I am a builder and have a ute and trailer that I need to be able to park safely and a few tools that I would like to store in the corner of a lock up garage if possible.

I'm a 26 year old who's lived in Canberra for a couple of years now. I'm fairly laid back and enjoy all the regular things (film, tv, music, friends). I've shared accommodation since leaving home at 17, and count myself as a decent and trustworthy housemate. I like my personal space/time and am more than happy to accommodate for others. I also genuinely enjoy house work so keeping a house clean is no issue.
laid back and up for pretty much anything, not big drinkers or partiers but doesn't mean we won't dance and chat the night away with you. We enjoy outdoor activities like camping fishing and anything adventurous but we also like a good Netflix sesh. Board and card game nights also make for a good social night. We have three beautiful well behaved dogs and a very friendly cat all house trained and dogs are outside when no one is home. There is a horse if you like horses who is kept at park wood. Look forward to possibily being your house mate Kim and Freja
Its a fully furnished 4 bedroom share house located in Macgregor, west of Belconnen. Only 3 rooms are occupied and the other is kept spare for whenever we have guests stay. Your room is the biggest in the house and will be unfurnished. It's only a 5-7 minute drive to Belconnen Westfield, 10 minutes to UC and 15-20 to the city. Currently there are 2 males and one female all in their 20's. Both males work full time and have regular sporting commitments so are hardly ever home. You will be sharing a bathroom with only one other person. We have a large backyard and deck and Will consider somebody with a pet. Internet is available but not included in the rent, and all bills are split evenly each quarter. Plenty of off street parking. Any questions, feel free to message me!
I'm moving from Sydney to Canberra to be closer to family that now live in Canberra, and to get a better work/life balance. Currently very close to securing a new full-time position in Canberra as a Digital Design consultant. I've got a very friendly 3 year old Irish Wolfhound x St Bernard dog, who though excitable when playing, often just loves nothing more than to snooze and cuddle - here's some snaps of her http://imgur.com/gallery/uTIgH I cook quite a fair bit, I'm super clean, don't mind spending a weekend getting down to some handywork and yardwork, then relaxing with a beer and pizza afterwards. I'm pretty sociable too, love making new friends and having adventures, and I generally enjoy company when I eat... A good chat with a meal is always a winner. I've got an entire house worth of furniture - just BYO bedroom. I'm looking for a 2+ bedroom house or townhouse in the Outer North, or South Canberra. Looking for a roommate who loves good dogs and good food, can pay at about $180 a week, and can contribute $300 a week to rent, bills, and general groceries (Inclusive), with their own transport - preferably car, it makes it easier if we both drive.
I'm a French student in 4th year of an advanced master in engineering. I had th opportunity to do an internship in UC, Bruce. I'm looking for a place to live and why not people to meet.
Clean, friendly and responsible. Don't drink, smoke or use illegal drugs. Quite chill, and normally enjoys relaxing at home, or eating at nice places. I'm athletic and enjoy playing sports, and can handle a bit of garden work if wanted. I enjoy cooking, albeit not the greatest, but if asked, I will cook for everyone, and don't mind sharing a lot of my things.
We are fun, easy going, tidy and great company. We keep to ourselves quite often but enjoy a good catch up and a few drinks every now and then, although we are a couple we aren't overly affectionate while at home.
Looking for a young quiet professional to share a property with one professional female flatmate and dog. The room is in its own little wing and shares the main bathroom with the spare bedroom (so would be yours for the most part). There is air-conditioning in the main living area and a nice covered deck out the back for entertaining. This would be ideal for someone who likes hanging out sometimes but otherwise enjoys a relatively quiet life. Must be prepared to sign on for the rest of the lease through the realestate (10 months). Unfortunately the owner wont allow any other pets on the premise.
Hi potential future housemates. My name is Meg, and I'm a beginning teacher. I'm looking for a pet-friendly place to call home, preferably in the Belconnen area. About me: I'm a 28-year-old female. I'm vegetarian, but don't mind what you eat. I'm fairly left-wing and non-religious. My interests include art (mostly sculpting), walking and running, reading, writing, watching TV/movies, drinking tea, discussing politics/philosophy/the meaning of life, chilling with friends, outdoor adventures, board games, and experiencing new things. I'm starting out in my teaching career, and will probably be focussed on work over the next few months. I am fluent in Auslan (Australian Sign Language). I have a car and a motorbike. About my pets: (it sounds like a lot, but you'll only really see the dog) 1 Dog (young bichon frise) - Micky is a small, hypoallergenic (non-shedding) dog who will probably live with me part-time. He is young (8 months), and training is ongoing, but is friendly and loveable. He is an inside dog, and will need a dog door and a small yard. He is attending puppy school. He would probably love another dog for company, but I would have to see how he gets on with other pets before committing to a place. I have no idea how he would get on with a cat. 2 guinea pigs - Titian and Smudge are male guinea pigs. They live exclusively outdoors. They will need a semi-sheltered section of yard for their hutch. Beyond that, you won't notice they exist unless you choose to interact with them (in which case, they are quite cuddly). 3 cockatiels - I have three cockatiels that live in a movable cage. They are used to living indoors, but could be relocated to a sheltered outdoor area (such as a covered verandah). Cockatiels can be quite noisy. Again, you would not have to have any interaction with them unless you chose to. I'm looking for: A room, granny flat or studio in a place with a yard and a small dog door. I have a car, a motorbike and a pushbike. I'm happy for my car to be parked on-street, but would prefer my motorbike and pushbike to be out of sight of the road. I'm looking for laid-back housemates who are happy to hang-out occasionally and have a chat, but are also happy to do their own thing. My budget is up to $200/week, but would pay more if bills are included. If you're interested, you can contact me on *oh for to five nine three oh seven ate ate* (written this way so it's not picked up by spam bots).
