Hi my name is Jemima Carins and I am 19 years old. I am currently looking for a place to stay during the week while I work as a butter maker in Trevallyn. My current commute to work is just over an hour and it is becoming increasingly dangerous to travel every day. I would be gone almost every weekend (from Friday morning to Monday afternoon) and only really need a place to stay 4 nights a week.
I'm happy to help whenever with rent, bills, food, etc. I'm currently looking for part time work to do along with my studies. I'm pretty quiet, I enjoy music and online games, but most of my free time is spent with my dog, Choco. I'm looking for a space to stay that's within walking or driving distance of the UTAS campus in Launceston that's also dog friendly.
Hi there, I am a full-time working mental health professional and have been in Tassie for the past 5 years. I have had lots of experience living in share houses, many of the house mates are now considering my good friends. I've even shared my own home with others, but my circumstances have recently changed and I am looking for a furnished place to call home. I either enjoy a quiet night in with some good cheese, wine, and laughs or spending the weekend outdoors exploring what the state has to offer. I equally enjoy being social and conversing as I do chilling and relaxing in my own solitude. Feel free to shoot me a message if you think I could be a suitable fit for your home, I'm financially reliable and have references ready. My move in time is flexible (sooner rather than later) and my exit date is also flexible (minimum 6 months).
I work full time at the airport while also studying at UTAS, I do fly around with work so their might be a week or two where I might not be around. When I have days off I like to keep myself busy often go out and catch up with friends for a drink or be out hiking, at the gym, taking my Jeep places and getting it dirty, diving, snowboarding depending on the season, have a Shack up at the lakes which is always good in the winter.
Hi, I'm Cleanna and I've grown up around Launceston. I'm currently having a break from my studies of Journalism and Media and am looking for a place to live in Launceston. I'm an easy going person, very reliable and honest. I work at a cafe most of the week and have lived in student accomodation in the last year. I enjoy socialising with friends, reading, travelling and tasting my way through every burger place I come across. I would love to find a place in an already established sharehouse or more than happy to be contacted by someone who wants to start one! I look forward to hearing from you!
In a quiet area of prospect, modern decor, easy to maintain, perfect layout for sharing, bedrooms separated by living area, lots of cupboard and wardrobe space, the second bed room has lots of builtins, with a comfy QS bed,, with your own bathroom and separate toilet.

I’m 23 years old, part-time nursing student and part-time disability support worker. I’m a pretty quiet person a tend to enjoy my own company, wouldn’t mind someone to start a TV show with though! I might come with a cat depending on other household pets 😸
The property is spacious, and cosy. We have all the amenities already here, including a clothes dryer for the damp winter months. There's another spare room used as a study, and there's a lock up garage underneath the house. We love our coffee, so there's also an espresso machine here, and we do love a good tv show - so you'll find a playstation containing Netflix and the like. The room itself contains views to the backyard, and fits a queen bed and a desk if necessary.
