Hi Everyone, We are a couple, moving to Melbourne in June/July and are looking for somewhere to share and rent for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of staying longer. We are clean, friendly and social, but also like to have our down time too. We have both lived in shared accommodation before and are very considerate housemates. We both work fulltime, and like to be active so we will be out and about frequently. Please feel free to get in touch if you feel you have something that fits! Stella and Simon
Hey there, I have been newly moved in Melbourne from Turkey. I am a computer engineer who looks for a job. Now i have been working for an IT company as a trainee which hopefully will turn a fulltime job. I am looking for a decent flat/house that i can stay from mid April for 4 - 5 months. I need flatmates that want to live in a clean, responsible enviroment. Cheers :)
This is a great two story, three bedroom modern town house. The room for rent is on the ground floor and has a built in wardrobe with plenty of shelves and hanging space, as well as heating/cooling system. You'll share a bathroom with one other housemate, Sian. The other two bedrooms are also on the ground floor. Upstairs is a big open plan living area with large windows, kitchen and two balconies. The house is completely furnished with all furniture, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen appliances. If you would like to use the wifi its only $20 a month paid to housemate Jaime. You can use her Netflix account on the tv for free. Bills are also paid seperate to rent and are in Jaime's name so shell let you know when they are due - they are split equally amongst the housemates. If you have a car there is an underground garage which is shared by myself and Jaimee so you can park there is you wish. Otherwise there is plenty of on the street parking. It is a very safe and quite area with mainly families living around. Otherwise there is a bus that stops directly out the front of out house that takes you 5 minutes down the road to Essendon train station. I am planning to move out Early April - Mid April. Bond is $565 and rent is paid monthly at $753.33 (188.33 per week). Also looking for someone who will be added onto the lease. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all, i do work alot so i will try get back to you ASAP :) xxxx
Hi, we have a room available in our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. Short stays available to begin with, with a possibility to extend if it suits all housemates! We have two dogs who are super friendly, but would not be in your way. We have an outdoor area with a deck and BBQ. Walking distance to bus stops, and close to a tram that goes into the city (59 tram). You will be living with two professionals who are busy most nights of the week. The room pictured will be yours:) Wifi is $20 a month, and bills would be approximately $50 a month. The home is fully furnished. Netflix and Stan are included! and you have a separate TV in your room at the moment-not a smart TV though but with apple TV etc you can have access! Please get in touch if this sounds like a good match!
Hello! I'm a full time uni student who has a wonderful dog. Looking to rent a room with people who love pets, cooking, watching movies and who are chilled:)
I'm very easy-going & love to do housework. im very respectful of others privacy. When I'm at home, I spend most my time watching telly in my room, but love to have a chat here & there as I'm a hairdresser by trade (:
Hi im 35 driver for Moonee Valley coaches. Going through a relationship break up I'm kind respectful peaceful and like my own space im a dad of 4 i like my sport and love my family very much.
Hey guys, i'm a 30 year old professional working within the Life Insurance sector in Docklands as a Quality and Capability coach (pretty boring). I love my music (all types of music) and cannot go a day without out. I enjoy going to gigs and music events when possible. I love fashion, shitty reality tv shows and (try) to keep fit. I love to laugh so am looking for someone like minded, who doesn't take life too seriously, who is CLEAN, respectful, honest, upfront, has good banter and is up for the occasional d'n'm and a laugh :)
About me I am clean, friendly and respectful. I would prefer a non party house.. though a glass of wine and dinner occassionally is always nice!
24, easy going. Open-minded and reliable. Love video games, social gatherings, movies/netflix binges ,food and everything gym/health related. Looking to move somewhere where we can all gel as a family unit yet also respect the need for space when the time calls for it. happy to share the odd meals although i typically cook in bulk but a friday family dinner never hurts! Either extremely introverted or very talkative, can respect anyones need for space and likewise can be there to talk your ear off. I’m rarely home and at times you will rarely see me as I prefer being out and about. On the contrary I can be a hermit playing video games and watching movies for hours on end in my room. Can be extremely spontaneous at times And usually up for anything if fun or worthwhile. My spare time usually goes to either training, sleep, seeing family/friends, video games, going out for a feed and the odd Night out. -Non Smoker -Always clean up after myself although i can almost garaunte my room to be messy most days -Have a small gym setup -Currently studying & working -Previously lived in a share houses -Ideally wanting to live with no more than 3 people
Hi there. I’m a great housemate because; I’m respectful, considerate, clean (sometimes too much lol), I believe in just being nice to your fellow human and treat people as you’d like to be treated. I’m pretty flexible with most things, but like anyone - have my own standards and non negotiable lol. I’m cutrently working in trades, (renovation and handyman work) - so as long as I’ve got a shed/garage to put some tools in - I’m a happy camper! I bring quite a vast experience in life to the table and am always trying to give people the benefit of those experiences or help in any way that I can.
Hey potential new housemate(s), we're Emily and Darcy and we're looking for a new place to call home! A bit about Em: I work full-time in medical education research at the Children's hospital (no lab coats I swear), I train jiu jitsu throughout the week, and I may or may not have a borderline concerning coffee addiction. I am a bubbly and energetic person and I'm always keen for a chat over coffee/wine/furphy/*insert your bevvy of choice*. I love being out and about, hanging out with mates and trying new things! A bit about Darcy: I'm an apprentice sparky, so with my early starts during the week I'll be a pretty relaxed guy, but always keen for a chat or just to hang out playing Xbox or watching a movie. In my spare time I love cooking new and interesting things (mainly because I like eating them), so expect to see me in the kitchen cooking up a storm! Important considerations for you: we are both clean and considerate people who love to hang out with housemates but equally value our down time. Added bonus: we've share-housed before so paying bills/rent on time is a top priority! We're both happy to take responsibility for some bills too if that's the way you like to do things. What we're looking for: we're looking for friendly, relaxed and respectful housemates. We're happy to live with students or full-time workers, age isn't a huge issue. What's important is that we vibe well and can hang out together! We try to live sustainably as well so it'd be a huge bonus if you're interested in that lifestyle too.
Hey i'm Kori, I work full time in real estate, if im not working im generally training, when I am home I keep to myself, i'm always up for a chat and a drink but I respect that everyone needs some "me time" Im very much "clean as you go" so im pretty tidy, I don't cook a lot so you'll always have access to the kitchen haha.
