My boyfriend and I are moving out of our apartment on St Kilda Road, which we currently share with Zayyan, our flatmate. The room is bright and airy, with a double bed and enough storage for two people if necessary. The flat has AC/heating, a small balcony, dining area, living area with sofa and tv, washer dryer, and all the usual appliances. There is a gym in the building, and a communal lounge area. The tram is right outside the door, and you can take lines 3, 3a, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67 or 72 (Stop 24 - Leopold St). The trams are very regular, and it takes around 10 minutes to get to CBD.
