I’m social but also respectful of people needing own time. I’m very, very clean. I am working in the mines as a truck operator. I have two outside cats & one outside dog. Love to listen to music throughout the day especially doing chores! I have 50/50 care of my daughter with her dad. I know people aren’t too sure about sharing with someone and their kid, but she is so well behaved (we love dinosaur & Disney movies). I’m only needing somewhere to stay with our fur family for 8months at the most (it well and truly be less, but for just in case something comes up I say 8). I have a queen bedroom suite and only needing one bedroom for us! If anyone is interested in going into a private rental let me know ASAP!!
I am an international touring musician and have lots of great stories to tell! Degree in Music. Freelance worker. I have a little mate, a 16-year-old Maltese/Poodle.
Hi there, I'm Steph and I'm 26. I quite recently got a new job working in the Hunter Valley at a hotel full-time, and am looking to re-locate from Newcastle to be a bit closer to work. Looking anywhere from Maitland and beyond! I'm friendly, respectful, quiet and tidy and would like housemates who are the same. I'm looking for a place to relax and unwind after work. I usually keep to myself, love playing video/computer games, watching Netflix and reading, but I'm happy to have a chat too! Please feel free to send me a message :) Thanks!
One decently sized bedroom with a built-in wardrobe has become available in our two storey home in Gillieston Heights. Ideally looking for someone to move in around 20th January 2018. Close to Maitland train station and shops. Also close to the Hunter Expressway, making it very easy to get to places such as Newcastle University, Kurri TAFE, and the Vineyards. Bills are not included in rent, they are split evenly between all tenants The real estate allows one other outdoor only dog but no indoor pets. There is a double garage and on street parking. No gender preference for applicants, looking for someone between 18-30 years of age. Room will not be furnished. Looking for someone to put in an application ASAP

Employed by Australian Defence Force and have recently moved from Townsville to singleton. Looking for a place closer to the coast that would be available for 9-12 months. Quiet, clean and a non smoker but happy to have a beer now and than. Don’t mind if pets are at the property.
Hi Everyone, this is a bit of a weird one. My partner has been relocated to Maitland with work (and quite short notice). He initially has to work in Kotara for 3 weeks and then on to Maitland, we need accomadation for 4-8 weeks until we find something more permanent. We will put our things in storage. We would of course keep you updated of our situation and not leave you high and dry at short notice, happy to help look for some one to take our place and pay an extra week or so if necessary. I am 32 and work in education but love all things creative:photography, writing, upcycling furniture to name a few. Alex works in retail management but is a closet musician by night and weekends with training in classical but a new found love of electro in his early 20s. He's also a DJ/composer. We are both super chilled and not looking for a party house due to early starts, we definitely clean up after ourselves, happy to share a glass of wine or cook some extra food. If you have anything or can suggest anywhere then we would really appreciate it.
Hello, I am looking for a household that is mostly furnished. I also need a place with parking. I have moved up from Melbourne for my job. I am working full time as an allied health professional. I am considerate of other people's needs but it's also very important for me to come home to a clean house. I am up for hanging out but I also value some alone time. I am definitely not after a party house. My interests include going for very long walks, outdoors, trying out new restaurants/cafes, doing crafty things, cooking, and drinking gin! I also come with a coffee machine so I'm happy to make you coffee on the weekends! Please message me if you think I'll be a perfect fit for your household :)
Hi All! We are a friendly, respectful couple looking for a place to live once we relocate from NZ to Australia. Jordan is from Manchester, England and previously lived in Australia as a semi-professional soccer player for the Singleton Strikers team in NSW. Jessie is from NZ and works in Early Childhood Education and also lived in Australia a few years back. After we met in Aussie, we spent 2 years living in the UK until heading back to NZ recently to spend Christmas with family and then return to Australia to live permanently. Jordan will be returning to his Singleton team and we are looking to live in the Hunter/Newcastle area. We are clean and tidy, relaxed and are looking for a harmonious living situation. We are respectful of other people's space. We are down-to-earth and easy-going and looking forward to hearing from you soon! Cheers! Jessie and Jordan
