Looking for a self contained, unfurnished, quite and private granny flat. I co own a property in the lower Hunter region and spend about 3 weekends a month up there as well as all holidays etc. I am planning to move up permanently in a few years from now. My partner lives in Randwick and we predominantly catch up at the property. She will spend the odd night with me in the granny flat. I am a Virgo and am neat tidy and extremely considerate. I contract as a site manager to top end builders in Sydney. I leave early in the mornings - around 6 ish. I bushwalk most afternoons and get back around 6 ish. I love my sleep too and early mornings mean I go to bed early too. I have very good hearing so the music, radio and TV I listen to is very low volume. I have two adult daughters who will pop in regularly to visit me. Off street parking would be ideal but not a necessity unless the streets are fully parked up. I love gardens, gardening and the bush. Dream granny flat would be north facing and on the bush :-)
Love good conversation, quite intellectual, enjoy sharing a meal and some heady discussion, mature minded, LGBTI friendly, clean up after myself. I have a cat as well, and am an animal lover. Work part-time in mental health, but will happily work elsewhere if someone's prepared to pay me for my time (lol!). Keen to move in as soon as possible.
Our Flat is located between Roseville and Chatswood. Close to the station as well. Lots of Cafe, grocery are around our flat. It is a brand new apartment. (Timber floor) Very clean, quiet and spacious.
Hey Potential Flatmates! We are looking for only one like minded fun person to become an awesome family in a Roseville house. The property is perhaps the biggest in the suburb at almost 4000 square metres. Not to mention the amazing Blue Pool table we have. The place has wide district views of water glimpses from the deck and upper level, the property is a serene enclave where you are only a few minutes from the local shops, school and transport to the CBD, North Sydney and Chatswood. Bus to CBD takes 15 MIN non peak! Not a party house, we just all like to chill. 2 of Us work in the CBD while the other in North Sydney and Macquarie Park which is nice coz sometime we can commute together. You will get your own Private room and share a bathroom with the roomies. We have our own Long private driveway and the house is fully furnished minus a bed. The property is located near Roseville Marina and has views of the lake and its very green and nature like. Walking to a bus stop will take about 5 minutes and Castle Cove shops are not too far. Your room can fit any size bed. Ideally we are looking for one person to fill this room and not a couple. More then welcome to bring something you already have like your own bed but the room has an inbuilt/desk draw attached to it. Can do 1 months stay and go month to month after and rent will be paid weekly. Internet and water is all included in the rent. Rent is very Flexible so if you wish to stay 1 month to a year that is up to you. Don't want you to feel like you are locked in hence why i prefer monthly The room will be available from the 19th however the place is pretty big we are able to have someone move in earlier in another spare room in the interim.

Bus stop is right outside the building, 2 min ride to Chatswood Station and Westfield (Route 278, 280, 281, 282, 283 and 284). Very convenient to go to city or Macquarie Park. 2-year new apartment, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Air-con, unlimited internet, TV and Netflix available. Electricity, gas and internet bill all included. im an easy going busy business owner. I work 10-12 hours days and sometimes on the weekends pending my client needs. Im very polite and easy to get along with. I also love animals so if you have pets or want pets its a plus!
Hmm... What to say, what to say... I am a 32 years old jewelry artist. I am invited to Sydney by an art school to teach, share my knowledge and see Australia at its best. I don't smoke, I don't drink. What I do: I drive a motorbike, observe stars, take interest in astrophysics and philosophy, play chess, listen to hard rock, run everyday, listen to people, think, sculpt, paint, draw, read, do other artsy stuff... I am easy to live with and very respectful. Sometimes I tend to be quiet, sometimes chatty and from time to time I need my space, as all introverts do. I love animals (except spiders....).
Hi all! I've just graduated high school on the North Shore and am really interested in sharing a place at the beginning of next year until I start uni in 2018 or 2019. I'm really easy to get along with and am very independent. I also love animals so i'm more than happy to look at a place with animals. I love being outside or at the beach and then winding down in the afternoons. I have a part time job at a child care centre on the North Shore and looking for another part time job during the day. I do have a boyfriend/best friend who i'm looking at sharing a place with, so if you're open to sharing a place or teaming up with a couple that's also great! If you'd like to know anything more, simply send me a message! :)
Hello there, I'm a current postgraduate student at Macquarie Uni and am looking for a place to live close by! I also work as a gym trainer near the uni as well, so convenience is key! I will be looking to move around late December/early January. I am clean, honest, respectful and friendly! I’m always keen for a few casual drinks or a night out every now and again but I wouldn’t say I’m a party type at all. I would prefer my own bathroom if possible. If you think I would fit into your space, send me a message.
Hello! I'm Isaac and I'm from up Newcastle way. Looking to move into Sydney as I've landed a full-time position with a local television station. I do love to watch movies and I like to have a game or two. I love to have a chat so I'm easy to get along with and I keep my place clean. Looking forward to hearing from anyone :D
Hi, my name is Tom and I come from a small town on the Mid North Coast. I will be commencing work at Fox Sports at St Leonards in November, which will involve mainly weekend and some overnight work. So therefore I am looking for accommodation nearby (or along the north shore line). I have been living in share accommodation for the past 4 years at uni which I enjoyed immensely. I am a pretty easy going, relaxed guy. I don't smoke or use drugs. I do enjoy a few drinks socially with friends. I like to keep the place clean and I like to think that I can cook, and I am prepared to contribute to the running of the household in any way I can. Cheers, Tom
Social but enjoy own space too.. Enjoy a BBQ and outdoors. Ex Pat from Oregon / US and lived on North Shore for almost 10 years. Very fit and active - Enjoy Tennis, All Water Sports including Scuba Diving, Basketball Coach & Masters Hoop player... Family man but Single now and my late teen girls live with their Mom as going through Divorce.. I am gone at least 2 weeks a month on business and not around in evenings much as usually visiting or BBQ Dimner time Hours with Daughters. Looking for accommodation to suit, very handy on all interior and exterior home repairs if at any time required as well for any type rent compensation and enjoy yard work as green thumb too - but entertain all offers on a place to call home for minimum of 6 months.
I'm a 19 year old software engineer who grew up in Australia, working on my own startup. Here's what makes me a cool flatmate: - I'm friendly and get along with people easily! - I'm respectful of other people, property, and personal space. - I have forest green hair (pic is slightly outdated). Umm. Colored hair points? - If I'm sharing a bathroom, I'll keep it clean and leave the toilet seat down :) I'm looking for a nice and quiet place to call home, so no more than 1-2 other flatmates. Cozyness and a decorated atmosphere is definitely appreciated!
I'm essentially looking for somewhere cheap near the North Shore Synagogue. My intention is to eventually convert to Judaism, and to do that I must live within walking distance of a suitable synagogue, hence the areas I'm listing. I would prefer a Jewish household, preferably at least moderately observant, but that is not essential. I can bring with me a full set of kitchen equipment if needed, and I'm a very good cook! I understand much of the requirements of kashrut, and also what I may and may not do in relation to Shabbat and other areas. I might have a few years under the belt, but I'm hopefully not a stodgy old stick-in-the-mud party pooper and can tell good stories about my life as an original hippie. Although I've listed the end of November as my preferred moving date, that is not set in stone but is the earliest I can manage. I've been at my present address since 2000.
I am looking for a furnished double or master bedroom with own ensuite, desk table, built in robe, bed side table. No pets, no smokers, no parties, no drinkers. Preferable 1 person to share with. Looking for a quiet place to live and relax after work, preferable not far from the train station since I work in the CBD. I am a mature Australian who works as a Project Manager. I am very clean, well organised, quiet, tidy, non-smoker, non-drinker and home oriented. I enjoy spending my spare time exercising, listening to classical music, meeting new interesting people and cooking. I am looking for a place preferable in the northern districts (i.e. Gordon, Lindfield, etc).
I living with people who create a home together. At the same time though I appreciate the importance of privacy and time alone. I am pretty quiet. I enjoy reading and creative hobbies like drawing. I don't mind if others make noise though. I like to stay clean and tidy. I think a home environment should feel relaxing and be a place to rest and recharge.
