This property is a large mid century home in the nicest area of Sale. It is a 5 min walk to the main shopping centre, lake, art gallery, hospital etc and one block from the primary school. It's a large home with large living areas which would just be shared between two people, both of whom I am looking for on this site. I am the owner and am mostly gone but when there I have my own section. Upstairs has a large living area. It gets a lot of sun and is beautiful in the winter when it's cold outside. Bedroom 1 is upstairs with its own ensuite and walk in closet. The bedroom has an overhead fan and a reverse cycle air condition/heater (as it gets lots of sun and can get quite warm) Bedroom 2 is downstairs and has its own bathroom with separate toilet. That bathroom is brand new with rainwater shower and heated towelrail and overhead heater. It also holds the new washer which is available for each of us to use. The home has unlimited NBN, which is very fast. The parking would be on the street at the front of the house but the road is very wide and there are already parking bays provided. It's a very safe area. Each room has its own antenna cable in case you want a telly. Both beds are double. All furniture is provided the only thing you need is your own bedding. There is also ample cupboard space. There is a very large kitchen with all new appliances, gas stove, new fridge and dishwasher, and plenty of storage. I am a very reasonable person but as we all know the cost of energy is just crazy so I hope you would understand if the rates exceed what they have been in the past it would need to be negotiated.
