$250/week•42 year old female
Hi, I'm a 42 year old girl who moved up from the Inner West in Sydney at the end of 2019 when the opportunity came knocking for a beach break and to live solo for a while, at the same time moving closer to family who have all moved up to the Central Coast over the last few years. Unfortunately the house I'm currently in has been bought by developers and is going to be levelled and have villas built in the next couple of months. I'm a homebody these days, like most of us. I've started studying Vet Nursing online and will be working pt time in a clinic again soon, when restrictions lift. I'm independent, friendly and not allergic to housework or making sure the bins get put out. I have a very clever little 7year old female puppy (Poodle x maltese). She doesn't shed, is totally house trained and can stay with family if I'm away and she she can't come with me. I love taking her to the beach on daily walks! I listen to music or interviews with interesting people while painting or pottering in the gardening, this is my headspace time. I watch docos and binge on good shows with a glass of wine when on a break from assignments. I can move any time within the next 3 months, but would prefer to find some where sooner rather than later.

After recently splitting with my former partner, I've now go the opportunity to find my own little place I can call home. I am easygoing and can enjoy a beverage with roommates or as easily keep to myself and be happy in my own company. I have rented in Sydney and on the central coast for over 7 years now. I have a part time job mainly based at killarney vale and Erina.

I’m a considerate, quiet, mature easy going person who is happy to take their share of responsibility and contribute to the house in any roles or duties. I can cook and keep my area/s clean and tidy. I grew up on the Peninsular in the Umina area, though have been living overseas for the past 16 years working in the Private Yacht industry. I’ve recently studied for my Australian Master 24m boat licence and am waiting for an opportunity to arise. I’m an active, fun and healthy person who enjoys people, conversation and music. I keep active by walking, cycling, swimming and SUP. I’m a keen sailor and recently participated in the 2019 Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race. My local sailing club was Lake Macquarie and Newcastle, though I’m looking at sailing at Gosford when they resume their sailing schedule. I’m currently unemployed though I have sufficient funds available to fulfil my financial responsibilities and obligations to the house. I’m looking for short term letting as I’m intending to purchase a property in Tasmania when I find the right place, and plan to relocate their when the interstate travel restrictions are lifted. I hope you’ll consider me for your letting or house share. Kind regards Darren

I'm friendly and approachable, I value communication and respect. Happy to be social with housemates and share a meal and have a chat. I have made some great friends over the years in share accommodation. I also enjoy my alone time. I like a tidy living space. I am reliable with rent/bills. I work part-time as a barista, mostly on weekends. I have been with the same employer for 3 years. I am also in my 3rd year of a full-time psychology degree at UON, currently undertaking a research scholarship and volunteer as a youth mentor-therefore I am not home a lot. In my spare time I love going to the beach, bush walking and live music.
