Hi Everyone, One room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Essendon North is available. This is a clean, comfortable and modern apartment conveniently located near Essendon North and Niddrie shopping precincts. Bus and 59 tram stops are only 100 m away and it only takes about 35 min to get to CBD by tram. You are welcome to bring your own furniture, or I will purchase brand new furniture and appliances.
I am a quiet person who like being neat and tidy . Doing my part time job whilst being a student. Am looking for a room to myself if possible for a long time stay.
Hi, I'm Samantha. I'm a primary school teacher and a caffeine addict in my late 20s. I love yoga, cooking, reading, writing, imbibing unhealthy amounts of coffee and the occasional Netflix binge. I lead a busy, active life, and I honestly don't take up a whole lot of room.
Easy to get along with, respect others space and property. Irish carpenter, working full time, travel home to family often. Prefer place near train station, shops. Someplace to relax and call home from home, rather than room, (doesn't have to be especially modern). Neat and clean, (once i've my hi-vis off!). Enjoy social beer at weekend, no other vices. Thanks for reading
Hi! My name is Anna and I’m a 20 y/o girl from Italy. I’ve been living in Melbourne for the past 16 months on a working holiday visa and I’m looking for a place to stay for the next 3 to 4 months before I’ll start my road trip around Australia. I’m working as a waitress in a cafe in Essendon and after work I like going to the gym to clear my mind after work. I’m a really clean and tidy person, I like cooking, reading and watch movies.
32 year old female, health professional moving to and working full time in Melbourne as physio/educator, moving from NZ. Positive Social Gym goer Respectful to one's privacy yet keen to have somewhat social flat! :)
Come join myself and my two cats (Nutella and Chandler) in our lovely two bedroom Essendon North Apartment. YOU MUST LIKE CATS, if not please don't apply. I am ideally looking for someone (guy or gal) long term and no couples (sorry it just isn't big enough for more then two people). There is unlimited NBN which is included in your rent. All other bills (gas, water, electricity) are done quarterly. Situated on Keilor Road, there is everything you'll need a stones throw away. You have a choice of many different grocery stores (Woollies, IGA, Coles) as well as Kmart, Target, Aldi and many other stores at the huge Westfield's a few tram stops away. Highpoint shopping centre is close by, but slightly inconvenient to get to without a car. There is takeaway galore and many quaint cafes and restaurants around to satisfy all your food needs, as well as chemists, fruit and veg stores, gyms etc.. The tram stops almost outside our door and there is bus stop not far away as well. The area is lovely and safe, and the building is very secure and quiet. You get a little bit of traffic noise and the occasional aireplane noise from the balcony, but nothing extravagant. I really love the area, there is a lovely river walk not too far away, so if your up for a nice walk I'm your girl. It takes about 30- 35 minutes on the tram to get into the heart of the CBD. The apartment is fully furnished apart from your room. The building is only two years old, so very modern appliances and look. If you have a car, the car park is all yours. Situated undergorund, your car will be safe and sound. There is a lift , so no carring bulky furniture up pesky stairs (pivot, pivot!!) I am a major FRIENDS fan. You will have your own bathroom - the only times it will be used by others is when guests are over or I need to access the washing machine which is in a cupboard in the main bathroom. Otherwise it is all yours. Your room is spacious, with a built in robe. Just need to provide your own furniture. There is a lovely little balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun. I have only just moved in myself, so I would like to get some plants and decorate it to make it a lovely area to relax. About yourself. You are friendly, respectful and pay your bills on time. You must love cats, as I have two gorgoues girls who love a cuddle and to play. Students are welcome, as are LGBT. This isn't a party house! I enjoy the occasional night out and guests over, but as I am studying full time I would prefer our home to be a quiet happy space. So if this sounds like you, drop us a message and we can organise a time to arrange an inspection.
Hey guys, My name's Ozan (Turkish. Call me Ozzy!). I'm a 22yo student who's recently moved to Melbourne for studies, and looking for a place inner-north (Brunswick, Essendon, Ascot, Coburg, Pascoe areas). I'm currently working casual in warehousing, but hunting for a job close to the city. My budget is $180pw, but also looking for places around $150-200pw depending on the housing situation. I've NEVER been late with rent & never will be. ABOUT ME: - I'm well educated - Born and raised in Sydney. - I'm gay. 🏳️🌈 - Left-leaning and Atheist (but respectful of all beliefs) - Non-smoker. - I don't own any pets (but will love and cherish yours). - I'm introverted but that doesn't mean I'm shy! I'm generally quiet, reserved, and stay inside my room a lot; however I'm more than happy to join outings and be social for the night. :) - I'm approachable and easy to get along with. - I don't know how to cook, but I'm very tidy, organised, and absolutely love to clean! If I'm what you're looking for, send me a message!
Annie and I are two full time working girls (teacher and media/marketing) who have lived together for a year with a couple (friends) who are moving out together so I we looking to move out of here and making another share house with other like minded people. We are looking for one or two others to join us. We are outgoing and relaxed individuals who enjoy spending time together but also like our own space and respect other space. We are clean and respect others environments. We like to socialise and have fun as well as relax and keep to ourselves at times. I have a pet turtle so he will be joining the house hold outdoors.
Pros; I like to keep to myself, I work a lot and am house trained. I can also be quite personable when required, enjoy a good chat and a nice meal. Pretty open minded and tolerant. Good at cooking, though seldom have time to do it. I like to read. Cons; not really a morning person, can become grumpy if I haven't eaten or am grossly under-slept, extremely ticklish, very light sleeper who wakes easily (unless it's my alarm to go to work). As I am moving out of my apartment I have lot of house hold items. On the chance that you need to replace anything I may have what you need. I work a lot so will be out a fair bit. Rarely have mates over. I am good for a chat but due to my routine am not in a very social phase of my life. Going overseas in mid 2018. Would love to brush up on my Spanish and Portuguese so if you happen to speak either of those two languages I would be delighted to hear from you. Until we speak. Ciao.
hey guys looking for a clean house..im 24 years old student from melbourne, Lebanese background I'm a tidy person and sportive, easy going and I respect others pravicy.

Hello everyone!🌻🌞 I am looking for 1 lovely being to join my neat lil abode in Essendon. It’s $654 pcm (roughly $150 pw), and available now. Bond is $652. Unlimited internet, and bills are separate (split between the household). The room: Unfurnished, no BIR, heaps of really nice natural light. It's slightly on the smaller side but can cosily fit a double bed, desk and cupboard/clothes rack. Transport wise, there is the 475 bus stop 350m away, or the 59 tram a 14min to the end of the street (according to Maps). There’s easy parking on the street, and a single garage. I have a car but I’m not fussed on using the garage. There is a super friendly ginger cat called Coco that hangs out the front often and demands pats too 🐈 Feel free to sling me a message if you have any questions. If you're interested please tell me a bit about yourself :) Particularly if we have things in common! Yes, the room is still available - until I take down this listing haha (I'm very conscious of who I live with, as I want a place to call home with lovely people 🌼)
Property is located on a quiet street, 0.5 km from Keilor Rd. Close to shops, parks, restaurants and the tram. Bus stop just 50 m away. It is a modern and kept clean place with a small backyard. Features include gas stove, washing machine, ducted heating and air conditioning. I just took over the lease from the previous tenant, so the living room and one bedroom are unfurnished.
My name is Dino, I am a 31-year-old male Australian Citizen who works full-time in Fawkner, Victoria, Australia. I'm originally from Adelaide but have successfully worked and lived in Melbourne since 2015. I am always clean, tidy, professional, responsible, good listener, excellent rent and bill payer who pays on time, friendly, polite, happy-go-lucky and easy going. Always cool, calm and collected, anger is never part of my vocabulary and seeking a flatmate/s who has the same temperament. Knows how to adapt to the person next to me (ie when to be quiet and serious and when to have fun and be social). My closest friends tell me I'm successful, enthusiastic, generous person who makes them laugh. In my spare down time I love to keep fit through swimming, study, read books, play guitar (love my music but I know when to put my headphones on and time it so as not to disturb others around me), cook, play basketball, gym, and go out with best friends some weeknights and weekends. A big bonus if you are into the same sports, look after yourself, fit, polite, don't complain much, great verbal communication skills (you know how to help people without insulting or looking down on them), preferably educated and employed, enjoy going out whether it's travelling, coffee, dinner or nightclubbing and just overall enjoys their life with passion (we only have one life after all) and a cool person to have around. If you're also interested in the same things as me, feel free to drop me a message, I respond to every single one. More than happy to meet in Fawkner on either: my lunch break, immediately after work or weekends. I'm the best flatmate you will ever have! ;)
•I always pay share bills and rent on time. •I am respectful of the privacy of others. •I am a non-smoker. •I like dogs and am interested in photography. •I enjoy the company of my friends and go out with them when I can. •I will be very helpful in keeping the home tidy and clean.
I'm a friendly, quiet, laid-back guy who works nights in retail in Brunswick, so I'd like to live nearby, I don't drink or smoke (I don't mind if you do though) and like to spend my time relaxing back with a good book or spending time with friends and family. I make sure to always clean up after myself and don't shy away from helping out with cleaning. In saying that I do keep to myself a lot and I work nights so you might hardly see me throughout the week. I have a queen size bed and a pretty big computer desk also, the place will have to be flexible with furnishings. I also have a car and drive.
Looking for a new place to call home! Prefer long stay 6+ months (even if I have to be on lease I'm happy for that)I'm an 19 year old girl from Queensland moved down to study paramedicine in 2017. Looking for a place to live and must be out of the current room I'm renting by April due to the lease running out! About me; I'm a quirky, outgoing and a bit of a nerd who's loves all things vintage, books, good music, camping, outdoors trips/adventures and everything in between! Animal lover, professional dad joke talker and love some banter.. love my footy (afl) and all things sci fi and fantasy. Looking to stay around the area I'm in currently as I am comfortable with the area and am close to friends and uni (live in Essendon)! I am not your typical 19 year old before you get the wrong idea! I'm quite the old soul and can't wait to meet anyone I may live with! Btw be prepared for dumb questions that will make you laugh cause sometimes I may sound like a tourist as I still seem to act like I don't know the place and yes apparently Queenslanders and Victorians speak a different language! Look forward to meeting you 😁

House-proud, clean, social, respectful, communal furniture, team ups only. discussed in more depth below. Hi All, I'm Andrew, A 29 year old Disability Support worker. I value friendly, courteous, mature people who are proactive in self development and considering others and the environment around them. I am very house proud and reflect this within my ideals of cleanliness, which is centred around the idea that we clean up after ourselves in communal areas after use and maintain our home and furnishings to a high standard to reflect how proud we are of our home. Living within the home I respect my fellow housemates by doing my best not to disturb them while sleeping or relaxing. I enjoy time together in communal areas as much as time to myself in my room, whether it be sharing dinner together, playing a boardgame or simply having a chat while we occupy the same space. I enjoy sharing the good and bad parts of our days and offering each other inside from a third person perspective. I consider housemates as family. I'm looking to start a home with people who are like minded and encapsulate the above. My hobbies within our home would be playing video games, cooking, gardening, the occasional dinner party or board games and relaxing on my bed. My leisure pursuits outside the home usually consist of Cultural events, visiting friends to play video games or watch movies/tv shows, lasertag, assisting friends with renovations, camping, going to the beach, and a range of other random activities. My work as a Disability and Aged Care Support Worker sees me working weekdays and weekends assisting people to develop and maintain a value of life they aim to achieve. This involves me cooking or cleaning for people, assisting them to access the community or teaching them skills to live their lives as independently as possible. I have all the basic furniture and appliances to furnish a house. This includes an l-shaped grey couch, a hexagon shaped table, rugs, a large one door fridge, upright freezer, large front loader washing machine, tv and more. Most of these are just over a year old. Thank you for reading my profile and feel free to send me mail if you think we reflect similar values and could create a great home together.
Hi! I'm Renee and my partner moving with me is Dan. We're looking for a place where we can be comfortable, make some new friends in our house mates and find a new home. We'd love somewhere that has a fun, relaxed atmosphere while still being clean, tidy and functional. We look forward to being able to spend quality time with our new housemates, sharing meals together, bingeing our favourite TV shows, or having a quiet night in playing board games and having a drink or two. We (especially me) love animals and would love it if you did too, a friendly dog or cat around the house would be no problem at all. A bit about us... We're moving down from Sydney as I am soon to start a Master of Genetic Counselling at Melbourne Uni! So I will be studying full time and working part time. Dan is a psychologist, currently working with young people, and will be working full time. As I am moving down for the start of uni I will be arriving from the end of January to mid February (date flexible). Dan will be finishing a few things up here in Sydney and hopefully moving down in March/April. We're both active people who love spending time outside (particularly hiking or bushwalking). I love to read, do fun crafty things like knitting (somehow my projects rarely get finished) and I love cooking/baking (my jams and chutnies are in high demand), I'm also mildly obsessed with dogs. Dan enjoys keeping fit and active (running, boxing classes and hopes to take up bike riding), and then likes to come home to relax watching Netflix or having a good chat. We're both quite left leaning and I'm veg (I guess technically pescatarian as I occasionally eat seafood) and Dan is happy to eat veg a lot of the time although he hasn't quite converted yet. We're also both definitely LQBTIQA+ friendly! If we sound like a good fit for your household please feel free to contact us! We look forward to hearing from you!
