Hi, I am currently living in Noosa and relocating to Sydney within the next 6 - 8 weeks. I am looking for a secure space for myself and my small indoor very lazy however beautiful rescue Scottish Fold cat. Yep!! She is a priority. Ideally I would like my own apartment however I am looking for accommodation that will allow me to do this with ease once I relocate. I have lived in Sydney for many years and have always had housemates move in with me so understand the need for privacy, cleanliness and respect for others. I am independent, live a healthy lifestyle and work reasonably long hours in Sale Management. If you feel you could help us out for 3 - 6 months I would really appreciate your interest.
I work full time, non-smoker, usually keep to myself, I get along well with pretty much anyone, I clean up after myself and I'm currently single. Between work and other engagements, I will probably spend a fair amount of time out of the property.

You will need to be clean and tidy, respectful of the other residents and their property, gainfully employed and able to pay rent on time, every time. The room has a built in and is furnished. You will have access to all of the common areas. There is a bathroom and toilet along with a common area that you will share with the other person who rents out the second room. You can put your own TV in the common area down the back also if need be. Rent is $135 per week. Utilities such as home phone (as mobile phone service is very limited so this may be an issue dependent on provider), internet access, Austar and electricity (not to be used in excess) are included in the rent. We have a large but very friendly, and very well trained dog named Minnie :) so you will need to be ok with our dog (outside dog) being around. Would prefer pet free renters only please. Starting a Vet Technology degree at UQ Gatton campus and so I need a new home!
