I'm 34 years old and employed by Queensland Parks and Wildlife on a rolling contract. I work full time and generally go away on weekends and go out a couple of evenings during the week. I'm a non-smoker and drink occasionally. I've lived in share houses for a while due to my working situation. I'm clean and tidy and dislike dirty dishes left in the sink and empty toilet rolls left in the bathroom.

I don't need a TV, and don't own a stereo, but a reliable internet connection is essential... looking in the Fraser Coast areas, prefer own bathroom, but not a deal breaker... a granny flat would be ideal, and depending on the property and house mate, I could be a long term prospect, even though I only selected 1 month... the back packers has the usual and is the usual tipe of town is a tipical tipe of town , and the back packers is the tipical were , some of the people are long term stayers but most are known for coming and then going ,, as there is a traditional trend of tourism from the region , there will be a restaurant done stairs reopening , so NO charity cases , and hiegene , is all so excepted as a high requirement becaurse of the regions , wheather , and rent must be paid in advance ...
Moving to Hervey Bay area for 12 months to work at the hospital. I'm clean, organised and quiet but friendly and outgoing when appropriate. I spend my free time exercising, watching Netflix or spending too much time on Pinterest. My partner and 2 friendly rescue dogs will be coming to visit from time to time and I will be going back to Brisbane depending on time I have off.

Our patio area is one of the best spots to relax - watching the birds (native and our chickens). We have a nature pathway running through our block so the bird life is great. Kangaroo's venture in if we leave the gates open too, and are often grazing on the front yard in the evening. Looking for someone whom is tidy and house-proud, who will do their chores and cleanup after themselves. Respectful of others etc. Would love someone also interested in gardening. RENT SAVER: If you want to do EXTRA work around the house, you can work off your rent at the same rate I pay to hire someone to do the same work. MOULD AND CHEMICAL FREE We have a low chemical footprint due to myself being highly chemical sensitive and damaged from past mould exposure. Nothing mouldy or potentially moldy can come in. No used doonas or pillows. No foreign furniture (unless new). We provide new bedding. No air fresheners or high scented products. This includes aerosol deodorants and strong smelling colognes etc. No smoking or vaping. Light social smoking ok outside. Regular or heavy smoking - no. That will make our furniture and beds smell like cigarettes.
