Hello there I know it's probably out of the question but no harm in putting it out there I suppose. I just need somewhere to stay from now until July. All details about me are in my profile To summarise: - I can pay up front if it helps. - I'm 52 and young at heart. Mature responsible, clean, tidy. - Ready to move now. In fact by Sunday. - I'm lesbian, single, and looking for a place to settle just till July then I move back into my own apartment in Surry Hills. - I bring with me my 5 year old little Cavoodle named Lulu who means everything to me. I just adore her as does anyone who meets her. She's a good girl. Extremely friendly, clean, doesn't shed, non-allergenic and perfectly house trained. - I need a wardrobe and bed - I can provide many references including one from my current landlord - Can pay bond if formerly exchanged. I really hope you will consider my application so I can come and meet you asap. You are more than welcome to give me a call and leave a message. I’ll call back. Warm Regards Louise
Hi! First off, no the birds in my picture do not live with me so no, I don't have any pets that I need to bring with me. I grew up on the Central Coast, just under 2 hours north of Sydney, so I am generally pretty relaxed by nature. I have lived in a share house previously, so I know what it is like. I am looking for a new place as my roommate is moving interstate. I have all my own furniture, and a fair amount of it, so I'm after an unfurnished room. I'm looking for a place I can call home, stay a while, and become good friends with anyone I live with. I understand the importance of privacy, valuing both my own privacy, and the privacy of others. I also like to be able to chill on the couch, binge watching Netflix with my roommate(s). As for me, I study Science at UNSW and I also work part-time at the Eastgardens Westfield. In terms of personality, I'm never quite sure how to describe it so feel free to ask me. Also my hobbies/interests list is ever changing but sports, reading and movies are always on there.
I am looking for somewhere with a homey feeling - I also have a small dog that currently lives in Melbourne, I am looking for a place that allows pets as I would like to move her up here. I also prefer other pets as well so my pup isn't too lonely when I am at work - Kobey (Papilion x Chihuahua) is a very small and very well behaved dog. She is not yappy like a chihuahua - Loves people and will lick your ankles! she grew up with cats and gets along with them very well. toilet trained and is 5 years old. About Me • 26, I work full time and then on weekends • I have a car – so some sort of parking would be great • Clean and generally tidy.. • Chilled out • Reliable and respectable • Muso Things I like • Gardening - I have around 50 small succulents • Music - always listening to music with headphones on • Playing the ukulele - I’m still learning, will not practice during quiet times • Crafternoons • Yoga • Animals • Eating • watching documentaries • Alone time, personal space • Being in the sun / being outside / bike riding , going for walks Things I don’t like • Negative / judgemental people • Being woken up • Un-hygienic things Looking for • Easy going, open minded, chilled person / people to help make a house a home. You'll give me lots of space but also want to like hang out and watch movies and talk about wonders of the world and cook together and be all homey • House with a garden, no apartments • Not a party house - but an occasional shin dig is great I am looking for somewhere in the inner west or eastern suburbs, prefers close to UNSW Move in date is very flexible - looking for the right place. Rent budget is between $200 – $250 (preferably including bills)
Short stroll to Westfield Eastgardens, minutes walk to major bus stop which directly go to the Sydney CBD, UNSW, Taylor College, Maroubra, Coogee Beach, La Perouse, Airport, Mascot Station, Bondi Junction. House is located in quiet street and beautiful line trees! House is newly renovated with beautiful bathrooms.
I am a full-time student from Sydney looking for short-term (max 5 months) accommodation closer to the city/uni. I am clean, tidy and always keen to pitch in my fair share of cleaning around the house. I like to cook my own meals so a well-equipped kitchen would be a treat. I also love animals but won't be bringing any pets with me.
Fully furnished and equipped room for rent in the huge house (as on the pictures), 50m from the bust stop to the city, 50m from the shopping centre, 2km from the beach, own swimming pool, fully equipped garage for maintaining cars or motobikes, bbq, Foxtel.
Hi potential housemates! -Easy going young professional -Mon to Fri office hours -Down to earth -Non-smoker -Clean, tidy and considerate -Brilliant spider-handler! -Simple, easy living In my downtime, spend my wkends generally exploring the surrounding area, enjoy the occasional hikes and camping. I have a soft spot for breweries/wineries. Most relaxed around anyone who can talk about anything and everything and not take life too seriously. I tend to do my own thing but am always up for random drinks and a movie with housemates. Besides myself, I have a well trained (lived indoor his whole life) docile, 7 year old husky boy and his younger sister, Gigi the kitten. Both will be joining me on this journey up to SYD, so if you love pets, you've hit the jack-pot! As for the move date, I'm flexible. If I sound like someone you can live with or have any questions, please msg away!
Hi, my name is Nikola, 22 years old. I've relocated to Sydney from Melbourne in the last 2 months for a graduate position located in Banksmeadow. My landord has decided to sell the apartment I currently live in, so I will be looking to move at the end of May. I work full-time, Mon-Fri, 9-5. Originally a country girl, so I'm pretty laid back and super capable. I have a keen sense of humour and don't take myself seriously, always up for a chat and a laugh. I'm an extremely neat and tidy person, so home will be kept spotless. I'm also a bit of a health nut, so I like cooking fresh food. Not a party animal, but I do enjoy a drink! I'm a non- smoker and don't have any pets. As much as I enjoy being social, I also really like my own space, so I won't be in your face and I'm very respectful of privacy.
Hey, I'm Katrina. I work full time as an Integrated Communications and Media Advisor, while completing my Master's Degree part time. I grew up in the Blue Mountains, and have been living in Newtown for the last few months. Looking to move somewhere a little more social. I enjoy staying active, and go to the gym most days and do a lot of yoga, cycling, and running. I enjoy unwinding at the end of a week with a good book and a glass of wine. I also make an excellent cup of tea.
A friendly mother and daughter who are looking for some great people to live with.
I am a shift worker and I have just got a transfer working in Maroubra. I'm looking for a room to rent during my block of shifts and then I would go back home during my days off, so you wouldn't see me much. I would be just coming there to eat (heating precooked meals), shower and sleep. I'm a tidy person and have flat mates living at my house so I'm used to living with others. Thanks Cath
A couple from Norway taking a semester abroad at UNSW. We enjoy having a good time and being with friends. Tidy and clean, and always upfront with rent. Sparetime is usually spent on cooking, exercising and hanging out with friends and family.
Hi I live on the south coast and work at Botany on a 4 on 4 off night shift roster, I’m looking for a room for when I am on shift, only staying 4 out of the 7 days, but willing to pay for the weekly rental. I’m a 50 y/o married male with two kids, easy going with clean and tidy habits. My utilities usage is minimal, I only need 1 shelf in the fridge, just a power point for my toaster and a shower– will not need to cook and do not need the laundry The benefits of my shift pattern means I will only need the room for approximately 180 days (But I will pay for 365 days). My budget is $150 including bills I can be contacted Thanks Mark
Hi guys, My names Matthew , I’m 28 years old. At the moment I’m living in Cairns, far north Queensland. I am arriving in Sydney around the 14th of May. I am moving for a job opportunity as a sales and marketing executive for EHP Labs and Tiger nutrition. The office I’ll be working out of is located in Mascot so I’d like to be located nearby, but close to the beaches if possible. I am new to flatting but I am very tidy and know how to respect others space. During the week I am rather quite, I go to work; the gym and I may eat out once or twice. On the weekends I like to adventure and see what I can find. I’m well past my years of going out till the early hours but I do enjoy lounge bars and fine dining. So in short, I’m fit, I’m healthy, I don’t smoke and I clean up after myself. Thank you and have a marvelous day.

A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Hillsdale. Fully furnished with the exception of the second bedroom, it features a large living area with comfortable sofas, a TV, dining area, a private balcony (great view), fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, washing machine and dryer, NBN internet and more. The complex also has an intercom system for security. Great location; only a 10 minute walk from Westfield, Eastgardens. Even less to get to Woolworths. There's a large park next door, and off-street parking available. Plus public transport nearby which can take you to various places, including the city and/or Bondi etc.
The spacious room has a built in wardrobe (the doors are pretty heavy to slide so taken off as per the photos), a big window with venetians, plush carpet and plenty of room for a queen bed and desk. I really nabbed a gem - there's a balcony, garage, internal laundry (with washer and dryer) and all the convenience of living closer to the city but with plenty of parking, friendly neighbourhood vibe and barely audible traffic from inside. Walking distance to Maroubra Junction, Westfield Eastgardens and anything you could need. On the same block as a pub (that has $10 steak, chips and salad ALL THE TIME), pizza place and KFC. With a bunch of bus stops just outside, your chariot to the CBD, Central or the beach awaits! AND it's pet friendly!

The house has a great vibe, fun housemates, very quiet and relaxing, TV room, kitchen, lounge, WiFi, 2 x bathrooms, spa, courtyard, BBQ....huge park behind house, great for jogging, bike riding, nearby pools and gyms. I've lived here for 20 years...You will love it!
