Hello future housemate/s, I'm a chef and a part-time student currently living in St Peters. I'm looking to relocate in the southern suburbs, due to work. I'm looking for the right kind of space/house to move into and I'm not in a rush to move out of my current accommodation. I have been living in share houses for a few years and know to respect others space. Having said that, I do love to hangout with the housemates and share a meal or a few drinks every now and then. I work most days/nights of the week, so you probably won't see me around the house much. Feel free to text me if you wanna know more. :) Cheers, Seeb.
I am Hassan, 33 from Iran. I am recently granted visa and planning to move in Adelaide in this month. obviously I don't have job at the moment but I seek one. I am easygoing, calm and respect other people's spaceand the way of thinking. I will spend most of time learning English, doing sports, experiencing the city and work. so, being with a family or those who are good and respectful to talk would be great. I don't have anyone in the city, so look for others to make friends too. I love pets but I don't have one. in general, good person :-) looking for somewhere close to CBD.
Moving out of a wonderful home soon sadly as I'm living in a good friend's room for 7 months while she's overseas and she's about to need her room back! Full-time Uni student, part-time Marketing Coordinator. I travel to Melbourne quite a bit for work also. Love music, very placid and easy going, pretty into my studies and work however also very social and love my friends and hanging out. Have been doing the house mate thing for a while so I know all of the unspoken rules of house share and drama won't be an issue with me as I avoid it like the plague. Looking to score a one bedroom/studio or share a homely space with like minded, cool people :)
The budget is $150 each, totalling $300 together. We're looking for a third person to join us to find a 3 or more bedroom place. We are looking to be closish to the tram line anywhere between Glenelg and the city, as it would be convenient for us to take public transport into the city. We also have a cat, her name is simmy, she loves cuddles and is really nice. We are pretty relaxed and respectful. We are easy to approach and should be easy to get along with. We like to be tidy especially keeping shared areas tidy and a pet peeve of ours would be leaving dirty dishes out :P. We enjoy hanging out and going for a meal at the pub or even staying at home watching TV. About us Kelsey -Female -23 -Works in disability I work quite a lot so when I'm not working I like to relax or go hang out with friends. Roger -Male -23 -Studying -Works in stock When I'm not working or studying I like to go explore or contemplate money making ideas.
Just finished my uni degree, starting TAFE in the mid-year. Currently working as a maths tutor, bartender and volleyball coach. Looking for rent below $150 a week. No preference on genders to live with. I have one dog who would stay on some nights I'm not working. He's an excellent doggo :) Looking to move out before the semester starts on the 23rd of July. Generally very clean and willing to help clean my fair share of the house. Hit me up if you think I'd fit in at your place as I'm keen to move out ASAP.
The house is fully furnished, clean, bright and in a great location. It has a central heating/cooling system, newish kitchen and bathroom, and a great small backyard perfect for summer BBQs and growing veggies. It's near the tram, bus, and train (all modes of public transport!) and only 5 kms from the centre of town, walking distance to the Sunday Farmers' Market and to Goodwood Road. The room is big enough for a double bed, chest of drawers/bedside table and small desk. It has a built in wardrobe and is rented at $140 per week. The room can come with or without furniture. Bills usually come in per quarter and average at $20 or $25 per week.
Welcome to our home! Hey:) Molly (25), Clair (29), and I (30) have a large room in a lovely big house. A little about us; Molly is studying Medical Science and working hospitality, Clair and I work 9-5 with the RAA. Our house is very homely, we enjoy home cooked meals, and when the weather is warmer the backyard is our favourite spot. We have two dogs, a Kelpie X Collie called Mungo and a Kelpie called Cujo (dog lovers encouraged). Please note unfortunately our agent has advised can't have any more pets. The room is large with high ceilings and double window. It has a built in robe, and we have a spare queen bed and bedside table if needed. The house is full of character, huge rooms, high ceilings, and a massive backyard. We are looking for a a friendly, easy going person. We've had 3 European exchange students live here in the past and it's been great. Cleanliness is important, dishes done after you cook, and once a week the shared spaces are cleaned. Someone who enjoys a few laughs, good conversation, quality tv shows, decent music, and a weekend beerski would be perfect. Perfectly located between the CBD, beach and public transport. There are buses close by to get to Adelaide Uni, UniSA and Flinders. Unlimited internet is available. Bills are split between all they average to about $100 per month. If you feel this place could be your next home feel free to contact me. :) Kate Note from Kiera: This is the best house with the best flatmates you could ever wish for!! I came here for a uni exchange semester from Austria and living in this house is the main reason why my stay here has been so memorable. Kate and Molly made me feel so much at home & if you love skiing, food, dogs and wine you're allowed to replace me ;)

Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying criminology and psychology at Flinders University and hope to broaden my horizon with forensic science along the way! I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like reading and watching Netflix (how good was Mindhunter?!) when my busy uni schedule allows me. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a room that’s around $150pw if bills are not included, however if bills are included in rent I can manage up to around $170-$180pw. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. If there are pets in the house I count that as a plus! Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. I am also interested in starting a share house with one other person, perhaps around the Ashford/Glandore area (close to South Rd or Anzac Highway). If anyone is interested shoot me a message! Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
We are a family of 2+2, easy going and happy to make friends. considering we have children, we are looking at short term accomodation from about 2-4 weeks, until we are able to find a place for ourselves.

I am a friendly personal that is happy to keep to themselves but am always up for a chat and hanging out. Love cooking for others more than myself and enjoy cleanliness. I am pretty social and out frequently. Passionate about health, fitness and spiritual growth. Not a partier but love a quiet wine or two (especially in winter).
24 year old female vegan hospo worker moving from NSW. Can be friendly or keep to myself, whatever the vibe of the house I'll run with it. I don't have any pets and I'm a non smoker, but I'm fine with either. I like the occasional bev and I shower at night so that has to be okay with you. I'll keep public spaces clean and would prefer you to do the same. Message me if you need more info, would love to be your new housemate!

Wine and Cheese lover. Vego/Vegan friendly. LGBT friendly. Pet friendly. Garden lover. Sometime entertainer (organiser and/or like to join in). Enjoy going out as much as I can be a homebody. I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
