The budget is $150 each, totalling $300 together. We're looking for a third person to join us to find a 3 or more bedroom place because with more people better homes can be found. We also have a cat, her name is simmy, she loves cuddles and is actually nice. We are pretty relaxed and as long as we're all respectful, we should get along. We like to be tidy especially keeping shared areas tidy and a pet peeve of ours would be leaving dirty dishes out :P. We enjoy hanging out and going for a meal at the pub or even staying at home watching TV.
This ground level unit is within close proximity to the city, with the convenience of the City and Glenelg tram right in front. Big windows that give plenty of natural lights. There is only one shared bathroom and a separate laundry off the kitchen that comes with washing machine and dryer. A large kitchen for those who loves to cook. Small patio area off the lounge room and off street parking is available. A communal area to dry off your clothes just in front of the unit. Bills are not included in rent.
Heya! My name is Simon, I'm a 28 year old male non-smoker currently looking for a new place to live and still save for home ownership. I have lived by myself for a number of years previously (positive rent track record). Max price is $200-250, no higher. I work 8am-5pm as a software developer and also train/gym most weeknights. During the week it's likely I'm either out most of the time or not home until after 8pm. I'm generally pretty tidy but very approachable. Trust is an absolute must for me, the last thing I want is not being comfortable sharing a home with others. Tend to not have people over, and if I do it's usually only one or 2 friends (before or after going out). Love a few casual beers/wines at home on the couch. While sociable I am also a PC gamer :-), so I'm content being on my own for hours on end (good Internet a must but doesn't have to be NBN). Got all furnishings needed, and I tend to bulk meal prep on a Sunday/Monday. I have a car I do require off-street parking for, and have no issue with pets (have none of my own). Currently driving to work every day, but that won't be permanent so access to public transport into the city is important.
Hey there, I'm quiet, easy going bloke, student of Civil Engineering at Tafe (Tonsley) so ideally I'd be interested in a place around that area, and not too far from the city as I work in a Cafe in the city. I'd prefer living with people in their 20's that I can socialize with, I'm generally pretty busy studying and working, not home much but I do like to socialize with my housemates on my free time. I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Hey there.. we are Colette, Elleca and Jatin. We are coming to the end of our current lease, so we're looking for a place to move into around May time and would like to invite a likeminded person to join our house family and help us find a new abode. A little bit about us…. Elleca is from Perth, late 20s, studies horticulture and works part time. When she's not studying or at work she likes gardening, snorkelling, hiking, eating out, baking and live music. Colette is from the UK and is currently a third of the way through a PhD in ecology at the University of Adelaide. In her spare time she enjoys playing a bit of guitar, catching live music, growing chillis, cooking, and spending time outdoors. Jatin is recently back from a few years in Europe and studying Psychology at Adelaide University. In his spare time Jatin likes going to Muay Thai, playing guitar, cooking, reading and generally having a chat with a hot beverage in hand. We also have some furniture, kitchen stuff, and a fairly large collection of plants We're all pretty chilled but are fairly busy, so we're not really looking for a party house. Ideally, we are looking for a housemate who is happy to share a beer and a meal, likes to have a chat but also likes to have their own down time too. A good level of respect and communication is a must for all of us : We're just looking to start up a relaxing sharehouse where we can grow some veggies in the garden and live with some friendly people who are keen to contribute towards creating a good atmosphere.

Ten minutes from CBD, close to public transport (buses) Close to shopping centre. Large room with shelving and aircon. I would prefer to live with someone studying and working or working full time. I have a super friendly dog so I would prefer someone who likes animals and dogs not someone who's tolerable with them as I'd like to know he's going to be safe while I'm at work. Cleaning shared spaces regularly is a must. (Vacuuming/mopping floors/cleaning bathroom) I don't want to live with someone who just thinks maintaining their own space in a shared home is acceptable. But besides that I'm pretty relaxed on things. Internet is available for $30 a month it's unlimited and all other bills are split equally aswell.

Hello, my name is Juliette and I'am 19 years old. I'm currently studying in a business school in the south of France (Toulouse exactly). I'm following for my second year "the erasmus program" and with my results I'm going to Adélaide for my first semester around 3-4 months to study and discover the country. So I'm looking for a flat to share, just to meet new people and share about our culture and way of life while studying... It will be a great experience I hope. In my free time I really enjoy traveling so other cities, make some shopping, dance... I'am an organise girl and determinate
Hello there, I am looking for a clean and peaceful place that I can call home. As I am a shift worker I would prefer someone who is considerate of my sleeping patterns. In my free time I like binge watching tv shows and cooking for the week. I like to chat and hang out at home over an ice-cream or a milkshake (yeah, that's right, F****ing weird!). Should you want to know anything else please ask. Feel free to message.
Hi there, My names Mel. I’m 24 and work full time as a HR and Recruitment Consultant. I’m looking to join a couple other females about 23-30 years old. Sorry boys, nothing against you, just want to live with some girls. I’m fairly social and like to be out and about. I do however appreciate time to myself every now and then. I’m a VERY clean and tidy person and could only live with others who are the same. My life is in the CBD, so I don't want to stray too far away and my family all leave by the coast so I don't want to go too far east or north. I am the ultimate snacker, but live a healthy lifestyle, with a good dose of gym to make me feel better about my snacking habits. I would love to hear from you if you think we'd be good house mates.
Hi potential housemates! I’m Angus and I'm moving out after my lease ends. Non-smoker, no pet. Having lived in the shared house for two years. Engineering uni student. I'd love to play basketball if some courts nearby or do some water sports on weekends. Otherwise just watching some Netflix, catching up some racing events. It would be great if you guys want to go outside and try some activities out together and get away from being bored all day. Hope it’s not a party house but definitely would love a beverage to finish the day, have a chat and share some laugh. Some place not too far from city would be ideal as I cycle to school most of the time. I'm tidy and clean. Always trying to keep everything organized. I’m flexible with moving in dates. Look forward to seeing you!
I currently work as an event coordinator in Glenelg. Work a lot, enjoy going to the gym/exercising, Not home a lot but do enjoy socialising and my own 'me' time. Love travel, art, beach walks and hikes and the occasional wine! Clean up after myself and respectful of others.
Hey, My name's Jas! I'm a fourth year Occupational therapy student that also works part time. I'm currently undertaking a placement in the country and looking for a place to live in Adelaide from the beginning of April when I return. I'm an easy going housemate and I love to socialise and get out and explore. I am also respectful of other peoples space and I am a tidy housemate! Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions :)
