Hi, I'm Jacky. I work as a full time primary school teacher in Glenroy. I am looking for a home where I can stay long term but also closer to where I work. Having lived in student accommodation with a variety of people over the last four years in university and now also living independently with a flatmate (through flatmates.com.au funnily enough), it has made me adaptable and easygoing as a housemate. While I will most likely crash in my room after a long day of work and am introverted in nature, I am always down for bonding opportunities and exchanging some amazing banter over a couple of bevs. I am a fan of video games, marvel movies, hiking, going to the gym, corny jokes and quality brunches. (Bonus points if you enjoy Netflix and can become friends with this nerd) I can have an active nightlife from time to time, however I keep that outside no matter what and never bring any of that racket home. If I have friends over, I'll always ask for permission first and keep noise to a minimum. Cleanliness has always been a priority to me and I make it a commitment that it remains so in communal areas. My ideal home would be: - Close to public transport and shops (walking distance preferred). - Have space for parking because I have a car (off street or on street is fine). - Inclusive of all bills. - Budget friendly (unfortunately my rent budget is non-negotiable and cannot go any higher than stated). Long story short; if you're looking for a housemate, a new friend, and a tenant who pays their rent on time - I might just be what you're looking for! As I work on a 8-6 schedule, I will not be able to take calls. The best way to reach me is through this website and I'll get back to you ASAP! Looking forward to hear from you soon :)

I'm a qualified plumber by trade and therefore I am constantly employed. I love to keep fit, listen to music, chill out in my down time but also get out explore Melbourne, watch dry witty comedies, play some nintendo (i got everything we need if your keen), i love anything footy related, go catch a band at one of Melbournes many great venues and i love to eat out at new places but also cook healthy when I'm not too exhausted after work and gym.
Hello! :) I've been living in Essendon since I first moved to this beautiful city from the Caribbean aand finding it difficult to part ways with it. My housemate has to move back home so I'm currently looking for a new housemate for a cozy apartment in Essendon, however if that doesn't work I'm game for teaming up :) I'm 25 years old working full time in the CBD as a finance administrator. I've very clean and organized. Aside from working full time, I attempt going to the gym after work and am currently pursuing a Masters degree through online learning. My lifestyle definitely keeps me busy and to myself at times which means I respect other people's space and privacy but I do also enjoy watching tv, brunch, hanging out abd the occasional night out. I'm very responsible and good at handling money thus ensuring bills are paid on time. Fun fact: I'm also a massive Harry Potter fan! If you have any questions or are interested in a team up feel free to message me :)
Hi there 👋 My name is Siobhan (F) I’m 22 & a full time shift worker as a baker. I’m easy going, friendly, considerate and tidy but not a clean freak. Due to me being a shift worker I would need my flat mates to also be considerate as I work and sleep weird hours. I’m normally at work or the gym & when I have the time am always up for adventures - love hiking, camping, beach, travel etc. Also I’m flexible with furnishings however, I have a car and I’d like to keep my car, which means it needs a home. I’m am happy to park it on the street but some places are easier than others!
Hi there, my name is Patrick and I am from Germany and I have been living in Australia-Melbourne for the last 7.5 years. I am a full time Cabin Crew for an Airline so I'd like to be close to the Airport as possible and like the areas around the airport to live in. I am currently reside in Gladstone Park. However at this stage I am just looking around to see whats available, I don't have a rush just yet to move or a specific moving date, however at this stage I would say beginning of July for now until further notice. I am easy to live with, I am very clean and tidy (I clean everyday, I hate mess and dirt haha). being a Flight attendant is my main job and as a Casual Employee in a hospitality job. My working hours always rotate from very early mornings till late shifts. I am also easy to get along with, friendly, nice, funny and respectful person. I like to go out for a drink with friends or clubbing sometimes. But I also like to stay and cook, exercise and stay fit and healthy. I am looking for a flatmate who can be respectful of each others working hours, LGBT friendly, can have a laugh or two sometime together or become friends in the future, who knows. I am aware this is not a dating site haha but it's also important for me what kind of person I like to live with. Any further questions you may have, please don't hesitate to contact me. :) Cheers, Patrick

I've recently rented a large 3 bedroom house in Essendon. I have a large room for rent at $190 per week, $826 per calander month The room has solid brick walls, air-conditioning and is approximately 5x6m in size. The house has recently been renovated, with new carpet, new bathroom and kitchen fitted. I can provide the room fully furnished or unfurnished - previous tenant needed furnished, so currently is ready to move in with bed, desk, draws and cupboard I am happy to consider couples or room share, but an additional cost will incur. Further to this - the block is on one-title, so I can't split the utility bills - I have averaged it out to $15 per week for internet, water, gas and electricity, which is pretty reasonable given how $$$ electricity is in Victoria at moment. The property is 300m from Coles and other shops / restaurants, 200m from a tram line, and 800m from a city bound train station.
I have moved back to Melbourne temporarily for work and brought my Golden retriever with me as he is a senior who needs TLC but he's a great soul, gentle, loving and not at all demanding. I love cooking and I'm passionate about good nutrition. Typically Lockie and I walk early in the morning and I do 30mins yoga before heading off to work. I love the outdoors and my dog. Ideally I just want to live with someone who loves dogs as my dog means the world to me, is easy going and respectful. In return I will always be respectful and be mindful of your needs and boundaries. If you think we could get on well, I'd love to hear from you.
I am fabulous! I am a big fan of good food but I also enjoy good people and drinks on the occasional. I am great with animals of all sorts, trying to earn my green thumb; I am easy to get along with, I clean up after myself and am out enjoying the day as much as possible. Most times of the week though, I study fashion three full days a week and work another three in retail. I do have a motorbike and would love for her to have a safe place to stay too.
I'm quiet easy going who loves to draw. You'll often find me with my notebook and pens as I doodle away. Currently looking at going back to school and finally finishing my studies so plan to find a job around this schedule. I'm cashed up and able to fund my rent and bond. Ideally you will be close to transport and train station. Prefer a place that is pretty low key and minimal partying. Love a casual chat and sharing a meal. Unfortunately I do smoke so an outdoor area is appreciated. I don’t have pets but happy to love yours. Whilst I’d love a minimum of 6 months I’ve just updated my listing to include short stays as I’m open to exploring new places as I figure out where I want to live long term.
I'm a 27 yr old. I'm a career oriented person and not a party guy except on my bday. I have a good sense of humor, likes to chill out with glass of wine on friday evenings. I'm Reliable, trustworthy and i always pay bills on time. So hit me up. I'm looking for a room somewhere near South Yarra.
Hi my name is Izzy, I am currently looking for another place to live as my lease here runs out at the end of this month! I love my music, I come bearing my trusty old Guitar (I love to jam every now and then.) Love hanging out with my friends over a few quiet beers. I know how to cook mean feed! (Us NZers know how to cook and how to Eat!) lol I also know how to wash, dry and pack a dish as well as keep all general areas tidy and clean. I pay my bills on time, and like to think of myself as a genuine trustworthy peron. Hi my name is Tori I am 22 and I currently work full time. I’m very neat/tidy and easy to get a long with. I come and go a lot due to my rotating shift work However when I am home I love a night in watching a movie or hanging out with friends. I enjoy a chat but also do like my own time. I love chilling out with the housemates for a beer/cider, a board game, Uno or Netflix binge sessions. Also down with having a buddy to go out for weekly brunch, I know a dope Pho spot. I've lived in an Asian household for over a year so you won't have an issue with me about cleanliness. I get along with everyone probably because I'm a relaxed and happy-go-lucky kinda bloke.
Hi there! :) I am a health-professional looking for a long-term accommodation. I have done a fair bit of travelling and living in shared accommodation over the years and truly appreciate sharing space with nice folks. I am respectful of your personal space, very easy going, and looking forward to a clean and comfortable home to come back to after a long day's work. I do not drink or smoke, but always love cider-fueled conversations over a lazy weekend. Depending on the weather and my work schedule, I would head down to the beach and try to catch some dinner. Otherwise, I might be in the mountains for the snow during the winter months. Please drop me a message if I sound like a decent housemate to you. Thanks. Sito

Hey there, it's Ella here! I'm Looking for a house with a bungalow or a granny flat or some place that's a little more self contained. I'm a professional working full time at Tullamarine, I sometimes do early morning shifts, so that's why I'm looking for something that's a bit separate, so I can have some privacy and space from noise. I would prefer somewhere close-ish to the Ringroad so i can get to work easily. My ideal home would have a nice relaxed vibe, and be near parkland or have a backyard and garden. If you're looking at applying for new properties I'm also open to applying with you and going on a lease. I'm very down to earth, nice, polite and quiet. I'm respectful and do my best to keep my housemates happy and create a welcoming home. I have a greyhound, so I'm looking for a place where the other housemates wont have any other small fluffy pets. If you have another big dog they might get along okay. He's very nice and affectionate towards people, most people fall in love with him. About me: I like to do pottery and art, read, watch a lot of movies, and sometimes bake. At the moment i do rotating morning and afternoon shift, later on I'll be doing 24/7 roster work so I need a place that is nice and quiet.
Hi I’m Robbie. I own and operate my own Lawn and Garden business. I really love working outdoors. I do work fairly long hours, so I won’t always be home. But when I am always happy to engage in social banter. Even treat our housemates to one of my specialty dinners. As I am very experienced with house share, I also can appreciate that respecting quiet/alone time is also important. Look forward to sharing laughs with my new friends. Cheers!

House-proud, clean, social, respectful, communal furniture, team ups only. discussed in more depth below. Hi All, I'm Andrew, A 29 year old Disability Support worker. I value friendly, courteous, mature people who are proactive in self development and considering others and the environment around them. I am very house proud and reflect this within my ideals of cleanliness, which is centred around the idea that we clean up after ourselves in communal areas after use and maintain our home and furnishings to a high standard to reflect how proud we are of our home. Living within the home I respect my fellow housemates by doing my best not to disturb them while sleeping or relaxing. I enjoy time together in communal areas as much as time to myself in my room, whether it be sharing dinner together, playing a boardgame or simply having a chat while we occupy the same space. I enjoy sharing the good and bad parts of our days and offering each other inside from a third person perspective. I consider housemates as family. I'm looking to start a home with people who are like minded and encapsulate the above. My hobbies within our home would be playing video games, cooking, gardening, the occasional dinner party or board games and relaxing on my bed. My leisure pursuits outside the home usually consist of Cultural events, visiting friends to play video games or watch movies/tv shows, lasertag, assisting friends with renovations, camping, going to the beach, and a range of other random activities. My work as a Disability and Aged Care Support Worker sees me working weekdays and weekends assisting people to develop and maintain a value of life they aim to achieve. This involves me cooking or cleaning for people, assisting them to access the community or teaching them skills to live their lives as independently as possible. I have all the basic furniture and appliances to furnish a house. This includes an l-shaped grey couch, a hexagon shaped table, rugs, a large one door fridge, upright freezer, large front loader washing machine, tv and more. Most of these are just over a year old. Thank you for reading my profile and feel free to send me mail if you think we reflect similar values and could create a great home together.
