The house is extremely large and has character. Fully furnished and plenty of storage area. Kitchen is fully equipped and house has a number of rooms and places to find some peace and quite. Whilst there are three existing tenants, the house is very quite given it has multiple rooms on three levels with two covered outside areas. House is set within gardens and several established trees. Walking distance to shops, parks and bus.
Big house in Farrer, 200-300 meters from a 300 express bus stop so there's easy access to Civic, Woden or Tuggeranong. The house has a large back yard with a pool, BBQ area and shade. There are two living areas. The main one includes the lounge and a dining table while the second is larger but at the moment sorts out the pool table and a spare couch. There's Foxtel and and internet. Plenty of storage in the garage. The house actually has a few extra small bedrooms which are used for storage and odds and ends. The room I'm in (I'm moving out) is basically another large lounge room so I've easily fit a couch and TV cabinet in there with my queen bed, the room doesn't have built in robes however. A queen bed is available to use if you need one. Otherwise, it's a big, nice house in a convenient location and should be a fun place to hang out in Summer
I'm clean, love cooking, enjoy socialising but easily self amused, I have 4 year old boy/girl twins that are with me 86% of time (dads every second weekend), I own my own Beaty salon in Gowrie, recently parted with my 2 year partner, I am a nice person & easily get along with anyone. I am looking for 2 rooms for the 3 of us.
Includes, gas, electricity, water charges, Internet and Foxtel. Seeking a clean tidy and respectful person, to share with Owner, and Daughter, who is 20 and a Uni student. Our home also has a Sunroom, studio, outdoor entertaining area with bbq. Share main bathroom. We also have our own studio gym, tennis court and swimming pool that you can use. 2 minutes walk to Mawson shops, bus stop less than 2 minutes from property. Woden is 1.8ks away as is The Canberra Hospital. We both lead busy lives, but ensure our home is kept clean and tidy. We are looking for someone to treat our place as if it were theirs. We have a miniature Schnauzer dog, so sorry no more pets.
Ideally looking to move start of Febuary in the Woden/Weston Creek area. Ideally have my own bathroom but not essential. Please message me with any rooms you have going x
Quiet & tidy. Good company but respect other people need for space. Have a 6 yr old dog, well trained. Loves growing veggies. Not a party person but enjoys a movie together. Will be puntucal in paying rent.
I currently work full time as an Insurance Adviser and have lived in Canberra my whole life. I am easy going and always up for a laugh but also very much enjoy my own company. I have a pretty low key Mon - Fri routine, but on the weekend am always keen to be social and spontaneous. I am far from OCD but do like common areas to be tidy. I come with a dog, a 10 year old maltese x shihtzu who loves attention and cuddles.
I’m an early 20's male working in public relations and communications, moving from Brisbane to Canberra in early February for a grad job in government. I’m looking for a place to share with other young professionals or students who are clean, considerate and up for the occasional chat. I’m outgoing and enjoy socialising, but am also respectful of others privacy. I’d prefer to pay no more than $250 p/w inclusive of bills - although I am willing to pay more for a private ensuite - with a 6-month to 1-year lease. I’ll be working in Tuggeranong so something on the south side, but still relatively central would be ideal. I love going out on weekends, travelling, eating out, seeing live music etc. If you think I’d be a good fit for your share house or want to find a place, let me know!
I'm 34, work full-time in medical admin; and I'll be commencing part-time study next year. I'm a friendly person and happy to have a chat but I'm quiet most of the time and appreciate my space. I'm more than happy to pull my weight and do housework. I'm respectful of others and their property. In my spare time I enjoy watching movies, reading books and going for walks/bike rides. I'm reliable, clean and tidy and a non-smoker.
My name is Vivienne and I have recently moved to Canberra from Sydney- I'm looking for a nice place to wind down after work that is also relatively close to shops! I like food, TV, dogs and being active (sometimes).
Hi there, My name is Nelson. I'm 21 years old and have recently completed a degree in International Studies at Deakin, Melbourne. I am seeking a room for a 3 month period as I will be undertaking an internship with the Australian Institute of International Affairs in Canberra. I'm friendly, easy going and always up for a chat or a laugh. I will probably be focused on the internship predominantly, but am more than happy spending time with housemates and relaxing. I am attentive, clean and respectful, and mindful of others in their own space. I would preferably like a furnished room, or one with a bed provided at least, mainly so I don't have to cart all my stuff up from Victoria. So please get in touch if you have a room available. Thank you.
Great leafy suburb with good views in almost all directions. Has outdoor BBQ, central ducted air conditioning and heating. Large house with three bathrooms (plus an ensuite for main bedroom), two lounge rooms, family room, dining room, two kitchens and laundry. House essentially has two separate living areas. Upstairs (where these rooms are) has all the rooms listed above except two of the bathrooms, one lounge room, one kitchen and the laundry. Walking distance to bus stop, this house is in a cul-de-sac and sits high on a hill. It has multiple fruit trees out back. Both rooms include a garage space with remote control access. Cheaper Room is about 2.96 x 2.93 metres (not including desk and built in wardrobe space). More expensive room is larger, with a walk through wardrobe, private access and ensuite. I will get dimensions and photographs soon. Room can be supplied furnished or unfurnished. If you want to have more than one person in the room, there would be an additional charge to cover the extra utility costs. House has broadband wifi.

The room and house: - Built in wardrobe (if you need extra space, you can use the spare room built-ins too) - You have the main bathroom all to yourself - There are two separate living areas - A great courtyard out the front with a BBQ and another entertainment area out the back - Ducted gas heating throughout the house - Split air conditioner system The house is in a great location - almost straight onto Athlon for a 5 min drive to Tuggeranong, 10 min drive to Woden or onto the Parkway for a 20 min drive into the city. Hey all, I am a pretty going person. Not overly fussed about the noise. I do my fare share of the cleaning and maintenance in the house. Moved to Canberra to study at the ANU. I am working part-time at the ANU as well. Originally an expat kid, grew up in Japan and lived all over Asia/Australia. Currently learning Arabic, but can speak few other languages as well. I love the outdoors, and I go hiking almost every second weekend. I don't mind pets, so that's a non-issue for me. Send me a message if you have place. Cheers
I'm 17, a student and Canberra College, and an employee at McDonald's. I'm usually a pretty positive person, I can either be social or not depending on who I'm living with and their preferences. I'm always up to try something new, but I enjoy music, team sports and just overall hanging out.

I am moving to Canberra from Brisbane on the 7th of January, though I am flexible, and more than happy to join a lease prior. I am twenty one years of age, and have recently completed my undergraduate Bachelor of Information Technology, with a major in Software Development, from Griffith University. I am an easy-going, considerate and sociable person, and am a strong believer in cleanliness. I have a passion for travelling and enjoy playing computer games in my free time.
I am a 27 year old working professional who recently moved from Sydney. I am someone who enjoys a good conversation with housemates but is also someone who likes a bit of downtime to relax. I am a tidy, clean and considerate person who enjoys spending time with friends, traveling and playing tennis.

I'm looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay in the ACT, because I love living around Canberra. I work as a translator, and although I am friendly, I am also introverted and I mostly keep to myself. In my spare time, I enjoy playing video games and reading. I'm not naturally tidy, but I don't like filth, so I may leave things lying around sometimes but otherwise I keep things clean.
Professional female, I've been renting for four years but my lease is ending shortly. Looking anywhere around the Canberra Area. I work in real estate 6 days a week, I'm not home very much but when I am at home I do enjoy relaxing and unwinding.
