Hi! Sadly I'm posting this again as the person I found last time had to move back to Sydney. I'm looking for a housemate to share my two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Essendon North. The available room is decently sized (a king bed doesn't fit too well with the layout though... I tried) with a built-in robe and its own ensuite. The building is ideally situated directly across from a number of chic eateries, like Macca's and KFC. There's also a tram stop almost right out the front with services every 10 minutes which take about 30 minutes to the CBD. The apartment is furnished apart from the empty bedroom, but we could probably fit some more furniture if you have any of your own (those with a sizeable pot plant collection are particularly encouraged to get in contact). We also have a storage cage in the basement if needed. The stay length is flexible and the room will likely be available for a few years for the right person, although I'd prefer a 3-6 month lease to begin with and see how things go. Guys, girls, and couples from any background are welcome, as are pets if you have a chilled dog or cat that's suited to living in an apartment.

Have lived with multiple housemates. Am respectable of other people’s space but do enjoy a catch up to help the house feel like a home. I have a washing machine couch and kitchen table and chairs plus all my own kitchen cooking appliances and plates and things. I have lived alone previously so am virtually set up for a whole house on a small scale. I do also have camping stuff and tools , stored mostly in plastic containers that would need to be stored preferably in a garage or storage of some sort. I do enjoy playing sports so am often out of an evening but come home to a little tv and bed as I work full time 9-5ish. I am also studying currently.
