A little about me, I don't drink or smoke and am generally a quiet and laid back person. I'm independent, self sufficient and fairly well domesticated as I've lived on my own for a few years, although I can't really cook but I at least try. I'm not one to be messy or too noisy, no pets, not the partying type and it would be rare to have other people around for a visit.
Nice quiet location. Very close to shops. Nice sitting area outside. Low maintenance. Own bedroom with built-in wardrobe. Own bathroom with shower and bath. Plenty of living space. Some space for storage, if required. Fairly modern house with nice furnishings (no furnishings in the bedroom). Gas cooking. Happy to have the internet connected with other person. Person would need to be approved by the landlord. This is standard legal practice.
I am clean, extroverted, respectful, bubbly. I work part time in gawler and the barossa. I have a gorgous 6 year old cocker spaniel, who is house trained and very friendly with all humans. I am flexible with lease duration and move in date.
24 years old. Work at installing roller shutters. Currently sharing with an older guy but need to move, he's moved in with his girlfriend and wants to rent out the whole house. So looking to share again to share the cost of living. Renting alone is too expensive. I like working on my car, mechanically minded.
