I work at Myer Hobart and have a weekend job as well, I'm from Tasmania and have lived all around the state/island my whole life. I am currently looking for a knew place to live as I live way too far from my work.
Nice little home located in Howrah on Tranmere Road, 5-10 minutes drive to Eastlands shopping centre. This place has an incredible view from the front, and really does have that nice 'homely' feel to it. Rooms don't have built ins, but I do manage quiet well with tall boys and hangers. Rent is $150 per week, and bills such as power to be split 50/50. Services in the house include Netflix, and NBN internet, both to be split 50/50 if you wish to use them.
Just moved front Perth, work as a florist Play Netball big AFL fan. 28 single and have two well behaved cats (majority outside) love to bake and cook and relax with a movie or out for food
I'm looking for an easygoing, friendly, tidy and trustworthy housemate around 20-35 years old, for a spare room of my 2 bedroom villa unit in Mornington (Paige Court) available from October (although if needing to move earlier that may be possible). The unit is modern, low maintenance and fully furnished except for the spare bedroom, but there's a built in cupboard in the bedroom. I do currently have a queen sized bed in the spare room, but if you want to bring your own bed instead, that can be arranged There's off street parking available if you have a car, otherwise there's a bus stop within 200m if needed. It's also a 10min walk to Eastlands bus mall (and shopping centre) for more frequent buses, or a 10min drive to the CBD. Rent is $170 a week, paid fortnightly in advance, plus 50% of quarterly power and water bills. Included at no extra cost is access to my WiFi (NBN), Foxtel, and a gym quality treadmill you can use in addition to other shared furnishings etc. Lease length is negotiable. The room is only available for one person, and not a couple sorry. As much as I'd love to have a pet here, the unit isn't suited for one unfortunately. Non-smokers preferred, but if you're a light/social smoker and you keep your smoking to outdoors only, that can be considered.
Clean, reserved and professionally employed, I am looking to rent a room for at least 3 months while I get my bearings in my new home city (originally from Sydney). I would prefer places with good bus access to the city and 15 minutes walking distance to a supermarket. I am quiet and respectful of other's privacy. References can be provided upon request.
I am 21 years old and currently in my 3rd year at Utas doing a double major in English and Indigenous studies, as well as working part time in retail. I am happy and easy going, and I love meeting new people. I love walking in the rain, reading, drinking tea, camping, playing soccer (the best) and swimming in the ocean.
I'm very easy going and child out. I don't leave mess. I work a lot of the time but also like to kick back and socialise from time to time.
I am a 21 year old student who is friendly, quiet and very tidy. I'm in my second year of uni studying criminology. I have a part time job in administration. I love the outdoors, especially hiking and exploring new places.
Hey there! Looking for a nice relaxing space where I can zone out. Whilst I am friendly, honest and responsible and ideally would like to share a meal with future housemates every now and again, I do treasure my own space/time. I love coffee, cats and dogs, traveling to new spaces, photography, getting about outside and keeping myself active. Things I would find hard to work with in a houseshare situation are smoking and really loud personalities.
I'm starting post grad study at UTas in Feb 2017, so I'm looking for a place to share which is within biking distance of the uni. I'm quiet, nonjudgemental and easy to get along with. I enjoy socialising on occasion but also very happy to take time alone. I keep communal spaces neat and clean. I've worked as a vet nurse, so if you have any fluffy or feathery friends I would love to help you feed/walk/love them if ever needed.
Clean, quiet, respectful. Easy going and am looking for the same in a flatmate. I work full time and like diving/fishing in my spare time. I've lived in lots of sharehouses so I have a good idea of what makes them work well.
I have a room for rent in my bright, clean and beautiful home in sunny Lindisfarne. The house is warm, fully-renovated and has an amazing water view. You would be sharing the house with me (owner occupier), and my small dog and budgie :) The house is fully-furnished and I have an excellent quality queen-size bed for use if needed. I am a 33 year old professional working full-time in the government sector. Im very into health and fitness. My personality is friendly, sociable amd easy going. I'm looking to share my house with someone who is responsible, respectful, and clean and tidy. I would consider someone with pets. Given I am the owner, I'm very flexible in terms of length of stay.

My name is Darryl, I"m a young fifty year old male, who works in emergency and disaster management. I have just returned from a 12 month international AVID/Red Cross posting in Mongolia and am now heading to Hobart for a 12 month project with the SES starting in October. As an experienced sharehousemate I'm clean, mature and comfortable with people and like a balance of me time and "hey lets share dinner". In my spare time I like to get out and walk, mountain bike, hike/camp, but I am also looking to enjoy all the music options that Hobart has to offer, and occasional festivals. I am an average cook, haha, but adapt for all house hold appliances, most garden tools and even plumbing if required. I would also look to bring with me Betty my 12 year old Black Labrador/malamute/kelpie cross. Betty is very happy outside. She is a gentle girl, smart, full of love, but a lot slower than she once was. So if your house is pet friendly, fun and relaxed, has a yard, maybe with a vege garden and looking for a new member send me a message. Kind regards Darryl
