My boyfriend and I are moving out of our apartment on St Kilda Road, which we currently share with Zayyan, our flatmate. She's staying, and she needs someone to share the rent with her (couples or two friends also accepted). We're leaving on 11th April 2017. The minimum stay is 6 weeks from then. The room is bright and airy, with a double bed and enough storage for two people if necessary. The flat has AC/heating, a small balcony, dining area, living area with sofa and tv, washer dryer, and all the usual appliances. There is a gym in the building, and a communal lounge area. The tram is right outside the door, and you can take lines 3, 3a, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67 or 72 (Stop 24 - Leopold St). The trams are very regular, and it takes around 10 minutes to get to CBD.

Our Apartment is right in the middle of everything. Located directly on St. Kilda Road, there are trams going to the city or to the beach, they all run up and down right outside our front door. We are a 5 min cab to prahran, chapel street, a short walk to Toorak or a ten min tram to the CBD. We are on the top floor with a big balcony and BBQ as well. We have an indoor pool with a glass roof, there is a dry sauna and there is tennis court as well. ( I would say gym too but I'm not sure a bicycle and one weight machine warrants the title of full gym) Unfortunately I am not looking for couples at the moment, just one person per bedroom.

Out place is just a short walk to chapel street and the cafe scene on the south side. Transport is right outside the door. It's a large house with a modern bathroom and kitchen. We have large backyard and double lounge room. Also we have a little mini bulldog called Bohdi so if you love dogs this is just a bonus. Myself and my partner Dom are liking for a chilled housemate that is tidy and clean and that is able to pay rent and bills effeciantly. This is not a party house.
