Hi there, I am an international student and I also have a part-time job at the moment. I am responsible, friendly and easy to get along with. I like to live an active but also sometimes quiet lifestyle, love to travel, meet my friends, love to do gardening, I don’t mind reading a good book or watching a nice movie ... I am a non-smoker, honest, clean. I am open for a nice talk but also respect (and need my) private time, I am respectful (of course also towards other peoples stuff) and I would consider myself as a happy and relaxed person. At home I am a photographer and social worker… what else... just ask me. ☺ I get along with my current flatmates very well and I am not in a hurry to move, just want to find the 'perfect' new home for me. Why? I would love to have a bit more space in my room as its really small. I also would love to do a bit of gardening (growing a few herbs and vegetables), so if you have a garden and you are fine with that, that would be great. I am for sure not a party animal but I like to have a friend over just from time to time to have a movie night or what ever together. So it would be nice, if you don't have problems with that. If you wish references from previous housemates, that wouldn’t be a problem. ☺ Would be a pleasure to hearing from you! :-) Thanks
My wife and I are from the U.S., we love traveling, getting outside, cooking and eating a variety of food and we both have full time professional work. We moved to Adelaide in September of 2017 and we enjoy living in a shared home environment for the social interaction and for the convenience.

I’m currently living at Unley and looking to move at the end of Feb early March when my lease runs out. I’m working full-time as a paralegal in the city so would ideally love to keep close to work. I have made some incredible friends with housemates that I have lived with in the past and enjoy hanging out with the people I live with! I’m respectful and like to keep fit, but would never say no to wine and a cheese platter :)

Two stories double brick house with two kitchens, three bathrooms and central air con, the internet we have here is cable so it's relatively fast. The room that's being rented out has its own balcony, wardrobe, bedding and studying desk, all bills are shared which works out to be $40~50 per month per person. Right outside the house there's a H22 bus stop going straight to city through Grenfel Street (UniSA/Ade Uni East Campus) and Currie Street (UniSA West Campus), takes roughly 20 mins to get to the city. There is also bus stop within 5 mins walking distance which can take you straight to UniSA Magill Campus which the bus ride usually takes less than 10 minutes. Looking for non-smoking female Chinese tenants only, would like to keep the place tidy and clean at all times.
2 Large Rooms Close to Norwood and City Hello! We are 2 friendly young female professionals in our twenties looking for 2 people to join our home! We are quite social and often have cheeky week night drinks together and try to make it to quiz night semi-frequently. However, we also have reasonably busy schedules, and respect each other’s personal space and down time. We are environmentally and socially conscious, and are looking for someone like-minded to move in as our current fourth is relocating to Seaford for work. 2 large rooms are available, both over 17 square meters with built-in robe, share a bathroom. The house is fully furnished with dish washing machine, fridge, washing machine, microwave etc. and a large back yard. Walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants, bakery, takeaways, gym, pharmacy, and public transport. Private rear garden and large garage/shed. Car port. Minimum stay is 6 months. The bond is 4 week rent. No pets. Bills, including internet and a gardener are split evenly four ways, and generally work out to be less than 25 dollars per person per week. Flat mates: Eliza is a lawyer for the government. In her spare time, she is a musician, a yogi, and a fantastic teller of stories Kat is a youth worker, and is studying social work. She’s into hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing.
Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying at Flinders University and have applied for a transfer into Bachelor of Arts majoring in Criminology. At the moment I am looking for employment in retail and as i have a work history, shouldn't be too long before success! I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like camping and reading. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a shared house or studio/granny flat with a max budget of $150, bills included and preferably female housemates. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. Although I do not have pets I am perfectly fine with a house with pets. Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
I am an international looking for a place to stay in the city for work and to visit my boyfriend’s little dog. Possibly will have said little dog over with me at times. I am quiet and tidy, can socialize. Haven’t perfected integrating myself with groups of Aussies as I always get lost with fast speech, banter and slang but I’m fine one on one. My boyfriend is Aussie though (he’s in Auckland). I get along with other internationals quite alright. I’m easy-going, cheerful, low maintenance, can help with house chores.
Permanent part time work. I'm a very organised and clean person, always cleaning up after myself. I'm a nice person and get along with everyone, pretty much always smiling. I don't talk all that much but I still like to socialise every now and then. Spend most of my time on the internet or doing art.
