In my spare time I enjoy going out to cafes and bars, attending the odd gig or musical festival, reading and visiting the beach (something I will definitely miss once I move). I have never been to Canberra before and so I am really excited to explore what the city has to offer and venture out on road trips and hiking trails. The best thing about this house is that it is very quiet. It is based in the new part of Macgregor but isn't surrounded by houses, it actually has awesome views and it is really relaxing sitting out the front with a beer or coffee. People around here are very friendly, and it isn't far from the shops and schools. The house is about 4-5 years old, and has all the mod cons to help you enjoy life. It is fully air conditioned, so the approaching summer won't be too bad and because it has solar panels the bills stay pretty low. Shared bathroom and toilet, however I am not a fan of mess so you won't really notice it is shared. I look after the yard so there won't really be anything to do other than come home and do your own thing. Internet is available, it's not included in the rent (nor are the bills) but I am pretty slack at charging so.... There is also a bit of room if you have any furniture you need to bring outside of normal bedroom stuff. Can't store anything in the garage though as it is a fully equipped gym, which you are welcome to use. hit me up if there is anything else you want to know.

Britten-jones is a pretty quiet place, situated next to the golf course. It's a short drive to belconnen or civic. A decent sized bedroom is on offer, with roller shutter security blinds too and a lockable bedroom door. The bathroom and laundry divide the two bedrooms so privacy is maintained. gas cooking is on offer in the kitchen and there's a nice little courtyard in the front and back. (plan is to put a herb garden into the backyard in the near future)
