Heya! My name name is Viv and I'm seeking a housemate I grew up In the country and I've lived here in Adelaide for 3 years now. I study a bachelor of sport and health at flinders uni, work for netball SA and I also play footy! Move in is ASAP! My current housemate is one of my teammates and she is moving back to her hometown. My house is located between the city and the beach in Everard Park. Closer to the city by 5 mins. Shed for storage, entertainment area, house is fully furnished (finally 😂) so you will only have to bring your bedroom stuff unless you want to contribute something. I have a 5 year old blue heeler x kelpie and a 3 month old Australian Shepard x.. because of this no pets are allowed - we are at full capacity. I maintain all the yards and outside of the house as per rental agreement. I have 2 rooms to choose from in the house. One is a smaller room with built in wardrobes and the other is a massive room which is like a sunroom sort of thing which has plenty of space for a pretty sick setup if that's what you're interested in. I quite often have my friends over on the weekend for beers and footy or to visit puppy Meko! I respect weeknights and appreciate time on my own as much as I love having people over. Rent is $165 per week not inc bills (water, internet, elec) this is split between the two of us both rent and bills. Later on we may have potential for a third housemate which means cheaper rent. Depends on how we find space etc! Public transport is easily accessible and we are 500m from the Black Forest tram stop or south Rd tram stop. $1000 bond needs to be paid upfront. You must me working full time/studying full time and have good references to be approved by the landlord/real estate agent.
Very large upstairs room in great friendly household. Owner has hosted international students for about 15 years. Great kitchen, bathroom, large pergola area and garden too. Air conditioning throughout house. In a great central location close to tram, buses and trains. Most students have stayed one or two years, but would consider 6 months. All bills including internet included.

I am a young at heart musician that is neat and tidy and I pay my bills on time. When I'm not out teaching, rehearsing, playing or enjoying live music, I like to relax in front of the TV. I would like to team up with someone to share a house with in the inner west.
I'm an energetic and social working professional that loves to meet new people. In my spare time I'll often be exercising, with family/friends or playing gigs on the weekend. I'm also super clean and respectful of privacy - I would live with me!

I'm into fitness, dance, the outdoors, outdoor adventures, nature, animals, film and tv, music, 420 and just generally having a good time with a positive attitude and a smile
I am a part time uni student coming to wards the end of my degree. I work full time and I'll be looking for somewhere to live from February 2018, ideally in the south, southwest side of the city. I am vegan and would only want to live in a collaborative vegan household where meals and good times are shared. Somewhere with a veggie garden would be aces!
The house is in Ashford, close to Anzac Highway & South Road and ten minutes from the CBD. The common areas are fully furnished but the room for rent is not - the furniture in the photographs is not included. The room has a built-in wardrobe. The house has one bathroom with separate shower/bath and toilet. There is also a laundry and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Newly renovated, fully furnished home (except spare room). Built-in robes. Ducted air-con. 10 minutes to the city, 10 to the beach, 3 minute walk from bus stop and Kurralta Park shops. I work in the city 4 days p/w with homeless youth. I'm really laid back and easy to get along with. Like to keep my place clean'n'tidy but don't mind if it gets messy every now and then. I like chillin' after work. Music, movies, cooking, chats. Sometimes I'll just chill in my room if I need downtime. Looking for someone that I can share my home with that will chip in with keeping it nice and pick up after themselves. I'm happy to hang out and respectful if you need alone time. Hit me up if you're keen to come and check the place out :)
A beautiful house in a quiet area. It's half way between Glenelg beach and the city (~15 mins drive to both). We have a local shopping centre nearby (Kurralta Central with Coles, Kmart, a pharmacy and Nando's restaurant). Lots of bus stops around the house (closest is 2 mins walk) as well as the tram station (15 mins walk). Speaking of your room - It's a furnished room with a queen sized bed with plenty of natural light from some big windows. As well as a ~32 inch TV. Storage wise there is a walk in enclave as a wardrobe/closet. You have your own spacious bathroom (ensuite) with a shower. The rent includes the adjacent room for use as an office. All utility bills incl. internet (unlimited NBN fibre to the premises) included in rent. You will have access to the common areas of the house, living room and kitchen. The house is fitted with a central evaporative cooler (Summer is coming !). There's also a veggie patch, apple and lemon trees if you've got a green thumb. If you have a car, we have a remote controlled garage. If you're more of a two wheel type of person like myself, there's space to store your bike.
Close to: -the city -shops & cafes -public transport -beach -house is furnished and has all appliances provided -room has walk in wardrobe w/ mirror - can sell you my bed/mattress/bookshelf/toothpaste -internet is set up - not included in bills (it's cheap though) 2 existing flatmates are easygoing and considerate but like to get amongst it and have fun. Great landlord/property managers Really nice back yard with large grassed area and garden area with a shed and fire brazier. Outdoor setting under verandah Air con Great kitchen No street noise Cheap bills - water paid by landlord Storage space in spare room or garage. Two living areas I have taken the photos of the house in its natural state, no artificial cleaning. We keep the place relatively clean but are by no means OCD cleanfreaks.

Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have some furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane to Adelaide sometime after the end of 'July 2017'. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide.
