Good ole bloke, 67 going on 47, easy going, clean, tidy, vary handy around the house, sociable, loves animals and toddlers Originally from Sydney, now trying to return to near environs to be closer to daughter and grandchildren. Ideally looking at southern end of Central Coast ( Ettalong, Wagstaffe, Upper Pittwater, so I can easily get to northern beaches. A new start up joint lease would be preferable so I can use some of my furniture. So a two to three bedroom house with gas cooking, perhaps a slow combustion fire, maybe two bathrooms and adequate parking in a modern but simple designed open style unfurnished house $300 to $600 total cost. If you are like minded, would be a good start
Moving to the central coast from Taree to study and work as a freelance makeup artist. I will also be looking for part time work. I will be completely supported financially by family if necessary. I'm fairly quiet and keep to myself and I'm very respectful of others. I don't smoke and I rarely drink. I don't drive so I don't need a car space but will need to be close to public transport.
I'm looking for a safe haven for when I'm not travelling. I work for a cruise ship company and spend about half the year on cruises. I'm very respectful of others Space and privacy and simply expect the same in return.
Beach side living, with water views - quiet apartment located in the heart of Ettalong Beach, on the waterfront. The property is central to everything - supermarket, newsagent, markets, bottle shops, take away and ATM's all located nearby. Transport includes but is not limited to buses, taxi's and ferry all within walking distance. The property is also located opposite the big white club - Diggers Ettalong, as well as the renowned waters edge cafe and restaurant 'The Box' meaning food, beverage and coffee all at your doorstep. Not only are you invited to all of this - you will feel like you're having a holiday every day in this perfect little picturesque apartment.
Hi, I'm an easygoing, healthy, quiet, housetrained, non-smoker, with 3 adult children in Sydney/Melbourne and 5 adult Godchildren between Lake Macquarie and Lismore, looking for furnished accommodation for 12 months. (My kids and god-kids are all healthy, functioning adults living their own lives and I tend to visit them, so you can relax if children bother you). I'm healthy, don't drink or do drugs (longtime JP), get to pubs to watch live bands and miss the live comedy in pubs in Sydney and go to Church. I have references available that I'm clean, well-behaved and respectful. Also, I have a pretty active life, so I don't need to be entertained but always enjoy a chat and am fine with pets, so long as they are clean. Meet soon? Cheers, Grant.

Hi there! My names Jen from Glasgow, Scotland, and I am moving to Sydney in January 2018, so will be looking for a house share or studio at the start of next year, but thought I would sign up super early to check whats out there. I am currently a restaurant and bar manager and will hopefully find work in the hospitality industry, although I am fairly quiet in my free time, not such a party-er anymore although I do still enjoy a couple glasses of wine now and then!
Just returned from living four years overseas, and will be moving to Gosford mid July in order to go back to school. I'm easy going, respectful, clean, and quiet. Non smoker. No pets but ok with other's. I usually spend my spare time reading or catching up on my TV shows, art, walking, and (attempting) exercising. I'd prefer a place close to the TAFE campus but will consider anywhere close to transport.
I am a pleasant and considerate person. I am happy to contribute to cleaning and cooking when I can. I like my alone time but am happy to socialize for dinner, movie watching and the like. My hobbies include arts, crafts, sic-fi, fiction and a little gardening. I do run a home massage business so I will need a private bathroom and a room to set up my massage studio. Aside from that I work part time in the city so need to be close to a train station.
Hello My name is Natalia and I am from Colombia. I am a lovely girl who likes to keep clean, friendly and lovely to people. I study and work so I keep myself busy. Rarely on weekends. Please let me know if I can visit you. Many thanks Have a good day 😊 Natalia
Hi future roomie! I'm Claire, a full time uni student, and I also work part time at Erina. I go to Macquarie University in Sydney, so will be commuting 3 days a week by train (so prefer to be close to train station). I have a very small dog who was purchased as a registered service animal so she is super well behaved and just stays in my room. I'm also into surfing, and going to the gym when I am not studying law! :) I'm super clean and tidy, happy to mind my own business or make a friend. I am very introverted, and don't have a lot of friends on the Coast since I only moved here a few years ago. I'm not a big drinker because I enjoy training in the mornings or walking my dog. Super easy going and laid-back as well. I am really hoping for somewhere in Woy Woy, if anyone else is a commuter can we find somewhere together? :)
I am a clean, quiet, friendly, helpful 57 year old man.I am very easy to get along with and always pay my rent and bills.I am a retired mechanic/handyman and can be very helpful to have around. I am single, No pets,Dont smoke never taken drugs and rarely have a drink. I hope to find a place long term with some off street parking. The accommodation does not have to be perfect or modern, but not falling down either. If the place needs some work I am happy to do it as well. I live in Sydney south but looking to move further north. Anything out of the congestion. I am open to other areas.
Hi, I'm Josh. I'm very tidy, organized, easy to get along with, optimistic and punctual. I enjoy reading (psychology/philosophy), producing music (headphones on so don't worry haha), cooking, throwing things (often whilst cooking) and taking my Vitamin D every day I'm a student studying for my Masters in Audio Engineering full time in Sydney. I hope to find a place close to public transport I also have some very generic furniture and kitchenware if it's needed.
I'm a 45 year young male, non smoker, working full time. I've just moved up from Sydney and although I am enjoying the relaxed lifestyle, I'm getting a bit tired of living on my own in a hotel room which only has limited cooking facilities. When I'm not working, I enjoy an early morning walk or a bike ride along the waterfront. At the end of a hard week I like to go to the local and listen to the live music with friends. I'm clean and tidy, easy going and respect other peoples space. I love all animals except spiders.
Woy Woy *Furnish with a queen bed *Unlimited internet included *Only need to pay electrical bill We are sad to say our lovely roommate is spreading his wings and getting his own place so we are on the hunt for another amazing roommate. The location is amazing. You are over the road from the water and 5 min from the train station that takes 1h10min to Sydney. Shops and cafes are also at your door step. The property is large and you will be sharing with a couple, there is plenty of space, you also have built-ins, large ensuite bathroom and private balcony. The house is two story with living/dining and kitchen down stairs and bedrooms up stairs, so if you are doing shift work and working funny hours you don't have to worry about waking your roommates. The bedrooms are also on opposite ends of the house so very private. (The pic's don't really do it justice there is ample room for a double bed, more photos upon request)
