Hi, I'm a super chill, clean, friendly individual who works as a psychologist and songwriter, loves going to the gym, is very social but sees the home as a place to retreat and is respectful of peoples down time. I currently have a few places around Eltham ready for the lease to be signed, I am just searching for the right housemate to join me :) If this sounds like you, please hit me up!
I’m a tidy, motivated student trying to finish high school. I love art and science... I promise I’m not a nerd. For fun I love anything from adrenaline filled adventures to binging an entire series on Netflix in a day. Working part time at Hungry Jacks so I can hook you up with some free nuggs if interested. I’m looking for a room or space to stay that can accomodate massive study sessions and my bad taste in music.
Hey, I'm Jeremy! I'm a substitute teacher (CRT) and OSHC worker at a primary school. In my spare time I write and record music (but never at home so you wouldn't have to worry about the noise). I can be both social and solitary, so if you're up for hanging out and having a chat, I'll be too! I always clean up after myself and I'd never leave a trail of mess around the house. I'm looking for share mates who are positive, easy going and considerate. Sometimes I will be at my partner's place, other times I'll be home, and some days he will stay over. I have a small indoor cat and would love to bring her along, but there are other arrangements for her if she can't join your place :). My move in date is set at mid-March but in reality it is flexible!
Hi I’m Sheldon and I’m a personable, respectful, easy going, clean and tidy professional who has moved in June from Perth for work in the construction industry… I have a healthy outlook on life and exercise regularly. Love dogs, beach, good food, wine and being around fun happy people… Look forward to meeting new interesting people and finding that quiet comfortable space to call home...
Hard working, quiet, active and clean. I have a super cool, super friendly cat who comes with me. Looking for a gorgeous but affordable house to share with rent reliable, good natured and respectful person.
I’m a 35 yo solicitor working part time at a local law firm. I have an awesome dog named Noodle. He’s 7 months so can be a bit energetic, but I spend a lot of time on his training. Outside of work I volunteer once a week with a program running horse riding lessons for kids with disabilities. I also try to go out riding myself 1 x per week. I like to chill out at home and not looking for a party house (or late nights). But totally understand people have lives so for me it’s all about communication in the house and we’ll get on just fine :)
Hey there! I'm a 27 yo female working full time (day shifts only). I have been renting my own flat for the last 4 years, but it's time for a change. I would like to move into a house with one other working professional. I keep my environment clean and comfortable. It would be great to find someone who is happy to socialise but can also offer a degree of privacy. I have a 9 year old female cat named Misty. She is indoors at night and outdoors during the day (so no kitty litter). I am currently looking at a few rental properties around the Greensborough area. If you are interested in teaming up to look at places together, I'd be happy to have a chat. Thanks! Tylar
My house is on a big reserve/bike track that leads into Diamond Creek and Eltham. The property is more in Eltham Nth/St Helena area and not in the heart of Diamond Creek. It is a very quiet tranquil area. The home is divided by the kitchen in the middle so the area on offer is totally independent with own bathroom, fully furnished queen size bedroom and lounge room (laundry and kitchen shared areas). Air conditioned, ducted heating, internet and Netflix connected. Big covered pergola area with BBQ. Garage space also available.
2 rooms available to suit singles or couples. Bedroom 1: This Large Master Suite is the perfect space for a couple or single person looking for their own private sanctuary featuring a walk in robe with storage as well as a beautifully finished ensuite. A well lit room allowing natural light into the master bedroom via a full height front window and a sky light in the roof of the bathroom. A TV wall mount is available with aerial and power outlet close by should you wish to have a small TV in the room. It is a spacious, light and clean house with wonderful treetop views. The house is modern styling throughout with 3 robed bedrooms and a really nice garden. Believe me, it will give you a home feeling. There are two bedrooms available for you to choose from but only one room will be rented. Other features include ducted heating, evaporative cooling and split system air conditioner. This dreamy house is around 5 mins from bus station and 25 mins walking distance from train station.
I live in a beautiful split level townhouse. The room on offer is the fully furnished, air-conditioned master bedroom with ensuite & very generous built in robe. I have 2 lounge areas, so space to hang out together or retreat downstairs. The home is ideally located for public transport. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, cafes etc.
Eltham Unit: Breaking our lease and trying to help find couple or family to move in and reduce the costs associated with us moving out early. Please note that we would be staying but unfortunately have decided to part ways. Paid here until 23rd March but can have place ready earlier if needed. Prospective tenants will need to apply through agent and have checks done etc but we are happy to be more flexible with arranging times to view the unit. Place is a large free standing unit situated at the rear of set of 10 units on top of hill. It has a very large and mostly paved outdoor area including protected decking which is just so good for bbqs. Gardener included in rent. Property backs onto reserve and immediate units on both sides we haven't heard a noise from in our 15months here. Schools very close by. Bus out front and train just over km away. Great fish n chips/ hairdresser/petrol/organic butcher and BP at end of street as well as access to walking/bike trails. Main Eltham shops a short drive and nice drive through Warrandyte to Eastland or Westfield Doncaster in other direction. All 3 bedrooms have large built in robes and carpeted. Rest of house is floorboards except for tiles in wet areas. Parts of house are dated but we've had all we need. Good storage. Double LUG. Safe area. Lots of neighbours with young kids. Air Con in lounge. Gas cooking. Pets allowed on application / subject to approval from owner (we have 2 dogs and paid more bond) Please get in touch if you have any questions or to arrange time to view. Rent is $1999 per month and Bond is TBA (we paid extra for dogs = $2500).
The house was renovated a couple of years ago so it's in pretty good shape. We're up on a hill and have a decent back yard. We're close to the Greensborough shops, and have good public transport access.
Perfect location with leafy surrounds. 7 minute walk to train, Eltham supermarket and cafes. Bus outside the door. Calm, quiet and positive atmosphere. Nice home with balcony, largish kitchen, modern bathroom, and two toilets. Dishwasher too! Library with free internet across the road.
Hey there! Looking for some similar people to live with in a sharehouse. Don't mind if a join a hood or we start a new one in a new house. Preferably would like to live with 2-3 others to be able to afford a decent place but not drain the bank. I'm Extremely clean. Easy to live with. Responsible. Have a good renting record. Work multiple jobs to support a decent income. Love socialising, music, drinks and hanging out. I own/operate a music mixing and mastering business so I'd require a room to live in but also another room to work from. Ideally, I'd love to find a place which had a granny flat (separate room away from the house) where I could do my work. Hit us up if you're interested!
Hi there, I am looking for an unfurnished room in the Northern, Eastern or inner Eastern suburbs. Ideally, I would prefer to live with only one or two other housemates. I'm quiet, clean, respectful and very easy-going. I work Monday to Friday (days) and keep fairly low-key during the week. On weekends, I like to socialise which may involve going to the movies, a nice restaurant, bar/pub, sporting event or a weekend away. Best of luck in your search. We all need it!! :) Best regards, Joe
I'm pretty chilled, tidy and friendly. I enjoy people and socialising, but prefer small groups to big groups. I work in mental health and spend my working days are generally full on so I like to chill, do yoga, walk, read or meditate on my off days. I'm learning shiatsu and loooove having people to practise on. I teach meditation at the Melbourne Buddhist Centre and I'm interested in Mindfulness for pain management and trauma sensitive mindfulness practise. I'm looking for somewhere green and open people to share with. Ideally, I'd like to share living together and not just space, but I'm flexible. I enjoy community living and being friends with the people I live with.

Hey everyone! I'm a young, outgoing and friendly person and I'm originally from Perth but been living in Melbourne for over ten years now. I love meeting new people and I'm told I'm very funny/fun to be around too. I work full time in the Energy sector in a major company whole ultimate goal is sustainability for the next generation. Before you make a judgement call, no I'm not a hippie (although nothing wrong with that if you are) but I do love what I do. I'm currently also studying a Bachelor of Social Sciences so a quiet none party house would be ideal. That doesn't mean I'm boring cause I'm totally down for an adventure with my future housemate. I am low maintenance, clean and easy to live with and I would be your dream future housemate. If you're ready to move into a nice apartment or two bed room flat/townhouse and are also keen to find a new and modern place then let's team up together for the perfect pad. If I sound like your ideal housemate and someone you could see yourself flatting with and maybe even becoming friends with then feel free to send me a message. All are welcome :) Happy Flatting!
Hey, I'm Kitty the little 21 year old Tasmanian who is little lost in the big city. Living over here with no family times can get a little scary without having a place to call home. I am respectful, clean and an all round happy person and despite being a young 21 year old I have been living out of home for almost 6 years. I am just finishing my Bachelor of Arts at Monash and will be working full-time and doing a bit of volunteering for my masters application (social work). I am a very social person and never opposed to have a boogie or a lipsync for my life (I’m a diehard drag race fan). If I sound like the roommate you need feel free to send me a message, or if you just want to talk drag race also feel free to send me a message.
24 years old, Italian / Croatian cultural background and born in Australia; I’m a self motivated, independent and reliable and relaxed woman keen on moving into a place ASAP. Financially capable and dependable with cleanliness and general matinance.. I’m a nature lover who loves to draw and have a laugh. I love keeping things peaceful and chill to maintain a decent atmosphere, animals aren’t a problem and I don’t plan on being a loud housemate; just someone who’s looking for work (recent role:Account Management).. someone who is seeking an environment that’s safe, cosy, relaxed where I can have this ‘new leaf’ time to be smooth. -ASAP move in is a priority- (Feel free to contact me any time for anything related to myself being a possible match/candidate. Thank you :)
Im easy going, friendly. I clean up after myself and enjoy a chat
I'm a 20 year old musician and I work part time as a Nanny. I was born in New Zealand and have lived in Aus since I was 5 and come from a huge family, so I know the important of everyone pulling weight in a share house. I am looking for a communal living environment where we can share a meal or a drink and also respect each others privacy. Somewhere everyone can relax and feel at home. I love to practice bass guitar and painting in my spare time and enjoy hosting friends occasionally. Hoping to join into a nice friendly chill environment :))
Easy going and friendly lady who is currently living near Philip Island. I work as a massage therapist and would like to move to the city as I just finished a media degree and ready to find work in the industry. If I find a place in Melbourne, I will be going back to Phillip Island to work on the weekends for the first few weeks. I love cooking, art, films, good quality red wine, nice people, yoga and so much more! I hope to meet you soon :)
