We're a really easy going and friendly couple in our early 20s! Both work full-time and I'm study nursing part-time at UC. We have a German Shepard X Rotti who is a loveable and well trained dog. Myself and Rahul have our own room furniture so an unfurnished room is a must. I also work currently as a shift worker - my shifts generally start around 7am and finish after lunch (I don't do any afternoon shifts but I do sleep at work twice a month). We work hard 6 days a week and enjoy relaxing on Sundays. We also enjoy going to the coast a few weekends a year to see our friends there.
I am a bubbly, fun friendly lady who loves to socialise but also appreciates quiet time and relaxing in my room and respect that others also need their space.. I am clean and tidy and don't mind sharing the chores of everyday. I am not a fantastic cook but love to give it a go.. I do love baking though. I work part time at Aldi Weston (25+ hours a week) and am looking into studying vet nursing. I have two beautiful cats ( mum and son) they are both well mannered (sometimes a little shy) they are both desexed and toilet trained.
My previous housemate is going traveling for a while so I am looking for someone who is interested in a short term room. The Apartment is a split level apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is a small complex of apartments with friendly neighbours. There is an IGA (with post office), hairdressers and cafe just across the road. The apartment is already set up with full furnishings including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bedroom comes with a Queen bed, two stacked bedside drawers (4 draws in total), full length mirror, lamp and built in wardrobe. Bills are $100 a month, include power, water and internet.
I am a respectful tidy full time employed young man looking to share a house. Yep - so my gap-year lasted 4, during which time I became a qualified tradesman and will keep working while I think about what to do next in my life. I like to keep active getting out on my pushie after work or taking my dirt bike into the Brindabellas. Happy to chat over a beer at the end of the day but I also appreciate having some time to myself. I have a townhouse full of furniture which I can bring to share but can also store if moving into a room. I do have a group of mates with whom I enjoy socialising but am looking to join a house where there is opportunity to socialise and chat over a beer.
Hi, I'm Claire, easy going, friendly, reliable and dynamic. I graduated from Sydney uni, now full time working in Woden and looking for a room in south Canberra. Keeping tidy and clean for the place, I'm quiet but always happy to chat and social with friends. I enjoy reading, kendo, cooking, and all other adventures. Moving date is flexible before late October.
Hello, I am a single working professional. Moved to Canberra for work with APS. I am clean, friendly and social without stretching into others space. Most weekends I drive back to Sydney and weekdays I am mostly away either working or badminton or Gym or meeting friends. Let me know if you have anything suitable. Thanks, Rakesh
Young professional that works full time. I stay reasonably fit and train a few times a week, usually I spend my weekends away. Love cooking good food and generally pretty social. I work every second weekend. I'm clean tidy and have lived in sharehouses for a fair while now. Preferably I'd like house with at least 2 bathrooms and a garage. I have a small boat which I use pretty regularly and a car port or off street parking would be best.
Safely tucked away in a small complex of townhouses, our place is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house. A 5 min drive to the Tuggeranong Hyperdome or Woden Westfield. There is also a Blue Rapid bus stop right behind our house. The room available for rent is a spacious unfurnished bedroom with built in robes, and could easily fit a queen sized bed or a single bed with a study table. You would be sharing a bathroom with one housemate. Parking is available within the complex – there is also a one car space garage (which we currently rotate usage). The rest of the house is furnished, and comes with reverse cycle air conditioning, dryer, washing machine and fridge. We also have a lovely sized backyard (great for veggie growing), a spacious kitchen, living room and dining. AND...A short stroll to Wanniassa Shops across the road (which has a Coles, Medical Centre, Petrol Kiosk, Restaurants)
I have lived, worked and studied in more than 4 continents. Loved exploring every inch of the culture and history's of the countries I was residing in. Now working in a field that combines my passions and skills into one and I can make a significant difference in society. In my spare time, I am often hiking, riding my mountain bike, surfing or playing a round of golf. I like to meet new people and hear their unique adventures via a well-prepared curry. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Jack

Hi! I will be working at DHS and will be new to Canberra moving from New Zealand. I like to lift weights, explore new places (and photograph the crap out of them), play board games, watch movies and read. It would be great if we can be friends too as I will be needing some :/ Partial to a few social beers. Cheers.
I'm a very calm and chilled out person. I find it very hard to be or stay angry, and am always open to talking about issues and compromising. I spend most of my free time playing games or reading. I was born in sydney, and lived there until 2015 when i moved to canberra for a change of scenery and an international program that was available at a school down here. I'm a tidy person and a decent cook.
The house is an ex Embassy, so it's spacious and beautifully appointed. A place to feel special and safe while enjoying really elegant furnishings and a sunny ambience. Everyone has their own privacy (bedroom doors are lockable) and the communal areas such as kitchen and lounge are big enough that you're not bumping into others when sharing the space. Quiet areas to study, read or relax have been provided and there's a central computer where students can prepare assignments or check emails. The communal lounge is a fabulous space opening onto a large balcony where you can look out over surrounding bushy landscapes and Woden skyline. There are DVD movies and television series and a library of books to enjoy in this space - It's so comfy and elegant you won't want to leave.
A large comfortable room, featuring BIR, with optional Queen-sized bed, study table and a shoe storage unit, is available for immediate occupancy in the centrally located suburb of Wanniassa and bus stops are within walking distance. Hey, I'm Elise! I'm twenty, I work in real estate full time. I love to stay fit by going to f45, the occasional night out ( but not a party animal ) and spending time with my family, my family puppy ( English bulldog who can come for visits ) & friends. I'm looking for someone that I can socialise with, while still respecting each other's privacy and space. I'm a clean & tidy person and enjoy cooking yummy meals! I usually go home to see my family most weekends, so I'm hardly home most of the time. Please contact me if you think I'd be great in your place or if you would like to get a place with me!
Hello! I'm James, a 22 year old student currently living in Melbourne but moving up to Canberra in 2018 for a new role with the AGD. Looking to share an apartment with some other laid-back, clean and friendly people. I'm very clean, organised and respect my roommates. Always up for a laugh, a drink or two or a road trip on weekends. I'm a pretty busy person, will be working full-time and travelling interstate often so won't be hanging around the apartment all day, but do want it to feel like home! I'm looking to either join or start a flatshare in the inner north (around Braddon), inner south (Kingston) or Woden Valley areas of Canberra. I'm only interested in apartments (no houses), preferably recently renovated or built. I'd also prefer to share with young roommates (under-27) and have my own room. Hit me up if you think you might be interested! :)
