Pretty relaxed living space - great for studying and close to city, Norwood shops etc. Very old villa with lots of rustic charm and a nice garden with plenty of room to start veggie patches/ pursue hobbies etc. It's a lush place that is surely very inviting for those with a green thumb. The house is very old, circa 1880 and was likely one of the first establishments in the area. Yep they sure don't build them like they used to, and this old beast has certainly stood the test of time. With it comes the energies of families, lovers, artists and travelers from all walks of life across many different parts of the world. The space is a quiet place and best suited for those who like peaceful living, with the occasional dinner with friends and good banter. I have a large double room available at the front of the house. It has been recently repainted and has a queen bed, large standing desk, shelving and open hanging space for clothes. It is a comfortable space with lots of room. I would ideally like a couple in this room as it reduces rent and makes living here quite cheap, however i am open to single applicants also. With three people here it's $100 each per week, which includes ADSL. Water and electricity are extra and charged quarterly. I like being around people who are light hearted with a sense of humour, and preferable experience with share-house living.
Easy going, neat and clean, polite and aware of others privacy and space, private and clean. I work part time with an agency and study massage therapy part time. Hope to hear from you soon as i am urgently looking for a place to stay !
Close to the city, shops, restaurants and Norwood Parade with public transport nearby, buses come every 15 minutes or even more frequently. There's even a pub on the same street. House features a spare bedroom and a study for you to enjoy. Room has built in robes. There is also a car park that you can have all to yourself. I own the home so there is scope to be flexible with the length of your stay, furnishings and bill arrangements depending on your budget.
Unfurnished bedroom available for Vegan/Vegetarian in a fully furnished, Federation era house at Trinity Gardens. Wooden floorboards, aircon, gas heater and outside laundry with front loading washing machine. Huge back yard with grapevine verandah and large garage for storage. Driveway parking as well as off street. Very close to all facilities Wil be sharing with just me. Smoking ok but only outside. Sorry no pets.
We are looking for someone to join us in our home in our modern-ish double story house in Payneham. We are looking for someone around 21 - 35 y/old, non smoker, without children. It's not that we are discriminating, we need to feel comfortable, we don't smoke, and we are not really "children people" and our house isn't set up to be. It's a spacious three bedroom place that's close to supermarkets, bus stops, gyms and parks really close by. Only about 10 minute drive, 15 min bus ride to the city. There is one room available, and another spare - in reality we could rent the other out, three people is enough living together is enough in our opinion. There will be a few changes to the space by time you move in, like some new couches, and getting rid of a few knick knacks. The house is bigger than the pics lead you to believe. We have a great set up as we have slowly been adding to our home, and collecting bits over the years. TV, BBQ, Large fridge, Netflix, broadband, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, couches etc etc and CENTRAL HEATING/COOLING for the extremities. In the past we have totally been down for Market runs because the best food comes from the Adelaide Markets, and we can eat like kings for less than $100 a week. If you dig music, architecture, play guitar, like a social drink, good food and/or any of the above, then we'd love to hear from you. We are after someone who is neat and tidy, you don't have to be obsessively clean, but just show respect for our property. Just simple things like cleaning up after yourself and helping out around the house, helping out with gardening (very low maintenance backyard), buying milk if you use that last of it, putting washing from the machine into a washing basket for us. All bills are split 3 ways internet/water/gas/electricity. If this sounds good - hit us up, send us a PM or SMS with a little about you first,
LOOKING TO STAY ANYWHERE IN ADELAIDE Hi, my name is Jenny. I am a full time student, studying 5 days a week so I would generally be out of the house for most of the day. I love to socialise, and have a good time, but also of course would need some time to myself to study from time to time. I am a extremely clean, organise and tidy person. Hobbies includes, having a laugh and chilling out with my friends, watching TV shows and movies, listening to music. I like to keep myself busy so I won't be home much, but when I am I'd love to live with laid-back, but social people that would be keen to hang out and have a good time, very sociable, ready to make new friends. I'd probably prefer to team up and start a lease with one or two other people. Would prefer staying with females.
