I'm a Wookie-Hobbit hybrid with a Brazillian, and a writer. I have spinal damage but still mobile, and just want a place where I can write my books & screenplays, plus grow veggies. I'm 6'4" so I need a decent sized room, plus a study/office for my writing. I don't have any pets of my own but very happy to live with someone who does SO LONG AS they are well trained, cared for, and don't become a burden to me through lack of training and care by their human parents, I would also be particularly intolerant of witnessing any abuse of such pets.

My name is Kriselle and I am looking for a place to live in the Northern NSW or Southern Gold Coast region, for myself and my Companion Dog, Lila. I recently lost my home in the Northern Rivers floods so am keen to find a sanctuary and some stability as soon as possible. I am a quiet, clean and tidy person and Lila is my companion, so must come with me wherever I move to. If you have a spare room and have wanted a dog, but not wanted the responsibility or cost associated with one, please consider us. Lila will give you all the love in the world, while I will do everything associated with her care. Lila is well socialised, so would also enjoy the company of another dog if you already have one and are keen for it to have a playmate. Any property must be dog-secure. I can afford $150 per week and look forward to hearing from you.

We spend almost all our free time outdoors and just need somewhere to come home to eat and sleep. I usually go away on weekends so I won't be home much. * - $220pw - Bills/Utilities $65 per month* This house is a beautiful, spacious hide-away in the rainforest only 15-20 mins from Mullumbimby. Close to the creeks and waterfalls, abundant wildlife and nature. We have an in-ground pool, perfect for the summertime! The house a wood-burning fireplace as well, a lovely kitchen and a washer/ dryer. The property also has many fruit trees, including limes, avocados, blueberries, grapes, pears and oranges. We have started a nice veggie garden as well, and love growing our own organic food to cook with at home! We have a room available for a single working person, or a couple (there are 3 rooms for you to choose from) and bills/rent would be split evenly between all flatmates. Please keep in mind that having your own car would be an asset, as it is a fair drive to and from town (Mullumbimby about 15-20 mins) on a windy, however very scenic, road.
SOPHIE the 8yr old staffy (inside dog) and I are seeking a like minded gang, to enjoy a place to call home together! I am 26, Vegetarian, work currently on Gold Coast. In my spare time I am a homebody and passionate about good food, yoga, massage/sound therapy, meditation, hiking and taking Sophie on adventures to new places. wanting to explore my creativity side so i'd really enjoy sharing space with anyone that has skills different to i! I follow a simple mindset = live in the present! My ideal place would be visually beautiful, peaceful and open to light home, with lots of airflow and greenery nearby. I enjoy company of others and don't mind a good conversation on most things philosophical and some good wine; share the wisdom right?! I respect your space/energy and am not an "awkward" person, though enjoying my own company a lot, I am keen for great friendships! Sophie is an indoor dog, LOVES PEOPLE, hasn't had another dog companion so i'd prefer to keep it that way YOU WILL ADORE HER, much like everyone that has met her! NAMASTE XX
The room for lease is a good double size with a large inbuilt wardrobe and you would have use of the main bathroom and seperate sink/toilet which would only be needed to be shared with an occasional guest. One of the two family rooms is airconditioned so happy to share either depending on temperature or what's on TV. We are currently saving so another air conditioner should be installed shortly. We have a couple of nice outdoor areas with a view, fruit trees and a herb / veggie garden. The house is spacious clean and bright. If this sounds like something you would consider, have bond ($500 neg.) and ability to pay a fortnight in advance please contact me. Open to neg. Approx. $180/week incl. Bills, WIfi, basic ( kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies).
We are both easy going people. We love to exercise and really enjoy being outdoors. Rich is a landscaper and personal trainer and I am a Teacher. We really enjoy life, meeting new people and having fun! We are quiet and do not smoke. We like to be social but we also like our own privacy. We have found it really hard finding a room for couples although we are really like one person we still have to declare there's two of us! :)
I am 20 years old and am a full time university student. I work part time so I am usually out of most of the day and would only be home at nights. I do have a partner however he would not be living with me but on occasion would spend the night with me. I believe I would be a great flatmate due to the fact that I am very easy going, respectful of other peoples space and generally keep to myself. I don't mind the occasional glass of wine and chatter of dinner and would be happy to contribute to cleaning and maintaining a tidy living space.
hello, my names Kyle and I'm an 18 year full-time apprentice chef. i am currently also studying my PADI dive masters to be a qualified instructor. i like to keep to myself but I'm always keen to meet new people. Will move as soon as possible, Please contact me for further information or questions :)
We are moving from New Zealand to Northern NSW at the end of October as I (Esther) have been offered a job here. Donny has been working for an automotive dealership for the last 5 years, and will be looking for a new job as soon as we land. We like being outdoors, and view home as a place to relax and re-energise. We like circus acrobatics, swimming, hiking, board games, movies, and an occasional cider. We're not in to heavy drinking and we don't smoke; party flats wouldn't be a great fit for us. We come with two cats. Hugo is 4 years old, black with green eyes, tubby in a cute way. He's an incredibly well-behaved cat. Hazel is 7 months old. She's fluffy (but doesn't shed) and is a bit more entertaining than Hugo. She has two settings: would absolutely love a pat, and would absolutely love to play. Apart from stealing our socks, she's also well-behaved.
