Well I am a massage therapist, I am from Melbourne and i like a nice quiet evening watching tv, going out with friends. I am avid reader and you will most likely see me without my tablet in hand or a book. I can cook some things and clean up after myself. I am tidy but not a neat freak and friendly.
I am a food science professional and a student at the university of Melbourne. I am fairly quiet, compatible with all ideologies and thinking. I am flexible living with people who have pets or smoke, though I am not a smoker myself. I am a supporter of LGBT group. I am a workaholic and most of the time work on my job stuff, but do like to watch some good TV series once in a while.
Absolute serenity is here in abundance, 20 mins from Daylesford, 25 mins from Ballarat. Beautiful walks all around. You do need a car to live here, there's no public transport, apart from a school bus twice a day for kids. We are looking for a female flatmate to share our cute and cosy home. Happy to consider pets, and would consider a single mum with one child. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Satelite NBN included in the rent, electricity extra. Kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces.
Lovely, clean 3 bedroom house overlooking nature. Great heating and great cooling - setting up a share house - shared responsible self host house in Barry's Reef. Must be working. Fully furnished. Please contact Jody. Neg for couple sharing a room. View available immediately. Friendly female caretaker on call.
Friendly and quiet, I am I first year apprentice, I like to play games on my PS4 regularly and get together with friends on weekends. I’m from Lancefield and I’m looking to move out of my home away from my parents to start my adult life
I like to share what i do for fun with those around me and bring the house together. I have a gentle cat who timidly sticks to me, and she's non-destructive. I'm super into LGBTQI+ and am myself genderqueer. I like things quiet and calm, and ideally would like to be friends with the person i live with.
Hey guys, my names Charmaine 17 ( turning 18 in January) & im looking for a somewhere to live, & move forward with my life. I work at the sporto as a waitress for the time being, I'm neat & tidy. A very energetic person, I like my space but I also don't mind socialising every so often! I'm easy going and a non drinker to the occasion, feel free to chuck me a message 💞
Within easy walking distance of Ballan train station, with trains nearly every hour to Melbourne or Ballarat. Each room will suit a full time student, or working professional. Each room is for a single person. Three rooms have ensuite bathrooms, and two use a shared bathroom. There are also four living rooms in the house that are available for you to use, with a large library of books and music. I am getting the rooms ready for occupation from Nov 2018. This is at the Dome house and there are five acres of land where gardens are being built using biodynamic organic gardening and 9 walking labyrinths of various sizes. The house has mains gas, and solar and wind electricity. Because electricity is limited, people cannot have high powered desk computers. Laptops are OK. This is a real chance to live in a unique house within an hour commuting of Melbourne. I do intend having the bathrooms and rooms cleaned and vacuumed once a week and the bed linen changed. I have a professional cleaner who will be doing this. This is included in the rent. So you will really have serviced rooms. For overseas students Ballan is classified as regional area for living. So it would suit students studying in regional Ballarat who may in the future be applying for residence. I am a migration agent myself with 30 years experience and would be able to assist on my normal fee scales for migration cases. Room 5 is actually a self-contained unit in another building on the property. It has its own kitchen and bathroom. It will suit a working man.

Hi We are two working professionals, 26 and 31, looking for a third flatmate. The house is furnished, tidy and has a peaceful environment. The bedroom is unfurnished. Ideally, we are looking for someone who works full time, 9-5 type hours as we do and is respectful of other flatmates. The room available is a decent size with a large wardrobe with shelving. We both enjoy keeping active going for a run or hitting the gym and are often away on weekends. We are friendly, enjoying a chat while cooking but also enjoy our own space. The room is available now, so give me a buzz and we look forward to meeting you! Kesh =-)
I am looking to move back to Ballarat due to University and starting part time work. I enjoy spending time with friends and family as well as playing netball on the weekends. I'm easy going and happy to be social but also like my own time too. Looking for a property close to the centre of Ballarat due to having to commute to University.
Hi, I'm a 24-year-old who grew up near Hamilton. I am neat, tidy, and good with animals. When I have time to myself I'm usually reading books, watching movies, playing video games, or going on long walks around Lake Wendouree or along the Yarrowee. I am active in Ballarat's volunteer community, assisting both the Salvos Store in Sebastopol and Voice FM in Ballarat. I am not currently a student, but I have applied to study Education Support at Federation University in 2019. My casual job doesn't provide as many hours as I would like, so I am also looking for a new job. It says January 8th for my move date, but that's the date I need to move by.
Hi! I'm Caroline and I am in the need for somewhere to live in Ballarat. I've just gotten myself a job there and it would now make sense to live there too. I also go to Fed Uni studying Health/PE. I think I'm pretty fun, I enjoy wine and cheese and the occasional binge session as you do. I also enjoy sitting in silence. Whatever is going. I love cooking, so sorry if you're on a diet there will probably be many baked goods in the house. I'm also keen on seeing live music as often as possible, so it would be nice to not have to go alone! My current lease ends early Jan so if I can find somewhere to live before then that would be amazing.
Both bright and bubbly girls looking for somewhere to call home! We are always up for a chat but also love our down time! Working part time and studying, in our spare time we love to find the best coffee in Ballarat, or chill out by the lake!
I’m outgoing, love to socialise and get to know people! Work part time at McDonald’s, as well as a winery, I also occasionally babysit children. I have my licence and a car, am a very neat and tidy person, play a variety of musical instruments, so I could attempt to entertain you 😂 saxophone being my main though! Love to exercise and keep fit and healthy, love to cook up a storm, as well as bake sweets like brownies! Totally into smoothies too, I’ll be studdying the double degree of nursing and paramedicine at ACU (I’ll be 19) which I cannot wait to begin! I also play netball, hopefully somewhere in Ballarat next year too!
Previous flatmates would say I am a very easy going person who is fun to live with. I enjoy the beach and exercise but also enjoy spending a rainy week reading a good book. I am in Ballarat only temporarily until late 2019 for work, but I hope to have some good experiences whilst there.
Hi there, A little about me, I will be continuing with my study next year and working part time. I have just newly moved to Ballarat with my senior dog who I love dearly and would only consider a shared space with other dog lovers that would accept her as one of the crew. She's always been an indoor pooch free to move around as she pleases and is always warm and comfortable. She is well mannered and friendly and gets on well with other well mannered dogs, chooks, horses, cats etc. A fenced yard would of course be a must but wouldn't have to very high as she is no escape an artist. I do have two vehicles one being my work van that if possible would be great if parked off of the road but not essential at this stage. I am quiet and health conscious, a non smoker and serious about my studies. So I'm not looking for a party house, but a space that is relaxed and respectful. I do like a great meal out and a cold beer at a local pub. Mountain biking, walking and adventuring with my K9 mate are a couple of things I like to do.
I am studying physio at Uni in Ballarat. I am a quiet, easy going guy who works hard but do like to go out on occasion. I like to watch netflix with friends and I get along with everybody. I come from country Victoria and travel home on occasion.
