & considerate!
Hi! I've recently discharged from full time service in the ADF and have returned to uni this year to study a Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Sciences at UNISA full time. I'm still employed with Defence and do reserve work throughout Adelaide, which is enough to support me comfortably in addition to Aus study, but I'm also seeking a second casual job. I'm a approachable, self aware, reasonable, assertive, transparent, adventurous and all round a friendly person. I'm also very clean (will give numbers of people to vouch for this if required), respect the space and ideals of others and will just do something that needs doing, rather than simply walk past it because "it's someone else's turn to do". I'm into hiking, cooking, music, photography, bouldering, chatty people, travel, coffee, gin and creativity. I'm looking to move somewhere long term within the first week of the first mid semester break (13 Apr - 28 Apr), ideally with people who want to actually be friends, rather than just housemates who only do their own thing. Either the room I'm allocated or somewhere else in the house needs to have space for a small study desk. I do still own a motorbike which I'm trying to sell, so if there is secure space somewhere in the meantime, that would be a bonus. Happy to househunt with people or move into a pre-existing arrangement. If you'd like to catch up over a drink or coffee and have a chat, please hit me up! :) Josh
Im 24 and have been living in Adelaide for almost 4 years now. Currently I am studying full time and work 20-25 hours a week. I am quiet, tidy and keep my things organised. I enjoy spending time around the house chilling out. I enjoy socialising and like to get to know my housemates, however i am happy to keep to myself too! I own a whole house of furniture and appliances so I would be keen on either joining an existing household or starting a new one! I come with an unlimited internet plan, netflix and premium spotify ;)
I’m friendly clean honest hard working and respectful. I recently acquired a 6 month old puppy but my partner and I broke up so unfortunately I am looking for a new house puppy included so obviously must be tolerant of dogs especially during the training period :)
Hello! We are two Canadian girls relocating from Melbourne to Adelaide for my full-time job as an engineer. My friend is also looking for full-time work as an engineer. We are looking for a place with two private rooms, a home-y vibe and maybe some awesome flatmates. We are both very tidy, open-minded, professional and respectful. We really enjoy cooking extravagant meals, are vegetarian/flexitarian, love plants and furry friends, and are very active runners/hikers.
A 23 year old vegan female looking to move out of her family home in the hills. I’ve just finished a psychology degree and currently hold 3 jobs averaging 40 hours a week. I’m a very clean & considerate person and hope to move out in mid April 😻
Hey there! My name's Emily, I'm 20 years old and currently a full time uni student (3rd year), studying a degree in sociology with a major in politics (on track to graduate mid 2020). I also work casually as a waitress (10-20 hours a week). Keen to move in with some easy going relaxed people, happy to have a netflix binge and a chat every now and then (I do take the occasional nap). I clean after myself, and am also extremely respectful of the privacy of other's! I have a few lil succulent plants that I take care of, I'm an animal lover so I don't mind if you have any pets, and will happily pitch in re: feeding them, etc. Furniture wise, I'm set for my own personal bedroom.
Hi I'm Brenton, I'm currently working part-time at a call centre however I will be studying full-time in a Bachelor of Media Arts beginning of 2019. I love catching up with my friends, going to the movies and being social around others. I am happy to lease for 4 to 6 months and possibly extend up to 12 months as well.
