I am a Patient Transport Officer (non-emergency Ambulance Officer) and am seeking 'granny flat' accommodation. Requiring furnished 'self contained accommodation' rather than sharing. The house where my current 'granny flat' is situated has been sold and I require new accommodation by mid April at he latest. A 57 yo divorced 'gentleman' who has been a home owner in the past and is clean living, quiet and respectful. Dogs seem to love me too and they are true judges of character ;) Michael
- Health/Educational Professional - Relocating for work from country Vic - The very lovable 'Miss Ellie' (5 yr old golden retriever) comes as part of the package - Like expanding my mind while walking listening to podcasts, reading, cooking, wine, coffee and social catch ups with friends and family - Ideally hoping to secure a room in a pet friendly sharehouse
My name is Dino, I am a 31-year-old male Australian Citizen who works full-time in Fawkner, Victoria, Australia. I'm originally from Adelaide but have successfully worked and lived in Melbourne since 2015. I am always clean, tidy, professional, responsible, good listener, excellent rent and bill payer who pays on time, friendly, polite, happy-go-lucky and easy going. Always cool, calm and collected, anger is never part of my vocabulary and seeking a flatmate/s who has the same temperament. Knows how to adapt to the person next to me (ie when to be quiet and serious and when to have fun and be social). My closest friends tell me I'm successful, enthusiastic, generous person who makes them laugh. In my spare down time I love to keep fit through swimming, study, read books, play guitar (love my music but I know when to put my headphones on and time it so as not to disturb others around me), cook, play basketball, gym, and go out with best friends some weeknights and weekends. A big bonus if you are into the same sports, look after yourself, fit, polite, don't complain much, great verbal communication skills (you know how to help people without insulting or looking down on them), preferably educated and employed, enjoy going out whether it's travelling, coffee, dinner or nightclubbing and just overall enjoys their life with passion (we only have one life after all) and a cool person to have around. If you're also interested in the same things as me, feel free to drop me a message, I respond to every single one. More than happy to meet in Fawkner on either: my lunch break, immediately after work or weekends. I'm the best flatmate you will ever have! ;)
Very quiet, respectful and clean. eventhough i am quiet and like to have my own space and give people theirs, i can be sociable, however I keep quiet busy, i also like my own space, and give people theirs :) I appreciate mutual understanding, respect and pretty much a cool, chilled and quiet space with mature people. I very much prefer own bathroom, otherwise, very very clean people and rooms with less people in it, less residents and rooms and people who don't bring people over, too much and overtly, not partying. Prefer double story houses and being on the second level. Don't mind pets at all, in fact would love to live with one <3 I hope to hear from you. Thank you! :)

Hi, I’m James and I’m an Electrical Engineering graduate working in Industrial Automation. I’m from Geelong but I’ve just recently started a job in the northern suburbs, so as you might imagine I’m keen to find a nice place to start renting! I think of myself as a pretty chilled, friendly and conscientious guy, so I’m great to have around if you’re looking for a laugh or chat (or a pint if you twist my arm!), but I’ll still gladly give you your own space. Be sure to shoot me a message if I sound like a good fit for that spare room! Looking forward to hearing from you, James
Hi there, I'm Aarati and I've just started a full time job in Melbourne and I'm looking for a place to rent, by myself (no shared rentals please) in one of the suburbs listed (or any other surrounding suburbs). I'm looking to move in straight away and can have bond to you straight up. I am sensible, mature and an extremely clean girl so the rental/unit etc. will be left in the condition that it was when I moved in. I'm looking for 6-12 months for the rental. Rent and bond will not be an issue as I'm working full time but I need a furnished place please. I don't mind if bills are included in rental price or if they are forwarded to me as they come in. The place doesn't need parking as I will use public transport. Please message on here if you have something suitable and we can talk inspection times. Kind regards, Aarati.

I’ve been living in Melbourne for the past 16 months on a working holiday visa and I’m looking for a place to stay for the next 3 to 4 months before I’ll start my road trip around Australia. I’m working as a waitress in a cafe in Essendon and after work I like going to the gym to clear my mind after work. I’m a really clean and tidy person, I like cooking, reading and watch movies.
I'm 31yrs old, work full time in the transport industry. In my spare time I like to catch up with family & friends, otherwise I'd prob be relaxing at home. I've had house sharing experience before, so know how to adapt & respect other people's needs/privacy. Guess I'm your straight forward, easy going kind of guy that's always up for abit of a laugh.
I'm a Christian from Bendigo studying at RMIT. I won't throw Jesus at you but I hope he sums up my values. I'm easy going. I umpire football and head back to Bendigo on Friday nights. I won't be frequenting Melbourne's night life, but I would be keen to hang out and get to know the people in the house because I don't want to be a stranger to you. In fact I'd prefer the opposite! I like to keep things in order and am a fan of common-sense practices in the house, but happy to chat and work with whatever really. Thanks for reading this far!
I am a Canadian working in Melbourne in solar and renewable energy. I'm a traveller at heart and love to meet people and make new friends. I'm a very easy person to live with, I like to keep things tidy, hang out with the people in the house, but also respect personal space. I'm not a huge partier, but do enjoy some fun. I also love to cook and bake!
I'm a very outgoing individual who is organised and likes to keep things neat and tidy. I believe I have a good sense of humour and very easy to get along with. I do enjoy my personal space and also respect other peoples but don't have any issues having a chat and getting to know my housemates (:
Hey! I'm Lara. I'm from New Zealand and I've lived in Melbourne for nearly 4 years. I'm easygoing, reliable with rent and bills, and I'm looking for a place in the north-west suburbs. I've been house sitting around Melbourne for the last few years, so am keen to settle down somewhere for at least 6 months. I'm looking for a place where I have my own bathroom. I love music, travelling, theatre and film, reading, and yoga. I'm vegetarian, but it's not a problem for me if you eat meat. I work full time in the city, and I'm often out in the evenings at gigs or with friends. I'm tidy and respectful, and keen to find something soon!
I'm really clean, considerate and honest. I'm energetic, loud but also like to keep to myself at times. I enjoy hanging out with my housemates and share a glass of wine or dinner every once in a while too. I love to bring friends over to entertain every now and then so need some housemates who are ok with this too. I'll be moving back to Melbourne from Brisbane to start a new job in the tourism industry. My partner will be living in Brisbane still but will visit once a month or so.

Hello everyone!🌻🌞 I am looking for 1 lovely being to join my neat lil abode in Essendon. It’s $654 pcm (roughly $150 pw), and available now. Bond is $652. Unlimited internet, and bills are separate (split between the household). The room: Unfurnished, no BIR, heaps of really nice natural light. It's slightly on the smaller side but can cosily fit a double bed, desk and cupboard/clothes rack. Transport wise, there is the 475 bus stop 350m away, or the 59 tram a 14min to the end of the street (according to Maps). There’s easy parking on the street, and a single garage. I have a car but I’m not fussed on using the garage. There is also 2 super friendly cats that visit almost daily. Feel free to sling me a message if you have any questions. If you're interested please tell me a bit about yourself :) Particularly if we have things in common! Yes, the room is still available - until I take down this listing haha (I'm very conscious of who I live with, as I want a place to call home with lovely people 🌼)
Hi, I am a young male uni student in a large fully furnished 4 bedroom house seeking like minded housemates to share the space. The house is kept tidy as I always clean up after myself. There are two large bedrooms on offer each with a QS bed and built-in robes. Ideally seeking easy going housemates aged between 18-22 who are either studying or working full time. Looking for two housemates, in which case each housemate will receive a room to themselves and a second room to share as a study. This means there is plenty of room for peace and quiet when needed. However, there is always times when I am up for a chat. I have two beautiful cats who wander around the garden so they won't be a bother to anyone. The house is located in a quite street within very close walking distance to both the Milleara Shopping Centre and the local shops on Dinah Parade. Public transport via the buses around the corner, with even more routes available at the shopping centre. The house is seriously roomy. Once you enter you are greeted with a spacious floor plan, large lounge/dining, generous bathrooms and a separate study area or two. The kitchen is well set out with ample cupboards. The central bathroom features a shower over bath and one of the highlights is the huge family rumpus room at the back of the house with an obligatory large screen TV. There is a great outdoor alfresco deck and the gardens both front and back are established. It is a great space that just needs the hustle and bustle of some great housemates. There is high speed Optus Cable broadbrand connected which comes with Fetch TV. Internet, electricity, gas and water split between us each month won't cost a great deal so all in all, it's a great setup. Please send me a message and tell me a bit about yourself. Be quick though as I'm sure these rooms will be very popular.
