Galleria shopping centre is 10 min drive but there is a bus stop 50m away which will take you to Morley bus station. The airport is about 10 mins away.

Big old 1920's house with character it has been renovated and extended with ducted aircon throughout. Both rooms can be furnished it required. Bills will be split evenly even if I'm working fifo. Lounge, kitchen and dinning rooms are open plan with plenty of room to cook, entertain friends or just relax. There is also an entertainment room with a pool table but nit much else. There's also a couple of bird cages if anyone's interested in birds. There will also be a gest room that anyone's friends and family can crash in. Bus stop 100m. Bassendean train station is a 15min walk. City is a 20min drive or $30 Uber Airport is 10-15min depending on what side you need to go to or $20-25 Uber. Local shop 5min walk has most things and the main shop Coles 5min drive. There's also some good fruit and veg, butcher and seafood shops as well within 5min.
