Hey, my name is Jamie and I'll be studying in Canberra. I'm easygoing and more than happy to help around the house. I enjoy cooking, photography, and going for runs. I like going out but prefer Netflix and a heavy doona most nights. So far this is sounding very cliche so I may as well double-down and cover all my bases by stating that I'm looking for a fun but relaxed; open but cosy; quiet but adventurous place to live. To be honest, I'm quiet and respectful and I'm looking for a place that matches.
Looking to move into a chill environment with a fairly spacious room , will be studying in february. Im an easy going tidy person that keeps to myself but also likes social interaction. I am quite the uber eats enthusiast so your fridge can be stress free :D.
Recently single, established professional, studying part-time. I have a small dog, who means the world to me right now, so really only in the market for a place that will work with both of us. I promise you, you’ll fall in love with her.
I am a very social, hard working clean and tidy kind of person, i am very respectful toward others no matter what. ill hardly be home considering i work Monday to Friday 8:30-5 at a real estate agency, that unfortunately cannot find me a nice home to call my own. and i usually go home to my family on the weekends or ill be hanging out with friends. also very interested in team ups! I am very easy going and always love to have a chat but i also enjoy my own company. feel free to sling me a message!
I am a friendly and quiet person. I am considerate of other people. I would keep the flat/house tidy and always pay my rent and bills on time. I also would only smoke outside. I can put a deposit on the bond early and pay the bond completely on 11th of Feb.

I'm a Yoga teacher, dancer, photographer, nature-lover. I'm very tidy, thoughtful and responsible. I am independent with a full life, but I also enjoy the buzz and colour of communal living with good-hearted and gentle people. I like to live in places with beautiful light and near to nature.
I am a very sociable person (but fall well short of being a party animal). I've just finished my degree, and having spent 3.5 years as a student, I know the value of privacy for both myself and others. I don't smoke, nor do I use recreational drugs, and I only drink sporadically. I'm a reasonably tidy person who is more than happy to help out with housework. I love football (both playing and watching), gaming, and watching classic-era Simpsons in my spare time.
The property is close to numerous bus routes only 15 minutes from the university of Canberra and 10 minutes from the Belconnen town centre. The property has a lovely yard and great neighbours. Has air conditioning and ducted heating for the brisk Canberra winters. It has a two car garage that is in the backyard behind a gate.

Current full time student who is in their final year of University. Will be studying Industrial Design at the University of Canberra in 2019. Super easy going individual who is very clean, easy going, relaxed and respectful. I’ve lived out of home for 4 years now so I’m all to familiar with living with others and being respectful of their belongings and space, cleaning, cooking etc. Would ideally like to move in with people around my age and with who I would consider friends rather than just house mates. Do enjoy a sneaky casual drink and a night out occasionally. Would be pretty keen on exploring Canberra in my time there and potentially go snowboarding in the surrounding resorts. Honestly just want to make fun memories with cool people in 2019. I will be moving from Newcastle to Canberra and am currently looking to find a place with myself and a mate who also studies the same course in his final year. Ideally somewhere relatively close to the University if possible. My friend (Jarrod) will be away most of the week so it would be nice to have other house mates to hang out with. Flexible on the amount of extra people in the house. Happy to move in with someone who already has a house or pair up with someone and look for a house all together!
I am currently studying full time at university (b. Sports and Exercise Science / b. Sports Management) and working 3-5 days a week as a waitress and in events, plus completing an internship. I will often be out at uni or work, but like to socialise with my housemates occasionally when I am home! I am a considerate, clean and tidy person, and am good at sharing responsibilities.
Hi, My name is Maliha. I am a 21 year old Nursing student studding at University of Canberra. I am looking for urgent accommodation in the north Canberra area, most preferably as close to UC as possible.
I am a single mature 27 year old female who loves animals and who is a tidy and respectful person. I work full time in child care and enjoy sewing, watching Netflix in my spare time. I don't mind socializing with other members of the house but also like time to myself as well. I am not a party animal or a smoker. I'm looking at moving in from the beginning of April 2019.
I'm a psychology student moving up from Melbourne and working part time. I am looking for a place to call home for the year. I'm looking for a cosy, homely, green, and calm living space to share, preferably close to University of Canberra. Things I find myself doing often/ hoping to see myself doing often: yoga, reading, writing, spontaneous journeying, gardening, drumming, silent musing, cycling, looking at food recipes, going on irrelevant tangents. I'm not that loud nor like drink-brandishing parties and generally prefer interesting connections and conversations.
I'm a first year student at UC, I'm a quite social and outgoing person. And I don't know what to say, if you want to know anything else about me you can always just message.
About the house: It is in a quiet friendly neighbourhood, close to bus stops, bike paths, Westfield Belconnen (5 minutes car, 40-50 min walk), Canberra Uni, Calvary Hospital. House is fully furnished with central heating and air conditioning. Ceiling fans in lounge and bedrooms. Washer, dishwasher, fridge and seperate freezer (for people who like to cook :) and cooking utensils provided. Rent ($190) includes gas, water, electricity, internet and netflix. The house is clean and bright with lots of windows and light. It's on a large block with a lovely deck and established gardens. There's a double carport we can share and lots of off-street parking. I'm hoping to get a small veggie garden going this summer and have plenty of room to put more garden beds in around the place, if that's something of interest. About the room: The room is standard in size with double wardrobe with built ins. It currently has a king single bed and a desk that you would be welcome to use or this could be removed if you have your own furniture.
Hi. I’m Charlie, 24 years old and moving out of home for the first time. I work part time in disability support and am studying a Cert 3 in IT at CIT, starting in February. I’m a fairly quiet individual, preferring to spend my free time reading, playing video games, watching movies and writing but am not opposed to a good chat, particularly on deeper subjects and going out every now and then. I do plan on getting back into skating/roller derby soon however. I’m looking for somewhere to stay until the end of the year at least and hopefully make some new friends along the way.

I work full time at an independent liquor store in Charnwood and hawker. I'm usually quiet at home, I like spending time with my friends, but usually go elsewhere to do so. I enjoy video games, wargaming and boardgames, cars, camping and fishing. A person or two with similar interests would be ideal, but I'm really not too fussed.
I like to read and am passionate about the enviroment and conservation so naturally love the outdoors. I work for the ACT government in belconnen so ideally looking for something close by open to anywhere in Canberra Im clean and love being part of a team. I appreciate my alone time but also love socializing. Dont mind a cheeky beer and am often away on weekends camping.
I have been living in Canberra for ten months so far. I work full time with the ACT public service, and am based in Belconnen. I like cooking, sewing, singing, painting, and movies! I'm tidy and respectful, and not really into big parties. I have a two year old white-and-tabby indoor cat in Melbourne who I am looking to bring to Canberra. She's sweet and happy, doesn't really bother people, and has a rear joint dysplasia which means she can't jump onto kitchen benches, and can't free-range outside. I'm looking for an unfurnished room in a quiet, laid-back house. Ideally with heating and cooling, off street parking, and some kind of outside space. I have a tv, freezer, and bedroom furniture, and am happy to provide any other furniture if needed.
Hi Canberrian's! I am hunting for a place to live from late January/early February. I have just been accepted into a Bachelor of Secondary Education/Bachelor of Mathematics to become a secondary math teacher. I am moving from within Canberra so I can meet up for a cuppa to get to know each other before taking the big leap. More about me and my situation: - Looking for somewhere around $200 or less p/w, could pay up to $250 if it includes bills - Close to UC campus would be desirable. - I'm into Netflixing, casual drinks, and most sports. Love music (not all), and I am heavily involved in the agricultural industry. - Looking for a household that is social, but also respects privacy. I do enjoy going out from time to time but I'm not looking for a full-time party house. - Fully house trained, actually going back to share-housing after living alone, mainly for cost reasons, but also people are kinda fun. - Bonus points if you consider allowing my cat to move in with me. She is desexed, and extremely well behaved (house trained too!) and loves new people. I can sign a lease when needed, and supply references from previous rentals. currently have two jobs so rent will not be an issue. If you have any questions, or are interested in living with me shoot me a message or text.
Hi, I'm Steven and I am relocating from Melbourne to Canberra for work. I train and manage sales teams. I like yoga, rock climbing, good food and good conversation. Also, I'll be working a lot and will not be around much. As far as I know, I'm easy to get along with. All the best.
I'm 26 years old, work full time as a car detailer during the week. I'm also a volunteer race official at motorsport events in NSW, which means I'm away most weekends, when home i enjoy relaxing and kicking back but also getting out of the house for a hike, walk somewhere. Moving date is flexible, as i have a place to live but am looking for a change.
Will be a student at CIT in 2019, studying vet nursing. Currently live on the mid north coast of NSW so I'm unable to meet roommates or view rooms until moving day. I have my own car and am happy to drive people if they need in my free time. This is my first time living out of home. I'm quiet and keep to myself most of the time unless Netflix is on. Feel free to stalk my social medias or message me about anything you'd like to know.
I'm currently finishing up my masters degree at University of Canberra and work casually. I'm clean, quite, enjoy watching movies and reading non-fiction by the likes of Dan Brown, John Grisham or Lee Child. I'm friendly but also respect other's privacy. I've been living in a shared-accommodation on campus at uni and am seeking a new place nearby since I'm about to complete my course.
