I am clean and tidy. I always pull my weight with house work and pay my bills on time. I enjoy cooking, baking, craft projects, board games and curling up with a book and a cup of tea. I am often up for a chat but also like my privacy.
Hey, I am studying full time in year 12 and also working as a Manager at McDonald's, so most of my time is spent either at school or at my job. My free time is spent split between competitive dance and with my friends and boyfriend. I have been an independent since I was 14, paying my own bills, managing my own life skills, so please don't let my age worry you as I am already very experienced in adult life. I do turn 18 this year as well, which i am excited to spend with my friends. I am shy at first but once comfortable I like a good chat and a joke. I understand respect for one another and also understand that we all have responsibilities and chores around the house and I am totally okay with this and will follow all of these. I am just looking for a place where I can settle in to a good, safe, fun environment with good people who are gonna get along :)
My place is a little 3 bedroom, early 90's brick house. Located in Dunlop (near the border), a 5 minute walk to the bus stop and only a short walk to the closest park or small lake. There are many shop choices including Charnwood, Kippax (in Holt) and Belconnen westfield. There is off street parking, we are also in a close so there is minimal traffic. There is 1 bathroom/ toilet (seperate) 1 reasonably sized room available, carpeted with built ins. Internet is soon to be Nbn but is currently adsl which you can use to your hearts desire. There are 2 dogs (German shepherds, very friendly, primarily outside and 2 cats (also friendly, only indoors).
Renting room (unfurnished, though a mattress is available). $180/wk plus bills. Price negotiable for the right person. 4 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house located in Dunlop. House-wide evaporative cooling, gas heating. Short walk to the shops and bus stops (6 min walk to local shops, 400m to closest bus stop), Charnwood and Kippax shops also near by. Gas cooktop and water heating. In-built robes. Newly re-carpeted. New dishwasher gas cooktop, and rangehood. Comes with a small backyard. Recently had some electrical work done including network ports and antenna ports in all rooms, and a wifi access point at each side of the house. Don't care about race/sexual orientation etc, though spoken English is required.
The home is available for viewing by appointment. Available from May 18 - Seeking a housemate (20’s) for a private room in prestigious home in a great location with fabulous views. The perfect location to set up for study and relaxation. Shops and great walks nearby. Great bus service down the road and 8 minute drive from University of Canberra. It is 22 minutes from ANU via William Hovell Drive. This room is unique in the house with private internal and external access, modern bamboo flooring, wardrobe, light and airy. There are are five lounge/retreat areas in the house, large garden, court yard and put put golf. Room can be furnished. Utilities of $55 per week in addition to the rent - includes electricity, water, heating, air conditioner, gas, phone, and internet.

I am a university student in my final year of study at the ANU. I work part time in Belconnen so I am pretty busy throughout the week and on weekends I am usually stuck in the books with assignments and study. However, I try to still be a social person by getting outside and exercising or catching up with a few mates. I am a very tidy person and I am respectful of other peoples space and would expect that in return. I am looking to find some easy going people that don't mind having a beer in a place that is close to either work or uni. If you would like to know anything more about me just flick me a message. Cheers
I am a student studying at the University of Canberra in my final year. I am tidy, polite, and can keep to myself but would also like to build friendships with flatmates. I enjoy cooking, socialising, and outdoor activities/fitness. I like to keep myself organised and busy, and would be looking to move in as soon as possible before the semester gets too full on.
Situated on a quiet street opposite parkland is this modern 3 bedroom home. Located 5 minutes drive from Kippax Shops (Woolworths, Kingsley's Chicken, Aldi, Post Office etc.) and 10 minutes drive from Westfield Belconnen. Your room is located at the rear of the house with direct access to the living/dining and kitchen areas. Mounted to the wall is a LCD TV for your enjoyment. Great news if you enjoy a sleep-in! Being at the rear of the property means you are shielded from the morning garbage truck noise each week. A double built-in wardrobe with sliding doors is all yours to hang clothes etc. Shared use of a new Bosch front-load washing machine and Fisher and Paykel dishwasher drawer, and fridge is included. Enjoy ducted reverse cycle air conditioning with motorised vents that allow you to control the airflow to your room. Kick back with unlimited super fast fibre-to-the-premises NBN via the enterprise grade WiFi access points. Free use of Netflix and Stan for entertainment. Simply swipe your iPhone screen to raise or lower your motorised window blind. Never worry about losing front-door keys again with the fingerprint/tag door lock system. Safety is important, that is why the home is fitted with a remote intercom system so you can let guests in the front door from your end of the house. Finally, 5 security cameras keep a watchful eye over your car and the backyard for those nights when you have the house to yourself. You can even view them on your iPhone! - Don't worry, it's not a drug house or bad neighbourhood.. I just like gadgets. Rules are pretty simple. Be respectful of each other's privacy and belongings. Be courteous and considerate when making noise. Keep shared areas clean and tidy. And don't be afraid to shout out if you need a hand with anything :)
