Charlie and I are looking for a home that makes us feel comfortable, safe and live with animal minded individuals. I am considerate of others, I have a positive vibe and always smiling. I love what I do for a job and during my free time, I have a wild imagination which allows me to draw, so I do have a lot of pencils, paper and water color paint that come with me. What makes my life even better is my 4 legged other half, Charlie the Red Kelpie. We are animal enthusiast, weekends we are out bush walking, practicing sheep herding, exploring beaches and or camping out under the stars. I do have a full-time job, so Charlie does stay back, but Charlie has a quiet soul and prefers to stay in bed sleeping when I'm not there. Eccentric little 1870's cottage located close to town and river. Sits on a little bit of acreage and looks out over council land and turf farms. I'm Phil. I'm a young guy trying to make it in this world but renting a place to myself is a little expensive. I'm looking for a place with a max of one other person who is friendly but also likes their own space. I have a german shepherd (Malcolm) who will be 1 year old when July arrives (when I intend to move). He's a well-natured dog, much prefers to lick and play than to bark or growl. If you have a medium to large size dog that Mal can play with, that would be amazing. I also am an AFL boundary umpire on the weekend so I like to keep fit. A gym partner would be fun. If you like footy too, we will get along. If you don't, we probably still will haha. I'm not a clean freak but I do like to tidy and like to keep my world in order. You won't have a problem with me. I can also supply a lot of cooking gear as I keep this as a hobby. I work full-time in the city as an engineer. I usually leave early in the morning and arrive back home in the mid afternoon. I'm looking for somewhere around Riverstone or so with some flexibility, probably for one year though I am open to discussion to a 6 month lease. Generally, somewhere close to a train station would be helpful because of my work.
Hi, I am looking for a secure and safe room to rent while I am working in Sydney on the metro project. I would only be staying 4 nights a week as I travel home to Newcastle every weekend. Prefer somewhere with a bed already set up ready to go. I smoke outdoors only. Currently working night shift from 3pm-midnight. Severely allergic to cats so anywhere with cats is a no-no for me. Easy going hard working gent who has come down to Sydney from Queensland for work purposes, I work in the construction industry in a management role , I work fairly long hours so won't really be home much apart from the weekend which will also be only once a month as I will go back home to see my family
I'm a friendly person who enjoys getting to know my house mates but I also appreciate peoples personal space. I'm a very clean and tidy person.
