We’re in a great location, situated 15 minutes from the CBD with easy access to public transport. Bedroom 3 is currently on offer (refer to second pic). Currently looking for a 6 month stay with possibility for extension. The important things: running water, electricity, heating and cooling. We’ve also got internet, Netflix and Stan. The house itself is easy to maintain and has everything you need - I can even negotiate with you to have a bed sorted. Your housemates are Matt, Ben and Lisa - all in our early twenties and either students or working full time. We are sociable and love chilling out on the couch and watching a bit of TV together and would love a housemate who’d join our friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Ideally we’re looking for a housemate similar in age/situation and respectful of boundaries - LGBT-friendly is also a must.
Brand new, fully furnished home with ducted air conditioning and built in robes to bedrooms. Just need to furnish your own room. Great proximity to public transport and 12 minutes from the city. Super close to a few different shopping centres. Looking for someone working full time that is clean and respectful. No smokers please!
I am a great cook, I enjoy traveling, yoga, hiking, and sharing a meal with friends and family, I am super clean, organised, and respectful, I cannot live in a house that is messy and smelly. I have always been sharing a home with people from different background. I am culture-oriented and respect differences. I pay rent on time and do my bit after using the house. I work in Salisbury Plain, ideally looking for a place that is between work and city; somewhere like (either a room or team up to rent a 2-3 bedroom house) at Brompton, Walkerville, Marden, Prospect, Lightsview, or Mawson Lakes. Look forward to hearing from you.
My name is Kate, I am a 20 year old student living in Adelaide while also working casual jobs. I am friendly, sociable and tidy. I am looking for some fun housemates to live with! I enjoy photography, camping, sports and the occasional drink on the weekend.
Hi my name is Centisha and i'm looking for a nice quiet environment to call home. I'm a currently studying Civil Engineering and working part time as a customer service representative at Coles express. I'm an easy going person, not fussy. I love trying out new restaurants as well trying out new recipes, going out for fun activities... like ice skating, miniature golf, bowling just to name a few. I enjoy home movie nights. I also love to read and enjoy quiet time. I'm neat and I clean after myself. I'm friendly and easy to get along with. I'm willing to make new friends. I'm just looking for a room that's in within my budget furnished or unfurnished. I don't mind house pets as long as they aren't aggressive or animals that are to be in the wild. thanks for your time, hope to hear from you soon.
Would just like to rent a room for myself and my cat & dog. I feel that I'm very easy to get along with, communicate well, happy to do housework, and although I'm happy to socialise, I do enjoy my alone time. I can bake, sew, knit (poorly) and can cook a mean roast pork! I volunteer at a community centre, and like gaming, listening to music (huge variety, with headphones if required!) hanging out with my pets and bingeing on Netflix. Presently living in Northfield, lease is up 14/7, but would prefer to move sooner if the opportunity presents itself. I have my own furniture, I smoke outside, and I also have a coffee machine :) Sammi J. Lukeman on Messenger if you want to chat :)
Hi there future potential housemates :) Here's a bit about me; I am VERY easy going, open minded, positive and down to earth. I am very respectful of your privacy, your space and your belongings. I am very polite, clean and tidy. I work in disability and I'm very passionate about my job. I love all kinds of music, from rap to gospel, to acoustic and jazz. I LOVE the ocean, going to church, art, animals, hiking, adventures, live music, volunteering and travelling the world. I am very happy to socialise over a wine and chill with you or give you your space, whichever you'd prefer. All the best :)
