This share house is a large, elevated, older-style Darwin house on the fringe of an industrial area, overlooking Berrimah farm. Basically, it's a room with kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. It suits working people but not shift workers and is not suitable for children and please NO COUPLES. This is not a party house. It has a large kitchen, undercover parking for 3 cars and all bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The bedrooms are furnished with as single bed but we are also flexible with furnishings.
Hi, I am a quiet non drinking guy. Non smoker, clean tidy relaxed. Transferring for work with the NT Gov. Own car, and happy on my IPad at night. Flexible and considerate to others. Hope I can find a place. Thanks Jason
My name is Kayla, I am a nurse up at RDH currently and doing post graduate studies, originally from outside Melbourne. I am an easy, laid back person, who enjoys living in a tidy enviroment. I am not OCD clean but do like being able to move around shared spaces without the fear of standing on something. I love getting outdoors and as such, when I have a few days off work am rarely at home, which is quiet often during the dry. As a shift worker, I am not a huge party person but I do enjoy a quiet drink or two on the weekend. I am well known for having music on and can often be found dancing around the house as I do things. I love cooking and baking and find it a fantastic way to unwind and relax after a busy day. My budget is flexible as well as my move in and length of stay date. Prefence would be for something until at least the end of the dry/Christmas. Preference for room would be unfurnished as I own a bed, bedside tables, lamps etc up here. I also have a beautiful furbaby, Caesar, who my parents have been catsitting for me for the last 16 months. In the way of cats, he is pretty much a dog. He walks on a lead, paddles around the bath etc. My parents are keen to start enjoying their retirement and as such, a home that is open to the idea of an indoor cat, in the future, would be fantastic. He loves to give cuddles and will trade a good belly rub for free kisses. No expectation for you to do any the cat cares, except maybe top up his water bowl if you see it is empty and give him love.

The Lake House, Agostini road, Knuckey lagoon. Centrally located, 15minutes from Darwin, Palmerston, Casuarina, the airport and hospital. The room is airconditioned or louvred if you like the fresh air. Lots of leafy green trees around and a large porch to bird watch from or just chill. Its not a party house but sharing a few drinks around a camp fire is always nice. Prefer someone in my age group 32to 42yo. The room comes with a queen size bed. Pets considered. Undercover parking Non smoking house 2 weeks bond Lowest crime rate suburb in the NT Female prefered Two bathrooms
Great location, close to golf course and shops. Pool and big outside entertainment area. 2 of the most entertaining dogs you will ever meet. Friendly landlady/housemate, yes, that's me. Netflix, wifi, private air conditioned room with private bathroom, off street undercover parking.
Hi there, I have recently moved to Darwin from Queensland on a twelve month contract in the Oil and Gas industry and am looking for a room to rent. - Very house trained in terms of cleaning and cooking - pretty laid back Queenslander - 12 hour work days Mon - Fri - just like to chill on weekends
My preference is to find accommodation in Palmerston. I'm an NTG employee (10 Years). I'm honest and reliable. I usually work 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off. I play sport and like to socialise with friends and family. So sometimes I come and go at irregular times of the day / night. I don't make too much noise and I'm a non smoker and don't take illicit drugs. I take pride in my appearance and that of my surroundings and ensure I clean up after myself. I direct debit my current landlord, so rent and bills are always paid on time. I'd also like access to internet. PS. I can't live with a person that has cats as I'm allergic to them. The reason I'm leaving my current location is that my house mates own their home and they took me in when I had nowhere else to go after I separated from my husband. I'm very grateful for their assistance but it's time for me to give them back their own space and for me to be independent again. They are contactable for a reference if required.
The room is partly furnished with air con in a relaxed modern apartment in Bayview. The room has a queen bed, television and clothes drawers. You would currently be sharing with myself, another single plus two relaxed cats. Located at Bayview marina 5 mins drive from the city. The apartment has a pool, off street parking and is next to a bus stop. Bayview itself has good fishing and walking opportunities. Provided is a bathroom you would share with the other single, large kitchen and living area, pool, outdoor BBQ and storage locker in the garage for outdoor equipment. Included in the rent is Netflix, Stan, Foxtel and NBN internet. We currently spit the power bill. This is my property not a rental so there is no lease to sign and you can stay for as long as you want but prefer a 3 month minimum. If this interests you feel free to get in touch. Cheers Mitch
Housemate wanted!! Looking for a housemate in nice 3 bedroom house in Moulden. House is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with great neighbours. Huge front and back yards. Pets welcome. $260/week which includes unlimited NBN connection. Any questions please ask.
I'm 23 from Adelaide; I've been living in Darwin for the last 3 months an am looking for a new place to call home as my current housemate is moving away and the lease is up. I work full time and travel every month for work around the NT and back to Adelaide. I'm very tidy, considerate and willing to help out around the house. I am not the party type by any means but always enjoy a beer after work and on the weekends. Easy to get along with and happy to socialize but also enjoy and respect my own and others alone time. Hope to hear from you soon!
Super friendly 24yo professional from Sydney, interning in Darwin CBD for two months. Clean, tidy (a little bit of a neat freak, if I'm being honest), easy to be around, and I love to bake. I'm very active, and enjoy being outdoors. I'm pretty social, and enjoy a shared meal or just hanging out, though I also like to kick back and netflix (or read, I read a lot), and I'm pretty good at making friends with people's pets. My own puppy is staying behind in Sydney, I'm a non-smoker with no allergies, or strict dietary needs (will supply own chocolate stash).
Hey there, Moving to Darwin for work and looking for a new place with like minded flatmates. Not too sure about the exact suburbs but somewhere with easy airport access would be great. I'm a clean and considerate housemate and respect people's privacy but also enjoy a social drink or two and maybe even the odd board game. I'm definitely not a party animal. I enjoy the outdoors, playing sport and riding my bike when I can. The move-in date is very flexible. If you'd like any more info just send me a message. Matt
Hi! I'm an easy going, friendly, bubbly person that gets along with anyone. I'm just as happy quietly chilling out by myself as I am interacting and getting to know people - so I'm great to live with. I'm looking for a share place with not too many people because I'm not 19 anymore! I work long hours during the week so no crazy parties on school nights but there are always special occasions. I have a cat, Meow, who is fully house trained, very self content and keeps to herself. She gets along with small pets. I don't really have a preferred location at this stage but closer to the city is preferred. I look forward to meeting new people and possibly sharing some new adventures.
Hi, I'm a friendly, sociable, considerate easy going person. I work for myself in the Children's music entertainment industry and have a passion for music and all things creative. I play music myself and usually like to go and support live music where I can. I'm a non-smoker, so ideally I'd like to live with non-smokers too. I'm very good at contributing with house things and like to keep a clean living space without being too OCD about it. If you'd like to know anymore about me I'd be very happy to meet and chat further. Have a great day!

My name's Holly, my friend and I are moving to Darwin for a bit of fun, change of location, the work and the scenery. Looking forward to meeting new people! :) We're searching for a place where each tenant pays no more than $160 a week. However this is based on current circumstance and our jobs in Victoria and this maximum could increase. (In Melbourne I have one part time job but in Darwin I am looking for full time work, or two part time jobs so maximum rent per week could increase) Looking for another 1 or 2 housemates, any gender is cool, that means we'd be looking for rental properties listed as $480p/week or $640p/week respectively ($480p/week = 3 bedroom. $640p/week = 4 bedroom). We're not looking to share a room (one room each), furnished is preferred but not a necessity. About Me: I currently work in hospitality but hoping for a call centre job when I get to Darwin, if that doesn't work out - more hospitality, haha. I'm 23 and enjoy gaming, TV, and having a few bevs with friends. I'm trying to eat healthier and eat less halal snack packs and maccas, I've recently finished studying two bachelors majoring in Enviro Science and International Relations. I am a consistent person, which means I don't fail on the rent and I don't flake on plans with other tenants (if any) I'm clean and tidy, I especially love a clean kitchen and like to keep my stuff neat to avoid undue stress in a household as the kitchen is the most shared place in a house. I love talking to people and hanging out but I also understand the need for space, and I myself enjoy my privacy and quiet time. I believe I'm a responsible housemate and encourage open communication between all tenants to make sure everybody is happy with living arrangements. And that's me! I'm open to more of a chat to see if I'm a good fit for you so hit me up :) About Teagan: - has well-behaved and friendly if a bit socially awkward dog. - two cats that mostly keep to themselves but one that is up for a hug most of the time - currently lives with hoarder mother so would love to live someplace with no clutter - very reliable with bills and rent, pays on time and never misses a payment - communication is key with all things and would love to live in a relaxed environment but still have boundaries -currently work in retail and has done for the past six years and looking to transfer up to darwin from eastern victoria before looking for a more permanent full-time position She owns a dog and two cats but is happy to look for places that don't accept pets and then will relocate the dog for inspections to make it easier. She's obviously going to be taking full responsibility for her pets. However her dog isn't suitable to be around other dogs.
