I am quite and easy to get on with. Happy to clean up after myself. I am very adaptable, so I feel I would be able to fit into any house situation. I am moving over from Perth for work, but am original from Brisbane, so not new to the area. I am in construction and shade sail industry. I work for myself. I do have a speed boat I will be bringing over, but if space is a problem I can leave at my daughters house.
I have 2 rooms available for rent. Tranquil bush surroundings in upmarket pocket. Peaceful and Harmonious Vibe. Handy location near bus. All bills and utilities are included in the rent amount. Large covered veranda with ceiling fans to relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounding mountain views. Two free parking bays on-site may be available to whoever arrives 1st or permit free off-street parking available. Bed 1.) Furnished single bedroom, incl linen, lots of storage, ducted aircon. Share large main bath/shower; separate loo with 2 other very neat male persons. Study desk, unlimited internet and Foxtel all ready for you to enjoy. Everything is included in the rent amount. Bed 2.) Fully furnished master ensuite, ducted air-con and/or fan, double bed incl linen, towels. Coffee/tea facilities, bar fridge, microwave oven for your easy convenience. We have Foxtel, a BBQ undercover and air-conditioning in all rooms (including the one for rent). The room also has a fan in addition to the aircon. It has a cupboard with mirrors and is a very modern house. We would prefer a female as there are currently two males and one female in the house. We are pretty easy going and get along with anyone.

The prospective housemate will need to complete a standard application form to be approved by the real estate agency & property owner. There are ~6 months left on the current lease (expires 4th September 2017). Currently undecided what I am doing from that point, leaning towards some more long-term travel, but if you wanted to stay on & real estate/owner happy then all good! I'm currently a full-time student at Griffith University studying a double bachelor of arts and business. I am half Papua New Guinean/Australian and when I am not living in Brisbane I am living in Vanuatu. I work casually at Doughnut Time and am looking for a great group of people to share a house with. I have a fun outgoing personality and get along well with others. Very respectable of others space and privacy but know how to have a good time! I love to go out with my friends for day trips, drinks, dinners and I love experiencing new things. I love to socialise but definitely like my own space and down time aswell.
Hey,looking at moving to a shared house near the end of this month 25/03 30 year old guy from Ireland,Permanent resident here.Im a carpenter and work full time 5-6 days a week. Like to keep fairly quite during the week,I usually play soccer at least one evening on a week night.Dont mind a few drinks on the weekends but not a party animal. Sunday is usually a road trip day, hiking or fishing Kinda day if not to hung over ! If you have something and think I might suit let me know. Cheers
I am neat and respectful of others and their property. I am quiet, active, and always prepared to do my share and more about the place. I have a 15 mth old daughter who will be staying up to 2-4 nights per week most weeks. I run a lot and therefore wake early and often spend my days outdoors when possible.
I don't really know what to say here. I'm looking for a place that is close to work/ family. I would prefer to live with a female as I am still new to living out of home. I am rather shy at first but once you get to know to me I can be quite outgoing and bubbly. Though I am not very loud I will still try and make living with you an enjoyment. I am willing to try new things at times, I normally prefer to stick to a small group of friends but I am willing to be more outgoing at times. I love animals with all my heart and can live with anything from dogs to cats!
I'm a retired chef, and love to cook for my household (it makes food cheaper, I have two big dogs which is going to make this difficult, but they are great guard dogs and cuddly teddy-bears, I work from home quite a bit, but I'm very easy going, social and switch from OTT to quiet as a mouse. I don't smoke, as much as id prefer non-smoking house, with my dogs I can't be overly judgemental. I can drink, but I don't, well, few times a year for a worthy event. don't touch drugs, again don't care but i wont live a junkie, regular part-time pills. no respect for Harry or Meth smokers. Favourite festival "Soundwave" and "BDO (before Kayne)"... Just started my Masters of Philosophy with QUT at IHBI, so I have no time to be annoying, unless you make me, and i am happy to get as good as I give ;-) Must love music, good food and fine wine. for the record if its on nova or hits105 and under 20yrs old....its not good! JJJ has died so I only listen to 4ZZZ or crap I find online.
I'm a pretty easy going, friendly 25 year old working full time in real estate. I have rented/shared before and am very neat, tidy and considerate. I keep to myself but also don't mind the odd catch up with housemates. I am looking to move to be closer to work. I have a little cat called pepper who will be coming with me. She is very friendly and loves to play and have pats.
I'm jake i live at Sandgate and now work in the gap as a butcher and want to move closer, I drive and work 5 days a week paid weekly get back too me anyone lol dfw
I'm neat, aware of other people's space but still enjoy a casual chat. I have a gorgeous Toy Poodle who loves cuddles. I'm trying to escape a conflict situation. Pick me!
I am very clean and quiet, I like quiet, calming activities when at home so would like to avoid party houses. My cat is very important to me so I would like to find a cat loving household. I am happy to socialise with housemates if we share similar interests :)
Hey potential roomies, I'm Dani and I'm on the hunt to find a place to rent as my current lease ends May this year Little bit about me • Have lived out of home and on my own for nearly a year now so you could say that I have this adulting thing down pat (almost) • Am a very friendly, open minded and easy-going person • Currently working part time in a chemist and studying on the job • Health conscious and working towards a healthier lifestyle • As much as I enjoy socialising, I am a hermit at heart and love my alone time • Avid Netflix watcher and closet nerd (Star Wars fan and Walking Dead obsessed) My ideal place • Has a relaxed and comfortable yet fun vibe • Is close to public transport (as I don't own a vehicle) • Is not far from the city (hello, city adventures and nights out) • Is kept clean and organised and is aesthetically pleasing Also - I have a wifi modem so am happy to split the bill for you to use it too for endless browsing and Netflix watching fun Would love to move in with likeminded people (preferably female/s) where we can hang out as a crew or come and go as we please as we'll be sharing a living space so it's important to me that we get along and respect each other. Looking forward to hearing from you ✌🏼
I am studying in the performing arts industry full-time and working part-time. I am an easy-going and reliable person who is looking to move out into a fun and welcoming share house. I am currently studying full-time along with a part-time job so I am pretty well occupied!
Hello, i am a 25 year old female looking for a room to rent. I also have a 2 year old sharpei x staffy named Winston, Winnie for short. I'm a dog person and I try to be healthy but the struggle is real because I love chicken nuggets.
Hi there, I work full-time and am looking to study next year. I would like to find a nice place close to my work at Ashgrove. I have my own queen size bed and Matress and a shelf cupboard so looking for a unfurnished room. I am tidy and respectful of peoples personal space and believe in treating people the way I would like to be treated. I'm also a non smoker so looking to share a house with this same value. My weekends are Sunday/ Monday so am usually at the beach soaking up the sun and waves or out shopping. I have a set routine of gym and hot yoga after work.
I am a generally quiet and tidy person who does like their own personal space however, I am fairly easy to get along with once I get to know people. I am a third year university student and i have a job as a childcare worker. I'm not big on parties and large social gatherings so you will usually find me playing online games or watching movies.

Hi, I'm Cameron. I'm a musician, writer, long-time Woolworths employee, devoted cat dad and Phil Collins enthusiast. I'm looking for a vibrant sharehouse scenario to socialise, drink, and practice my banter in. What can I bring to the house? Well, I'm glad you asked. Firstly, I'm a converted minimalist so I will not bring any tacky furniture to affect your homes interior design/ feng shui. The only things I bring are a bed, computer, my musical instruments, a whole heap of records, and a cat named Ariel (yes, after the little mermaid. She's my princess). Secondly, I have both a huge ute and a motorbike. So if you see something down the road on curbside collection you simply can't live without, or just want to feel the wind in your face and a roaring two-stroke between your legs, I have both covered. Thirdly, a penchant for social drinking that you didn't know you needed in your life. But don't worry, I don't get messy at home. Whether its half a bottle of bourbon or the cheapest moscato on sale at BWS, I just turn into a 19 year old school girl on her opening Double Black. (btw, I also get 5% discount at BWS and Woolworths as an employee if sharing around that little plastic diamond sweetens the deal.) Finally, I'm just a guy who works a fair bit and likes to have a chat about whatever interesting is happening in your life. Whether its music, art, sports, relationships, your latest existential crisis, whatever, I want to hear about it. Ideally looking for a mixed or predominantly female house. My cat's also a mate. Two-year old domestic medium hair girl, entirely an inside cat so she doesn't pick fights with native wildlife. She's a cuddle muffin who doesn't bite or scratch unless its play time. has never lived with another cat and has cat flu so possibly not ok with other cats, but can take on dogs like no ones business.
