Hi! Our current housemate is moving out and we are looking for someone to fill the room. The house is fully furnished, you only need to bring furniture/ items for your room. There is a ceiling fan and BIR in the room. You will share a large bathroom with another girl. There is a large open plan lounge/ dine/ kitchen and outdoor entertaining area with medium size garden. Lots of on street parking available and we have NBN internet throughout the house and Netflix in the lounge. You will be living with two girls who both work full time and dog Callie, she’s pretty harmless. The house is close to everything, just off of main north road. There is a post office, McDonald’s, gym, coles, target, heaps of restaurants etc all super close. It takes about 15mins to get into the city or 5mins to Churchill centre. We are looking for someone we can trust, who can communicate and who uses initiative. Prefer someone who’s studying or working full time. Rent is $135 per week including internet. Bills (gas, water, electricity) are split 3 ways.
We won't be the worst people you'll ever live with. Hopefully. Timo is a 21 year old student studying veterinary science, working in hospo and has the future career prospects of being a full-time Timothee Chalamet impersonator. Imogen is studying psychology at the University of Adelaide, and frequently complains that it's Freud (and not her) who has daddy issues. Youth allowance supports her Netflix addiction and attempts at being an aesthetic 35mm photographer. Both of us are quite laid back but love a good chat and a beer, and are hoping to find a place where we can be social but also have some alone time to study. We both have lived out of home before so we're not completely clueless about cleaning and bills and all that fun stuff. 420 and LGBT+ friendly. Vego/vegan (but not fussed whether you are)

Sociable yet enjoy my own space and respect others also. I enjoy a quiet cider or two but my party days are behind me. I have all my own bedroom furniture and can contribute much more furniture which is stored at my aunt's. I am a family man however my parents are now travelling around Australia since retiring. My current house has a early twenties lad and a female social worker from Tanzania, and we all get along great but unfortunately have to go our separate ways. 4-6 weeks bond at the ready and two weeks rent withub my budget of $175 per week.
