As there are already animals on the property I can not accept anymore besides small reptiles or fish that can be kept in your room. Always happy for tenants to have people over during the day and the occasional piss up as long as I am made aware to notify other tenants. I am extremely easy going and will remain that way as long as our initial agreement upon commencing tenancy is followed. If you have a drug, alcohol or gambling addiction or a history of thieving you will not last long here so please don't waste your own time. Although the property is situated on a quite block we are still very close to everything including the EH which is just up the road. There are multiple bathrooms located both up and downstairs in the house which are paired off to their closest rooms. The bedrooms also have ceiling fans and catch the summer breezes along with partial morning sunlight. I'm a bit jealous of this as the master room is located at the front of the house and gets the afternoon sun. Ten minutes distance to Ferny Grove rail station either by walking, running or riding the pushbike; 5-15 min to supermarkets and convenient stores. 12km to Brisbane CBD. The Ellendale Estate is only recently completed (12 months) and has had a lot of attention from the City Council due to the popularity in the area with families. From this, we now have a city council bus that departs every 30 mins from Canvey Road (50 meters walk), two newly built kids parks within walking distance, two large dog parks which are 5 mins walk away, newly built bike and nature paths into the nearby surrounding bush-land and a convenience store which is due to commence building in the next 6 months and will house a small IGA, fast food shops and hopefully a great coffee shop. The house offers an air conditioned private media room, fully equip kitchen and butler’s pantry, two lounge rooms and dad joke/pun central. Gas hot water along with a large electric oven and gas cook top. The backyard offers a large alfresco area equip with a BBQ and seating. The whole property is enclosed by a timber fence, which offers privacy and a spacious backyard for my partners choc Labrador puppy. There is off street parking on the driveway, along with plenty of road parking and a locked garage space if required.
