You will basically have the entire back half of the house! There are two bedrooms to choose room, one will be kept as an office.They are both the same size, photo only taken of one though. There's a bathroom and seperate toilet. These will be shared with visitors only. There is also a theatre room that we don't use, it already has furniture in it, but will need a TV. We have decked the garage out into a gym that you are welcome to use! However, Ames does have clients from time to time for PT sessions. Open living in Kitchen, dining and lounge room. Nice court yard area out the back. Plenty of parking space out the front of the house, you can also park so the car is not visable from the street. Unfortunately, it's not undercover. We would love a FIFO worker and will be very flexible with bills 😊

I am a mining engineer and I moved from Brisbane to Perth about a year ago for a FIFO job. My roster is week on week off. When I am around, I enjoy being a part of a household, and being friends with my housemates. That said, I know everyone has their own lives so I'm good at giving space if that's what you're after! I like playing sports such as Gaelic football and tennis, and going rockclimbing. I also like having lazy nights at home, cooking with a glass of red and watching movies or TV shows and reading (especially fantasy or historical fiction). While I am definitely not a party animal, I do like to have friends over for a games night or dinner, or have our own 'family' dinners! I am also very keen to see more of what Perth and the surrounding areas have to offer, especially going camping and four wheel driving. It would be ideal if my new housemates would be interested in joining me for some of this! Ideally, I would love to live somewhere with a spare room or with housemates who don't mind the occasional visitor on the couch, in case my interstate friends or family manage to find their way to this side of the country. I would love to live somewhere with animals, although I don't have a pet of my own. Non-smoker and clean and courteous housemate! It's close to everything!! It's on Walter road and Russel street, the second house from the corner (229 Walter road Morley) The map on flattmates doesn't show the correct location so don't check it through flatmates. One minute walk to Morley Galleria shopping centre, One minute walk to Coventry Morley. It's about 4 minutes drive to ECU. Bus stop is less than a min walk away. Great location if you don't have your own car, but if you do we have plenty of room for parking.
