Windows in every room and lots of natural light, mostly white walls and dark wood flooring so not a party house as wood floors aren't the quietest but we have floor runners to help with that. Yards are paved front and back with a small patch of grass in each, the back lawn could use some tlc. Lots of frangipani trees so it smells great on warm evenings with lots of fairy lights strung up. Raised garden beds with little shade sails over them if you feel like doing some gardening, perfect for vegetables or some flowers. The patio is the best part of the place, I'm slowly filling it up with potted plants as it's shaded and the coolest part of the yard in summer. There's some road noise during business hours but it drops right off in the evenings. Wifi available nbn is getting put on. There's a bus stop right outside the door, both Morley Galleria and Bayswater train station under 2 kms away, airport under 7 kms, perth cbd under 8 like a $15-$20 Uber. Lazy person walking distance to the aquatic center. New tenants will need to be approved by the landlord and submit a rental application to the realtor and pay a bond.

It's very large, bedrooms are large with 1 spare room for storage, as well as a back shed, for storage. The garden is massive, so good for a keen gardener, plenty trees, some with fruit.
