I am an international student and would love to share a house / apartment and be able to practice my English. I am a very clean person and I like the house clean. I love going out for a walk, getting to know the city and enjoy the beach, sometimes I like to go to parties and pubs and I also love to stay at home watching movies and having a good wine. I am a quiet person and easy to get along with, and I am anxious for the opportunity to meet new people.
I moved to Adelaide in May to set up and open a cafe and coffee roastery (as I am a coffee roaster). My job keeps me fairly busy, but it also ensures a continuous fresh supply of the best coffee in town for whoever I live with. I go to the gym most days and keep myself fairly active when I'm not working. However I do enjoy a good vino or two and love to spend my weekends between the wineries and the beaches.
We have one room available in our beautiful share house in Dulwich. The house is 5 mins from the City, Norwood and Burnside and one street away from Public Transport, The Dulwich Bakery, IGA and other boutiques/shops. The house is a beautiful bungalow, with a big garden and side driveway that can fit 3 cars. All rooms are of generous proportions with high ceilings, large windows and ceiling fans. We do have 2 chickens but unfortunately we can't have any more pets and it is a no smoking house. No couples (because it would be too cramped with four people). Rent is $333.34 fortnightly, plus bills (internet, water, gas and electricity). Bond is $1,200. If you are interested please send us an email with some details about yourself and when you are available to move in. We look forward to hearing from you!

Hi, I’m a speechwriter and communications officer, working for government and based in the city. I’d like to think I’m a friendly and kind person who values being tidy, organised and considerate of other people and their needs. I’m also a (reasonably) good cook! I am somewhat introverted so need some alone time, but I also enjoy socialising and good conversations. I’m keen to live in an inner city suburb, especially if it’s close to some nature like Linear Park or the Botanic Gardens. Alternately, a great house further from the city, but close to a national park like Morialta or Belair, or near the beach, would also be good. Some of my other interests include meditation, reading, theatre, art, movies and travel.

Hi Everyone, 49 year old professional straight guy. Spend most of my spare time outdoors engaging in endurance sports such as trail running, triathlons and mountain biking. When not out training or exploring, I enjoy relaxing at the beach, markets and winery trips. All this means I am not home much, however I am house trained and house proud, owning a few properties myself in NSW and QLD. Not into drugs of any nature and only occasionally have a few drinks. Not looking for a party house however am hoping to find a mature, fun, lively environment, clean and organised - a place to call home! Over the past 6 years I've shared with one other in various different homes, with each lasting over 1.5 years - ranging from girls in their 20's to 40's, including a mum with her 8 year old son, a guy and his girlfriend etc. Usually out of the house by 6am and often not back much before 7pm. Have National Police Clearance Certificate (NPC) and references. Thanks Andrew. PS - thanks to the dozens of people who have contacted me offering a room in a share houses that will be occupied by 4 people and more. Whilst I appreciate the offers and promises of order, cleanliness, and no anti-social behavior or sad sacks, for the last 6 years I've always found a place living with just one other person and prefer to pursue this option for the time being. Thanks again.
Hey there! I'm a 25 year old professional from Tassie but made the move to Adelaide for a full-time 9-5 position in the Arts industry. I studied and lived in Melbourne for 4 years and have plenty of share house experience. I am a tidy, considerate and sociable housemate. I enjoy cooking, hiking, good wine, live theatre and travel (but who doesn't!). Ideally would love a furnished room but willing to be flexible. I hope to hear from you soon! Camilla

I'm also Looking to team up with one other person to apply for a 2 bedroom unit, or a room already available. I'm a creative who works freelance so if you are into photography and movies we would have a lot in common. I also love learning about different cultures and trying different foods. I have a lovely 7 yr old son who would stay the occasional night so would like someone who is kid friendly.

I have been stayed Singapore for nearly 9 years, but don't worry about it I don't have weird Singapore accent lmao !! and this is my forth year in Australia and I like to communicate and make new friends, and I am friendly not a weird person( if I am not drunk hah), I want to find a room in apartment or teaming up to rent an apartment with people( I don't really want to live with so many persons that is why I want to find an apartment). In my normal life, I usually go gym, play basketball or watch English premier at weekend(big fan of Chelsea) and play tennis. I am also learning French by myself.... Hi! I'm a wildlife ecologist working for a national conservation organisation, but based out of Adelaide Zoo (or work from home on occasion - who doesn't love that). Whilst I'm based in Adelaide, I have many extended trips away, into the field and to other cities for meetings. I spend plenty of time in the outback for work, but I also love aspects of living in the city; little wine bars, festivals, live music, group fitness and outdoor activities to do! I'm looking to live in a nice and tidy home with an open feel. I'd love to share with some awesome people who are genuine good humans. I'd prefer to live just on the fringe of the city, in the inner East or South suburbs -eg. spanning Walkerville, Norwood, Parkside areas. Leah
Hello! I am about to relocate to Adelaide from Melbourne with work.. I'm a pretty relaxed person, i like going to gigs, doing the odd painting, attempts at gardening, attempts at 'gyming'. I just got my dive master so hope to be doing a fair bit of diving... Im quite social and out a bit during the week and over the weekend.. In saying that - I'll be new to Adelaide so I'm keen for a bit of a social house with fun people who want to have the odd meal together or go see some art/music.. I'm a bit of a clean bee so would like to join up with others who appreciate keeping a nice and homely environment.. Enjoy dong things the green way and prefer board games over TV... Unless its Vickings. Ragnar rules.... I hope to build up a sweet home base and look forward to getting my bearings.. Oh I will be travelling with work a fair bit, probably away for half a week each month, and will probably visit Melbourne every so often too! I suppose that's about it! Basically keen for a social homely environment with people who respect the house and each other... Thanks! Lana :)
