My home is in the centre of a beautiful and very friendly village. I have cafe's restaurants and pubs within walking distance, most of them can be seen from the window. There is a beautiful park and lovely streets to walk. Paterson is a Historic town and the homes and buildings are full of history and charm. My property is quite large with an extensive garden. There are lots of places to sit with a coffee and watch the finches and wrens or just smell the roses.

Work full time as travel agent in Maitland area, willing to put in my fair share to keep a clean house, don't mind cooking. Love a quiet night in every now and then watching a movie, I'm mostly a quiet person and can keep to myself, but also love being outdoors and exploring in my spare time. Love tea, coffee, wine and cheese. Also a footy fan so state of origin nights are a thing.

Hi There! I've just sold my house and am looking for somewhere for 6 months or so whilst I finish my degree. I currently work two jobs and am completing a degree and train and play sport a couple of times a week so I live a busy lifestyle. I am able to move really from anytime as settlement has already happened on my property and I'm staying with family as I look for something suitable. If this sounds like an arrangement that possibly interests you, let me know and I'd be happy to come and look and we could meet and discuss. Apologies if I don't reply straight away as I live a very hectic schedule! Cheers, Josh
Hi, My boyfriend Jake and I are looking to downsize from the house we are currently renting to a share house. We have decided to do this so that there is less yard maintenance and also for the social aspect of share housing. We are looking for pet friendly accommodation that would be suitable for our medium sized dog, Molly. A decent sized backyard would be needed. Ideally, we would like to find a share house, or a studio room, with friendly, easy-going housemates (ages 25-35). An ensuite would be an added bonus. We are both neat and tidy and I have lived in many share houses in the past. We don't go out much but are happy to have a few social drinks at home on weekends. We would prefer to have 1-2 other housemates, rather than a house with lots of people, and would prefer to live with like-minded professionals. I work shift work as a vet and work various days throughout the week and on weekends. Jake is a full-time carpenter who works Monday to Friday, and the odd Saturday here and there. I enjoy spending my time brunching, hanging out at the dog beach or going home to my parent's farm every few weekends to chill out and go horse riding. Jake enjoys soccer, fitness and occasionally having a few drinks with mates at the pub. Thanks, Jemma
