Bright 3 bedroom townhouse in Dulwich Hill. The house has all the mod cons - air conditioning, dish washer, ducted vacuuming, gas cook top, Netflix etc. House is furnished but your room is not - if you have other furniture for the house we are happy to discuss. While we do have a garage, we prefer to use it as a shared storage space as there is heaps of easy on street parking. The room has a built in wardrobe, fits a queen bed, has spare space for a desk/TV and you will have your own bathroom! We also have a garage we share for storage etc The house is in an awesome location, 10 min walk to train and 3 minutes to buses, light rail, local restaurants, cafes and an IGA supermarket.

I’m a fun, bubbly 26 year old with a 3 year old cat named Pebbles. I'm a clean and tidy housemate who works from home 2-3 days a week and in Alexandria the rest of the week. I’m looking for a laid back house which is 420 and pet friendly. I would like a place where the housemates are keen to hang out and share the occasional dinner but also respectful of each other’s space.
The apartment: - In the heart of Dulwich Hill, minutes walk from shops and cafes - Seconds from the light rail and directly on some major bus lines - Top floor with elevator access and some pretty stellar views - Rather large balcony which opens right up into the open plan living area - Good sized kitchen complete with a dishwasher - Nicely carpeted throughout - Internal laundry - Large bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, shared with one other person Your room: - Comfortably fits a double bed without being squishy and there's already a bed frame there if you want it. - Built in wardrobes with full length mirror sliding doors - Good natural light Added extras: - Two very friendly, rather furry little lap warmers. Something to consider if you have an allergy to cats, but we do have an excellent vacuum cleaner!
Hey! I'm Kiara, 22 years old and looking for like-minded housemate/s in the Inner West. Ideally looking for a friend who is tidy, open-minded and understanding of the balance of being an extrovert and introvert. I'm into collecting second hand bric-a-brac, yoga, vegetarian food, masala chai, plants, a holistic and wholesome approach to living, reducing plastic consumption and all things herbal (including waving palo santo and a smudge stick around the house). I'm in no rush to move just yet as I'm still saving my foundation for a bond and furniture but am looking for a new beginning by September when I will commence my studies in Health Science in Natural Therapies. I'm currently working at a yoga studio in Newtown & am an amateur/volunteer yoga teacher in the works. I am open to sharing an apartment with 1 or 2 people, or a bigger house/terrace with a group - preferably girls. My goal is to create a home that is open, bright and spacious for creativity, self-care and positive energy. Think along a picturesque Pinterest post ;) If this sounds like I'm on your vibe and you won't be turned off my typical-hippie-inner-west attributes, hit me up and we can grab a coffee to chat all things home-y! :)))) Kiki xxx
Hi, my name is Emily and I'm a full-time postgraduate student looking for accommodation for 12 months. I am clean and respectful and I will pay my bills on time. In my spare time I enjoy reading and bushwalking.
I have lived on my own for the past 3 years. I am neat and tidy and I can say that I enjoy cleaning so don't worry about having a mess. I enjoy some company with friends but I can also keep to myself. If you want to know me, I love to talk and laugh and I would love to talk about anything. Learning more about other people makes me smile
Hi I'm Santhy - 28, work full time, chill, friendly. I'm looking to team up with two girls and rent a place together that we can make homely and drink a wine over the next ep of the bachelor. I'm pretty tidy, don't like clutter and like art deco style furnishings with a plant or two around. At home I like to cook at home, watch shows, docos, funny stuff. I like outdoorsy stuff and I am at the beach all the time in summer. Up for housemate hangs and netflix nights.
