Hello! We are Chris and Marian, a couple from the UK and the USA respectively. After travelling around Australia for the past 8 months we've decided to call beautiful Adelaide our home for the remainder of our time in Australia, until March 2017. We're very friendly, easy going people but also like our space at times. We are also well organised and keep our living environment clean and tidy. We are both working, so will be out of the house for a majority of the time, so for.us a good location to get to and from work easily and a comfy spot to rest our weary bones at the end of the day is what we're after! If you're interested in us, please don't hesitate to give us a call Thanks for reading our post, and we look forward to hearing back from you! Chris and Marian

I work full-time at a local high school and have the cutest little mini-schnauzer puppy (also looking for a home). I like cooking each night after work and am always happy to share a meal. I am clean and tidy and don't mind a good Saturday morning house clean. The puppy is completely house trained an lives outside. He comes in each evening after dinner for a little cuddle before bed.
I am quiet, a non-smoker, almost a non-drinker, environmentally aware, work Monday to Thursday. I am looking for a place for six months between July 2017 and Jan 2018, while my own home is rebuilt. I have a small 14 year old dog (terrier cross).
hi folks, we're two young professional guys (one working full-time and the other is a full-time MBA student) living in a 3-bedroom house in kurralta park, 12 mins drive/or bus to city. You would be sharing a bathroom / toilet, and have your own furnished bedroom. The house has a spacious tiled open-plan living / study / dining area. Decent back-yard with great olive tree and extra courtyard area. Fully-stocked / equipped kitchen, laundry (w/ washing machine) and pantry. House split-system a/c and heater in living area (you'd need your own fan / portable AC/heater for your room). 1 room is available now for rent. Rent is $130/week + bills (approximately $30-50 extra per month, so roughly $160-180/week incl. rent + bills) There is a double-bed in the room available. House is fully-furnished, with sofas, rugs, dishes, dining table, kitchen-ware, fridge, washing machine, etc, so pretty much ready to move in and enjoy. Excellent location / nearby everywhere. House is very close to city (12 mins by bus or 10 mins by drive), close to flinders university (via south road bus), close to aiport & ikea (15 mins), walking distance to coles / kmart / nandos / cibo (10 mins). There is a gymn (walking distance) and nearby parks. House is close to henley beach too (15 mins) Neighbours are all friendly and helpful and street is fairly quiet. Housemate has already moved out, so we're ready for new housemate to move in asap. please call or sms me to come check out the place and chat further.
Newly renovated, fully furnished home (except spare room). Built-in robes. Ducted air-con. 10 minutes to the city, 10 to the beach, 3 minute walk from bus stop and Kurralta Park shops. I work in the city 4 days p/w with homeless youth. I'm really laid back and easy to get along with. Like to keep my place clean'n'tidy but don't mind if it gets messy every now and then. I like chillin' after work. Music, movies, cooking, chats. Sometimes I'll just chill in my room if I need downtime. Looking for someone that I can share my home with that will chip in with keeping it nice and pick up after themselves. I'm happy to hang out and respectful if you need alone time. Hit me up if you're keen to come and check the place out :)

I'm Chantal, I am 21, a uni student and will be moving out of my current place at the start of 2017. I've lived with my current house mates for almost two years and are parting due to the end of our lease. With that being said I like to think I'm a good housemate who is capable of both interacting with who I live with but am also able to give them space when it's needed. I am looking for long term accommodation and believe I am a trustworthy, tidy and an honest person who's eager to hopefully make some new friends.
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have my own bedroom furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide early next year 2017.
Hi! my name's Drew, I love to have a chat, get along with anybody, and have shared houses before & am well aware of the etiquette required! I'm currently completing my Pilot's licence, so spend a lot of time studying, along with leading an active lifestyle & I attempt to eat healthy when I can be bothered. I am usually attached at the hip by my 4 year old english staffy (the smaller kind!). Everyone loves Hank when they meet him, he's very quiet, very well trained & loves people. Anything else you need to know? Don't be afraid to ask.

Hi! Chris and I are people who appreciate a quiet night in playing cards or going out for a long walk. We are clean, respectful of privacy and space, and in general are looking for a great place to stay in our last few months in Australia. Chris is a Pommie and I'm a Yank. We've been traveling around since March and now we're working in Adelaide and want a place to call 'home' as we do so. We love meeting new people! We are fans of dogs, cats, the outdoors, gardens, reading, documentaries, and the ocean. If we sound like a good fit, we would love to meet over a coffee or perhaps for a trial to show why we are great people to have as flatmates. Best, Marian and Chris
Im a happy go lucky hospo girl, looking to share a place and a laugh with lgbt friendly housemates. keen to have a quite knock off beverage with after work, or a friendly game of fifa on days off. would love the possibility of having a fur baby in the future, but not a deal breaker.
I'm CLEAN! I don't hoard dishes and am very considerate of those around me. I cook most of my meals, can live independently but will happily involve housemates in whatever I'm doing. I enjoy the occasional BBQ and certainly know how to party but will happily enjoy either a quiet or loud place so long as I can get to sleep at midnight on a weekday! I'm not hard to reach and I'll often tell you my plans so you can make your own! I pay bills on time and will happily keep all the records. If you want to play Xbox I'll play Xbox, want to hike or hit the beach I'm up for that too. Whatever you've got going house-wise you can be certain I'll make it better =)
easy going sales professional with good housekeeping skills, a positive attitude and a healthy respect for other peoples space and privacy. A google categories manager with a local seo company I enjoy the beach, doing stuff with friends and keeping fit.
The house is in Millswood (next suburb to Goodwood) on a quiet and leafy street, usually we rent our rooms to female overseas students and employees. One single bed fully furnished room is available now. The room is cozy and comfortable for a single person. The room is at the front and faces north so the light is good. House mates buy and cook their own food and do their own laundry and cleaning, and a washing machine is provided. Wi-fi and some consumables are included in the rent. There are 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets all shared. House is 15-20 minutes by bus or train to the CBD, close to the G10 bus route that goes to Flinders Uni and close to the tram that goes to Glenelg. The house has nice gardens, back and front. Definitely no pets, no smoking, and no visitors staying overnight. No lease, no bond. The room can be inspected at any time. Blankets and sheets provided if required. Cheers Stewart

Hi, So I am a full time worker in the city looking for a place that has two rooms available or with someone willing to split a three bedroom place. I am a very good cook and am happy to split meals and such :) My hobbies include random Sunday drives, beach walks and reading. * I will not be able to move until January
Rent includes ALL bills: water, electricity, wifi internet. House is not shared with other tenants, this is a self-contained unit. 5 min walk to Kurralta Park shopping Centre and the bus stop to city only 20 meters away! Perfect for students. Move straight in and enjoy the convenience!!
Close to the city, parks, gym. Outdoor area. Quiet street, close to bus stop going to city. Would suit student, professional or blue collar. We share water power and gas bills so am looking for someone that is respectful and will not drive costs of living through the roof. Some visitors are ok but no partys pre drinks or partners staying every night of the week.
