Conveniently located 5km from the university and 3km from the town center The formal lounge has gas heater as well as a new split system, and other rooms have ceiling fans. With a glassed in hobby/playroom there is plenty of room for all and an extra toilet.
Me and my miniature dachshund are looking for a housemate! The house is very central, located four blocks from the main street. It’s an older house with rustic charm, three decent sized bedrooms (one currently used as a study), two toilets, separate laundry, separate living and dinning areas. The house is fully furnished, however you would be very welcome to bring your own furniture. There’s a carport and garage out the back that would be ideal for additional storage. The unfurnished vacant room is a medium size with a ridiculous amount of storage! The room boasts two large windows that allow the lovely morning sun to stream in. Rent does not include internet or bills. These will be split evenly. Bond of four weeks rent to be paid. I would prefer someone looking for longer term stay, however will consider short term stay.
1 minute walk to Aquatic centre 2 minutes walk to Bowling Club 9 minutes walk to the nearest cafe 6 minutes walk to the Elephant Park 4 minutes drive to Orange CBD. - A very quiet unit and the surroundings - Private room with built in wardrobe - Separate toilet and bathroom which you’ll be sharing with one person - The weekly rent is $200 with water/electricity included and furnished with single bed, mattress, fan, a table, table lamp, a chair, linen, portable heater during winter season. However, if you have your own bed-sets, bedroom furniture/equipments, the weekly rental is $175 with water/electricity included.
I am respectful, easy-going, clean and usually busy. I work in the health sector and do shift work, I enjoy good food, crossfit, and being social. I'm keen to live with people who are also clean, respectful and enjoy a chat once in a while =)
I have recently moved to Orange working in the health sector. Previously lived on the Central Coast where I also worked in the health sector. Fairly active type person (basketball, crossfit & bush walks) who is easy going, neat & tidy but also respectful of others. Do enjoy socialising with others with a few drinks and love pets!!!!!
Lauryn and I have house shared before both together and separately. We both are very considerate and clean people. We are coming to orange so I, Jack, can complete my rural work to extended my visa here! Although we live in Sydney, Lauryn is very familiar with the area and will be working full time here.
I like to keep a clean house and am not a lover of parties although I do enjoy a good social event with good company with a nice meal. I am a professional working in government and am starting a new position with the Dept of Environment and Heritage. Looking for mature aged, friendly flat mate/s that will help me get to know Orange and maybe help build my social network. I am married but my partner is staying put until I see if this is a possible permanent move to this area.
I work full time in my own food business and lead a healthy, active lifestyle. I'm easy going and drama free, happy to get involved or do my own thing. I have 2 older, well trained, well behaved dogs who are exercised daily.
A room is available in a 4 bedroom house in a great location up behind Duntry League Golf Course. You'll be sharing with only one other. I'm a 47 year old and work in media. It's a fully furnished house. An easy layback home, warm atmosphere but plenty of room to have your own space too. Nothing is needed as it has everything you'll need to be comfortable and feel at home, all you need is your own bed. The bedroom available is VERY large. There's a lounge room, two dining areas, a BBQ area, one bathroom plus another second toilet. There's a double garage so you'll have a parking space too. I'm fairly tidy but not pedantic. I do my own meals but occasionally just like cooking for all .... Apparently I do a great lasagne! :) I like to have a wine and a chat :) I often have music going so if you're not into music then it probably won't suit. There is a small super friendly Maltese pooch here so you'd need to be dog friendly :) Moving in date can be flexibile as the room is currently vacant.
