I’m responsible for myself & I work. I’m at an age that I know what to do and not to do. I would treat anyone’s house respectfully like my own. I have a pet however she can stay with her other owner if needed. She is 17 and she sleeps all day mostly. I’m really in between what I was doing in a relationship to the next new adventure. In this time i’m housesitting so I can save money for my future. So I may be looking for housing from early Nov at this stage. I’m also a health coach so I like a more natural life & enjoy quiet time as much as social time. Happy to catch up and chat if this seems like an option for you. Speak soon, Jacqui
I am easy going, clean and homely. I love gardening and yoga and mountain biking is my sport. I like to cook and have some social time with my flatmates but like my space too. Im not a big tv watcher and like a fair bit of quiet time and it would be ideal if my flatmates were similar. Im a bit unsure of my timing and the kind of set up I am looking for so Im taking my time with looking. Im most keen for somewhere that I can make my home as well, have some art work around, that kind of think rather than just living in someone elses house. I also need space for two bikes undercover (they are expensive), preferably a lock up garage but if I have to have them inside its ok.
This charming coastal flat is beckoning someone to enjoy this great position at a very affordable rental rate. Open plan living, dining and kitchen are light filled and bright, 3 neutral bedrooms and good size. 2 minutes walk to the esplanade and beach, also the aquatic reserve and beautiful walking trails are all very close. There is a bus stop very close plus schools and shops are nearby. Summertime will be lovely with sliding doors to access the large outdoor deck to relax. Reverse cycle air conditioning for heating and cooling.
Large modern house with four bedrooms with built in robes. One room is currently an office. The house is in great location, surrounded by wineries and micro breweries. Short 5 minute drive to the shops. Friendly neighbor hood :-) The house is currently furnished but welcome other furniture. The room available is not furnished so you would need to supply your own bed and mattress.
Hi there, I am ideally seeking a flatmate to team up and rent a 3-4 bed house in any of the areas below. I’m flexible and will also consider nearby areas too. Would prefer not too far from the beach. Rent negotiable. My share up to $200 per week. I am a easy going young at heart 53 yo. I have been living in Qld but have recently relocated back to Adelaide. I have moved out of my Qld property and my furniture is currently in storage in Adelaide. If you have furniture too, we could seek a home which meets both of our requirements. I’m clean, tidy and respectful and am seeking someone with similar values to share with. Ideally, you would be of similar age ie 40s or 50s. I am a light smoker and only ever smoke outdoors. I’m also in the process of trying to give up. My dog “ Bella” is a 5yo shih-tzu. She is house trained, does not shed hair and is a very quiet lap dog. She is not yappy at all. Both Bella and I come with excellent references. I love to cook and enjoy a glass of wine on occasions. I also like gardening and spending time on the beach. I’m also friendly and like to keep a clean and tidy home. Feel free to contact me if this is an arrangement that you are looking for as I would love to have a chat about your requirements etc. Cheers Debbie-Lee
This is a lovely place to live in Mclaren Vale. walking distance to parks, supermarket, pubs, restaurants and cellar doors. Walking track right at end of street. Property is on a large allotment and small renovations are happening to make this place feel like a home.
Beachfront pad with heaps of hanging out areas & sweet views close to Port Noarlunga South/Seaford Hi all, there's myself Vanessa & my housemate ,Aaron looking for a 3rd awesome housemate to move in. The house is in a sweet position on the Esplanade with beach views. It's a split level home with multiple hang out areas outdoors, front and back balcony plus a huge back yard downstairs and a few living areas including a huge rumpus room/mega lounge area with a built in bar. The house is pretty much furnished with essentials but there's a few gaps to fill if you have furniture and bits and pieces. The bedroom has a mirrored sliding door wardrobe with shelves & hanging space. Moving in date is flexible.
I am a quiet , friendly and polite person . I am a non smoker , non drinker. I am a personal carer and enjoy helping people . I am also single and enjoy Reading and going for walks .
Hi, I'm Chelsea! I'm looking for a place that myself and my cat can move into. We're both house trained and really friendly, but we appreciate our alone time. She is 10 months old and to be desexed. Me? Unfortunately not 😅 I have a partner, and I spend a lot of my free time with him. Let's see... I'm kinda funny, I am down to binge watch Netflix anytime day or night. I'm a pretty good cook and I do clean up after myself... I'm a little quirky, a bit weird and the complete opposite of normal. Currently unemployed, but I'm studying nail technology at tafe. I have my licence, but I don't have a car ATM. I'd prefer a furnished room, as I only have a few items, but I do have my own mattress. Wi-Fi is essential. I'm happy to share a bathroom, and my things as long as you ask first. If you have a listing that you think might suit me or you just wanna chat, chuck me a message! I am a little sucky at replying, but I promise it's not personal
Im just looking for somewhere nice and peaceful for myself and my retired greyhound. I work nights as well as days in disability. Easy to get along with , and respectful. Im scottish , been living in oz 9 years now and love south australia. I enjoy going camping , going out with friends , walks on the beach, family time ,Thankyou
Very clean, great cook, and have a small pet extremely well behaved and 100% house-trained. I am interested in teaming-up with somebody to rent an entire property along the south-western seaside belt of Adelaide, between Moana and Brighton. I will be running my own Mortgage Broking business from home so need at least a couple of rooms plus ideally a bathroom each. Happy to rent with a mature male or female. Fellas, if you are FIFO please message me as I would include all utilities plus cook up a storm a few nights per week, when convenient. I am transitioning from a small country location to run my business from Brighton.
Large fully detached property in a quiet suburb only a short walk to the beach and a suburban shopping centre. Must be okay with pets, as there is one adorable cat and two turtles (Myrtle & Yertle) who all live indoors. You would have access to your room and all of the living areas.
Hi there! About me.... well..... I like to have my own space but socialise too. I love animals so if you have pets YAY. I would love to own a fur-baby of my own one day. I can be bubbly, full of energy, generous, honest, willing to change while also being secluded and quiet. No matter if i have a lazy or productive day I will always clean up after myself. I pride myself on a clean house. I don't throw parties and if i have a drink it will only be glass of wine or whisky to unwind from a long day/week at work. Thanks for reading this!
I mostly keep to myself, but I'm also happy to socialise with my housemates. I pay rent on time, clean up after myself and keep my room tidy. I have a cat but I always clean up after him and he always sleeps in my room so he won't be running around the house.
We are a really laid back couple, who will have just moved to Adelaide in January. We really love the outdoors, exploring, sports and food! We are very friendly and outgoing- we get on with everyone!
Hi! I work as a receptionist Monday-Friday 9-5 in the Adelaide City. Honestly I am looking for a house full of really cool people that I can call my friends, somewhere I can come home from work to and have a great chat full of laughs and banter (and maybe a sneaky drink 😏) I am a very social person although I will always respect your space! Although I am a “young professional “ don’t be fooled, I will never pass up an opportunity to spread out on the couch and have a Netflix night (I have a Netflix AND Stan account so whos the real winner here) Soooo I’m a super fun person and probably exactly what your house is missing, so chuck me a message!!
uhhh, I am new to the whole sharing a house etc as I moved out of home due to parents separating and moving states only in September 2017.. but I am a shy person unfortunately but I like to make sure things are clean and neat I am a very quiet and humble person, I do spend most of my time in my bedroom or alone at first but once I'm comfortable I like to socialise! I love all animals, I'm not much of a party person but I have been out a few times. I do have a kitty, his name is Dexter, he is 2 years old, vaccinated and desexed so if I could bring my baby boy with me that would be amazing! But overall just looking for somewhere close to my studying and work :)
