I cook a few nights a week and clean up after myself but am not fazed by a bit of occasional mess as we all have busy lives, however will pitch in and use common sense. Don't have to be besties but would like someone friendly to live with so it doesn't feel like two strangers living in the same house. The house is a block of units but it's large. It's in a housing complex too, so it's private and safe. We also have Netflix and Stan which a housemate is welcome to use. There is a bathroom and then two separate toilets which is great for house sharing. Water and unlimited internet are included in the rent so the only other cost is the power bill which will be split amongst us equally.
