hi there.. potential roomie slash grandma with a medium sized four legged shadow slash companion looking for long term accommodation. mature and responsible (not the 4 legged one tho), have traveled the world but is also a notorious homebody, bit geeky so will need the internetz.. ... love gardening, sunday markets and sailing. ... more info can be supplied upon request. p.s. i have my own washing machine, fridge, sofa, bed, etc... but all can be stored if not needed.
Hey hey :) Im a friendly, easy going chick that enjoys working and living a simple life. I've got a pretty good sense of humour and tend to joke around once you get to know me. I see the positive side in the majority of things. Also having an understanding and respect of privacy as well as each individuals life style is really important. So living with a like minded person is a must. I'm currently living in Pascoe Vale and looking for a change. I do have a tv, with a cabinet that it sits on as well as a couple of bed side tables and looking to buy a new queen sized bed. So I'd prefer a room that could accommodate that furniture. (Though i can be flexible with the bed depending on the quality). I tend to keep to myself after work as I get pretty tired, though im easy to have a chat with. Im a traffic controller so I usually work big hours Monday to Friday and some weekends. Im happy to clean up after myself and keep a tidy lifestyle as well as participating with the household chores so long as its deligated between the housemates equally, I'll do my share and a good job at that! :) Having my own bathroom is preferred aswell. Im preferably looking to find a place that's got the rent and utilities included together. I've grown up being efficient with my usage, so I don't see it fair to pay for others excessive usage. I will give you peace of mind with my usage :) Also I'm a really big animal lover, so if you have any pets I'll be happy to have them around :) :) 💜 Looking forward to meeting the right housemate and answering any questions you might have :)
Exercise and health fanatic! Absolutely love animals - I have a little puppy who is well trained and is an indoor and outdoor dog. I work as a personal trainer. Love camping, hikes, dancing, socialising, reading, photographing, yoga, music and travelling amongst other things. I'm generally quite a neat person, but not OCD about it. Life has its busy moments! Super friendly and bubbly!
My name is Steve, and I am looking for a place locally. I have a stable full time job, which involves shiftwork from time to time but mostly I work days. I have a number of hobbies including running, gym, gaming, movies, and travelling. I don't go out and party all the time, nor do I get home at all hours of the morning. Am also respectful of personal space, boundaries and privacy. I'm easy-going, when it comes to living arrangements, am domesticated, clean and have the ability to tidy up after myself.
A fun loving bloke, easy to get along with. Enjoy communal areas but also appreciate and respect everybody's personal space. Have been sharing houses for a while now and thoroughly enjoy the experience and would love to keep doing so after my current lease ends! Currently work full-time as a banker at NAB (38h/pw). My ideal place would be happy to have my girlfriend stay a couple of nights a week, and I would be happy to pay extra for that. Look forward to hearing from my future housemates.
Looking for someone to co-lease my 1 bedroom flat as I am currently not living there, so you will officially have this fabulous place all to yourself. It is just off Keilor Rd so you have access to trams/buses to the City. You also have a shopping centre and restaurants within walking distance.
The house is a modern townhouse/apartment that is spacious and comfortable. It is 3 houses down from Keilor road, thats means trams, restaurants, shopping and more, right at your finger tips. The bedroom is upstairs where the bathroom will be shared.
quirky and cosy home in the heart of essendon. 3 minutes walk to the 59 tram and Keilor Rd, 5 minutes via tram or car to essendon station! Old but not aged double brick house in a very friendly street close to grocer's and plenty of coffee shops. Fully furnished home with ample living space. possible lease renewal in march so perfect for short term traveler's and adventurers. One standard bedroom available and one small study with the potential to be a single bedroom. NOTE short term stay untill march required!
Hi, our house is a big old Victorian style house with a big front yard and a very big back yard. The house is just 5 min walk away from the Tram 59 (Flinders Street-Airport West) and 12 min walk to Essendon Train Station. There are a lot of Cafes, Restaurants and Shopping options around the corner at Mount Alexander Road (5 min walk) and Keilor Road (5 min walk). We have many nice areas to chill in the back and front yard with a view of the city skyline. They also include a BBQ station and a lot of Fruit trees with a Vegi patch. The bedroom we are offering is very big and gives enough space to have friends over, study or just relax. It can comfortably fit a Queen bed, wardrobe and couch. Our bathroom include all the basics with a bath, shower and toilet included. The kitchen is big enough for multiple people to cook in at the same time and fully furnished with everything you need. The laundry room, is a separate room, which is attached at the back of the house, which is great for noise reduction when the washing machine is in use. In the back is a big garage which we and you are able to use for storage. We also have a central heating system in the whole house for those cold Melbourne nights. One of the best attributes of our house is the thick old style walls. This enables no noise to travel from room to room which is great for when your want to watch movies on your laptop, listen to music, need to study, recover or just want to have some quietness. This also works vise versa with others in the house watching movies etc, so you wont be disturbed.
Easy going, tidy, looking for a quiet household to share with some lovely people. I like to have my own space but enjoy catching up with housemates for dinner from time to time. Aside from that, I pretty much get along with everyone :) I work full time Mon-Fri in the aviation industry, definitely looking for a house that is quiet on weeknights but not averse to an occasional couple of drinks on a Friday night. I'm looking for a place from approximately late February / early March to around July.

Hi Guys, i have a secure career and have lived out of home for many years now. I am looking to join a friendly share house that will welcome me and my very well trained dog Lola (we attend obedience every week). Lola will only be with me every second week and is extremely well natured and well, a bit lazy! I can sometimes work long hours and enjoy a getting out and about to see friends and keeping up on my many hobbies. I don't live the 'party lifestyle' but am always up for a chat while I also love my quiet time. I am very easy going, respect others and can't leave the house without a clean kitchen! I would love to hear from you!
Hi! I'm Georgia, I'm 24 and have just graduated as a secondary teacher. I like to think that I have a good balance being social with being a netflix binger! I like cooking (can be something of a procratibaker), going out for a drink with friends and going for walks or to the gym.
Recently renovated, 2 bedroom apartment. The block is quiet and safe, with only 6 apartments in total, and my apartment is located on the first floor. The apartment is fully furnished, so there is nothing you will need to bring other than bedroom furniture and your own kitchen items - pots and pans etc. I can also arrange a bed if you require. The kitchen features all new appliances - electric stove and oven, dishwasher and fridge, and there is a split system air con in the kitchen/dining area. The apartment also features a laundry with washing machine. Access to Wifi & Netflix. On street parking available (no permit restrictions). The room for rent is shown in the images above - it's currently my study. The bedroom features a window with a view of the city skyline, timber floor boards and built in wardrobe with great storage space (shelves and hanging section). Room size is 2.7 x 4m. Located close to Essendon train station (Craigieburn Line) and the Mt.Alexander road tram, public transport is walking distance from the apartment (10-15min walk approx). There are two supermarkets close by, and also quite a few nice cafes in the area. Rent is $200 per week ($865 per calendar month). Bills are additional and include internet, water and electricity. Bond is one month's rent in advance. The room will be available for a 6-month rental, however, this could potentially be extended once the 6 months is up. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.

Hi guys my name is Monique. I currently live in the country and need to move to the inner suburbs for my job in the city. I'm easy going, friendly and compassionate and I would love to make new friends with my new housemates. My hobbies include movies, music, video games, and I love socialising with friends. I am neat, tidy and don't make much noise or cause trouble. My cat Myrtle and I come together as a package and she won't do any damage and she's very friendly. I work part time on a permanent basis with a steady income and will always pay rent and bills on time.
Hey my Name is Emily, I work 4 jobs as a lifeguard. I enjoy my work and my studies. I'm at UNI in St.Albans studying paramedics. I'm pretty quiet but enjoy good company. I surf when I can and enjoy running.... with a regular dose of junk food too :p I've been living out of home for 12 months so am pretty used to it.
I'm in my 30's, lgbt friendly, vegan/veg friendly (but not totally veg myself), eco conscious, working in the events industry so I can work some crazy hours at times. I like animals so if you have cats they will probably like me more than you :P I do a lot of creative things like sewing and drawing, trying to make music on my synth (I use headphones so as to not disturb people) and enjoy live music, Burner events and board games but not looking for a party flat! I'd prefer no more than two housemates and am willing to pay around $650 per month, but there is flexibility around these two things if I find the right place. (If the room already has a bed in it that would help me out greatly!)
I am a friendly individual who is quiet and tidy. Always up for a chat, but also respectful of others privacy and downtime. I work for myself as a videographer and I like to keep busy and contribute to weekly household duties, but in my spare time I enjoy watching/making movies, listening to music and playing video games. My move date and stay length are both flexible.
Heading into my last semester of food science and technology I am ready to spread my wings into the inner western suburbs with some cool like-minded room mates! I am fairly active, sociable but at the same time like some privacy to get some studying done. Working part time for an insurance company during the week and occasionally at the cinema on the weekend keeps me fairly busy. Ideally want to moving in February but if you're the right people I can work around that. Happy to have a chat or catch up for a quick beer if you think I may be your perfect match. Looking at $160 max rent plus bills. Adam
Hi, I'm friendly and very easy going. I am currently working in the construction industry and usually work 5-6 days p/w. I live a pretty quiet lifestyle during the week as I train at the gym regularly and am awake quite early in the morning so I am looking for a fairly quiet home, but on weekends don't mind a drink or two. Hope to hear from you guys. Regards Adrian
I come from a large family, so am used to communal areas but also love me some privacy. I am a tidy, busy student. Working random weekends running a photo booth, I teach piano and am looking to get into after school care. I am keen to live around Essendon as that is where my grandparents and a lot of my extended family are. In 2017 I will be returning to uni to continue my Bachelor of Primary Education! Moving date is flexible! Hope to hear from you!

I'm a 21 year old female university student, seeking a private room in a clean and safe environment. I’m a very positive and friendly person who enjoys good company but also likes the time to myself. I’m currently in my second year of the Bachelor of Business so I'm mostly studying and reading. I work for Napoleon Perdis as a make-up artist and if I’m not working or studying I usually spend my spare time at the gym or relaxing quietly in my room. I’m always down to watch a movie and to have a good chat!

hi! we are a couple (max 21, sue 25), I'm from Venice and my girlfriend is from kathmandu, I'm in working holiday visa, sue is in student visa, almost graduated. we are looking for a nice and clean house, if you have something that suits good for us, contact me :) thanks !
Hey all! I'm moving to Melbourne from Spain but I'm Norwegian and I just got a job as helicopter flight instructor. I am pretty social and I love to meet people from all walks of life in bars and such but I also like a quiet evening with a movie, book or just surfing the web. I am respectful of other people's personal lives and things. I think it's important to keep an open mind and have an ounce of empathy towards one another. I'm interested in too many things to list out so I can most likely hold a conversation with you about a certain topic or learn said topic from you. I am looking for sociable housemates who are up for a chat. I am happy cooking communal dinners or going out to dinner as a group. Of course this also depends on our moods. I want to be friends with my roommates and have fun together because we'll be living together so walking around with glass walls between us is uncomfortable to me. I hope we can all be open and honest with each other without holding judgement but if you have a personal trainer for your parrot then I will judge you... sorry. I'll be pretty busy with work for the first few months but I'd like to go out and explore the city and surrounding areas. I am pretty laid back but also enjoy a neat house. I have absolutely no idea what else to say or if that was good enough but I hope my lifestyle suits yours and that you have a brilliant day!!
