We are a quiet and tidy couple that enjoy having time to ourselves but don't mind hanging out with everyone else when we can. We have experience living in shared houses as a couple and know how to respect everyone's privacy, boundaries and belongings as well as how to properly clean up after ourselves and others if absolutely necessary. We both also enjoy gardening and are capable of keeping yards and gardens tidy.
Brad (22), Robbie (21) and Daniel (21) are all long time friends from the small country town of Batemans Bay. They attended the same school from grade three onwards and continued their friendship through their transition into university. Bradley Bishop is well known for his sporting abilities and his outgoing nature. Currently studying Building Design at CIT, and is looking to transition into architecture at university next year. He enjoys competitive gaming, gym and visiting home during his time off. Robbie Hogg was the school captain of St Peters Anglican College in 2015, and is a well mannered and hard working individual. He is currently studying Physio at UC. He plays rugby but is versed in many sports, and is absolutely terrible at video games. Last but not least, Daniel Volf recently switched from his Uni degree to pursue a full-time management traineeship for Coles in 2018. Daniel is a highly motivated and polite man who enjoys watching his beloved Red V Dragons win NRL games and going back to his coastal town of Moruya to visit family and his 3 dogs.
I'm a Masters student and research assistant at the University of Canberra researching the conservation of small-bodied freshwater fish. Although I'm neat and tidy, I'm also very relaxed and easy going. I'm handy around the house and am always up for a chat even though I usually keep to myself.

PLEASE READ: We will not be seeing any new applicants after 12 PM on Thursday the 19th. If you wish to see it property, we can only see you on Wednesday afternoon and evening and Thursday morning as we will be making our final decision at that point. Our property is a lovely large house situated in Giralang. Surrounded by a gorgeous garden with a large deck, the house is not only spacious but also close to the local shopping centre in Kaleen, University of Canberra, sports club and gym in Kaleen, Calvary hospital and Belconnen Mall. For rent is a bedroom with a large, two door built in wardrobe. A chest of drawers would fit inside. There is ducted heating in the ceiling for winter and in summer, along with a curtain is a roll down full length blind. It is close to the shared bathroom and toilet. A queen size bed fits in the room with space for bookcases/a desk. The room is unfurnished. In addition to a bedroom, we all have our own extra room. Yours is what would ordinarily be considered a formal dining room. It is located between the lounge room and kitchen. Our previous housemate used it as a study and kept an insanely large desk in there along with bookcases. Use it as a study, your own mini lounge room, a hobby room, a library, whatever you like. It also has ceiling ducted heating and is unfurnished. Included is also a parking space in the carport. If you don't have a car, we are happy to negotiate a reduced rent so that our one extra car can use it instead. If you have a smaller mode of transport like a bike, it will fit in our garage. The bathroom and toilet are shared with one other person (male). The laundry includes a washing machine and is shared between the three of us, as is the kitchen and attached dining room. If you do not have your own fridge already, we have an additional fridge with freezer big enough for one person's food as our main one is only big enough for two. Electricity, gas, water and unlimited wifi are all additional to rent and are split between the three of us. Electricity, gas and water are billed every three months where as wifi is monthly ($26.66). Whilst the rent is currently $183.33 per week (paid every two weeks), in August our landlords are raising the rent by $30 so you're portion of the rent will be $193.33 per week. It has been a long time since rent was last raised so we strongly doubt it will be raised again within the next few years. We have been at this house for a year now and wish to sign a new one year lease with the landlords when our current one expires in a few weeks. Ideally, we would like our new housemate to be committed to at least one full year with us. Due to our lease conditions, smoking is not permitted in the house. Sister is also sensitive to smoke so we would request that only non-smokers apply. We do not wish to add additional pets to the household.

Hi, I'm Sophie, from Maldives. Currently a full-time student at UC. I'm very neat and easy going. Looking for a nice place to stay for my 2nd semester, not too far from UC. Please feel free to inbox me if you have any queries.
Im a tidy and respectful person who tends keep to myself but I do enjoy a good chat with open minded people. I like to spend my free time creating art and I enjoy cooking wholesome food which we can all enjoy from time to time. Would love to hear from you 😊
Hi there, I will move down to Canberra from Sydney for study and work in late Feb or early Mar. I am looking for one or two females/couple to share a flat with for at least 6 months or longer, but I am flexible with the length. I am an easy going and friendly person. I like to make friends, and wish we could become good friends to hang out and have a talk with. But I do respect others' privacy at the same time. I have experience of living with a family with little kid or females over 5 years, so I have learnt how to be considerate to housemates. I am also a quiet, clean, tidy and organised person. I would like to have a room with build-in wardrobe, ideally also is furnished (but I am flexible with that if the rent is a bit lower :P). I have a car, so off-street parking is necessary, of course garage is perfect! I do want the location of the house/flat has an easy access to public transport too, although lower frequency is acceptable. I look forward to hearing some good news from you guys! :)
Hi, my name's Arden looking to move to Canberra from Sydney. I love reading, listening to music, watching Netflix, going to theatres, sports and gym. I like to keep things clean and tidy. Quiet and value personal space, but also enjoy conversations (listener's role mostly) and having a good laugh. Move in date flexible, ideally in May. Prefer to have my own bathroom.
Hi, at the end of my current lease lease (October) I will be looking to move into a new place with two close friends. If that doesn’t work out, I am still interested to find out what rooms are available in sharehouses/team ups. I am a 25yo studying a Bachelor of Pharmacy at UC, and work part time as a pharmacy assistant. In my spare time I am a keen traveller. I am a reliable and considerate person who likes to keep things clean and tidy, and I have an excellent rental history. The other girls are in their final year/s of their university degrees and share similar values to me. Ideally we would like to live within walking distance of University of Canberra or have easy access to frequent bus services to the Bruce/Belconnen area.
I am neat and tidy, pitch in with chores and I can cook. I respect people’s privacy and space. A mature guy, relocating to Canberra ahead of my wife and teenage boys coming over in January from Adelaide. I like a laugh and an occasional social drink! I am finishing a Masters on top of work and so will have a few commitments there to wrap up. I anticipate some regular trips back to Adelaide and will spend some time working from SA as well. Looking for cheap and cheerful digs.
