Hi! Im Loz. I am looking for two people to join up with for a rental property. I am looking for my own place as I am wanting to start rescuing a few dogs and cats a month to foster/adopt them out. I work casually for a pet supply store, run my own business and am looking for another casual job which I can work from home with so whilst I am generally pretty busy I am home a lot. I have lived with flatmates before and found the most important thing to me in a flatmate is a genuine and friendly person. I would love to have a friendship with you but also understand the requirement for ones own space (which I will also need). But I think its important to look out for the people you live with. I am not a clean freak but have two OCD (legitimately) parents so I do have a standard thats been beaten into me over the years that I like to keep but I would not expect you to keep that up as long as you are respectful and generally tidy. Saying that I already have two dogs, if you have pets thats awesome too so there is always going to be a bit of fur around but I tend to vacuum once a day or at least once every two days. I need a place with a large back yard for the dogs space to keep the rescue animals in if they are not fostered out or adopted. I think that covers the major things. Fantastic location, very close to the city. Close to many amazing cafes, Errol street (the main road of shops), and Queen Victoria markets. Less than 5 min walk to North Melbourne station and 2 min walk to 57 tram line. Amazing housemates. I am pretty sad to be leaving them. Very easy to live with. Air-con and heating. Room has it's own private courtyard, big double wardrobe, and it also comes with a cupboard which is in the hallway for extra storage. Room is bigger than it looks in the photo. Was hard to get a photo of the whole room.
