We have been best friends for over ten years and are perfect housemates to live with. Very clean, great cooks, fun to be around and always up for games, movies and drinks. We have both studied and are now working full time around the city. We are heading to Europe for a few months and are looking to sort our living arrangements for when we return in mid-late October. We have plenty of furniture to fill an empty house, and would be happy either just in a two bedroom home by ourselves or teaming up with others to get a bigger place. Ideally somewhere near the train/tram line is handy, and hoping to live with other respectable, neat and social people too.
I've lived in the country all my life and I'm really enjoying exploring Adelaide and all it has to offer. I love cafes, eating out, watching the odd bit of bad reality tv, music and art. I have two jobs. I work morning shift (6am - 2pm most weekdays) in a manufacturing role and I also work as a Retail Assistant a couple days a week. I am a very easy going person. I like to have a friendly chat and maybe a coffee with my housemate but am equally happy to keep to myself if that is appropriate. I like things to be clear and transparent around expectations/ chores in the house - so everyone knows what they have to do. I would consider myself to be friendly, generous, very reliable, trustworthy and respectful of other people's space. I am ready to move now and keen to find a new home asap. Let me know if you think we are a match. Cheers, Billy
Quite working guy looking for a furnished room. * Quite room especially at night; * Closed to public transport & supermarket will be nice; * Parking space is a plus;
Welcome to our home! Hey:) Molly (23), Lucy (25), and I (30) have a small room in a lovely big house. A little about us; Molly is studying Medical Science and working hospitality, I work 9-5 with the RAA, and Lucy works for Telstra and is studying floristry. Our house is very homely, we enjoy home cooked meals, and when the weather is warmer the backyard is our favourite spot. We have two dogs, a Kelpie X Collie called Mungo and a Kelpie called Cujo (dog lovers encouraged). We are looking for a a friendly, easy going person. While the room is small, there are numerous large shared areas and we're keen to find someone that is social. We like cleanliness, dishes done after you cook, and once a week the shared spaces are cleaned. Someone who enjoys a few laughs, good conversation, quality tv shows, decent music, and a weekend beerski would be perfect. The room would suit an exchange student or someone travelling light! We've had 2 European exchange students live here in the past and it's been great. The house is full of character, huge rooms, high ceilings, and a massive backyard. Perfectly located between the CBD, beach and public transport. There are buses close by to get to Adelaide Uni and to Flinders. Unlimited internet is included but water/gas/electricity bills are split between all. If you feel this place could be your next home feel free to contact me. :) Kate Note from Kiera: This is the best house with the best flatmates you could ever wish for!! I came here for a uni exchange semester from Austria and living in this house is the main reason why my stay here has been so memorable. Kate and Molly made me feel so much at home & if you love skiing, food, dogs and wine you're allowed to replace me ;)
Hi, I am a full time worker in the city looking for a place that has two rooms available (so that i can have a bedroom and living space) or with someone willing to split a three bedroom place. I do have a cat, he is very well behaved and has his own scratching post so no worries about destroyed furniture. I am a very good cook and am happy to split meals and such :) My hobbies include random Sunday drives, beach walks and reading. * I likely can not move until July but am sussing out some places now

I'm 22, currently working down at Glenelg. Im bubbly, respectful of others property, love watching movies and TV shows. I also love going out for a few drinks every now and then :) I'm planning on moving overseas next year so looking to live at the house for 6months, possibly a little bit longer. I have a bunny rabbit so he will have to be welcomed. He loves outside and live head scratches. I'm looking to live along the tram line anywhere or within a 10minute walk to the tram line as I don't drive :) I have a bit of my own furniture (fridge, small dining table, room furniture, outside entertainment table,washing machine, coffee tables, and a few more bits and pieces), but for the right place I might sell a few pieces considering I'll be moving overseas next year :)
This house is located 10 mins from the city on a major bus route (or if you're the conservative type a small bike ride) and then 10 mins the opposite way to the beach and Glenelg precinct. This house is perfect for students studying! There is a shopping complex a 2min walk around the corner. The house is fully furnished and there is a bed and built in robe in the room. The bedroom is on the small size, however that's why the rent is low. Common areas are nice and for all to share!
Newly renovated, fully furnished home (except spare room). Built-in robes. Ducted air-con. 10 minutes to the city, 10 to the beach, 3 minute walk from bus stop and Kurralta Park shops. I work in the city 4 days p/w with homeless youth. I'm really laid back and easy to get along with. Like to keep my place clean'n'tidy but don't mind if it gets messy every now and then. I like chillin' after work. Music, movies, cooking, chats. Sometimes I'll just chill in my room if I need downtime. Looking for someone that I can share my home with that will chip in with keeping it nice and pick up after themselves. I'm happy to hang out and respectful if you need alone time. Hit me up if you're keen to come and check the place out :)
Very close to transport with buses on Anzac highway and plenty of street parking if you have a car. Walking distance to Kurralta Park shopping centre which has a Kmart and Coles. Room is $160 per week and bills (power, gas, water, internet) are approx $40 per week.

Hi there! I need a housemate - the end lol. No I move out in August from my current rental (one of my housemates is moving out and I cant afford my share of rent) so I am looking to find someone to share a new property with. I can keep to myself no worries, but if you're watching a show that I'm interested in then I will most likely sit there and watch it too! I am a nice person, and I am also clean which is a bonus, although can't guarantee my makeup wont take up the bathroom lol! I live and love to work, as I would potentially like to save money in the future to build a foundation in life. I don't spend much time at home in regards to lazing around all day, I tend to go on day or even weekend adventures with friends and family. I currently share with 2 others that I met on this website 9 months ago, although I am looking for something with a bit more independence/less control and a little more comfort. I have 2 cats who are both outdoor cats so will most likely only be inside on hot days and over night. Let me know if you're interested in sharing with me!
Myself an Indian national with an Australian PR. I am into the Facilities Management industry and work as an Operations Manager. Will relocate soon to Australia.
I am a quiet and friendly full-time worker who is looking for a room or flat to rent. I have recently been offered a job in the city, so living close by is important. I'm introverted and keep to myself, however I love to socialise over a glass of wine or cup of coffee. I have an awesome and cute kitty called Ralph, we're kind of a package deal.
I am not your average 55 year old. I am open-minded, quiet when required, tidy, love EDM, red wine, art house movies and travelling. I am adaptable, a great listener, and basically just love finding out how people tick.
Hi I'm a student at Adelaide uni looking for accommodation. I'm a neat person and prefer roommates who can clean up after themselves. I'm very private, too, but don't mind a healthy dose of socializing.
I am looking for a furnished room in a share house or larger apartment, rent should be max . 150 $ . including all bills (internet included). If any possibility I prefer no bond option but if it is needed, it should be no more than 2 weeks rent. Prefer to live in an all female flat, but am open to a mix gender place as long as we have common living expectations. So about me: I am 30 years old, international student from Europe. Have been in Adelaide for a year now, I am studying commercial cookery and work part time in a restaurant as a cook. I don`t smoke and not a party person but am very social and talkative, have a good sense of humor so you won`t be bored around me. I do like my private time as well so also keep things quiet around the house. I am tidy and take care of things that don`t belong to me so the place will for sure stay in the same condition once I leave ;) . I like to cook but always clean up after myself so the kitchen is spotless once I am done using it. Paying rent is always my priority and you will never have to worry about that with me. I am reliable and easy to get along with, also very considerate to others and respect other peoples privacy. Other than that, I love animals (don`t have any but don`t mind them being around the house - it is a bonus actually ), love going to the beach and enjoy swimming in this gorgeous ocean, like to watch movies and reading. I am also very interested in healthy cooking and keeping fit (I go to the gym as well and take long walks). I would really like to find a place that is somewhat close to the beach, Camden Park, North Plympton, Glenelg etc. would suit me most. I really hope there is also a nice outside area in the garden where I could have my morning coffee ;). If you have any more questions, feel free to contact me and I will reply shortly. Cheers, Katarina

Willing to pay no more than $150 including bills! Need somewhere clean and tidy and preferably no animals! I work in aged care and have been in Adelaide 7 months now! I would like to live with people my age, who are fun, outgoing, like to have dinner and a few wines, go out, whatever, but also just to chill with! Would be looking for somewhere near Fullerton road, glen osmond, Glenelg, Marleston, unley or around the city! :) message me please if anyone has something, thank you!!
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have some furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane to Adelaide sometime after the end of 'May 2017'. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide.

Moved back to Adelaide a few months ago and working full-time in civil construction. I love to cook, watch a film/series or just have a chat & laugh over a few drinks. Don't mind the occasional night out for a meal and finding new spots around the place to eat & drink. I'm relaxed and easy-going but do like to keep things neat & tidy. I've grown up in a home with my 5 siblings so am used to sharing but do also enjoy my own space.
