Secure parking, but again, not entirely essential, so long as there is garage/driveway parking available and not just on-street parking. Some storage space available would be good, as I will be hauling the following along with me: 1 x double bed 1 x chest of drawers 1 x small bedside table 1 x IKEA clothes rack 1 x bicycle 1 x 6 seater dining table – the table is actually dismantled and really easy to store, it takes up very little room. The chairs however can’t be dismantled but I have them cleverly stacked onto each other and they don’t take up much space either. Lastly, I have an array of kitchen items which I can either unpack and use with you, or if you prefer to keep your kitchen as is I can just keep them in their plastic Red Dot storage containers (got about 2-3 containers full). It sounds like a lot after I type it out but it’s really not! ABOUT ME: Full-time employed for a property consultancy and projects firm in Subiaco. Brand spanking new to university – studying full-time in Speech Pathology. I am clean – and not just one of those people who say that to give you peace of mind when contemplating a new housemate. I actually pick up the vacuum cleaner on the weekends and wipe down the house on weekends like grown ups do. I am not a freak though, if I’m in a hurry out the door in the morning and leave some dishes in the kitchen I’ll see to them when I’m home. I love dogs, and will smother yours with love and lots of play and walkies if you have one! Not the biggest fan of cats or birds so much. I don’t smoke and I’d like to say that I don’t mind if you do, but I do. You gotta cut that out man. I don’t really drink or party much, at all – it's kinda hard to do when you're doing the working/studying gig. Do still have a vino here and there though. I use my weekends for things I can’t always squeeze in mid-week: running, coastal walks, cycling and studying. And when I’m not doing these things, I’m relaxing and unwinding with my bottom parked at the beach or at home. I guess you could categorise me as a bit of a home-body given my requirement to study and work. Geez, I sound so boring when I type that! Juggling both can be stressful so I like a fairly peacefully quiet home. My summers are spent at the beach almost every weekend and I'm hoping to take up surf lessons with a friend if you want to jump on board that band wagon! Would be great to live with someone who is also working and studying so we can share in the anxieties of exams together (*laughs at myself). Otherwise, I’m pretty easy with anyone – so as long as you lead a pretty relaxed lifestyle and you don't par-take in the doof doof scene too much? Living with only 1 other person would be super ideal but also not essential, just don't really want to live with anymore than 3 under the 1 roof though. My max rent would be $140 a week (ideally less than this though!) - or $150 a week inclusive of bills. Super flexible on the location too, as long it's not more than 15km's out from the CBD as I like to pedal into work in the mornings.

We have a bit of an interesting situation in that one housemate (me!!) will be moving to Japan around March/April.
